        Oxymatrine inhibits the pyroptosis in rat insulinoma cells by affecting nuclear factor kappa B and nuclear factor (erythroid-derived 2)-like 2 protein/heme oxygenase-1 pathways

        As the mechanism underlying glucose metabolism regulation by oxymatrine is unclear, this study investigated the effects of oxymatrine on pyroptosis in INS-1 cells. Flow cytometry was employed to examine cell pyroptosis and reactive oxygen species (ROS) production. Cell pyroptosis was also investigated via transmission electron microscopy and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release. Protein levels were detected using western blotting and interleukin (IL)-1β and IL-18 secretion by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The caspase-1 activity and DNA-binding activity of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) and nuclear factor (erythroid-derived 2)-like 2 protein (Nrf2) were also assessed. In the high glucose and high fat-treated INS-1 cells (HG + PA), the caspase-1 activity and LDH content, as well as Nod-like receptor family pyrin domain containing 3, Gsdmd-N, caspase-1, apoptosis-associated specklike protein containing a CARD, IL-1β, and IL-18 levels were increased. Moreover, P65 protein levels increased in the nucleus but decreased in the cytoplasm. Oxymatrine attenuated these effects and suppressed high glucose and high fat-induced ROS production. The increased levels of nuclear Nrf2 and heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) in the HG + PA cells were further elevated after oxymatrine treatment, whereas cytoplasmic Nrf2 and Keleh-like ECH-associated protein levels decreased. Additionally, the elevated transcriptional activity of p65 in HG + PA cells was reduced by oxymatrine, whereas that of Nrf2 increased. The results indicate that the inhibition of pyroptosis in INS- 1 cells by oxymatrine, a key factor in its glucose metabolism regulation, involves the suppression of the NF-κB pathway and activation of the Nrf2/HO-1 pathway.

        Asynchronous Cooperative Spectrum Sensing Scheme on Primary Users with Fast “On/Off” State Variations in Spectrum Sensing Windows

        Cognitive Radio has attracted intensive interests of the researchers, recently. The data rate always increases in the emerging technologies. The increased data rate poses mainly two challenges for spectrum sensing. One is that the state of primary user (PU) is fast and alternatively varying between “on/off” in a spectrum sensing window. The other is that the asynchronicity among the reports in a cooperative spectrum sensing setting becomes more apparent. Both of them would deteriorate the spectrum sensing performance. Thus, we propose an asynchronous cooperative spectrum sensing method to cope with these two challenges. A likelihood ratio test based spectrum sensing is developed for a single cooperator. The likelihood ratio is obtained in the setting of fast varying PU state. The likelihood ratio test is uniformly powerful according to the Neyman-pearson lemma. Furthermore, the asynchronicity among the cooperators are studied. Two sets of fusion weights are discussed for the asynchronous time among cooperators. One is designed based on the condition probability of the PU state variation and the other one is designed based on the queueing theory. The simulation results are provided with different fusion methods. The performance improvements are demonstrated.

        Topology Optimization and Design Realization of Magnetically-Coupled Resonant Wireless Power Transfer System with LCL-S Structure

        Magnetically-coupled resonant wireless power transfer (MCR-WPT) system with LCL-S structure is developing for higher transmission characteristics. This paper improves the resonance topology structure by adding a compensation capacitor in the transmitting side and proposes a parameter confi guration method with equivalent impedance. The transmission characteristics are analyzed fi rst based on simulation method to determine the parameters for the system requirements of 3 kW output power at working frequency of 85 kHz. Then the improved MCR-WPT system is developed. The realization methods of key modules such as electromagnetic coupling mechanism and drive circuit are given. The experiments are designed and are used to analyze the eff ect of diff erent frequency and diff erent distance on transmission characteristics. Output power and transmission effi ciency of the designed system can be 3141 W and 91% respectively. In addition, the inverter’s performance and the system electromagnetic radiation state are evaluated. The results show that the designed system can provide an eff ective means for 3 kW WPT application at 85 kHz.

        ‘‘Anode-free” Zn/LiFePO4 aqueous batteries boosted by hybrid electrolyte

        Aqueous rechargeable batteries with Zn as anode directly have become prospective alternatives to conventionallithium-ion batteries. However, the growth of zinc dendrites restricts the practical applicationof Zn anode greatly. In addition, the use of thick zinc foil as anode also increases the total weight of thebattery and impacts the whole energy density. Herein, a kind of ‘‘anode-free” Zn/LiFePO4 battery (zeroexcessZn) is designed to solve such problems, and corresponding electrolyte is optimized to ensurethe electrochemical performance. As a result, ethylene glycol (EG) is added to the aqueous electrolytewith 1.5 M Zn(CF3SO3)2 and 1.5 M LiCF3SO3 as solutes, which not only improves the stability of the electrolyte,but also inhibits the growth of zinc dendrites. And the Zn/Cu batteries with 70 vol% EG/H2Ohybrid electrolyte show highly reversible Zn plating/stripping process, in which the average coulombicefficiency (ACE) is as high as 99.77 % at a current density of 1 mA cm2. In order to better adapt to the‘‘anode-free” Zn/LiFePO4 battery system, the ratio of Zn2+ to Li+ ions in this electrolyte is further optimized,and it’s found that the battery with 2 M Zn(CF3SO3)2 + 1 M LiCF3SO3-70 vol% EG/H2O electrolyteshows the most excellent electrochemical stability, in which the capacity retention rate is 75.2 % after100 cycles at a current density of 1 mA cm2. Our work makes it possible for the application of aqueous‘‘anode-free” batteries.

      • Review of Research on Kim Hak-Ch’ŏl, A Cultural Warrior Embodying the Entire East Asia

        Kim Hak-Ch’ŏl (1916-2001) was the “last squad commander” of the Korean Volunteer Army as well as being the main intellect within the community of ethnic Koreans in China (Chosŏnchok) and a master in the world of Korean-Chinese literature. He lived one half of his life as a hero and the other half as a ‘traitor”, so research into his work could not help but go through tumultuous times. After liberation, some critics became interested in Kim’s novels that dealt with the life and experience as a member of the Korean Volunteer Army, however, after he moved to North Korea thus rendering his works inaccessible, research on his work could not take place. However, his writing activities when in Beijing and Yanbian garnered attention from critics and he was noted for his uniqueness. But as a result of the Anti-Rightist Movement in 1957, he ended up living a hellish life for the next 24 years. Research on his work was revived only after reforms were introduced and the writer started to gain attention also in South Korea and Japan. In this article, we will review existing research that had been performed on his life and literature in Korea, Japan and China, and propose some areas that need to be researched further in the future.

      • 传播语言学视域下的中国网络用语分析

        网络用语是以互联网为依托产生的语言。自2008年中国进入互联网3.0时代后,互联网普及率、网民数量、网络文化都进入了空前规模。其中,网络用语激增、类型愈发丰富。本文以中国国家语言资源监测与研究中心发布的2016年至2019年共40条年度十大网络用语为定量语料,从语言学角度出发,将它们划分为娱乐、社会民生、政治和文化等四个类型;其次,以传播学相关理论为基础,分析网络用语在以互联网为传播媒介的传播过程中出现的传播参与者、传播内容、传播效果;最后,探讨2016-2019年间,政治类和文化类网络用语变化的原因。 Internet slang is a way of expressing oneself that originated in the Internet. Since China entered the Internet 3.0 epoch in 2008, unprecedented progress has been witnessed in the Internet coverage, the number of netizens, and the internet culture. Accordingly, more Internet slang has been surging with incrementing forms of expressions. Adopting the Top 10 Annual Internet Slang published by China’s National Language Resources Monitoring and Research Center from 2016 to 2019 as the quantitative corpus, this study categorizes them, from the linguistic perspective, into four groups: entertainment, society and people’s livelihood, politics, and culture. Later, based on the communication studies, the article analyzes the participants, contents and effects in the communication using the aforementioned slang through the medium of Internet. To conclude, the research also discusses the reason why the political and cultural Internet slang has transitioned from 2016 to 2019.

      • Multicast Routing Algorithm of Network Lifetime

        MaxNLMRGA (Max Network-Lifetime Multicast Routing Algorithm based on Genetic algorithm) for the NLMR (Network-Lifetime Multicast Routing) problem was presented. The genetic operators of this algorithm reduce the transmission cost and energy consumption of multicast trees, and mutation operator prolongs the network lifetime, thus accelerating the convergence speed of the algorithm. Experiment results show that the multicast tree found by this algorithm not only has the minimum transmission cost, but also has the longest network lifetime. Furthermore, this algorithm converges quickly.

        패션 복합문화 스토어의 체험마케팅 요소가 중국 소비자의 쇼핑몰입, 스토어 만족과 구매 의도에 미치는 영향 - 상하이를 중심으로 -

        This study investigated the influences of experiential marketing components on shopping flow, store satisfaction, and purchase intention in fashion complex culture stores. The mediating effects of shopping flow and store satisfaction were also explored in the relationship between experiential marketing components of fashion multi-tasking culture stores and purchase intention. An online survey was conducted with male and female shoppers between the ages of 20 and 30 in Shanghai, China who visited fashion multi-tasking culture stores. Data from 165 participants were analyzed employing SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0. There were several meaningful results of this study. First, the analysis of the sub-dimension of experiential marketing components (Sense, Feel, Think, and Act-Relate) clearly showed a factorial construct. Second, the components of experiential marketing showed significantly positive effects on shopping flow and store satisfaction in the fashion multi-tasking culture store. Third, the shopping flow and store satisfaction played important medicating roles in the relationship between experiential marketing components (Act-Relate on shopping flow, Sense and Act-Relate on store satisfaction) and purchase intention. The results suggest that experiential marketing components with shopping flow and store satisfaction should be promoted among Chinese consumers to enhance purchase intentions in fashion multi-tasking culture stores.
