A Study on the Development of E-Commerce Shipping Platform in China

With the advent of Internet era, e-commerce has become the focus of human's life. It leads a new direction of social development . As the representative of traditional industry, shipping industry is confronted with a series of difficulties, which have to break through the traditional and existing model to make their business for survival. With the increasing pricking up of market competition, shipping industry is now facing development bottle neck, but e-commerce provides a new way to solve the problem. This paper firstly describes the existing forms of the e-commerce shipping platform. Secondly analyzes the data for the situation of shipping industry in China, the data for expected functions of an e-commerce shipping platform and the data for how to choose a specific e-commerce shipping platform. Thirdly analyzes the potential risks of establishing e-commerce shipping platform in China. Based on the above researched, the paper provides a suggested model of the shipping e-commerce shipping platform in China.

Incarcerated internal hernia within a huge irreducible parastomal hernia with intestinal obstruction

We report an incarcerated internal hernia in a huge irreducible parastomal hernia-“hernia within hernia.” A 70-year-old obese woman with diabetes who underwent an abdomino-perineal resection 20 years ago was admitted to our hospital with 20 years history of a huge irreducible bulge, 25 cm in diameter. An internal hernia due to an adhesive band extending from the sac wall to proximal colon was found in the parastomal hernia sac during an emergency laparotomy. We cut off the distal colon and relocated the colostomy stoma. The patient was discharged uneventfully 2 weeks after the surgery and was readmitted to have a further laparoscopic hernia repair 8 months later. Unfortunately, an unrecognized enterotomy occurred during the secondary surgery that led to an additional laparotomy during which the mesh was not contaminated by the bowel contents and was kept in place. At 22-month follow-up, there were no evidences of recurrence.

miR-181b as a Potential Molecular Target for Anticancer Therapy of Gastric Neoplasms

Objective: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play important roles in carcinogenesis. The aim of the present study was to explore the effects of miR-181b on gastric cancer. Methods: The expression level of miR-181b was quantified by qRT-PCR. MTT, flow cytometry and matrigel invasion assays were used to test proliferation, apoptosis and invasion of miR-181b stable transfected gastric cancer cells. Results: miR-181b was aberrantly overexpressed in gastric cancer cells and primary gastric cancer tissues. Further experiments demonstrated inducible expression of miR-181b by Helicobacter pylori treatment. Cell proliferation, migration and invasion in the gastric cancer cells were significantly increased after miR-181b transfection and apoptotic cells were also increased. Furthermore, overexpression of miR-181b downregulated the protein level of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 3 (TIMP3). Conclusion: The upregulation of miR-181b may play an important role in the progress of gastric cancer and miR-181b maybe a potential molecular target for anticancer therapeutics of gastric cancer.

Endovascular Treatment for Iliac Vein Compression Syndrome: a Comparison between the Presence and Absence of Secondary Thrombosis

Objective: To evaluate the value of early identification and endovascular treatment of iliac vein compression syndrome (IVCS), with or without deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Materials and Methods: Three groups of patients, IVCS without DVT (group 1, n = 39), IVCS with fresh thrombosis (group 2, n = 52) and IVCS with non-fresh thrombosis (group 3, n = 34) were detected by Doppler ultrasonography, magnetic resonance venography, computed tomography or venography. The fresh venous thrombosis were treated by aspiration and thrombectomy, whereas the iliac vein compression per se were treated with a self-expandable stent. In cases with fresh thrombus, the inferior vena cava filter was inserted before the thrombosis suction, mechanical thrombus ablation, percutaneous transluminal angioplasty, stenting or transcatheter thrombolysis. Results: Stenting was performed in 111 patients (38 of 39 group 1 patients and 73 of 86 group 2 or 3 patients). The stenting was tried in one of group 1 and in three of group 2 or 3 patients only to fail. The initial patency rates were 95% (group 1), 89% (group 2) and 65% (group 3), respectively and were significantly different (p = 0.001). Further, the six month patency rates were 93% (group 1), 83% (group 2) and 50% (group 3), respectively, and were similarly significantly different (p = 0.001). Both the initial and six month patency rates in the IVCS patients (without thrombosis or with fresh thrombosis), were significantly greater than the patency rates of IVCS patients with non-fresh thrombosis. Conclusion: From the cases examined, the study suggests that endovascular treatment of IVCS, with or without thrombosis, is effective. Antifungal Effect of Triglycerol Monolaurate Synthesized by Lipozyme 435-Mediated Esterification

This study was designed to synthesize triglycerol monolaurate (TGML) with Lipozyme 435 as the catalyst, and explore its effects on the growth of Aspergillus parasiticus (A. parasiticus) and Aspergillus flavus (A. flavus) and the secretion of aflatoxin b1. The highest content of TGML (49.76%) was obtained at a molar ratio of triglycerol to lauric acid of 1.08, a reaction temperature of 84.93°C, a reaction time of 6 h and an enzyme dosage of 1.32%. After purification by molecular distillation combined with the washes with ethyl acetate and water, the purity of TGML reached 98.3%. Through characterization by electrospray-ionization mass spectrometry, infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance, the structure of TGML was identified as a linear triglycerol combined with lauroyl at the end. Finally, the inhibitory effects of TGML on the growths of A. parasiticus and A. flavus and the secretion of aflatoxin b1 were evaluated by measuring the colony diameter, the inhibition rate of mycelial growth and the content of mycotoxin in the media. The results indicated that TGML had a stronger inhibitory effects on colony growth and mycelial development of both toxic molds compared to sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate, and the secretions of toxins from A. parasiticus and A. flavus were completely suppressed when adding TGML at 10 and 5 mM, respectively. Based on the above results, TGML may be used as a substitute for traditional antifungal agents in the food industry.

miR-638 is a new biomarker for outcome prediction of non-small cell lung cancer patients receiving chemotherapy

MicroRNAs (miRNAs), a class of small non-coding RNAs, mediate gene expression by either cleaving target mRNAs or inhibiting their translation. They have key roles in the tumorigenesis of several cancers, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical significance of miR-638 in the evaluation of NSCLC patient prognosis in response to chemotherapy. First, we detected miR-638 expression levels in vitro in the culture supernatants of the NSCLC cell line SPC-A1 treated with cisplatin, as well as the apoptosis rates of SPC-A1. Second, serum miR-638 expression levels were detected in vivo by using nude mice xenograft models bearing SPC-A1 with and without cisplatin treatment. In the clinic, the serum miR-638 levels of 200 cases of NSCLC patients before and after chemotherapy were determined by quantitative real-time PCR, and the associations of clinicopathological features with miR-638 expression patterns after chemotherapy were analyzed. Our data helped in demonstrating that cisplatin induced apoptosis of the SPC-A1 cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner accompanied by increased miR-638 expression levels in the culture supernatants. In vivo data further revealed that cisplatin induced miR-638 upregulation in the serum derived from mice xenograft models, and in NSCLC patient sera, miR-638 expression patterns after chemotherapy significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis. Moreover, survival analyses revealed that patients who had increased miR-638 levels after chemotherapy showed significantly longer survival time than those who had decreased miR-638 levels. Our findings suggest that serum miR-638 levels are associated with the survival of NSCLC patients and may be considered a potential independent predictor for NSCLC prognosis.

PROXIMAL POINTS METHODS FOR GENERALIZED IMPLICIT VARIATIONAL-LIKE INCLUSIONS IN BANACH SPACES

In this paper, we study generalized implicit variational-like inclusions and $J^{\eta}$-proximal operator equations in Banach spaces. It is established that generalized implicit variational-like inclusions in real Banach spaces are equivalent to fixed point problems. We also establish relationship between generalized implicit variational-like inclusions and $J^{\eta}$-proximal operator equations. This equivalence is used to suggest a iterative algorithm for solving $J^{\eta}$-proximal operator equations.

Fabrication of Multifunctional PA6 Composite Fibers Based on a Synergistic Effect of Ionic Liquid Modified Carbon Nanofillers

The development of multifunctional and high-performance fibers has received much attention owing to a broad application prospect. In this work, the synergistic effect of ionic liquid modification on dispersion of graphene and carbon nanotubes in polyamide 6(PA6) was studied, and the composite fiber was prepared using melt spinning after a simple pre-solution blending. Imidazole chloride ionic liquid is adsorbed on the surface of the two carbon nanofillers through non-covalent bond, which gives a good dispersion and interface bonding in PA6 matrix. When the mass ratio of functionalized carbon nanofillers is 1:2, the mechanical properties and thermal stability of PA6 composite fiber are significantly improved compared with the pure PA6 fiber. Moreover, the PA6 composite fiber has a UV protection factor (UPF) of 158.2 and good antistatic performance with a surface resistivity of 2.60 × 107 Ω.cm. In addition, there is an excellent photothermal conversion performance from the results of 200 W infrared light irradiation test and outdoor photothermal experiments. This work provides a new idea to prepare multifunctional and high-performance composite fibers.
