      • 임신 전반기 여성의 철분영양상태 개선을 위한 영양교육 방안 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the nutritional status of iron, food habit, general characteristics for pregnant women and to suggest the direction of nutritional education for pregnant women. Among 171 pregnant women who provided baseline data, 21 women voluntarily participated Fe supplementation and nutrition education program. Nutritional education was provided six times at two-week intervals in the form of telephone interview. The effectiveness of nutritional education was evaluated by measurement of Fe status before and after nutrition education. It appealed that most of subjects took less amount of energy, calcium and iron than Korean RDA. The results indicated that nutrition education was ineffective to improve Fe status for pregnant women. The main barrier of nutritional education process was overconcern about weight gain and body shape, inadequate Fe intake for food source. In addition, the indirect education by telephone interview appeared unsuitable. Therefore, our results indicated the further study to develop nutritional education materials for Pregnant women to overcome the limitation of telephone interview.

        The balance of high speed spindle system with high precision rotation like grinding machine is very important. Traditionally, we use trial and error method to balance the spindle. It takes much time. So we are developing the automatic balancing equipment being used in the grinding machine. The balancing head we develop is wireless. It will be used high-speed grinding machine. We use influence coefficient method to control the automatic balancer. Experiments are based on automatic and manual balancing. We perform test of the vibration filter. It helps to remove noise. The filter and experiments with automatic balancing controller show that automatic balancing control can be successfully achieved with the quick response and good stability characteristics.

        2016년 8월 3일부터 5일까지 제주특별자치도 서귀포시 대정읍 마라도 일대를 한국거미연구회 하계 합동채집회에 김주필, 예용택, 최한석, 장지현, 예성훈, 김태우, 김대희, 지승환, 이형민, 이형진, 신정애, 허양미, 이영경, 최라미, 이윤정 등이 채집조사한 결과 15과, 39속, 45종의 거미류가 조사연구되어 이에 보고하는 바이다. The authors investigated the spiders of the Mara Island in Jeju Island. In the present paper 45 species of 39 genera belong to 15 families were identified. These specimens are deposited at the Joo-Pil Spider Museum, Namyangju-Si, Kyunggi-Do.

        일개 대학병원근무자들에서의 인플루엔자 예방 접종 순응도 관련요인

        목적 : 병원근무자에서의 인플루엔자 예방 접종은 병원내에서 인플루엔자 전파를 막기위한 수단으로 적극 권장되고 있으나 매년 인플루엔자 백신을 접종하는 병원근무자들은 소수에 지나지 않는다. 본 연구는 병원근무자들에서의 인플루엔자 예방 접종률을 향상시키기 위한 목적으로 첫째, 백신 접종자에서의 인플루엔자 백신 접종 계기를 알아보고 둘째, 인플루엔자 백신접종의 장애요인을 분석하여 그 문제점을 해결하는데에 목표가 있다. 재료 및 방법 : 서울 1개 대학병원의 병원종사자들을 대상으로 1999년 10월 1개월에 걸쳐 인플루엔자 예방 접종을 하도록 한 후 2000년 3월에 접종군과 비접종군을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 백신 접종군을 대상으로 백신접종의 동기(que to action), 비접종군을 대상으로는 접종에의 장애요인(barrier) 등을 조사하였다. 이 외에도 양군을 대상으로 인플루엔자에 대한 지식 척도, 인플루엔자 백신으로 기대되는 효과(benefit)등에 대한 설문조사를 시행한 후 정답률을 조사하였다. 결과 : 1) 설문 조사에 응한 총 수는 309명으로 간호사가 60% 이상이었다. 백신접종군은 평균연령, 평균 근무연수가 비접정군에 비하여 유의하게 길었으나 성별, 직종별 분포는 양 군간 차이가 없었다. 2) 인플루엔자 예방 접종의 필요성에 대한 지식정도에 있어 접종군의 934%가 그 필요성을 잘 인식하여 비접종군의 779%보다 유의하게 높았으나 예방 접종이 필요한 구체적 이유에 대한 정확한 이해는 접종군 113%, 비접종군 119%에 불과하였다. 3) 인플루엔자 예방 접종을 받은 의료인들의 행동계기는 ‘감염관리실의 홍보’와 ‘주위사람들의 권유’에 의한 경우가 26.9%, 21.6%로 가장 많았고 본인이나 가족, 친구들을 통한 일종의 감지된 위협 때문에 접종한 경우 31명(186%)의 순이었다. 4) 비접종자들에서 예방 접종을 시행치 않은 가장 흔한 이유는 ‘업무에 바쁘고 시간이 없어서’라는 항목이었으며(37.3%) 특히 의사 집단에서는 이러한 이유가 68.8%로서 압도적으로 많았다. 간호사나 기타 직종에 종사하는 직원들의 경우는 자신의 건강에 대한 확신이 30%내외에 달하였고 예방 접종 자체의 효과에 의문을 갖는 경우도 직종에 따라 6.3-29.7%에 달하였다. 결론 : 병원근무자에서 인플루엔자 예방 접종률을 향상시키기 위해서는 백신 접종의 장애물(효과의 의문, 부작용)을 효과적으로 제거하고 인플루엔자 백신의 필요성과 효과를 인식시키기 위한 교육과 함께 시간, 공간상의 제약을 배제할 수 있는 접근성의 문제를 해결하여야 할 것으로 사료된다. Background : In spite of yearly recalls, influenza immunization rate among healthcare workers (HCWs) remained low in Korea University Guro Hospital. This study was conducted to identify the causes of non-compliance against influenza immunization and to analyze the barrier factors for the immunization. Materials & Methods : Questionnaires were distributed in March of 2000 at Korea University Guro Hospital. We evaluated factors associated with acceptance of influenza vaccination and opinions regarding influenza prevention (knowledge about influenza vaccination efficacy, que to action in vaccinee, perceptible benefit, barrier to vaccination). Results : 309 completed questionnaires from HCWs were returned. Mean age and mean duration of work in hospital were higher and longer among vaccinee than non-vaccinee. Even though the necessity of influenza vaccination among HCWs were accepted well in vaccinee compared to nonvaccinee, the accurate reasons for vaccination were not quite understood among HCWs regardless of compliance. Vaccine campaign (30.8%) and advise from doctors (24.7%) were important for the promotion of vaccination among vaccinee. However, major reason for non-compliance among nursing staff and was mis-confidence that their bodies' self defense mechanisms would ward off infection (33.5%) and 'too busy to get injection' for doctors (65%). Conclusion : We conclude that regular education about perceptible benefits and wrong concerns about influenza vaccination among HCW's and easy accessibility to vaccination were important determinants to improve the influenza vaccination. On-site availability of a vaccination-nurse also proved to be important.

        새로운 유사 원자층 증착 방법에 의한 산화막의 형성 및 터널링 자기 접합에의 응용

        The tunneling barrier is crucial to the overall performance in magnetic tunnel junction. We have suggested a new formation method for the tunnel barrier, which has utilized pseudo atomic layer deposition with sputtering (PALDS). As is well known, all metallic thin films oxidize more or less under atmospheric conditions. With using this property of metallic thin films, we have prepared tunnel barrier by sputtering metallic thin film and exposing it to the oxygen ambience. From transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation, the formed tunnel barrier has been confirmed to have clear and good interface between magnetic layers and tunnel barrier. From atomic force microscopy (AFM) observation, it has been also confirmed to have low surface roughness. The TMR MRAM cell manufactured using PALDS method has been shown to exhibit typical tunnel resistance of 86 KΩ·μm^2 and TMR ratio of about 40%. The 40% of MR is quite large. It is considered that this value is geometrically enhanced magnetoresistance due to the low junction resistance of MTJ.

      • Mn-X-Bi系 薄膜의 磁氣-光學的 特性

        Magnetic and mageto-optic properties of the ferromagnetic compound Mn_5Ni_2Bi_4 thin films are studied. The films are prepared by vacuum evaporation. Bi, Ni and Mn films are evaporated successively onto glass substrates at room temperature. The experimental conditions of the evaporatina process and thermal treatment of thin films of the Mn-Ni-Bi tennary system are examined. The specific conditions required are obtained to be more than ten hours of annealing at 350℃ in vacuum of 10^-5∼10^-6 Torr. The formation of compound Mn_5Ni_2Bi_4 films was confirmed by X-ray diffraction. The magnetic hysteresis loop of Mn_5Ni_2Bi_4 films of the thickness 800 A˘ measured by a magneto-optical method are rectangular, that is, the remnant magnetization equals the saturation magnetization. The magneto-optic Kerr effect of the films are inverstigated by measuring the rotation angle of the polarization and the ellipticity of the reflected light from the film surface using an ellipsometer. The state of polarization is analytically represented by using the poincare' sphere. The optical indices such as the refractive index, the index of absorption, the magneto-optic amplitude, its phase are obtained by analyzing the measured rotation angles and ellipticities in terms of the reflection coefficient derived by Voigt. The absorption coefficient, the figure of merit, the electric conductivity, and the electric polarizability are also calculated using the above quantities. The dependence of the magneto-optic constants upon the wave length of the light have also been investigated. The largest value of kerr rotation, magneto-optic amplitude and figure of merit obtained near the wave length 5000∼5200A˚are attributed to the resonance of the electric conductivity term and polarizability term of off-diagonal elements of the dielectric tensor. It is found that the center of the dispersion of magneto-optic constants is at the above region of the wave length showing that the magneto-optic transition occurs around this wave length. The figures of merit Mn_5Ni_2Bi_4 film are smaller than those of MnBi. The films are very resistant to oxidation by the surrounding atmosphere. The Mn_5Ni_2Bi_4 film seems promising as a magneto-optic memory medium

        전신성 홍반성 루푸스에서 F-18 FDG PET상 기저핵 포도당대사 증가 소견을 보이는 무도병 1예 : Evidence for Bilateral Putaminal Hypermetabolism on F-18 FDG PET

        Purpose: We describe a 54-year-old woman with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) who suddenly presented with chorea and had positive antiphospholipid antibodies. F-18 FDG PET showed abnormally increased glucose metabolism in bilateral putamen and primary motor cotex. Tc-99m ECD SPECt also showed abnormally increased regional cerebral blood flow in bilateral putamen. She was treated with corticosteroid and aspirin after which the symptoms improved. Four months later, follow up F-18 FDG PET showed improvement with resolution of hypermetabolism in bilateral putamen. This case suggests that striatal hypermetabolism is associated with chorea in SLE.

      • 제3섹터기업의 경영재생(Regeneration)을 위한 관광사업 도입에 관한 연구

        In spite of the economic regeneration of 1999 through the program of IMF in late 1997, a recent economic condition has been getting worse. Many private-and public-side companies faced the serious depression. The 3rd sector in particular is in difficulties for management, for the local government itself is framed to the economic problems and thus in a bad shape for supporting the financial benefits. The central and local government also are needed in downsizing and streamlining the system and the structure in the field and then try to examine those businesses invested previously. In the process, more importance is placed on the role-play and mission of the 3rd sector. The finding of this study is, firstly, to examine legal situations and, secondly, to review the comprehensive research on the Korean and foreign case studies and, finally, to suggest policy-making guidelines of the 3rd sectors.
