      • Articulation Patterns of Children who Developed Articulation Disorders Associated with Ankyloglossia

        목 적 : 설소대와 조음장애의 관련성과 설소대 환아에서 조음장애 유무를 감별하는데 필요한 임상지침을 제시하기 위해 조음장애를 동반한 설소대 환아의 조음양상의 특징을 알아보고자 하였다. 방 법: 2002년 1월부터 2012년 12월까지 의정부성모병원 소아청소년과 외래를 방문한 124명의 환아 중 설소대를 제외한 다른 조음기관의 해부학적 이상, 신경학적 질환이나 발달/언어지연을 가진 46명의 환아를 제외한 총 78명을 설소대 유무에 따라 각각 환자군 23명과 대조군 55명으로 나누어 그림자음검사를 통해 조음양상을 비교분석하였다. 결 과 : 두 군에서 조음오류를 보인 자음유형에 따라 집계한 각 환자수는 연구개비음의 경우에만 차이를 보였다. 하지만 자음유형에 따른 조음오류의 환자별 관찰빈도수의 총합은 양순파열음, 연구개파열음과 연구개비음에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 조음오류의 변화유형에 따라 집계한 환자수는 두 군에서 차이를 보이지 않았다. 하지만 조음변화 유형에 따른 환자별 관찰빈도수의 총합은 환자군에서 전설음화와 마찰음화가 낮게 관찰되었고, 경음화와 격음화과 높게 관찰되었다. 결 론 : 본 연구를 통해 설소대를 동반한 조음장애 환아의 일부에서 해부학적 이상을 동반하지 않은 기능적 조음장애 환아와 구별되는 특징을 보이는 결과를 관찰할 수 있었지만, 이를 설소대를 동반한 모든 조음장애 환아로 일반화할 수는 없었다. 따라서 설소대와 조음장애의 관련성은 여전히 논란의 여지가 있으며, 또한 수술적 치료를 포함한 설소대 치료를 결정하는데 주의를 기울여야 할 것으로 사료된다. Purpose : We investigated articulation patterns in children with ankyloglossia who developed articulation disorders in order to determine the relationship between ankyloglossia and articulation disorders, and to clinically detect children who have articulation disorders associated with ankyloglossia. Methods : The participants of this study were 23 children with articulation disorders that accompanied ankyloglossia and 55 controls with functional articulation disorders independent of anatomical problems, who were admitted to our hospital from January 1, 2002 to December 31, 2012. All children underwent speech-language pathologic evaluation using the Picture Consonant Articulation Test (PCAT; Young-Tae Kim, 1994). We retrospectively compared collected data between the subject and control groups using Fisher's exact test and odds ratio tests with a 95% confidential interval for categorical variables and the independent Mann-Whitney U-test for continuous variables. Results : The number of patients with articulation errors in the velar nasal was lower significantly only in the subject group (P =0.038). The total numbers of articulation errors in the bilabial plosive, velar plosive and velar nasal also were lower (P=0.007, P˂0.001, and P=0.034, respectively). There were no differences in the numbers of patients with articulation errors according to phonological changes between the two groups. However, the total numbers of fronting and frication were lower in the subject group (both P˂0.001), but the total numbers of plosivation and tensing were higher (P =0.002 and P =0.008, respectively). Conclusion : This study showed that the relationship between an articulation disorder and ankyloglossia is doubtful, although some results suggest that ankyloglossia may cause articulation errors only in certain individuals. Therefore, clinicians should be careful when determining the relationship between ankyloglossia and articulation disorders and use caution when making a treatment decision.

      • 무인감시시스템 구현을 위한 이동체 인식 알고리즘에 관한 연구

        In this paper, an effective algorithm which can detect moving objects from the image sequences and classify an intruder from other moving objects is presented for an implementation of unmanned surveillance system. The proposed algorithm uses a stick figure model for features of the moving object since the stick figure model can be represent the characteristics of the moving objects. The stick figure model is extracted by applying the thining algorithm to the binary difference image between the reference and the image of a moving object. The computer simulation is carried out to analyze the performance of the proposed algorithm. The results show that the algorithm can discriminate a moving person and a moving animal with high degree of reliability.

      • Branch-Line Slit 을 갖는 이중 대역 PIFA의 설계 및 제작

        A PIFA(Planar Inverted-F Antenna) which can be used in GSM/IXS dual band mobile phone has been designed and fabricated. In particular, in order to reduce the required top patch dimensions, the patch of the present PIFA has been designed as a type of an asymmetric branch line slit in which the excited patch surface currents can be meandered. By use of the HFSS, important design parameters such as the position of feed point and the length of slit were simulated and determined. In the present study, the design procedure by which the exact operating frequency and the proper band width can be obtained, are discussed. In order to check the validity of the present study, some simulated and measured results are presented.

      • 부동(浮動) 소숫점 디지탈 신호처리 프로세서에 의한 고속 실시간 FIR 필터링에 관한 연구

        In this paper, the architecture of 32 bit floating-point digital signal processors(TMS 32030, DSP96000) and implementation of FIR filtering by these processors have been studied. Finite word length effect and overflow during the process of accumulation can be effectively eliminated by floating point digital signal processors. To increase the signal processing speed, these processors feature single cycle floating-point/integer multiplier, instruction cache or on-chip program RAM, multiple address buses and data buses, multiple address calculation units, extended precision registers and on-chip high speed memory block is suggested in this paper. In addition, circular buffering technique and multiply accamulate instruction with parallel data move have been suggested to simplify code implementation and to increase convolution speed.

        미용종사자의 재교육 실태조사 및 문제점

        The purposes of this study were, a more systemic and desirable impmvenient method of retraining program was researched for cultivation of field beauticians through acknowledgement of the environmental change and phenomenon of beauty shops by time and through recognition of current retraining situation. 1) In terms of acknowledgement of the necessity for beautician retraining, the item on the necessity for beautician retraining showed beauticians' high requirement fur retraining. 2) The main problem of reeducation was that reeducation curricular of each organization have not been programed. 3) Presence education was the main thing to be completed for reeducation program improvement. We also could know that the improvement and complement of work environment, the education extension besides technology education, and the rapid acquisition of information as improvement were recognized importantly.

      • 배추김치의 부재료와 관능적 품질

        배추김치의 부재료로서 고추, 마늘, 생강, 파, 부추, 멸치젓, 설탕 등이 젖산균 starter로써 숙성시킨 김치의 신맛, 단맛, 짠맛, 쓴맛, 매운맛, 감칠맛, 덜익은맛, 사각사각한맛, 불쾌한맛, 종합적인맛, 새콤한내, 풋내, 비린내, 마늘내, 군덕내, 색상 등 관능적 품질에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 그 결과 부재료 개별적으로는 균형된 조화미가 나타나지 않았으나 상호 혼합처리함으로서 맛의상호보완과 조화를 이루었다. 고추, 마늘, 생강 등의 단독처리로는 오히려 불쾌한 맛과 냄새를 가져다 주었으나 다른 부재료와 함께 존재할 경우 불쾌한맛과 군덕내, 풋내등 바람직하지 못한 맛과 냄새를 감소시켰다. 파와 부추는 강한 마늘내를 조화시켰으며 멸치젓은 감칠맛을 부여하였으며, 설탕은 종합적인 맛을 향상시켰다. 또 설탕을 제외한 대부분의 부재료는 산미를 감소시키는 효과를 나타내었다. Effects of various ingredients(hot pepper, garlic, ginger, leek, green onion, fermented anchovy juice and sugar) on the sensory quality of fermented Korean cabbage kimchi were investigated. Sixteen sensory attributes were selected and the intensity of the attributes were evaluated by 20 panels. The sensory quality of Korean cabbage kimchi fermented with only one ingredient had unharmonized taste and unplesant flavor. The inhibitory effect of undesirable flavor and the effect of mutal assistance of taste were shown in the kimchi fermented with mixed ingredients. Hot pepper, ginger and garlic contributed to reduction of undesirable flavor like unpleasant and moldy taste. Strong garlic flavor was slightly reduced and harmonized by adding green onion and leek. Fermented anchovy juice produced palatable taste in the kimchi containing all of the ingredients, and overall eating quality was improved by adding sugar. All of the ingredients expect sugar showed reducing effect of sour taste.
