Objectives : The study was aimed to survey participant's characters in stroke prevention & Gigong program Methods : The data were collected 34 participants in stroke prevention & Gigong program. The questionnaires to survey characters in stroke prevention & Gigong program composed demographic item, past history, family history, stroke presymptoms, etiology, prevention, why join of Gigong program, etc. Results : Half of participants didn't know anything presymptoms, prevention for stroke. Conclusion : From these results, stroke education program have been improvement and it is needed further study to survey efficacy to stroke education program.

A 73-year-old, previously healthy man presented with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dry mouth and febrile sensation 3 hours after eating boiled wild mushrooms. After admission, he showed progressive severe respiratory distress, pancytopenia, azotemia, hypotension, hypoxemia and consolidation of the entire left lung on chest radiography. With a preliminary diagnosis of necrotizing pneumonia, he underwent left pneumonectomy in order to remove all necrotic lung tissue. Lung histology showed extensive hemorrhagic necrosis, massive inflammatory cell infiltration, prominent proliferation of young fibroblasts and the formation of an early-stage hyaline membrane along the alveolar wall. Despite aggressive treatment, including mechanical ventilation, continuous renal replacement therapy and administration of granulocyte colony stimulating factor and broad spectrum antibiotics, he died on hospitalization day 13. Subsequently, the mushroom was identified as Podostroma cornu-damae. This is the first case of a histological evidence of lung involvement by Podostroma cornu-damae poisoning in Korea.

영재교육을 잘하기 위해서는 고도의 지능정보화사회의 변화 트렌드를 인식하고 예측하여야 하며, 미래를 살아갈 영재들이 갖추어야 할 혁신역량을 어떻게 교육할 것인가를 탐색하여 영재교육에 반영해야 한다. 세계경제포럼(WEF), OECD 등의 교육보고서들은 미래 인재들이 갖추어야 할 혁신역량으로, ‘융합력’을 공통으로 꼽고 있다. 이에 고등학교급 영재교육기관들의 융합교육의 실태를 분석한 결과, 최근 융합교과를 새로이 신설하여 비록 적은 비율(2.20~11.49%)이기는 하지만 융합교육을 실시하고 있으며 점진적으로 확대하고 있음을 이번 연구에서 확인할 수 있었다. 융합교과의 내용은 ① 실제 사회 문제해결에 기반한 융합교과, ② 기존의 융합학문으로 확립된 분야에 기반한 융합교과, ③ 교과의 핵심개념 및 원리에 기반한 융합교과, ④ 이론의 실체화 및 실제 세계에서의 활용을 매개로 한 융합교과, ⑤ 사고력 향상에 중점을 둔 융합교과, ⑥ 특강 및 체험활동 형태 등으로 분류할 수 있다. 융합교과의 운영은 학교별로 차이가 있으나 융합교과의 학습 선택권을 다양화하기 위하여 다시 융합필수·융합선택과목으로 세분하여 운영하고 있다. 융합교과구성도 융합교과와 별도로 융합교과활동으로 다양하게 운영하고 있는 것도 특징이다. 2020 교육부도 융합교육종합계획을 발표한 만큼 영재교육에서도 융합교육이 더욱 내실있게 확대되어야 한다. In order to teach the gifted education well, we need to recognize and predict the change trends of the highly intelligent information society, and we need to explore how to educate the gifted people who will live in the future and reflect them in education for the gifted. Education reports such as the WEF, OECD commonly point to 'convergence' as the innovation competency that future talents should have. As a result of analyzing the actual conditions of convergence education in high school-level gifted education academy, this study confirms that convergence education has been implemented and is gradually expanding, although a small percentage (2.20~11.49%) of newly newly established convergence subjects are being established. could The contents of the convergence curriculum are ① convergence curriculum based on real social problem solving, ② convergence curriculum based on fields established as existing convergence studies, ③ convergence curriculum based on core concepts and principles of the subject, ④ realization of theory and real world It can be classified into convergence subjects based on utilization, ⑤ convergence subjects focusing on improving thinking ability, and ⑥ special lectures and experiential activities. As the 2020 Ministry of Education also announced the Comprehensive Plan for Convergence Education, convergence education should be expanded more substantively in gifted education.
