<P>This paper is devoted to the characterizations of the boundedness and nonemptiness of solution sets for set-valued vector equilibrium problems in reflexive Banach spaces, when both the mapping and the constraint set are perturbed by different parameters. By using the properties of recession cones, several equivalent characterizations are given for the set-valued vector equilibrium problems to have nonempty and bounded solution sets. As an application, the stability of solution set for the set-valued vector equilibrium problem in a reflexive Banach space is also given. The results presented in this paper generalize and extend some known results in Fan and Zhong (2008), He (2007), and Zhong and Huang (2010).</P>

Fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) composites are considered suitable candidates for structural materials of spacecrafts due to their excellent properties of high strength, light weight, and corrosion resistance. An online health monitoring method for FRP composites must be applied to space structures. However, the application of existing health monitoring methods to space structures is limited due to the harsh space environment. Here, carbon fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) composites embedded with fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensors were prepared to explore the feasibility of strain monitoring using embedded FBG sensors in g-radiation environment. The analysis of the influence of radiation on the strain monitoring demonstrated that the embedded FBG can be successfully applied to the health monitoring of FRP composites in radiation environment.

Purpose: Omalizumab is the preferred add-on therapy for patients with moderate-to-severe persistent allergic asthma and has demonstrated efficacy and safety in various ethnicities. This study evaluated the efficacy and safety of omalizumab in Chinese patients with moderate-to-severe allergic asthma. Methods: This randomized, double-blind, parallel-group, placebo-controlled, phase III study assessed lung function, quality of life, asthma control, and safety of omalizumab after 24-week therapy in Chinese patients (18-75 years of age). Results: A total of 616 patients were randomized (1:1) to omalizumab or placebo. The primary endpoint, least squares mean treatment difference (LSM-TD) in morning peak expiratory flow (PEF) (omalizumab vs placebo), at Weeks >20-24 was 8.85 L/min (Full analysis set; P=0.062). Per-protocol analysis set showed significant improvements with LSM-TD of 11.53 L/min in mean mPEF at Weeks >20-24 (P=0.022). The FEV1 % predicted was significantly improved with omalizumab vs placebo from 8 to 24 weeks (after 24-week treatment: LSM-TD=4.12%; P=0.001). At Week 24, a higher proportion of omalizumab-treated patients achieved clinically relevant improvements in standardized AQLQ (58.2% vs 39.3%; LSM=0.51 vs 0.10; P<0.001) and ACQ (49.5% vs 35.5%; LSM=-0.51 vs -0.34; P=0.002) scores vs placebo. Total and nighttime symptom scores reduced significantly with omalizumab vs placebo (LSM-TD=-0.21, P=0.048 and -0.12, P=0.011, respectively). Although the study was not powered to study differences in exacerbation rates (P=0.097), exacerbations in winter months were less frequent in the omalizumab vs placebo group (2 vs 21). Adverse event and severe adverse event rates were comparable between omalizumab and placebo. Conclusions: Omalizumab improves lung function, quality of life, and asthma control in Chinese patients with moderate-to-severe persistent allergic asthma and has a good safety profile.

Tumor microenvironment is characterized by low pH, high reactive oxygen species and hypoxia, whichprovides a suitable environment for cancer growth. The hypoxia not only elevates tumor angiogenesisand metastasis, but also is responsible for the development of treatment resistance, which graduallybecomes a significant impediment for cancer therapy. Therefore, we developed a biomimetic nanosystemcontaining hemoglobin extracted from red blood cells, chemotherapy drug sorafenib, sensitizer ursolicacid and photosensitizer indocyanine green for enhanced chemo-photo combination therapy of hepatocellularcarcinoma, which could not only enhance the chemotherapy effect of sorafenib bowing to thesensitizing effect of ursolic acid, but also achieved synergetic phototherapy in virtue of indocyaninegreen. Besides, the nanoparticles could effectively delivery exogenous oxygen to tumor site and amelioratethe tumor hypoxic environment with the assistance of hemoglobin. The dual-sensitization drugdelivery system was expected to effectively reduce the resistance of traditional treatment methodsagainst tumor hypoxia, providing a novel prospect for the synergistic hepatocellular carcinomatreatment.
Verification Method of Real-time System Based on Refinement Relation
Jing GUO,Zhong-wei XU,Meng MEI 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Grid and Distributed Comp Vol.8 No.1
With the continuous increase in the size and complexity of a real-time computer system, the use of formal verification methods in software development is also on the rise. The traditional formal verification method is not fully applicable to the development of actual system life cycle. Therefore, this paper presents a new real-time system verification method, It takes the deadlock timed Büchi automata as the medium, and translates the timed temporal logic into timed communicating sequential process language. The tock event is also joined, which can be directly used for the detection of refinement tool FDR. The method verifies the situation of deadlock. To establish the link between the conventional model checking and refinement model checking can well combine the advantages of both and improves system security and reliability.

Zhang, Jing,Jing, Jiong-Jie,Jia, Xia-Li,Qiao, Li-Ying,Liu, Jian-Hua,Liang, Chen,Liu, Wen-Zhong Asian Australasian Association of Animal Productio 2016 Animal Bioscience Vol.29 No.5
Angiopoietin-like protein 4 (ANGPTL4) is involved in a variety of functions, including lipoprotein metabolism and angiogenesis. To reveal the role of ANGPTL4 in fat metabolism of sheep, ovine ANGPTL4 mRNA expression was analyzed in seven adipose tissues from two breeds with distinct tail types. Forty-eight animals with the gender ratio of 1:1 for both Guangling Large Tailed (GLT) and Small Tailed Han (STH) sheep were slaughtered at 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 months of age, respectively. Adipose tissues were collected from greater and lesser omental, subcutaneous, retroperitoneal, perirenal, mesenteric, and tail fats. Ontogenetic mRNA expression of ANGPTL4 in these adipose tissues from GTL and STH was studied by quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction. The results showed that ANGPTL4 mRNA expressed in all adipose tissues studied with the highest in subcutaneous and the lowest in mesenteric fat depots. Months of age, tissue and breed are the main factors that significantly influence the mRNA expression. These results provide new insights into ovine ANGPTL4 gene expression and clues for its function mechanism.

Tibetan macaque (Macaca thibetana), an endangered species endemic to China, is categorized as a Category II species under the Chinese Wild Animal Protection Law and listed in Appendix II of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species. To further assess genetic diversity and population structure within this species, populations, revealing that variations occured among populations mainly. Further analysis demonstrated that significant genetic differentiation (Fst = 0.83628, P\0.01) and poor gene flow (Nm\1) had occurred among these four populations. On the phylogenetic tree and haplotype network plot, 22 haplotypes cluster together according to their geographical origins, exhibiting an obvious phylogeographic pattern. We speculate that the significant genetic differentiation among these macaque populations might result from long-term geographic barrier and human activity. In particular,Yangtze River probably play a vital role in population differentiation of Tibetan macaques. we sequenced 477 bp of mitochondrial DNA control region in 30 Tibetan macaques from the Guizhou (GZ) and Yunnan (YN) of China and conducted population genetic analysis, along with 15 previously described haplotype sequences representing 55 individuals from Sichuan (SC)and Anhui (AH). 87 polymorphic sites were detected in the alignment of 45 sequences and defined 22 haplotypes, of which 9 were newly identified. Haplotype diversity (h),nucleotide diversity (p) and average number of nucleotide differences (K) is 0.911 ± 0.015, 0.06090 ± 0.00126 and 28.32, respectively, indicating higher genetic diversity in the whole Tibetan macaque population. Analysis of molecular variance (AMOVA) partitioned the total variation into 83.63 % among populations and 16.37 % within populations, revealing that variations occured among populationsmainly.
