Polyimide 기판을 이용한 ZnO:Al 박막 특성에 관한 연구

Aluminuim doped zinc oxide(ZnO:AL)Films have been prepared on Polyimide(PI) and Coming 7059 glass substrates by r.f. magnetron sputtering method. The structural of the ZnO:Al films were studied in accordance with various deposition R.F power and working pressure by XRD, SEM. And The electrical and optical properties of ZnO:Al films were characterized by Hall effect and UN visible spectrophotometer measurements, ZnO:Al films had were hexagonal wurtzite structure and dominant c-axis orientation. The R.f power and working pressure for optimum condition to fabricate the transparent conductive films using a PI substrate were 2 mTorr and 100W, respectively. The resistivity of the ZnO:Al films prepared under this condition were $9.6{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}cm$. The optical transmittance of 400nm thick films at 550nm is ${\sim}85 %$.

Facilities of electric railway should be maintained only at night and it is necessary to maintain by human power because facilities are installed at a high place. This paper presents the development and application of a real-time data acquisition system for the characteristics measurement of overhead contact wires in electric railway. The system is designed to perform in the telemetry environments that developed to store data by wireless in a live wire state of 25 kV power source. The field test results show that the proposed technique and the developed system can be practically applied to measure characteristics of temperature, displacement, and strain on overhead contact lines.
맨체스터 데이터흐름 컴퓨터에서의 병렬성 제어에 관한 연구

본 논문은 데이터흐름 방식으로 운영되고 있는 맨체스터 데이터흐름 컴퓨터의 throttling의 단점을 개선하고 시스템 내의 각 unit사이에 병목현상을 제거하기 위하여 system actor의 개념을 제시하고 throttling과 system actor를 비교하여 성능향상이 되었음을 나타내었다. 또한 최적의 프로세서를 사용하여 불필요한 통신시간의 낭비를 줄일 수 있었다.
