Although the most commonly encountered orbital tumor is metastatic tumor, adenocarcinoma of stomach metastasized to the optic nerve is rarely reported. The authors discuss a rare case of metastatic adenocarcinoma of left optic nerve with a review of literature. A 44-year-old man presented with decreased visual acuity of left eye for 3 months. Neurologic examination revealed left optic neuropathy. On MR imaging, a homogenously wellenhanced mass surrounding left optic nerve around optic canal was noticed. The X-rays and the whole body bone scan sho-wed multiple bony metastasis. Subtotal removal was performed via combined subfrontal and pterional approach and metastatic adenocarcinoma from the stomach was confirmed histologically. Postoperative course was uneventful, but there was no improvement of visual acuity.
RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링법으로 증착한 Al이 첨가된 ZnO 투명전도막의 전기적 특성

첨가제로 $Al_{2}$$O_{3}$가 포함된 ZnO 소결체가 타깃을 이용하여 RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링법으로 Al이 첨가된 ZnO박막을 증착하고, 타깃에 첨가된 $Al_{2}$$O_{3}$의 농도와 증착시 스퍼터링장치내의 기판위치에 따른 박막의 물성 변화를 고찰하였다. 타깃의 $Al_{2}$$O_{3}$ 첨가농도가 2wt%인 경우에 비저항치 8 $\times$ $10_{-3}$ $\Omega$-cm인 박막이 증차되었다. 또한 $Al_{2}$$O_{3}$가 2wt%이상 첨가된 경우는 모든 Al이 박막내부에서 Zn를 치환하여 전자주게로의 역할을 하지 못하고, 오히려 치환되지 못한 Al원자의 중성 불순물 산란효과에 의해 박막의 비저항이 증가하였다. 타깃의 마모영역 위에서 증착된 Al을 첨가한 ZnO 박막은 그 영역 KR에서 증착된 박막보다 높은 비저항값을 나타냈으며, 이는 큰 에너지를 가지는 산소입자의 충돌에 기인한 것으로 여겨진다.

Product liability is the law of the manufacturer's responsibilities for the consumers' personal injuries or the losses of property resulted from defective products. In today's many countries, the product liability law are being enacted because of the safety of product use and the protection of consumer's right. In korea, the product liability is going to enforce on July 1, 2002. Though the construction of product liability response system is urgent situation, domestic manufacture company's PL response system is not nearly prepared in present. Consequently, the purpose of this study is to discuss the Quality Management's importance and the PL countermeasures by presenting the difference of PL response system construction degree by the Quality Management Maturity degree
규불화염계 수화열 저감제가 첨가된 시멘트 모르타르의 수화열 변화 및 균열저감 특성

본 연구에서는 규불화염, 가용성 실리카, 방향족계 고분자 축합물 그리고 잠열특성을 지닌 질산염계 무기화합물로 구성된 규불화염계 수화열 저감제를 시멘트 모르타르의 수화열 및 건조수축에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 규불화염계 수화열 저감제의 첨가로 시멘트 모르타르의 단열상승온도 및 건조수축에 의한 길이변화가 저감되는 특성을 나타내었다. 또한, 규불화염계 수화열 저감제가 첨가된 판상형 시멘트 모르타르 시험체의 균열 패턴을 측정한 결과, 수화열 저감과 건조수축에 의해 길이변화가 저감되는 복합적 효과를 통해 시멘트 모르타르의 균열저감성이 개선되는 것을 확인하였다. Fluosilicate salts based hydration heat reducer(SWP-HR), used in this study, is composed of fluosilicate salts, soluble silica, aromatic polymer condensate and nitrate salt based inorganic compound with latent heat property. Effects of SWP-HR addition on the hydration heat and anti-crack property of cement mortar were investigated. Adiabatic hydration temperature and drying shrinkage length of SWP-HR added cement mortar had a tendency to decrease compared to those of cement mortar without SWP-HR addition. Also, it was confirmed through crack pattern experiment of plate-form specimen for elucidating crack-reducing characteristic that anti-crack property of SWP-HR added cement mortar was improved.

Juvenile xanthogranuloma, which is the most common non-Langerhans cell histiocytosis of childhood, presents characteristic histopathologic features including abundant foamy macrophages and Touton giant cells. Generally, juvenile xanthogranuloma shows clinical features of less than 20 millimeters in size, butrarely, some lesions called giant juvenile xanthogranuloma exceed 20 millimeters. We report a case of a 5-month-old boy with solitary giant juvenile xanthogranuloma on his postauricular area with the histologic feature of nonlipidized form. The patient received simple excision. No evidence of local recurrence or systemic involvements have been observed during 4 months of follow up. (Korean J Dermatol 2012;50(3):238~242)

In this paper we propose a new approach for part grouping considering multiple attributes of parts in the design and operating stage of advanced manufacturing systems such as CIM (computer integrated manufacturing), FMS (flexible manufacturing systems), JIT(just in time), etc. We first represent the relationship of parts and the relative attributes using fuzzy membership function, AHP method and normalization. As a result, more realistic non-binary data of the relationship is obtained. Then we group parts into part families based on similarity coefficient using fuzzy logic. The practice of proposed method is presented considering weight (equal weight, unequal weight).
