        우리 나라 재해 의료의 문제점 : 수원시 재해 대응 훈련의 평가를 통하여 본 ANALYSIS OF EMERGENCY RESPONSE EXERCISE IN THE MOCK DISASTER IN SUWON

        Natural or man-made disasters are serious enough to paralyse the functions of the nation or regional distinct and affect the property and lives of numerous citizens. The first two hours after occurrence of the disaster are critical for determining death or permanent disabilities of the casualties. The current Disaster Medical Service(DMS) System in our country adopts mainly civil defense model which focuses the cause of the accident, compensation of the victims, or reconstruction. So in the initial phase of disaster, the appropriate rescue and emergency treatment is not provided effectively. In order to assess and reorganize the current status of DMS System in Korea, the Department of Emergency Medicine, Ajou University School of Medicine, planned and conducted an emergency response exercise in Suwon city on April 28, 1995. The exercise, which took place near the Kyunggido Culture and Art Center, coordinated the efforts of the Suwon Fire Department and other related agencies. As well as providing training on emergency response, the exercise was valuable for identifying areas of weakness which will be address in the future.

      • 시스템 결함 관리를 위한 소프트웨어 패키지 개발

        최근 들어 컴퓨터의 사용 범위가 항공기나 우주선의 자동 항법 시스템, 발전소 제어 시스템 간은 응용 분야에까지 확장되고 있다. 이런 응용 분야에 사용되는 컴퓨터 스스템에서 발생하는 고장은 치명적인 인적, 재정적 손실을 야기할 수 있기 대문에 하드웨어의 고장 또는 소프트웨어 오류가 존재하는 경우에도 자신의 작업을 중단함이 없이 계속 정확하게 수행할 수 있는 시스템을 필요로 하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점에 대한 해결책으로 시스템이 동작하는 동안 발생하는 결함에 대한 원인을 분석하고 효과적인 해결 방안을 제시하는 보고서를 자동으로 작성함으로써 결함 탐지와 진단, 보고 기능을 수행하는 결함 관리를 위한 소프트웨어 패키지를 개발하였다. 결함 탐지 방법은 결함 조건 구성 형태에 따라 단일로그 활용방법과 다중로그 활용방법으로 구분되며, 기능 시험 결과 결함 관리 소프트웨어 패키지의 정확한 동작을 확인할 수 있었다. 클라이언트-서버 구조로 구현된 시스템 결함 관리 기능은 소프트웨어 기법 활용하기 때문에 추가적인 비용이 소요되지 않고도 기존 컴퓨터 시스템의 결함 관리 서비스에 활용될 수 있다. Nowadays, the application of computer is widely extending to many spheres such as a navigation system and power plant control system. However, the faults of computer systems in these fields may cause a loss of haman and financial resources, or a disaster, we need a system that can carry out their jobs through hardware errors or software faults. In this paper, as a solution for the problem described above, we developed a software package for fault management that performs fault detection, deagnosis, and reporting through analyzing cause of faults and generating a system fault report automatically. The fault detection methods are divided into two classes based on error log utilizing scheme of a fault analyzer : single log scheme and multiple log scheme. We accomplished a facility test results show that the software package can correctly detect faults. The results also show the usefulness of this package int system fault management. Because this package utilizes software scheme, there is an advantage that it can be used to provide a system fault management with existing computer systems without additional costs.

      • 국부의치 Framework용 비귀금속 합금의 경도에 관한 연구

        The hardness of four kinds of cr-co alloys and one kind of Titanium alloy, which are widely used as partial denture framework these days, were measured and the following result were obtained. The tested alloys of cr-co alloy are Vitallium alloy (AUSTENNAL Co., U.S.A), and Biosil alloy (DEGUSSA Co., GERMANY), and Wironium extra-hard alloy (BEGO Co., GERMANY), and Ticonium alloy (TICONIUM Co., U.S.A), and Titanium alloy are pure titanium. (OHARA Co., JAPAN). 1. The cr-co alloy showed higher value (331.46±2.73Hv-376.74±2.34Hv) (RHN-30N : about 53.72-57.88) than the pure titanium alloy one (211.76 ± 11.2Hv) (RHN-30N value : about 36.66). 2. The hardness value (376.74+2.34Hv) (RHN-30N : 57.88) of experimental Ⅱ alloy was the highest. 3. The hardness value (211.76±11.2Hv) (RHN-30N : 36.66) of experimental Ⅴ alloy was the lowest. 4. These results suggested that the method of bench cooling was more effective.

      • 국부의치용 금속인 Ni-Cr alloy와 Co-Cr alloy의 주조후 냉각방법에 따른 표면조직과 경도의 비교 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the micro-structure and hardness of Ni-Cr alloy(Talladium™ alloy) and Co-Cr alloy(Wironium^(?) extra-hard alloy), which are widely used as partial denture frame work these days, depending on the cooling method, followed by casting. The frist group was bench cooled at room temperature(20℃), the second group was slowly cooled in the furnace from 700t to room temperature, and third, rapidly cooled in 20~22℃ water. The micro-structures of each specimen were compared by means of photomicrograph taken by metallurgical microscope. In addition to the physical characteristics of each specimen were obtained using the Rockwell C Scale. The results were obtained as follows: 1) The hardness value of Talladium™ alloy appeared higher than the Wironium^(?) alloy. 2) The hardness value of the slow cooling method(in the furnace) appeared higher the than the bench cooling method, water cooling method. 3) The grain particle in the slowly cooled alloy were much finer than the bench cooling method, water cooling method. 4) In the cooling method of Talladium™ alloy and Wironium^(?) alloy for partial denture the slow cooling method was considered more profitable than the bench cooling method, water cooling method.

      • 신경회로망에서 뉴런간의 연결도를 이용한 4색 배치 문제 해결 알고리즘

        In this paper we have proposed a method for solving a four-coloring problem using adjusted information transmission between adjacent neurons in neural networks. These algorithms are based on McCclloch-Pitts binary neuron model neural networks. If a map shares n regions, a 4×n neural array is used to color a map of n regions where each neuron as a processing element performs it. By programming these algorithm by a C-language in IBM PC 486 DX and adapting it to various examples, we have showed the ability of our system. If one neuron is selected among four neurons, the strength of order three neurons is wakened. So, by transmitting the information of selected neuron, adjacent neurons cannot share the same color.

        This study was conducted to examine the nitrogen effects on the uptaken amounts and utilization of mineral nutrients between source and sink tissues at major growth stages before and after the flowering stage with different nitrogen levels Hwangkeum cultivar(Glycine max L Mereill) was cultivated under five different mtrogen levels, 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 N kg/10a Comparing contents of total-N with different plant tissues at major growth stages before and after the flowering, total-N contents of leaves was gradually decreased from the flowering to the beginning maturity, while it of pod was continuously increased from the full seed to the beginning maturity Total-N content was higher in the treatment of 4 N Kg/10a that those of others The uptaken amount of N determined with different growth stage was rapidly increased maturity Higher proportion of uptaken N were into the leaves at the full seed stage, and they were transported from the leaves into pod at the beginning maturity stage Comparing major mineral elements of the leaves and the pod with different N leaves, in case of the leaves, the content of Fe, Mn, and Zn was decreased throughout the growth stages, whereas the content of Ca and Mg was decreased from the flowering to the full seed and then it was increased after the full seed stage In case of pod, the content of K, Fe, Mn, Zn, and Na was decreased from the flowering to the beginning maturity, while contest of Mg was increased.

      • 표면 플라즈몬 공명형 Sucrose 센서의 제작 및 특성

        A surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor for determination of sucrose concentration using gold thin film was constructed. The properties of gold thin film are very serious factors in exciting surface plasmon resonance. So the optimum condition of gold thin-film for the SPR phenomenon was investigated. The result is that the optimum thickness is 545Å at 43.75° resonance angle and roughness is about 3A at that time. Using this SPR system, we got the characteristic of the linear resonance angle shift from 10 wt% to 40 wt% sucrose concentrations.
