        韓醫學으로 보는 文宗의 疑問死에 대하여

        The authors explained the hypothesis that Moonjong of Lee's Dynasty maybe died by the unexplaining treatment of the Medical Officer named JeonSoonEu. Moonjong had very slight desease called swelling, but Medical Officer gave him very poisonous Pinellia ternata in Pheasant meat, So he suddenly died in the three year of reign means very short period among the Lee's Dynasty. Generally Pheasant like to eat Pinellia ternata during the Summer, So If one want to eat the Pheasant meat must waite till the winter. Because during the winter Pheasant can't found the Pinellia ternata, so Pheasant meat not toxic. ... Who is the orderer, are not yet reaveled instead of JeonSoonEu. One cann't give the confidence as a prime mover of JeonSoonEu, because he is only one of the Medical Officier. So one thinks that probably SeJo, the younger brother, one of the most powerful king during the Lee's Dynasty is the main suspecter. Sejo killed the nephew Danjong, Son and succesor of MoonJong, and catch the reins of government by 'coup d'etat’. If Sejo connect with the Moonjong's died, maybe he is the only one suverean who killed the two kings overall the Korean history.

        Apophyseopathy in human growing-up period is divided in three parts, early stage, advancing stage, and ending stage which are analyzed by X-ray test. The tuber of kantenabtrennung, schmorl and rear oxhorn dissociation are one of the these barrier process. We assume that the fracture of apophysis by overusing is the main cause of these barriers.

        한국인의 치아우식 조절에 관한 연구 : Ⅰ. 치아불소증이 심한 만경강유역의 음료수내 수종 무기질 함량 Ⅰ. THE CONTENTS OF SEVERAL ELEMENTS IN DRINKING WATER OF THE HIGH DENTAL FLUOROSIS REGIONS

        These studies were performed in an effort to elucidate the relation between dental fluorosis and several minerals which are contained in drinking water in the regions of the high fluorosis index. The water samples were collected from several regions around the Mankyung River in Chonrabukdo where high fluorosis index was observed in the pupils and from the control regions where dental fluorosis were not reported. The contents were analyzed by means of spectrophotometry for phosphorus, fluoride ion activity for fluoride, and atomic absorption spectrophotometry for calcium, magnesium and manganese. The calcium concentrations of drinking waters collected from the regions where high degree of dental fluorosis was appeared were lower than those of control regions. The phosphorus concentrations in the regions of high fluorosis index were very high, and the fluoride concentrations were remarkably greater than those of control regions. There was regional change in the magnesium concentrations of drinking water collected from the regions of the high dental fluorosis and control regions. But manganese concentrations showed markedly high regional variation.

        The cement based mortar is typically used as the surface finishing material for apartment floor. By the way, the crack is easily appeared with the lapse of time in this floor mortar because of the shrinkage effect of the cement. In our country, the most popular expansive additive is hauyne(CSA) or free lime(free-CaO) system. The types of shrinkage in the surface finishing mortar is known as plastic shrinkage, dry shrinkage and autogenous shrinkage. In this study, the expansive properties of the free lime system with various size distribution is analyzed. In particular, the experiment for the expansive properties is carried out by using the soundness molds and with various humidity and dry setting conditions. In addition, the difference of dry shrinkage properties between the cement with expansive additives and OPC is investigated under different conditions of water/cement ratio and sand/cement ratio.

        한국인의 치아우식 조절에 관한 연구 : Ⅳ. 고추수침엑스가 Streptococcus mutans B-13의 성장에 미치는 영향 Ⅳ. THE EFFECT OF WATER-EXTRACT OF CAPSICUM ON THE GROWTH OF STREPTOCOCCUS MUTANS B-13

        This experiment was performed to elucidate the reported anti-cariogenic effect of capsicum in rats. Streptococcus mutans strain B-13, which was drived from human oral cavity and known to be cariogenic, was cultured in TYG with water-extract of capsicum. Glucose content of water-extract of capsicum was also determined by glucose oxidase method. The results are as follows. 1. Glucose content of water-extract of capsicum was 25.6 (±0.5) %. 2. In logarithmic phase, water-extract of capsicum group showed less steepness in growth curve than control group. 3. In early stationary phase, size of bacterial cell mass was in order of control, 0.5% and 1% water-extract of capsicum group. 4. It appears that water-extract capsicum might contain inhibitory substance to growth of Streptococcus mutans B-13, in spite of its high glucose content.

      • 콘크리트 지하철 구조물의 비선형 지진응답해석

        1995년 Hyogoken-Nanbu 지진은 RC 지중 지하철 구조물에 지난 과거 전혀 경험치 못했던 심각한 피해를 일으켰다. 이같은 지진피해의 정확한 평가를 위하여, 주파수영역상에서의 지반-구조물 상호작용효과를 고려한 지하 구조물에 대한 선형지진응답해석이 수행되어왔으나, 보다 정확한 지진피해를 예측하기 위해서는 시간영역상에서 지반과 구조물의 이력감쇠와 강성변화를 고려한 비선형지진응답해석을 수행하는 것이 반드시 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 지반-구조물 상호작용을 고려한 비선형 지진응답해석을 시간영역상에서 수행하기 위하여 주파수영역상에서 지반-구조물 상호작용효과를 고려하기위해 개발된 KIESSI-2D와 유한요소 범용해석프로그램 ANSYS를 연계한 복합법을 사용하여 Hyogoken-Nanbu 지진시 피해가 많았던 고베의 가미사와 지하철역을 대상으로 비선형 지진응답해석을 수행하고 실제 발생한 피해상황과 비교 ·분석하였다. 해석시 등가 선형화기법에 근거한 대표적인 자유장 해석프로그램인 SHAKE를 사용하여 지반의 비선형성을 고려하였고, 콘크리트의 비선형성을 고려하기위해서 Hognestad 모델을 사용하였다. 해석결과 실제 발생한 중간기둥의 전단파괴를 매우 유사하게 예측할 수 있음을 보여주었다. During the 1995 Hyogoken-Nanbu earthquake, underground RC structures experienced significant damages which had never been experienced before. To evaluate these damages, a linear earthquake response analysis in frequency domain has often been used. For more accurate evaluation of the damages, however, a nonlinear earthquake response analysis in time domain must be employed by incorporating she continuous change of stiffness and hysteresis damping of soil-structure interaction systems. In this study, a hybrid method which combines a soil-structure interaction program, KIESSI-2D with a general purpose FEM package, ANSYS is developed to perform nonlinear earthquake response analysis of soil-structure interaction in time domain. As a verification of the hybrid method, nonlinear earthquake response analyses are performed on the Kamisawa subway station which was damaged severely during the Kobe earthquake and analytical results are compared with the real damages. In order to consider the nonlinearity of soil, SHAKE program is used, whereas Hognestad model is used to consider the nonlinearity of concrete. It is shown that the analytical prediction agrees fairly well with the actual damages which were caused by the shear failure of the center column of the station.

      • 보드 레벨 플립칩의 4점 굽힘 시험 시 파단 특성 연구

        In general, circuit board assemblies experience various mechanical loadings during assembly and in actual use. The repeated cyclic bending can cause electrical failures due to circuit board cracks, solder interconnects cracks, and the component cracks. In this paper, we report on the failure characteristics of board level flip chips under the repeated cyclic bending. We first describe a new 4-point bending tester, which is developed according to JEDEC standard No.. 22B113. The performance of the tester is then estimated through actual experiments . Test results reveal that the cracks first occur on the outer balls around 20,000 cycles and gradually propagate to the inner balls where cracks are found around 70,000 cycles.

        유전자재조합 인간 골형성단백2 및 생흡수성고분자를 이용한 골형성유도체의 개발

        We tested the bone regenerating capacity and histologic response of bioresorbable matrix-type implant, which was made with Poly(lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA) and bone apatite for the carrier of bone morphogenetic protein(BMP). The critical size defect of 8mm in diameter was created at the calvaria of SD rats(n=18), and repaired with polymer implant with 15㎍ of rhBMP-2(n=9) or without it(n=9). At 2 weeks, 1 months after implantation, the animals were sacrified(3 animals at every interval and group) and histologically evaluted. The calvarial defect which was repaired with polymer with BMP healed with newly formed bone about 70% of total defect. But that without BMP showed only 0 to under 30% bony healing. Inflammtory response was absent in both group through the experimental period, but there's marked foreign body giant response though it was a little less significant in polymer with BMP group. As the polymer was resorbed, the space was infiltrated and replaced by fibrovascular tissue, not by bone. In conclusion, our formulation of bioresorbable matrix implant loaded with bone morphogenetic protein works good as a bone regenerating material. However, it is mandatory to devise our system to have better osteoinductive and osteoconductive property, and less mutinucleated giant cell response.

        Colchicine과 Verapamil이 PTH에 의한 골흡수에 미치는 영향

        This experiment was performed to study the effects of colchicine and verapamil on PTH-induced bone resorption in organ culture. Ulnae and radii were removed from 19-day fetal rats, prelabelled by subcutaneous injection of 200μCi ^45CaCl_2 into their mothers on the 17th day of gestation, and then explanted on the Millipore filters in organ culture dishes. The media of normal group were exchanged with fresh media, and control group with 0.1U/ml PTH-supplemented media, while experimental group, were exchanged with 0.1U/ml PTH+10^-7M colchicine, PTH+40μM verapamil, or PTH+10^-7M colchicine+40mM verapamil complexed media. Radioactivity of ^45Ca released into media after 24, 48 and 72 hours of culture and remained in cultured bone after 72hours, were both determined. The rates of bone resorption in each group were measured by the percentage of released ^45Ca to the total radioactivity that presented in the bone at the beginning of culture. And also effects of colchicine, verapamil and colchicine+verapamil were observed by the ratios of %-release of ^45Ca between paired control and experimental group. The following results were obtained: 1. PTH at the concentration of 0.1U/ml, increased the fetal bone resorption by 67 and 87% after 48 and 72hours of culture, respectively 2. Colchicine, at the concentration of 10^-7M, presented significant inhibition of PTH-induced bone resorption after 48 and 72 hours of culture, and verapamil, at the concentration of 40μM, presented significant inhibition of the PTH-tnduced bone resorption after 72 hours of culture. 3. Colchicine plus verapamil at the concentration of 10^-7M and 40μM, respectively, presented significant inhibition of PTH-induced bone resorption after 48 and 72hours of culture, but presented lack of additive or synergistic effects.
