        느타리버섯 신품종 육성 연구(I) : 병재배용 신품종『진미』느타리버섯의 특성

        병재배 느타리버섯의 품종 다양화를 위해 단핵균주교잡에 의해 육성된 진미느타리버섯의 균사생장적온은 25∼30℃, 버섯발생 및 생육온도는 15±1℃이고 갓색은 회색이며 얕은깔대기형으로 발이수가 많았다. 배양일수는 20℃에서 22일, 초발이 소요일수는 4일이며 가늘고 긴형으로 농가실증시험에서 병당수량은 145.9g으로 높은 편이었다. 버섯의 갓색과 갓형태, 이형개체 발생,, 균사생장량, 종균배양기간 등에 대한 균일성도 양호하였고, 세균성 갈변병에 대한 저항성은 소정도로 나타났으나 푸른곰팡이병은 발생되지 않았다. 또한 균사 활력이 강하고 15 이하에서는 진한회색을 나타내며 육질이 부드럽고 대가 백색으로 깨끗한 직립형의 특성을 보유하고 있다. Jinmi oyster mushroom(Pleurotus ostreatus) were bred in Mushroom Research Institute, Gyonggi Province A.R.E.S in 2003. This oyster mushroom were bred and cultivated one after mating single spores collected from K3-2 and ASI2018-249. The major characteristics of the mushroom are showing a lot of pinheadings, the gray-colored and infundibuliform pileus. The optimum temperature for the mycelial growth was around 25∼30℃ and that for the pinheading and growth of fruitbody was around 15±1℃. Around 22 days at 20℃ were required for incubation of Jinmi and the yield was shown high by 145.9g/bottle.

      • 치주병원균에 대한 유산균의 억제효과

        This study was performed to evaluate the effect of hydrogen peroxide-producing Lactobacillus acidophilus V-20 on the replication of periodontal pathogens, Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans and Porphyromonas gingivalis. When A. actinomycetemcomitans and P. gingivalis were incubated alone and in the combination with L. acidophilus V-20, the viable cell numbers of A. actinomycetemcomitans and P.gingivalis were compared between those cultures. The effect of S. mutans, E. durans, and L. lactis on the replication of A. actinomycetemcomitans and P. gingivalis was also evaluated. The change of periodontal indexes(probine depth, gingival index, GCF volume) and the viable cell numbers of A. actinomycetemcomitans and black pigmented bacteroides in subgingival plaque sample were evaluated following gargling of fermented milk made from L.acidophilus V-20 for 1 month on patients with periodontal disease in maintenance phase. In the mixed culture of L. acidophilus V-20 and A. actinomycetemcomitans or P. gingivalis, the replication of A. actinomycetemcomitans or P. gingivalis was completely inhibited. But in the mixed culture of P. gingivalis and hydrogen peroxide-nonproducing Lactobacillus casei, the viable cell numbers of P. gingivalis was not decreased when compared with the numbers in the mixed culture of P. gingivalis and L. acidophilus V-20. In the mixed culture of A. actinomycetemcomitans and S. mutans, E. durans, or L. lactis, the viable cell number of A. actinomycetemcomitans was not almost changed when compared with the numbers in the culture of A. actinomycetemcomitans alone. And in the mixed culture of P. gingivalis and E. durans or L. lactis, the viable cell numbers of P. gingivalis was not almost changed compared with the counts in the culture of P. gingivalis alone. But the replication of P. gingivalis was completely inhibited in the mixed culture of P. gingivalis and S. mutans. When the change of periodontal indexes following gargling of fermented milk was compared with baseline, probing depth and gingival index were not changed, but GCF volume was significantly decreased(p<0.05). And when the viable cell numbers of microorganisms in subgingival plaque sample were compared with baseline, total viable cell number was almost unchanged and the viable cell numbers of A. actinomycetemcomitans and black pigmented bacteroides were significantly decreased(p<0.05). These results suggest that L. acidophilus V-20 inhibit the replication of A. actinomycetemcomitans and black pigmented bacteroides by the formation of hydrogen peroxide.

      • 흡연에 의한 급성 호산구성 폐렴 2예

        최근 흡연을 시작한 젊은 성언에서 급성 호산구성 폐렴의 발생에 대한 증례가 보고되고 있다. 급성 호산구성 폐렴은 대개 발열을 동반하기 때문에 초기에는 감염성 폐렴으로 잘못 진단, 치료되는 경우가 많다. 아직 정확한 병태 생리 및 조직학적 소견은 밝혀져 있지 않지만 병력 청취 및 임상 양상, 방사선 소견의 관찰을 통해 급성 호산구성 폐렴을 의심하고, 진단을 위해 기관지 폐포 세척액 검사를 시행한다면 좀 더 쉽게 진단 내릴 수 있을 것이다. 본 저자들은 최근 처음 시작한 흡연에 의해 발생한 급성 호산구성 폐렴을 진단하고, 스테로이드를 투여하여 성공적으로 치료한 환자 2예를 경험하였기에 이를 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Acute eosinophilic pneumonia(AEP) is characterized by acute febrile respiratory illness associated with diffuse pulmonary infiltration and pulmonary eosinophilia. The specific etiology for acute eosinophilic pneumonia is elusive. By some investigators, cigarette smoking is suggested as a causative substance which can cause AEP. In recent, the authors experienced two cases of AEP following cigarette smoking. Both cases had characteristic features including age around 20 years, new onset smoking before occurance of AEP, diffuse infiltration on chest radiography, pulmonary eosinophilia based on bronchoalveolar lavage and acute improvement after steroid therapy. These clinical features are resemble with previous smoking induced AEP case reports. Base on these clinical features, cigarette smoking associated AEP could be diagnosed more easily.

        Renca 마우스 종양모델에서 지구성운동이 종양형성에 미치는 영향

        Subcutaneous injection of cells from renal adenocarcinoma line, renca, into Balb/c mice induces fast growing solid tumors. This method has been used to speculate the efficacy of cytokine treatment for tumor regression. The present study was designed to investigate the effect of treadmill exercise on tumor growth using renca mouse tumor model. We also examined the expression pattern of several genes related to immune response after exercise training for 4 weeks. Exercise training reduced the size of tumor mass compared to that of non-exercised group in tumor cell recipient mice. Natural killer(NK) cell activity showed no significant difference between exercised and non-exercised groups in tumor cell non-recipient mice. Although NK cell activity of non-recipients was higher than tumor cell recipients, NK cell activity of exercised group was significantly lower than non-exercised group among tumor cell recipients. There were no significant differences in mRNA expressions of cytokines. scavenger receptors, and neuropeptieds which are related to immune response, while mRNA expression of TGF-beta was significantly reduced both in spleen and in tumor mass by treadmill exercise. Based on the results presented in this study, endurance exercise has shown the possibility to suppress tumor formation.

        유리혈관화비골 미세이전과 골유착성 임프란트를 이용한 심미 기능적 편측하악골 결손 재건

        In this report, a case is presented in which resected mandible was reconstructed immediately with vascularized bone graft and adjunctive implantation of osseointegrated dental implants. The primary was central odontogenic myxoma of mandible extending from symphysis to the left condylar neck. The hemimandibulectomy defect was restored with free fibular flap. Three months after 1st surgery, the transplant received five IMZ implants. The masticatory function was restored with the implant borne denture. The result including facial appearance was very satisfactory.

      • 중합효소연쇄반응을 이용한 도말양성 폐결핵 환자에서의 결핵균 DNA 검출방법에 관한 연구

        Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is the most sensitive and rapid method for the diagnosis of M.tuberculosis infection. Many reports have shown different methods for mycobacterial DNA extraction, but revealed many differences in simplicity and time-consumption. We studied which method was the best among 7 different ones for DNA extraction from 32 smear-positive sputa, using PCR of targeting 123bp DNA fragment of IS6110. The methods were the following : SDS-Microwave oven method, NaOH Lysis method, Triton X-100, Proteinase K method, Lysis buffer method. SDS-Proteinase K method, Bead Beater method, and Bead Beater/CTAB method. The amplification products were identified by electrophoresis on ethidium bromide-stained agarose gels, and confirmed by restriction enzyme, Southern blot hybridization, and DNA sequencing. All 32 cases were positive (100%) by the 7 different methods. It took 1 hour or more to detect DNA in SDS-Microwave oven method, NaOH Lysis method, and Bead beater/CTAB method. It took 2 hours or less in the others. SDS-Proteinase K method and Bead Beater/CTAB method were simpler and more convinient than the others. These results suggest that SDS-Proteinase K method and Bead Beater/CTAB method might be better than the others for the extraction of mycobacterial DNA in terms of simplicity and time-consumption, although all the methods were sensitive.

      • 農民所得增大를 위한 고구마의 栽培와 利用에 관한 硏究

        New varieties of sweet potato Sinmi and Hwangmi were cultivated in the reclaimed hilly area of four kinds of soil series in Jeonbug province and their growth conditions such as cutting time, row spacing, application of fertilizers and plant growth regulators and covering effect were investigated. Besides these studies on cultivation of sweet potatoes, experiments on the change of chemical components of sweet potato tubers, adaptibility for storage and drying of sliced sweet potato tubers were carried out. The results are summarized as follows : 1. The early cutting of May 20, alley of 90 X 20cm, application of potassium(28kg/10a)and covering produced the high yield of sweet potatoes. The apllication of OED green did not increase the yield of sweet potatoes, 2. The yield of Hwangmi was higher than that of Sinmi. These two varieties of sweet potatoes grew well in all the test soil series except Bansan. By early cutting of May 20, the highest yield of Hwangmi was obtained in Songjung series soil and the highest yield of Sinmi was in Yesan. 3. Starch content was higher in Sinmi than in Hwangmi while yield of starch per unit area was high in Hwangmi because of its high yield of sweet potato tubers. Both Hwangmi and Sinmi showed very high water content of more than 70 per cent. The highest yield of total solid matter from Sinmi was on September 15 and that from Hwangmi on September 30. Sinmi and Hwangmi harvested on September 30 showed the highest starch content. 4. Variation in water content, starch, soluble sugar, protein and fat content during storage was minimum in the sweet potatoes stored in the temperature controlled storage chamber and was maximum in those stored in the cave under ground. As a result, percent of grade A sweet potatoes remaining was highest in the temperature controlled storage chamber and lowest in the cave under ground. 5. Hwangmi was more susceptible to Rhizopus nigricans than Sinmmi, especially under the humid condition. 6. Shape and thickness of slice did not affect the yield of dried sweet potatoes but affected the time needed for drying. Depending on the thickness and the shape of slice, variations of 36 hours and 12 hours in drying time were observed respectively. Drying table was most effective in drying of sweet potatoes and drying rack was also effective and required 2 days less time than mat. Dipping in water did not show any effect on drying time but improved the color of dried sweet potatoes.

      • 초정밀가공기를 이용한 Zerodur의 연삭 특성에 관한 연구

        We explored a new rough grinding technique on optics materials such as Zerodur. The facility used is a NANOFORM-600 diamond turning machine with a custom grinding module and a range of diamond resin bond wheel. The grinding parameters such as workpiece rotation speed, depth of cut and feed rate were altered while grinding the workpiece surfaces of 20mm in diameter. Surface roughness is measured by Form Talysurf series2. Our target is to define grinding conditions producing the surface roughness better than 0.02μm Ra and the form accuracy of around 0.2μm PV.

      • 유기농 자재의 시용이 토양의 이화학적 성질과 상추, 가지의 생육 및 체내성분에 미치는 영향

        This study was carried out to investigate the effect of microbial fertilizers on the application of organic farming materials in soil on growth and yields of leaf lettuce, eggplant. Three microbial fertilizers, Aika, Kalen-gold and EMRO-EM were used. The results were summarized as follows ; 1. The effect of soil chemical properties after application organic arming materials, The amounts of pH, EC, P2O5 and O.M. treated all plot were few of change. 2. Change of soil microbial after application organic farming materials, The number of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi in N, P, K treated plot showed the increased tendency, to the contrary, The number of bacteria, actimycetes in Aika, kalen-gold and EMRO-EM treated plot showed the increased, The number of fungi showed the dicreased tendency 3. The application effects of Aika, Kalen-gold and EMRO-EM on the growth, yield and components of leaf lettuce and eggplant in comparison with chemical fertilizers plot was not a difference.
