      • Exploring precise deposition and influence mechanism for micro-scale serpentine structure fiber

        Wang, Han,Ou, Weicheng,Zhong, Huiyu,He, Jingfan,Wang, Zuyong,Cai, Nian,Chen, XinDu,Xue, Zengxi,Liao, Jianxiang,Zhan, Daohua,Yao, Jingsong,Wu, Peixuan Techno-Press 2022 Advances in nano research Vol.12 No.2

Micro-scale serpentine structure fibers are widely used as flexible sensor in the manufacturing of micro-nano flexible electronic devices because of their outstanding non-linear mechanical properties and organizational flexibility. The use of melt electrowriting (MEW) technology, combined with the axial bending effect of the Taylor cone jet in the process, can achieve the micro-scale serpentine structure fibers. Due to the interference of the process parameters, it is still challenging to achieve the precise deposition of micro-scale and high-consistency serpentine structure fibers. In this paper, the micro-scale serpentine structure fiber is produced by MEW combined with axial bending effect. Based on the controlled deposition of MEW, applied voltage, collector speed, nozzle height and nozzle diameter are adjusted to achieve the precise deposition of micro-scale serpentine structure fibers with different morphologies in a single motion dimension. Finally, the influence mechanism of the above four parameters on the precise deposition of micro-scale serpentine fibers is explored.

Genome-Wide Association Analysis to Search for New Loci Associated with Lifelong Premature Ejaculation Risk in Chinese Male Han Population

        Wang Fei,Luo Defan,Chen Jianxiang,Pan Cuiqing,Wang Zhongyao,Fu Housheng,Xu Jianbing,Yang Meng,Mo Shaowei,Zhuang Liying,Ye Liefu,Wang Weifu 대한남성과학회 2022 The World Journal of Men's Health Vol.40 No.2

Purpose: Genetic factors play an indispensable role in the pathogenesis of lifelong premature ejaculation (LPE). The suscep-tibility genes/SNPs that have been discovered are very limited and can only explain part of the genetic effects of LPE. There-fore, discovering more genetic polymorphisms associated with the occurrence and development of LPE will help reveal the pathogenesis of LPE. Materials Materials and and Methods:Methods: We conducted a genome-wide association study of LPE in 486 Chinese male Han people (cases and controls). We used Gene Titan multi-channel instrument and Axiom Analysis Suite 6.0 software for genotyping. Imputation was performed by IMPUTE2 software and the 1000 Genomes Project (Phase3) was used as reference for haplotype. Finally, logistic regression analysis was performed on all loci that passed the quality control. The odds ratio and 95% confidence in-terval were calculated to determine the association between each SNPs and Chinese male Han population LPE risk. Results:Results: The results showed that a total of 33 genetic variants in 13 genes (LACTBL1 , SSBP3 , ACOT11 , LINC02486 , TMEM154, LINC01098, NONE, HCG27, HLA-C, TNFSF8, TNC, FAM53B, SULF2) have a suggestively significant genome-wide association with LPE risk (p<5×10-6). Conclusions:Conclusions: This study is the first to conduct a GWAS on LPE in Chinese male Han population 33 genetic polymorphisms have a suggestive genome-wide association with LPE risk. This study have provided data supplement for the genetic loci of LPE risk, and laid a scientific foundation for the pathogenesis and the targeted therapy of LPE.

Guaranteed-performance Consensualization for High-order Multi-agent Systems with Intermittent Communications

        Le Wang,Qing Chen,Jianxiang Xi,Guangbin Liu 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2019 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.17 No.5

The current paper studies the guaranteed-performance consensualization for general high-order multiagentsystems with intermittent communications. Firstly, a new consensus protocol is constructed by using only intermittentlocal information, and the corresponding performance function is given to guarantee the consensus regulationperformance among neighboring agents. Then, linear matrix inequality conditions for guaranteed-performanceconsensus and consensualization are respectively provided and a guaranteed-performance cost of multi-agent systemsis determined meanwhile. Furthermore, the whole motion mode of the multi-agent system can be described byderiving a precise expression of the consensus function. If the nominal converge rate is larger than a positive threshold, then multi-agent systems can achieve guaranteed-performance consensus by determining the gain matrix whenintermittent communications are involved, and the performance function is less than the guaranteed-performancecost. Finally, a simulation example is shown to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed theorems.

Microstructure and Current Carrying Wear Behaviors of Copper/Sintered–Carbon Composites for Pantograph Sliders

        Yaochuan Li,Jianxiang Huang,Man Wang,Junwu Liu,Chengyong Wang,Honghai Zhong,Yang Jiang 대한금속·재료학회 2021 METALS AND MATERIALS International Vol.27 No.9

Neoteric copper/sintered–carbon (Cu/SC) composites for pantograph sliders were produced with the method of pressure infiltration. The friction and wear behaviors with or without current and mechanical performances of Cu/SC composites showedthat graphite acted dual effects on Cu/SC, that is, with the addition content of graphite, the electrical conductivity of carbonmatrices increased while the mechanical properties decreased. The friction coefficient and the wear rate decreased with theincrease of the graphite content on dry sliding wear test, and the minimum friction coeffient was only 0.096. Meanwhile, the friction coefficient increased first and then decreased with the current increse, while the wear rate just kept increasing. Scanning electron micrographs revealed a grid-like distribution of copper in the Cu/SC composites. Futhermore, throughobservation and analysis, it was found that Cu/SC composites of pantograph sliders were dominated by adhesive wear andcorrosive wear respectively under two different currents of 5 A and 15 A.

Preparation and Properties of Modified Silicon-containing Arylacetylene Resin with Bispropargyl Ether

        Jian Zhang,Jianxiang Huang,Xiaojiao Yu,Canfeng Wang,Farong Huang,Lei Du 대한화학회 2012 Bulletin of the Korean Chemical Society Vol.33 No.11

A novel silicon-containing arylacetylene resin (MSAR) modified by dipropargyl ether of bisphenol A (DPBPA) and dipropargyl ether of perfluorobisphenol A (DPPFBPA) was prepared separately. The curing behaviors of modified resins, DPBPA/MSAR and DPPFBPA/MSAR, were characterized with differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The kinetic parameters of modified resins were obtained by the Kissinger and Ozawa methods. The results of dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) revealed that the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the cured DPBPA/MSAR reached 486 °C. According to the thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), the decomposition temperature (Td5) of the cured resins and char yield (Yc, 800 °C) decreased as the dipropargyl ether loadings increased, especially in air. With the same weight loading, thermal stability of DPBPA/MSAR was better than that of DPPFBPA/MSAR. The carbon fiber (T300) reinforced composites exhibited excellent flexural properties at room temperature with a high property retention at 300 °C.

Effect of glass cooling rate on the crystallization behavior and structure of Al2O3-SiO2-Na2O-CaF2 oxyfluoride glass-ceramics

        Mengxuan Li,Jinxin Zou,Guangping Guo,Jianxiang Liu,Guicheng Wang 한양대학교 세라믹연구소 2021 Journal of Ceramic Processing Research Vol.22 No.5

The glass cooling rate during molding process has significant effect on the crystallization behavior and structural uniformityof Al2O3-SiO2-Na2O-CaF2 oxyfluoride glass-ceramics. Abaqus Finite Element Analysis indicated that at room temperaturecooling environment, the cooling rate of 8mm thick glass was notably lower than that of 3 mm thick glass. The interiortemperature of 8 mm thick precursor glass was still above 710 oC even after the sample was cooled for 15 s, which caused theformation of “crystal stones” in precursor glass. The microstructure of oxyfluoride glass and glass-ceramics with differentthickness was analyzed by using DTA, XRD, IR and SEM. Since the 8 mm thick glass was cooled slowly, the initial crystalnucleation generated in the interior of glass, mixed crystal phases were formed in the interior after heat treatment, while singleCaF2 crystal phase formed on the surface. On the contrary, there was only uniform CaF2 crystal phase generating in the 3mm thick precursor glass after heat treatment, as a result of high cooling rate during molding process. Besides, the mechanismand ways to optimize the structure uniformity of glass ceramics were also be discussed.

Disturbance Rejection Control Method Based on Variable Damping and Port Controlled Hamiltonian with Dissipation Model for Induction Drive Motor

        Bo Fan,Guoxing Huang,Lifan Sun,Yi Zhao,Hangyu Zhou,Jianxiang Wang 한국정밀공학회 2023 International Journal of Precision Engineering and Vol.24 No.11

The conventional nonlinear control methods for induction motors have the problem of difficult observation of rotor current, and load disturbances make the dynamic performance of the system speed control unsatisfactory. A novel disturbance rejection control scheme with variable damping model based on port controlled Hamiltonian with dissipation is proposed. The induction drive is regarded as energy conversion device including mechanical and electrical ports. The Euler Lagrange equation of the closed-loop system is obtained by the output feedback to establish the energy shaping control method. The variable damping injection is introduced to improve the dynamic performance of the conventional control methods. The L2disturbance rejection controller is designed to enhance the load disturbance resistance performance of induction motors. The experimental results show that the proposed method can optimize the dynamic and steady-state performance of the induction drive control system and effectively meet the control requirements of the speed and torque under load disturbances.

Dasatinib or imatinib in newly diagnosed chronic-phase chronic myeloid leukemia: 2-year follow-up from a randomized phase 3 trial (DASISION)

        Kantarjian, Hagop M.,Shah, Neil P.,Cortes, Jorge E.,Baccarani, Michele,Agarwal, Mohan B.,Undurraga, Marí,a Soledad,Wang, Jianxiang,Kassack Ipiñ,a, Juan Julio,Kim, Dong-Wook,Ogura, Michinor American Society of Hematology 2012 Blood Vol.119 No.5

<B>Abstract</B><P>Dasatinib is a highly potent BCR-ABL inhibitor with established efficacy and safety in imatinib-resistant/-intolerant patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). In the phase 3 DASISION trial, patients with newly diagnosed chronic-phase (CP) CML were randomized to receive dasatinib 100 mg (n = 259) or imatinib 400 mg (n = 260) once daily. Primary data showed superior efficacy for dasatinib compared with imatinib after 12 months, including significantly higher rates of complete cytogenetic response (CCyR), confirmed CCyR (primary end point), and major molecular response (MMR). Here, 24-month data are presented. Cumulative response rates by 24 months in dasatinib and imatinib arms were: CCyR in 86% versus 82%, MMR in 64% versus 46%, and BCR-ABL reduction to ≤ 0.0032% (4.5-log reduction) in 17% versus 8%. Transformation to accelerated-/ blast-phase CML on study occurred in 2.3% with dasatinib versus 5.0% with imatinib. BCR-ABL mutations, assessed after discontinuation, were detected in 10 patients in each arm. In safety analyses, fluid retention, superficial edema, myalgia, vomiting, and rash were less frequent with dasatinib compared with imatinib, whereas pleural effusion and grade 3/4 thrombocytopenia were more frequent with dasatinib. Overall, dasatinib continues to show faster and deeper responses compared with imatinib, supporting first-line use of dasatinib in patients with newly diagnosed CML-CP. This study was registered at ClinicalTrials.gov: NCT00481247.</P>
