        병원 종사자의 워라밸이 직무열의와 직무성과에 미치는 영향 - 부산·경남지역을 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 병원 종사자의 워라밸과 직무성과의 관계에서 직무 열의의 매개효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 부산·경남 소재의 병원 종사자를 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용한 자기기입식 설문조사를 통해 수집된 자료를 SPSS 26.0와 Process Macro 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 직무성과인 역할 내 성과와 역할 외 성과에 직무 열의가 가장 큰 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 워라밸은 직무 열의를 높이는 요인으로 검정되었다. 또한, 워라밸이 직무성과에 직접적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치기도 하였으나, 직무 열의를 매개로 간접적으로 영향을 미치기도 하였다. 특히, 워라밸과 역할 외 성과간의 관계에 있어서 직무 열의는 완전 매개하는 것으로 검정되었다. 조직 차원에서 병원 종사자의 직무성과를 향상시키기 위해서는 직무열의를 높여야 하는데, 그 일환으로 워라밸을 중시하는 조직 문화를 구축하기 위한 노력이 필요함을 의미한다. This study sought to understand the mediating effect of job enthusiasm in relation to work-life balance and job performance of hospital workers. The data collected through a self-contained survey using structured questionnaires for employees of medical institutions in Busan and South Gyeongsang Province were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and Process Macro programs. As a result of the analysis, job performance and non-role performance were the most influenced by passion (+), and work-life balance was evaluated as a factor that increased job enthusiasm. In addition, work-life balance directly influenced job performance, but indirectly influenced job performance as a medium. In particular, the work-life balance and the relationship between performance other than roles were fully mediated. In order to improve the job performance of hospital workers at the organizational level, it is necessary to increase job enthusiasm, which means that efforts are needed to establish an organizational culture that values work-life balance.

        병원의 정보시스템 도입 특성과 조직성과간의 관계에 있어 정보화 수준의 매개 효과

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effect of informatization level between characteristics of introducing information system and organizational performance in hospital settings, and to provide suggestions to improve the performance level of strategic information system of hospitals. In order to achieve study purpose, a causal path model was developed and empirically tested. Data were collected from 746 managers of 92 hospitals keeping information system in Busan, Ulsan and Kyungnam Province using self- administered structured questionnaire. Major results of this study were as follows; The results of the path analysis showed that organizational characteristics variables except informatization strength within health industry had significant effects on informatization level, and had indirect effects on organizational performance mediated by informatization level. On the other hand, informatization level, especially revelation capability among informatization level variables, was found to have significant direct effect on organizational performance. These results of empirical test imply that informatization level variables are both important affecting factors on organizational performance and mediating factors between organizational characteristics and organizational performance. Therefore, in order to increase organizational performance, measures improving informatization level should be developed and carried out continuously. And, especially, focusing on building and strengthening revelation capability is crucial to those efforts.

        발효조를 이용하여 Absidia coerulea IFO5301로부터 균류키토산 생산을 위한 배양조건

        발효조를 이용한 Absidia coerulea IFO5310로부터 균류키토산 생산조건은 균현탁액 농도 70mL, 공기 유입량 0.5 L/min, 교반속도 800rpm, 배양시간 36시간으로 나타났다. 균류키토산의 플라스크 배양조건에 이어 발효조를 이용하여 Absidia coerulea IFO5301로부터 균류키토산의 scale-up 가능성을 검토하였으며, 이를 연속식 배양을 위한 대량생산의 가능성을 확인하였다. Strain used for the production of fungal chitosan was Absidia coerulea IF05301. Some cultural conditions for production of fungal chitosan was measured by fermenter. In fermenter incubation, the optimum cultivation was that cell-suspended solution was 70 mL, aeration rate 0.5 L/min, agitation rate 800 rpm, and culture time 36 hr. Among the cultivation hours, 24 hr, 36 hr, and 48 hr, the yield of DCW was 7,660 ㎎/L in 36 hr, higher than others.

        건축 외피의 변화에 따른 디지털 빛 환경에 관한 연구 -디지털 미디어 설치 사례 중심으로-

        (연구배경 및 목적) 디지털 빛 환경과 건축외피의 만남은 정보전달만을 목적으로 한 상업적 성격 때문에 가끔 빛 공해의 온상이 되기도 하는데, 이러한 문제해결을 위한 주변 환경과의 상호작용적인 구조적 대안이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 건축 외피와의 자연스러운 융합과 조화를 통해 도시에 생명력을 부여하고, 타 도시에 비해 쾌적하고, 과하지 않은 빛의 야간도시환경조성이 본 논문의 목적이다. (연구방법) 근대이전과 이후에 걸쳐 건축외피에 관한 역사적 배경 및 흐름을 분석해보고, 건축에서 건축외피와 디지털 빛 환경이 왜 자연스럽게 접목되고 있는지, 그 의미는 무엇인지에 관하여 이론적 고찰을 하였다. 그 과정에서 나타나게 되는 건축외피의 픽셀분포, 픽셀밀도, 픽셀색채의 연계성을 조사하여 보았다. (결과) 본 연구를 통하여, 적절한 픽셀분포 및 밀도, 절제된 색채계획 그리고 스토리텔링을 이용한 접근방법이 건축외피와 디지털 빛 환경과의 자연스러운 조화와 융합을 이루는데 도움이 된다는 결론을 얻게 되었다. (Background and Purpose) The meeting of digital light and a building surface sometimes becomes a hotbed for light pollution. To solve the problem, structural alternatives for the interaction of light with the surrounding environment are necessary. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to give vitality to a city through the natural integration and harmony of light with building surfaces and advance the urban nighttime environment, which is fresher than in other cities, with a little light. (Method) The historical background and the stream of building surfaces were analyzed in modern and premodern contexts. By focusing on cases at home and overseas, where building surfaces have harmonized with digital light environments, the characteristics of pixel distribution, pixel concentration, and pixel colors were analyzed by keywords and contents. (Results) This research concluded that moderated lighting, color design, and storytelling are preferable for the natural harmony and integration of building surfaces and digital light environments.

        치과위생사의 직무스트레스와 이직의도의 관계에 있어 소진의 매개효과

        First, as a result of analyzing the differences of each category of job stresses according to general characteristics, there was a significant correlation in the group of unmarried people, in their 20s, a relatively short work experience at a hospital or a lower position each other. Second, as a result of analyzing the difference of burnout according to general characteristics, there was a significant correlation in middle grade dental hygienists or in their 20s each other. Third, as a result of analyzing variables which have an effect on turnover intention according to general characteristics, there was a significant correlation in part-time hygienists who work at other places (like public health center, not dental clinic), middle grade dental hygienists or in their 20s each other. Fourth, as a result of analyzing routes aimed at figuring out the effects that job stress have influences on burnout and turnover intention, it shows that work-related factors had a direct effect on burnout and an Indirect effect on turnover intention through burnout In addition, the personal relation-related factors had a direct effect on burnout and turnover intention and also had an Indirect effect on turnover intention through burnout. After all, burnout turned out to act as a mediator between job stress and turnover intention, and it shows that working environment-related factors and role-related factors didn`t have a direct or indirect effect on burnout and turnover intention.

        Noncovalent Functionalization of Single-walled Carbon Nanotubes Using Alkylated Zinc-phthalocyanine for the β-phase Formation of a Polyvinylidene Fluoride Matrix

        본 논문에서는 알킬기를 가지는 아연-프탈로시아닌(R-ZnPc)을 이용하여 단일벽 탄소나노튜브(single-walled carbon nanotube, SWCNT)의 분산 특성을 파악하고 이를 포함하는 폴리불화비닐리덴(polyvinylidene fluoride, PVDF)의 베타상(β-phase) 형성에 대한 연구 결과를 제시한다. R-ZnPc는 알킬기를 가지는 프탈로니트릴(phthalonitrile) 중간체를 아연염과 함께 tetramerization 반응을 진행하여 합성하였다. 긴 알킬기가 외부에 존재하기 때문에 R-ZnPc는 다양한 유기 용매에 높은 용해성을 발휘하였다. 또한 알킬기의 소수성 상호작용과 편평한 분자구조의 특징을 이용하여 SWCNT 외벽에 R-ZnPc 분자 wrapping을 유도하여 비공유 결합에 기반한 초분자 복합체(supra-molecular complex)를 제조하였다. Pc-CNT 복합체를 자외-가시광 흡수도, 퓨리에 적외선 분광법, 라만 분광법, 열중량 분석법, 주사전자현미경 측정 및 X선 광전자 분광법 등 다양한 측정 방법으로 분석하였다. 또한 Pc-CNT 복합체를 나노필러로 사용하여 Pc-CNT/PVDF 복합 필름(composite film)을 제조하였다. Pc-CNT/PVDF 복합 필름의 유전 상수는 큰 폭으로 증가하였으며 이는 PVDF의 베타상 형성이 촉진되었기 때문인 것으로 퓨리에 적외선 분광법과 X선 회절분석법 측정을 통해 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과는 R-ZnPc가 SWCNT 표면을 효과적으로 기능화할 수 있으며 제조된 Pc-CNT 복합체가 PVDF 매트릭스의 결정 구조 변화에 영향을 미쳤다는 것을 의미한다. 또한 본 연구에서 제시하는 방법은 하이브리드 복합 필름에 적합한 나노필러를 제조하는데 유용한 방법이 될 것으로 기대된다. We present the dispersion properties of alkylated zinc-phthalocyanine (R-ZnPc) for single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs), which finds useful for the β-phase formation of a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) matrix. The R-ZnPc was prepared by direct tetramerization of alkylated phthalonitrile with zinc salts. Due to the presence of long peripheral alkyl-substituents, the prepared R-ZnPc exhibited controllable solubility in selected solvents. Taking advantage of the hydrophobic interactions of alkyl chains and flat structural features of Pc macrocycles, molecular wrapping of R-ZnPc around the SWCNTs was intended to produce noncovalent supramolecular complexes. The prepared Pc-CNT complexes were analyzed by various characterization methods, including UV-Vis, FTIR, Raman, TGA, SEM, and XPS measurements. Furthermore, the Pc-CNT/PVDF composite films were prepared using the Pc-CNT complex as effective nanofillers for the PVDF matrix. The dielectric constants of the Pc-CNT/PVDF composite films were significantly increased as a consequence of the promoted β-phase formation in the PVDF matrix, as evidenced by FTIR and XRD measurements. Current results suggested that the R-ZnPc functionalized SWCNTs have affected the crystalline structure of the PVDF matrix, which can be a useful tool for producing nano-fillers for hybrid polymer composites.

        병원 종사자의 역할갈등 및 역할모호성이 팀성과에 미치는 영향과 관계갈등 및 과업갈등의 매개효과

        Objectives: The objective of this study is to grasp effects of role-conflict and role-ambiguity on team performances in hospital employees and to verify the mediating effects of relationship conflict and task conflict on the relationships among the variables. Methods: In order to achieve research purposes, an empirical study model was designed to test the cause-and-effect relationship between team performances and conflicts among the members through earlier studies. The subjects were 280 employees of 9 hospitals located in Busan and the survey was conducted by self-administered questionnaire. Results: The role ambiguity was the greatest in team performance, the task conflict in sequence and the relationship conflict in order. In terms of direct effect, the task conflict was the biggest variable. However, the role ambiguity which has both direct and indirect effects was verified as the most important variable among variables in study model. Conclusions: In conclusion, the role ambiguity in total effect and the task conflict in direct effect are the most precious variable. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the management method to effectively manage the role ambiguity and the task conflict among the different conflicts in organization.

        데이터마이닝을 이용한 위암 예측모형 개발과 활용

        본 연구는 국민건강보험공단의 건강검진데이터, 자격 및 보험료, 그리고 진료비 데이터를 활용하여 위암 발생 예측모형을 개발하고자 하였다. 모형개발에는 데이터마이닝 방법론에 의한 로지스틱 회귀모형을 활용하였으며, 모형개발은 남성, 여성 그리고 전체에 대해 각각 개발하여 각 모형에서 위암 발생 결정요인의 차이를 비교하였다. 그 결과 위암 발견 예측에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 특성은 수검자의 연령이었고, 다음으로 음주, 가족병력 (암) 순으로 나타났다. 남자가 여자보다 위암 발견 가능성이 다소 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 남성의 경우는 연령, 여성의 경우는 음주유무가 위암 발생에 많은 영향을 미치는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. We develope the predictive model for the incidence of the stomach cancer by utilizing the health screening data of the National Health Insurance in Korea. We also explore the characteristics for the stomach cancer. We perform the logistic regression analysis using the data mining methodology and use SAS Enterprise Miner 4.1. This study shows that there exists a higher rate of the stomach cancer for males than females. Our study confirms that the major influencing factors for the incidence of the stomach cancer are age, drinking and a family history of cancer, lack of exercise. For man, the age is the most important determinant of the stomach cancer incidence, whereas the drinking is the most important determinant of the stomach cancer incidence for women.

        간호사의 감정노동이 직무열의 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze whether emotional labor experienced by nurses in their work affects turnover intention through job engagement. Methods: Data were collected by a self-entry method using structured questionnaire for 243 nurses who worked at hospitals in Busan. Structural equation and moderating regression model were applied for the analysis. Results: Firstly, in emotional labor, which is an independent variable, emotional disharmony had a negative (-) effect on job engagement and a positive (+) influence on turnover intention. Secondly, it was found that job engagement, which is a mediating variable, had a negative (-) influence on turnover intention. Third, job engagement had partially mediating effect on causal relation between emotional disharmony (which is a subordinate variable of emotional labor) and turnover intention. Conclusions: Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that preparation of a scheme to raise job enthusiasm and lower intention to change jobs is required by recognizing emotional disharmony experienced by nurses and paying continuous attention to their work environment.
