      • 운동 종료 후의 당질·단백질·지질의 혼합물 섭취가 근 글리코겐 회복에 미치는 효과

        In this study 8 male athletes and 8 female athletes for matches requiring endurance were examined for the purpose of comparison and analysis on the effect of absorption of sugars and effect of absorption of sugars+protein+fats restoration of muscular glycogen after elapse of 4 hours subsequent to closing 90 minutes exercise. (Amount of energy absorbed was same). Examinees were tested with 3 kinds of performance such as CPF Performance whereby they were made to take ① sugars (0.75 g/㎏) and protein (0.1g/㎏) and fats (0.02 g/㎏) after elapse of 1 hour subsequent to long hours of exercise and CHO Performance whereby examines were made to take ② sugars (1g/㎏) alone and Performance whereby they were made to take ③ placebo (which does not contain any sugars, protein or fats). Also the examinees took meals which had same amount of energy and nitrogen during the Performance on the date prior to experiment or on the date of experiment. Women during the exercise showed significantly higher rate of oxidation of fats, basic element of energy than that of men. In CHO Performance and CPF Performance value of blood sugar and density of insulin were significantly higher in comparison with performance with placebo. At such cases there was no difference between different genders. Same kind of phenomena were confirmed with restoration of muscular glycogen. From such fact it could be observed that absorption of fats alone and absorption of sugars+protein+fats in comparison with absorption of placebo after exercise promoted relatively higher level of restoration of muscular glycogen for both men and women.

      • 골프퍼팅 기술학습에서 내재적 피드백과 외재적 피드백의 상대빈도 효과

        The purpose of this study was to verify how the feedback source and frequency could influence on sport learning. using golf putting task, and to examine guidance hypothesis depending on feedback source. The subjects of this study were consisted of 60 university male-students. They didn't have any prior experience of golf putting. They were randomly assigned to six experimental condition(extrinsic feedback-KR 10%, 50%, 100% condition; intrinsic feedback-vision 10%, 50%, 100% condition). The task used in this study was 8m golf putting task, and dependant variables were absolute error(AE) and variable error(VE). Experimental design was 2(feedback)×3(frequencies)×10(block) factorial design with repeated measures on last factor at acquisition phase, and 2×3×2 factorial design with repeated measures on last factor at retention phase. The results of this study could be summarized as follows. In the analysis of accuracy. (a) Vision 100% and 50% condition was more effective than vision 10% condition at practice. (b) KR 50% condition was more effective than KR 100% condition at retention test. (c) Vision 100% condition was more effective than vision 10% condition at retention test. (d) KR 10% and 50% condition was more effective than KR 100% condition at transfer test, (e) Vision 100% condition was more effective than vision 10% condition at transfer test. In the analysis of consistency, (f) KR 50% condition was more effective than KR 100% and 10% condition at retention test. (g) Vision 100% condition was more effective than vision 10% condition at retention test. finally, these results means that guidance hypothesis was supported in the extrinsic feedback condition but it was not supported in the intrinsic feedback condition.

      • 프로와 아마추어 씨름선수들의 경쟁상태 및 특성불안에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate differences of competition state anxiety (somatic state anxiety, cognitive state anxiety, and state self-confidence) and competition trait anxiety among three groups(highschool, university, and professional Korean Ssireum Players), and between winners and non-winners to analyze and evaluate the state of competition anxiety felt by players. Further more, This study present some useful guiding principles of effective coaching to improve the performance ability and control the competition anxiety of Ssireum players at fields. A total of 487 Ssireum players(204 highschool players, 206 college players and 77 professional players) participated in the SCAT and the CSAI-2 competition anxiety tests. Data were analyzed with One-way ANOVA and T-test. Results were as followings : College players showed significantly lower competition trait anxiety than highschool and professional players. Winner-group showed significantly lower competition trait anxiety than non-winner group. The three groups showed no statistically meaningful differences in the somatic and the cognitive state anxiety, but professional players showed significantly higher state self-confidence than highschool players. There were no differences in somatic state anxiety between winner group and non-winner group, but winner group showed significantly lower cognitive state anxiety and higher state self-confidence than non-winner group.

      • 직장체육 시설의 운영실태에 관한 연구

        The subject were 531 houswives of employees of one company, who answered a questionnair. The main results are as follows ; 1) Sports establishment management in this company encompasses the whole family of employees, especially housewives, club service are synthetically. 2) Subjective conditions such as the urge to do sports, the recognition of the necessity of sports and health conditions, the recognition of the necessity of sports, and Health condition contribute to the sports activities of housewivess, External condition such as the health of the family members, the age of children, and the sports activities of the husbands also are influence. 3) The degree of recognition by housewives, use, and potential use of available sports activities are as follows ; The recognition of Area service was highest, Area users showed the highest degree for this item ; club members showed the highest recognition for program service and club service. Those who seldom participate showed the least recognition for any of the item. The degree of usage was hight for Area service, club members showed the highest degree of usage. 4) Conclusion the degree of recognition was highest followed by the degree of potentional use, and the degree of use, it is left for further study on formulating policies which will improve the of use and the degree of potential use to the level of recognition.

      • Motor Program의 고전이론과 발전에 관한 고찰

        본 연구에서는 고전적인 운동 프로그램(classic motor program)의 대표적인 3가지 이론을 토대로, 그 이론에 대해 보다 발전된 현재의 연구추이와 그 결과들을 전통적인 연구들에 비교 제시함으로서, 최근의 운동계획(motor program)에 대한 새로운 가설들을 소개하고, 그 효율성의 정도를 논하고자 하였으며, 이를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로그래밍의 시간을 결정하는 요소들에 관한 논쟁은 최근에 이르기까지 지속적으로 연구되어졌다. 이러한 연구들은 과제의 복잡성과 반응시간의 정적 상관 관계를 규명하였으며, 이러한 관계는 중추적인 요소(central component)에 의해 결정된다는 것을 증명하였다. 또한, Sidaway(1991)는 Fischman(1984)에 의해 체계적으로 정립되었던 운동 구성 수 (number of movement part)에 대한 기능을 쇠퇴시켰으며, 새로운 변인으로 내재각(Subtended angle:SA)에 의해 강요된 방향적 정확성을 대두시켰다. 둘째, Jasiewicz와 Simmons(1996)의 연구에서 밝혀졌던 것처럼, Fitts(1954)의 속도-정확도 상쇄(speed-accuracy trade off)이론의 역설로서 표현되었던, 거리효과(distance effect)는 속도가 증가함에 따라 감소하거나 사라진다는 것에 주목할 필요가 있으며, 이에 대한 일반화 검증을 위해 다양한 실험적 연구가 요구되어 진다. 마지막으로 motor chunking(운동 묶음)을 지지하는 Verwey과 Dronkert(1996)의 연구결과는 앞선 반응 과제의 실행과 동시에, 다음 그룹에 대한 계획이 발생한다는 것으로 요약될 수 있으나, 이러한 결과들이 전적으로 묶음의 기능으로 발생하는 것인지는 해결해야 할 문제로 남아있으며, 다른 상황들에서 motor chunking(운동 묶음)의 견고성 또한, 향후 입증해야 할 과제로 생각된다. The purpose of this study investigated in theories concerning classic and current motor program concepts. The results can be summarized as follows. First, discussion on decision elementary of programming time was continuously studies till recent. This studies examined positive correlation between task complexity and RT. This relationship testimonies to be decided by central component. Also, Sidaway(1991) wanted function on "number of movement part" which was systematically established by Fischman(1984) and raised directional accuracy forced by new variable "SA". Secondly, as study of Jasiewicz and Simmons(1996) which paradoxical expressed "speed-accuracy trade off" theory made by Fitts(1954) examined, we need caution that distance effect decreases or vanishes as velocity increases. Also, various experimental studies were demanded to verify generality on this issue. Finally, study results of Verwey and Dronkert(1996) which support motor chunking can be summarized as programming on next program generates simultaneously executing of the fore response task. However, we must still study whether this results wholly happened by chunk function. Also, many researchers had proving assignment which related investigation on strength of motor chunk in different situations.

      • 코쉬섬 1차 반복 형태의 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나에 관한 연구

        In this paper, the microstrip patch antenna applying the koch island fractal geometry is introduced in order to reduce the antenna patch size. By space-filling property of fractal geometry, the microstrip patch applying koch island has low frequency compared with square patch antenna. In the case of 1st order iteration patchs are investigated by simulator and experiment. Through this, it is found that as the fractal iteration factor increase, the resonant frequency of koch island patch is lower. therefore koch island patch antenna can reduce patch size compared with square patch antenna. and The fabricated patch antenna is matched by using quarter wave length impedance transformer and return loss and radiation patterns are measured. The measurement result shows that the copolarization pattern of koch patch is similar to that of square patch. The cross polarization power level is -15∼-20dB.

        Atopic Disorders and Their Risks of Migraine: A Nationwide Population-Based Cohort Study

        Purpose: Migraine is a relatively common neurologic disorder. A possible link between atopic disorders and migraine has been suggested. This study investigated atopic disorders and their risks of migraine in the Korean population. Methods: From the Korean National Health Insurance Service database, patients aged ≥ 20 years who underwent health screening between January and December of 2009 were enrolled. To evaluate the risk of migraine, Cox proportional hazards regression analyses were performed. Results: In multivariable analysis, the atopic dermatitis group (adjusted hazard ratio [aHR], 1.28; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.23–1.33), asthma group (aHR, 1.32; 95% CI, 1.30–1.34) and allergic rhinitis group (aHR, 1.45; 95% CI, 1.44–1.46) had significantly increased risks of migraine compared to their respective control groups (P < 0.001). The patients with 1 (aHR, 1.43; 95% CI, 1.42–1.44), 2 (aHR, 1.50; 95% CI, 1.47–1.53), and 3 (aHR, 1.64; 95% CI, 1.43–1.88) atopic disorders had significantly increased risks of migraine compared to the control group (P < 0.001). Conclusions: Our results demonstrate that patients with atopic disorders may have increased risk of migraine and that the larger the number of concomitant atopic disorders, the higher the risk of migraine.

        A Study on the local thermal changes following herbal acupuncture on D.I.T.I.

        This study was done to observe the effect on the local thermal changes of herbal acupuncture on D.I.T.I.. The objects of this study are as follows; If there are remarkable local thermal changes between pre and post herbal acupuncture therapy on D.I.T.I.or not. If there are those, We examine how long that changes are maintained, what the adequate interval is on herbal acupuncture therapy, and what the reaction in a .local or whole body are on that therapy Materials and Methods : To study the local thermal changes in herbal acupuncture therapy, D.I.T.I. was used. Determination of this analysis periods are pre and post-therapy(1 hour, 24hours, 48hours and 7days later). The study group was divided into three groups(comprised 23 students in oriental medical college, Woosuk University). One was NS(Normal Saline) group, another was CF(CARTHAMI SEMEN) group and the other was BU(FEL URSI + BENZOAR BOVIS) group. The Herbal Acupunture solution was injected 0.2ml divide into 0.05ml at tile P'ungmun(B12), P'yesu(B13), Pubun(B41), Paek'o(B42) 4 points. Then, in order to analyze the clinical form, we have observed response of 23 students whenever we checked the thermal changes of their after perfoming Results : The results were obtained as follows ; 1. There is no significant dermatothermal changes at NS group and CF group, but BU group have remarkable changes in 24, 48, 72 hours. 2. From post-therapy 1 hour to 48 hours, there is a significant change (P<0.01) at NS-BU group and CF-BU group, But there is none 7 days later. 3. In the analysis of whole or local body reaction, local pain appears at NS group(22%), CF group(11%), BU group(91%), discomfort reaction appears at CF group(14%), BU group(30%). BU groilp has feel vertigo(13%), drowsy (70%) and pain in action(52%). 4. In the analysis of the duration of physic진 reaction, BU group is most lately maintained. Conclusions : These results suggest that in the physical reaction of herbal acupuncture solutions, BU solution is more sensitive than CF solution or NS.

        The Coexistence of OFDM-Based Systems Beyond 3G with Fixed Service Microwave Systems

        In this paper, we study the coexistence of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM)-based systems beyond 3G (B3G) and point-to-point (P-P) fixed service (FS) microwave systems. The advanced general analytical model derived via a power spectral density (PSD) analysis proposed in this paper has two advantages in comparison with the conventional minimum coupling loss (MCL) method. First, the interfering signal power that appears in the band of a victim system can be easily assessed without a spectrum emission mask. Second, when transmit power is not allocated to some subcarriers overlapping the band of the victim system in order to mitigate B3G OFDM-based systems interference with other systems, the general analytical model can successfully assess the interference from the B3G systems into FS systems, whereas the MCL method incorporating the spectrum emission mask cannot be applied in the presence of the same interference condition. The proposed model can be derived in a closed form and is simply implemented with the help of simulation, and thus the solution can be obtained in significantly reduced time. Through application of the proposed model, coexistence results are analyzed in a co-channel and adjacent channel with respect to guard band and minimum separation distance.
