        Recently, web and multimedia-based CAI is proposed. This intelligent and virtual education system is a course related to the characteristics of media. This system is quite within the bounds of possibility to show a problem or syllabus, instructor analysis, student analysis, etc. It points out that the characterstics of media do not harmonize with syllabus and instructor design in educational technology. In this thesis, we propose a model that includes the methodology of educational technology and leaner's characteristics. Also, we describe the design and implementation of and intelligent and effective courseware for introduction of computer. It is enabled by reorganizing curriculum materials for learner's characteristics and managing learner's information for an interactive communication.

      • 음향분석을 이용한 발음학습용 CAI 설계 및 구현

        Speech is convenience of usage and is superior to another interface of natural. and yet there are many people that pronunciation is not correct, and pronunciation learning tools is not popularization. In this paper, we designed CAI(Computer Assistance Instruction) for pronunciation learning using acoustic analysis. This CAI consist of wave form, spectrographic, oral map, instruction message and command parts. This CAI is implemented by using the Access 2.0, Visual Basic 5.0 and multimedia techniques. This CAI menu are vowel pronunciation, word pronunciation, dictation, statistical report and exit. This CAI is compatible, flexible and powerful. Therefore this can be used to the teaching tools of pronunciation in primary school, preschool, special classes for the education of mentally handicaped children.

      • 동물원에서 사육중인 Japanese Macaque (Macaca fuscata)에서 Zoletil 마취에 관한 연구

        To evaluate the effects of Zoletil (tiletamine-zolazepam) that have been widely used for the chemical restraint and anesthesia of primates, on physiologic alteration, blood gas analysis and anesthetic duration in the Japanese macaque(Macaca fuscata), this study was carried out. Zoleril was administered by intramuscular injection, Evaluation of temperature, heart rate, respiration rate and blood gas analysis were performed before administration ancl at 1,10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 min after administration, and induction and maintenance time was recorded. There was no significant difference in heart rate, PCO₂PO₂after Zolcril administration and temperature, respration rate, pH were significant difference compared with those of before administration, The induction time was 2.5±l.Omin and maintenance time was 86±23.2min. It was considered that Zoletil could he usefully used for the sedation and immobilization of Japanese macaque reared in zoological garden.

      • 신경망을 이용한 음악 장르의 자동 추출

        Traditional indexing mechanism are based on the song's metadata such as the title and the composer and so on. However, these system have a major limitation that users have to know the metadata of the songs they want to retrieve. In order to solve these limitation, we proposed music genre classification system that allows users to retrieve music information efficiently from a large music database using the rhythm that is defined as the parts of the music. The result of simulation is 92% recognition rate.

      • ∇²G 연산자의 신호 분석 특성을 이용한 자음 인식 신경망

        본 연구에서는 음절에서 자음이 가지는 특징파라미터와 자음에서 모음으로 전이하는 구간에서의 특징파라미터를 모두 이용한 무성자음 인식 시스템을 제안하였다. 인식을 위해서 자음구간에서의 시간영역 특징파라미터인 피치패턴, 영교차율, 전체에너지, 반구간 에너지, 자음지속시간과 전이구간에서의 주파수영역 특징파라미터인 주파수 스펙트럼을 이용하였다. 무성자음 인식 시스템은 자음 인식, 전이구간 인식, 모음 인식 신경망으로 구성하였으며, 인식 신경망은 학습 능력이 있는 다층 신경망(MLP)를 이용하였다. 제안한 무성자음 인식 시스템에서 168개의 무성자음 인식 시뮬레이션 결과 학습율 60%, 80%에서 평균인식율이 각각 93.2%, 96.1%이었다. In this study, we present unvoiced consonant recognition system using the characteristic parameters of the consonants and the transition region in the syllables. For the recognition, the characteristic parameters on the time domain such as pitch pattern. ZCR, total energy, half energy and consonant duration of the consonant region, and those on the frequency domain such as frequency spectrum of the transition region and the vowel region are used. The unvoiced consonant recognition neural network. Each recognition neural network is implementented using MLP which has learning ability. The recognition simulation results for 168 unvoiced consonant samples are that average recognition rates are 93.2% under 60% learning rate and 96.1% under 80% learning rate.

        자궁내막암 환자에서 복강경하 자궁적출술과 복식 자궁적출술의 비교 연구

        목적 : 자궁내막암 환자에서 시행된 복강경 수술의 임상적 결과를 평가하고 수술적 지표 및 재발률에 대하여 기존의 개복 수술과 비교하고자 하였다. 연구 방법 : 1997년 8월부터 2003년 11월까지 저자들은 임상적 병기 I기인 79명의 자궁내막암 환자에서 복강경하 자궁적출술과 골반 및 부대동맥 림프절 절제술을 시행하였다. 총 79명의 환자 중, 수술적 병기 I기와 II기로 판명된 74명의 환자를 연구 대상으로 하였다. 대조군으로는 같은 기간 동안에 개복수술을 시행한 환자중 복강경 수술군과 병기가 같은 168예를 선정하였다. 결과 : 평균 수술 기간, 수혈량은 양군에서 비슷하였으며, 평균 재원 기간은 복강경 수술군에서 유의하게 짧았다. 수술전후 및 만성 합병증의 발생은 개복 수술군에서 유의하게 증가되었으며, 획득한 림프절의 수는 복강경 수술군에서 유의하게 더 많았다. 복강경 수술군에서 1예, 개복 수술군에서는 2예에서 재발하였고, 2년 무병 생존률은 복강경 수술군과 개복 수술군에서 각각 97.5%와 98.6%으로 유의한 차이는 관찰되지 않았다. 결론 : 자궁내막암 치료로서 복강경 수술은 기존의 개복술을 대신할 수 있는 안전하고 효과적인 시술 방법이다. 개복 수술과 비교해 볼 때, 재발 및 생존율 면에서 차이가 없었지만, 향후 전향적이고 더 오랜 추적기간을 갖는 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다. Objective : To evaluate the outcomes of laparoscopic surgery and to compare surgical parameters and recurrence rate of these with those of conventional abdominal surgery in patients with endometrial cancer. Methods : From August 1997 to November 2003, we have performed 79 cases of LAVH (laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy) with or without lymph node dissection. Laparoscopic approach was adapted in patients with FIGO clinical stage I by imaging study. Of the 79 patients, 74 patients who were proved to be surgical stage I and II were enrolled in this comparative study. As a control group, We selected 168 cases for the laparotomy group of the same stages. Results : The mean duration of surgery, the amount of blood transfusion and hemoglobin chamges were similar in both the laparoscory and the convertional alparotomy group. The mean duration of hospital stay was significantly shorter in patients treated by laparoscopic surgery (10.2 vs. 15.5 days). The number of lymph node obtained was significantly higher in the laparoscopy group. Two year recurrence-free survival rates were 97.5% in laparoscopy group and 98.6% in laparotomy group (p=0.763). Conclusion : Laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of early stage endometrial cancer is safe and effective altematives in terms of perioperative complications. Overall and recurrence-free survival did not differ significantly in both groups however long term risk for recurrence and survival has yet to be defined.

      • 홈오토메이션을 위한 음성인터페이스 설계 및 구현

        With the development of modern communication and networking technology, more and more computing and communication facilities, automation equipments, home information appliances and difference type of networking terminals come into home all over the world. Household appliances and lots of machineries in house accordingly demand remote control for life convenience. In this paper, We suggested voice interface for home automation system. The voice interface consist of voice instruction management module and voice instruction insertion module. In the voice instruction insertion module, a user who use home automation system can edit any instruction directly. Using the voice instruction management module, the home automation system enables household appliances to control by voice instruction. Voice interface for home automation system facilitates not only to show TV, moving image, DVD, but also to replay music files. And what's more about the system is that it enables electrical appliances to control through TCP/IP or RS232C, being connected with the network.

      • 음향분석과 조음법칙을 이용한 발음지도

        In this paper, we proposed a teaching method of pronunciation using analysis and articulation rule. The power spectra of vocal trace transfer function are achieved by the FFT. Formants for acoustic analysis are given from the peaks which are found in those spectra. The haming window with the frame of 256 samples is used in preprocessing. We found that formants distribution in each vowels are stable and some vowel is able to seperate by teaching of pronounce. These results encouraged us very much and show that this method can be applied to the teaching method of pronounciation in primary school.

        Tracheobronchopathia osteoplastica is a rare disorder of unknown cause characterized by the projection of numerous bony or cartilaginous submucosal nodules into the tracheobronchial lumen with sparing of the posterior membranous portion of tracheobronchial tree. In the past, most of the cases were diagnosed as secondary finding at autopsy. Nowaday, the key component of the evaluation is flexible fiberoptic laryngoscopy and bronchoscopy, which typically demonstrates irregular spicules of subrnucosal bone and cartilage projecting into the tracheobronchial lumen and causing various degrees of airway obstruction. A 45 years old man was visited Sunchon St. Carollo hospital due to discomfort on throat. We saw several nodules just below vocal cord via laryngoscope. The computed tomography revealed multiple small calcified nqdules on trachea and both main bronchi. Pathologic finding of bronchoscopic biopsy showed abnormal proliferation of bony and cartilagious nodules in the tracheal submucosa. These fingdings were consistent with tracheobronchopathia osteoplastica. We report here on a case of tracheobronchopathia osteoplastica with review of literature.

      • 금속착제를 갖는 산소부화막의 제조

        Composite membranes containing a metal complex as an oxygen carrier were prepared and tested for the capability of oxygen enrichment. The permeability characteristics of the membrane were measured by the volumetric method with the pressure difference ranging from 0.2 to 0.8Kg/cm². Both oxygen and nitrogen showed constant permeabilities, diffusion coefficients, and solubilities which do not depend on the pressure difference across the membrane. The metal complexes were also found to play a role of nitrogen carrier to a degree. For the case of the silicone membrane with Co(NO₃)₂.6H₂O complex, the permeability and the separation factor of oxygen were significantly improved to ??/cm³·cm/cm²·sec·cm-Hg and 2.7 respectively, at the pressure difference of 0.4Kg/cm². This improvement was attributed to the metal complex which acts as an oxygen carrier and thus increases the solubility of oxygen in the membrane.
