Jingjing Hu,Yuexia Wang,Xiaoxi Li 한국간호과학회 2020 Journal of Korean Academy of Nursing Vol. No.

Purpose: This study aimed to utilize concept analysis to obtain a better understanding of the concept of “continuity of care” in chronic diseases. Methods: The concept of continuity of care was analyzed using the Walker and Avant method. Covering literature in English from 1930 to 2018, the data sources included CINAHL Complete, Academic Search Complete, MEDLINE, PsyARTICLES, Health Source: Nursing/ Academic Edition, Google Scholar, Science Direct, and the Cochrane Library. Results: A comprehensive definition of concept of continuity of care was developed based on a systematic search and synthesis. The key defining attributes were identified as (a) care over time, (b) the relationship between an individual patient and a care team, (c) information transfer, (d) coordination, and (e) meeting changing needs. The antecedents of continuity of care were having a chronic disease, inexperienced with disease management, a poorly coordinated healthcare system, and medical care limitations. The consequences of continuity of care were decreasing hospital admissions, reducing costs, reducing emergency room visits, improving the quality of life, improving patient satisfaction, and delivering good healthcare. Conclusion: The thorough concept analysis provides insight into the nature of “continuity of care” in chronic diseases and also helps ground the concept in healthcare.

Effects of Nitrogen Sources and C/N Ratios on the Lipid-Producing Potential of Chlorella sp. HQ

( Jingjing Zhan ),( Yu Hong ),( Hongying Hu ) 한국미생물 · 생명공학회 2016 Journal of microbiology and biotechnology Vol.26 No.6

Microalgae are being researched for their potential as attractive biofuel feedstock, particularly for their lipid production. For maximizing biofuel production, it is necessary to explore the effects of environmental factors on algal lipid-producing potential. In this study, the effects of nitrogen (N) sources (NO2-N, NO3-N, urea-N, NH4-N, and N-deficiency) and carbon-tonitrogen ratios (C/N= 0, 1.0, 3.0, and 5.0) on algal lipid-producing potential of Chlorella sp. HQ were investigated. The results showed that for Chlorella growth and lipid accumulation potential, NO2-N was t he b est amongst t he n itrogen sources, a nd N O3-N and u rea-N also contributed to algal growth and lipid accumulation potential, but NH4-N and N-deficiency instead caused inhibitory effects. Moreover, the results indicated that algal lipid-producing potential was related to C/N ratios. With NO2-N treatment and carbon addition (C/N = 1.0, 3.0, and 5.0), total lipid yield was enhanced by 12.96-20.37%, but triacylglycerol (TAG) yields decreased by 25.52-94.31%. As for NO3-N treatment, carbon addition led to a 17.82-57.43%/ 25.86-82.67% reduction of total lipid/TAG yields. When NH4-N was used as the nitrogen source, total lipid/TAG yields were increased by 46.67-113.33%/28.99-74.76% with carbon addition. The total lipid/TAG yields of urea-N treatment varied with C/N ratios. Overall, the highest TAG yield (TAG yield: 38.75 ± 5.21 mg/l; TAG content: 44.16 ± 4.35%) was achieved under NO2-N treatment without carbon addition (C/N = 0), the condition that had merit for biofuel production.

Kinematics and dynamic analysis of a novel hybrid dynamics simulator

Bo Hu,Liandong Zhang,Jingjing Yu 대한기계학회 2016 JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Vol.30 No.11

A serial-parallel dynamics simulator based on serial-parallel manipulator is proposed. According to the dynamics simulator motion requirement, the proposed serial-parallel dynamics simulator formed by 3-RRS (active revolute joint-revolute joint-spherical joint) and 3-SPR (Spherical joint-active prismatic joint- revolute joint) PMs adopts the outer and inner layout. By integrating the kinematics, constraint and coupling information of the 3-RRS and 3-SPR PMs into the serial-parallel manipulator, the inverse Jacobian matrix, velocity, and acceleration of the serial-parallel dynamics simulator are studied. Based on the principle of virtual work and the kinematics model, the inverse dynamic model is established. Finally, the workspace of the (3-RRS)+(3-SPR) dynamics simulator is constructed.

Quantitative validation of the analytical mode shapes of a beam-like structure with a Z-shaped configuration

        Wenhua Hu,Fengxiang Wang,Dongxing Cao,Jianen Chen,Jingjing Feng 대한기계학회 2019 JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Vol.33 No.5

Beam-like structures are widely used in engineering. The accuracy of the analytical mode shapes of these structures is important for studying their dynamic characteristics. A method is presented in this study to theoretically obtain and quantitatively validate the analytical mode shapes of a beam-like structure with a Z-shaped configuration. The governing equations and boundary conditions of the structure’s planar motion are derived using Hamilton’s principle. Frequencies and analytical mode shapes of the structure are theoretically obtained and compared with the numerical results from finite element method. The comparison of frequencies and modal assurance criterion is used to quantitatively validate the analytical mode shapes. Examples are presented to show the analytical mode shapes of Zshaped beams with different fold angles. The proposed method is useful for improving the accuracy of analytical mode shapes, which is beneficial to the design and control of beam-like structures in engineering fields.

      • Research on MW-IPLS in Wavelength Selection based on NIR of Rice Moisture

        Weizheng Shen,Jingjing Wang,Fengzhu Hu,Qingming Kong 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of u- and e- Service, Scienc Vol.9 No.12

The moisture content of rice is of great significance for the eating quality and food safety. Therefore, it is very necessary to establish a rapid, stable, reliable and high prediction accuracy quantitative analysis model that can be used in on-line detection. In this study, the quantitative analysis technique of near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy was used to detect the moisture content in rice. We combine the algorithm (MW-IPLS) based on MWPLS (Moving Window Partial Least Squares) with IPLS (Interval Partial Least Squares) to optimize the characteristic wavelength. Then we establish partial least squares regression in the preferred characteristic wavelength range. The experimental results show that the model of quantitative analysis using the MW-IPLS algorithm to optimize the characteristic wavelength is optimal comparing with the whole spectrum and single method such as MWPLS and IPLS. The numbers of Factors, R2P, RMSECV and RMSEP are 6, 0.8597, 0.2523 and 0.2753 respectively. Therefore, using the WM-IPLS algorithm to optimize the characteristic wavelength can reduce the processing capacity of the data and make the model more concise. In addition, it also provides a new method for the analysis of near infrared spectral characteristic wavelength selection.

MiR-218-5p Suppresses the Killing Effect of Natural Killer Cell to Lung Adenocarcinoma by Targeting SHMT1

        Quanjun Yang,Jingjing Li,Yili Hu,Xiaofei Tang,Lili Yu,Lihua Dong,Diandian Chen 연세대학교의과대학 2019 Yonsei medical journal Vol.60 No.6

Purpose: Lung adenocarcinoma (LA) is one of the major types of lung cancer. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play an essential role in regulatingresponses of natural killer (NK) cells to cancer malignancy. However, the mechanism of miR-218-5p involved in the killingeffect of NK cells to LA cells remains poorly understood. Materials and Methods: The expression of miR-218-5p was examined by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRTPCR). Serine hydroxymethyl transferase 1 (SHMT1) level was detected by qRT-PCR or western blots. Cytokines production ofinterferon-γ (IFN-γ) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were detected by ELISA. The killing effect of NK cells to LA cells was investigatedusing lactate dehydrogenase cytotoxicity assay kit. The interaction of miR-218-5p and SHMT1 was probed by luciferaseactivity assay. Xenograft model was established to investigate the killing effect of NK cells in vivo. Results: miR-218-5p was enhanced and SHMT1 was inhibited in NK cells of LA patients, whereas stimulation of interleukin-2(IL-2) reversed their abundances. Addition of miR-218-5p reduced IL-2-induced cytokines expression and cytotoxicity in NK-92against LA cells. Moreover, SHMT1 was negatively regulated by miR-218-5p and attenuated miR-218-5p-mediated effect on cytotoxicity,IFN-γ and TNF-α secretion in IL-2-activated NK cells. In addition, miR-218-5p exhaustion inhibited tumor growth bypromoting killing effect of NK cells. Conclusion: miR-218-5p suppresses the killing effect of NK cells to LA cells by targeting SHMT1, providing a potential target forLA treatment by ameliorating NK cells function.

Joint module angle error analysis and modelling of self-driven articulated arm coordinate measuring machine

        Mei Shen,Hongtao Yang,Jingjing Cheng,Mengyao Zhang,Tingting Hu,Yi Hu 대한기계학회 2022 JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Vol.36 No.12

The self-driven articulated arm coordinate measuring machine (self-driven AACMM) is a new type of flexible coordinate measuring equipment. The integrated joint module is introduced to the AACMM joint for self-driven control and automatic measurement, resulting in the joint angle error of self-driven AACMM. In this study, an ideal measurement model of the self-driven AACMM have been established. The sources of angle error of joint module is analysed, and single and comprehensive models of the joint module‘s angle error are established. Numerical simulation of the angle error model of the single joint module is conducted by MATLAB. An angle error calibration experiment of the joint module is carried out with the photoelectric autocollimator and the metal 36-sided prism. Results show that each joint module produces different torsional deformation due to load. The angle error of joint module 1, 6 are most and least affected by the load torque, the actual average errors of the two are 37.64 arcsec and -0.9632 arcsec, respectively. The simulated and calibrated single-joint module angle error trends are cyclical, and the calibrated angle error range is [-100.4 arcsec, 205.2 arcsec]. The harmonic error component in the harmonic reducer and the magnetic encoder is an important factor of the angle error of joint module. The eatablished angle error model of single joint module can be effiectively applied to comprehensive error compensation for high measurement accuracy of self-driven AACMM.
