본 연구는 뉴노멀(the New Normal)시대를 맞아 한국어교육에서의 문화교육이 어떻게 변화해 왔는지를살펴보고 향후 한국문화교육의 방향을 모색하는 데에 기초자료를 제공하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해체계적 문헌 고찰 연구 방법을 활용하여 2020년 이후 발표된 학술지 논문, 109편을 대상으로 연구 대상별, 연구 목적별, 연구 주제별, 연구 방법별 연구 동향을 각각 분석하고, 이에 대한 결과를 토대로시사점을 찾아 한국문화교육 연구의 향후 과제에 대해 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine how cultural education in Korean language education has changed in the New Normal era and to provide basic data to seek the direction of Korean culture education in the future. To this end, we used the systematic review research method to analyze research trends by research object, research purpose, research topic, and research method in 109 academic journal papers published after 2020, and suggest implications based on the results. We found suggestions for trends and challenges in Korean cultural education research.
시사(時事) 기반 한국문화교육 방안 연구 -TV 뉴스를 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to present the Korean culture education method based on current events for foreign students. Especially, in this study, TV news was used as a primary medium for presenting Korean culture education based on current events. The reason for choosing TV news as the primary medium for Korean culture education is as follows. First, by activating social communication functions, ‘participatory communication’ with members in Korean society can be achieved. Second, the knowledge of Korean culture can be integrated. Third, by cultivating multimodal literacy, it is possible to decode and communicate Korean and Korean culture in various media. Next, the characteristics of TV news for applying to teaching-learning are as follows. First, TV news is a visual media, characterized by ‘multimodal’, Second, TV news is structured to interpret real - world events or information and deliver it efficiently in a short time. Therefore, it has a certain structure. Third, TV news offers ‘information volume’ at the same time. The final goal of the Korean culture education model based on current events is the ‘internalization’ of Korean cultural knowledge, which is explained through Vygotsky’s theory of higher mental functions and the concept of ZPD(Zone of Proximal Development). DNCB로 아토피가 유도된 NC/Nga생쥐에서 천연 탄산 온천수의 온도별 항아토피 효과

Objectives : The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of natural carbonated hot spring water (NCHW) on DNCB-induced NC/Nga mice, an atopic dermatitis (AD) model. Methods :At first, NC/Nga mice were prepared and induced to have atopic lesion on their back skin by dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB). They swam for 20 minutes everyday in tanks where the one is filled with 28℃ NCHW, the other is with 25℃ carbonated hot spring water and another is with artificial carbonated hot spring water (ACHW). After 3 weeks, We assessed the skin clinical score and macroscopic appearance, total IgE, IgG1 levels, WBC differential counting, IFN- γ, IL-4, IL-13, TNF-α production levels and histological changes. Results : There are meaningful results of improving atopic lesion-state by relieving the count of total IgE, IgG1 levels, WBC differential counting, IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-13, TNF-α production levels and recovering skin clinical score in the group with 28℃ NCHW in comparison with the other groups. Conclusions : The NCHW may have potential as an effective treatment for atopic dermatitis.
Bleomycin으로 유발한 폐약(肺弱) 태음인 동물 모델에서의 비만에 대한 영향 평가

Objectives The objective of this study is to develop a taeeumin animal-experimental model induced lung fibrosis with Bleomycin and evaluate the effect on obesity in this animal-experimental model.Methods The subjects were divided into 3 groups : normal group, high fat diet(HFD) control group, and HFD group administered with bleomycin(n=10 per group). To develop taeeumin animal-experimental model with reduced respiratory metabolism, 8-week-old C57BL/6 mice were administered with 0.03ml solution of bleomycin 1U/ml dissolved in distilled water, intratracheal(IT), once. Then, the HFD control group and the experimental group were fed with high fat diet for 6 weeks. Airway hyperresponsiveness(AHR) to methacholine was measured at the 1st and 3rd week after bleomycin was administered. Food intake and body weight were measured at regular time weekly. After the final experiment, blood was gathered by cardiac puncture for bloodchemical examination and organs(liver, fatty tissue) were remoed, weighted, and mRNA was analyzed.Results and Conclusions Through the experiment, it was found that Bleomycin induced Taeeumin animal-experimental models have leptin resistace. In the experimental group administered with Bleomycin, fatty acid synthesizing gene expression increased and energy metabolizing gene expression decreased. As mRNA expression of adiponectin decreased, it was found that Taeeuim animal-experimental model is susceptible to metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular diseases.
