        1. Career I Kyu-Bo (李奎報) is an eminent writer of Koryo (高麗) dynasty. In the early days of his life, he didn't get a higher political rank for a long time, because his charactor is random freely and more over the attitude of his life is decadant. But at the time when Choi Chung-Hun (崔忠獻), a subject in military services, had full power, he devoted Chun Yeop Ryu Hwa Si (千葉柳花詩) and Mo Jeong Ki(茅亭記) to his ruler for flattery. Due to this spiritual contribution, he was appointed to a minister and so he hold the right of civil administration. 2. His literature No less than 2.000 poetries are in his prose and poery anthology, Dong Kuk I Sang Kuk Jip (東國李相國集) throught which I will show the character of his literature as fallows: ① He is a celecrated poet in a long poetry especially and a pioneer of writing an epic. ② His poetical styleis various but he sant to seek the orginality of these styles ③ He is also proficient in Hoi Moon(回文), Hee si(회詩), Jupil ④ In his works the thoughts of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism are harmonized perfectly. ⑤ In choicing the poetic diction he want to express in the Korean original type. ⑥ poetical themes are various 3. His Companionship In young days, He played with what was called the Seven Sages who were introduced by Oh Sae Jae (全이之) but he kept company Chon I Ji (吳世才), Park Hwan Ko (朴還古), Kim Hoi Young (金懷英), Yoon Sae Yoo (尹世儒), Jin Skik(陳식), Jin Hwa(陳화), An Chi Min (安置民), monk, Hyai Moon(患文), Don Yoo(敦裕), more friendly. In middle aged days, he was on good terms with Choi Chung Hun (崔忠獻) and his son, Choi I (崔怡), Choi Sun(崔선) and his family, Jo Young In (趙永仁) and his son, Jo Chung(趙沖), Min Shik (閔湜), Yoon Wi (尹威), Keum Eui(禁儀), Ki Hong Su (奇공壽), Park In Seok (朴仁碩), Im Yoo(任유) and his family, and in royal family, Kye Yang Hu (珪陽候), Kwang Reung Hu (黃陵伯 ), Shi Heung Baki(權敬中), Yeon Chang Hu (李百順), Young in Baik (寧仁旦), and also, Kweon Kyung Jung (權敬中), Lee Baik Soon (李百順), Kim Yang Kyong(金良鏡), Son Deuk Ji(孫得之), Lee Yoon Bo (李允甫), Hwang Bo Kwan(皇甫棺), Seo Reung(徐 ), Yoo Chung Ki (劉仲棋), Yoo Seung Tan(兪升坦), Yoo Kyong Hyen (유敬 ), and also monks, Kak Wol Sa(覺月師), Kyu Sun Sa(珪禪師), Lyong Su Joa (玲首座), Jung Tong sa(精通師). In last few years, Lee In Sick (李仁植), Lee Soo (李淳牧), Choi ja(崔姿), Lee Baik Chon (李百全), Ha Chun Tan (河千旦), Lee Soon Mok(李淳牧), Park Keo(朴), Park In Jeo (朴仁著), and monks, Kong Kong Sang In (空空上人), Soo Ki(수其), Chun Ki(天其), with whom he had companied.

      • 상재하중 하의 Soil Nailing System의 모형실험

        This research is an experimental work of investigating the behavior of soil nailing system under surcharges whereas most of them were concentrated on evaluating its capacity under selfweight of excavated ground. Model tests in laboratory were performed to investigate the ultimate bearing capacity of soil nailing system under surcharges in forms of strip loading. Tests were carried out to find parameters controlling its capacity such as length of nail, vertical and horizontal spacings between nails, inclination of nail installation and loading position of surcharges. Failure mechanism of forming failure line due to surcharge to soil nailing system was also observed by using dyed sand and monitoring its behavior. From results of these test, effects of parameters was analyzed qualitatively. Thus, this experimental results could provide meaningful data to analyze and design this system later.

      • 대용량 텍스트 데이터베이스를 위한 효율적인 2단계 합성 요약 화일 방법

        In this paper, we propose a two-level hybrid signature file method(THM) to efficiently deal with large text database that use a term discrimination concept. In addition, we apply Yoo's clustering scheme to the two-level hybrid signature file method. The clustering scheme groups similar signatures together according to the similarity of the highly discriminatory terms so that we may achieve better performance on retrieval. The space-time analytical model of the proposed two-level hybrid method is provided. Based on the analytical model and experiments, we compare it with the existing methods, i.e., the bit-sliced method(BM), the two-level method(TM), and the hybrid method(HM). As a result, we show that THM achieves the best retrieval performance in a large database with 100,000 records when the number of matching records is less than 160.

        아시아 12개국의 응급의학 실태에 대한 연구 조사

        Background : To assess the current level of development of emergency medicine (EM) systems in Asia. Method : Survey of EM professionals from 12 Asian countries during a 90-day period from August to November 1998. 12 EM professionals from 12 Asian countries completed the survey. All participants were physicians. 7 participants (58%) gave presentations at an international EM conference during the study period. Respondents completed a 103 question questionnaire about the status of EM specialty, academic, patient care, information and management systems and the factors influencing the future of EM in their countries. Results : 92% of respondents stated that their countries have hospital-based emergency departments (ED). More than 80% of respondents reported that their countries have EMS systems and ED systems for trauma care and patient transfer. More than 70% stated that their countries have national EM organizations, EM research, national EMS activation phone numbers, ED systems for pediatric emergency care, emergency physician (EP) training in ACLS and ATLS and peer review. More than 60% reported official recognition of EM as an independent specialty status, ED triage systems and systems for customer service. More than 50% reported EM residency training programs, EM journals and EP ability to perform rapid sequence intubation (RSI). 50% reported EP ability to perform thrombolysis for acute MI and 33% reported EP ultrasonography. 92% felt that a lack of funding posed a moderate or great obstacle to the future development of EM in their countries. Conclusions : Many essential systems of EM now exist throughout Asia. In the systems of administration and emergency medical information in many countries, there are some parts to be developed further.

      • 노령의 대퇴 전자간 골절 치료에서 압박고 나사못의 안정성 및 유용성

        목 적: 노령의 대퇴 전자간 골절에서 압박고 나사못의 안정성에 영향을 주는 인자들간의 상관 관계와 골절 양상에 따른 술후 고관절 기능을 평가 및 분석하였다. 대상 및 방법: 압박고 나사를 이용하여 수술적 치료를 시행한 231명의 환자 중 6개월 이상 추시가 가능하였던 60세 이상 84명의 환자들을 대상으로 했다. 방사선적 계측은 압박고 나사못의 활강 길이 및 내반각, 가압 나사 위치, 정복 상태, 원위 골편의 내측 전위를 측정하였으며 술후 기능은 Clawson의 기능 평가표로 하였고 골절 양상에 따라 방사선 계측과 기능 회복과의 상관 관계를 평가하였다. 결 과: 임상 결과는 불안정 골절에서 양호가 10례, 불량이 23례, 안정 골절에서는 양호 40례, 불량이 11례로 안정 골절에서 임상 결과가 좋았고(p<0.001), 압박고 나사 활강은 10 ㎜ 이상일 때 양호가 4례, 불량이 21례, 10 ㎜ 이하에서 양호가 46례, 불량이 13례로 10 ㎜ 이상 활강시에 술후 결과가 불량했다(p<0.001). 다르 방사선적 계측 요인은 결과에 의미있는 차이를 보이지 않았다. 또한, 불안정 골절 중에서 전위 양상 골절의 경우 10㎜ 이상 활강이 12례, 10㎜ 이하 활강이 8례, 분쇄 양상 골절의 경우는 10㎜ 이상이 11례, 10㎜ 이하가 2례로 분쇄 양상의 불안정 골절에서 10㎜ 이상 활강이 의미있게 많았다 (p<0.001). 결 론: 10㎜ 이상의 지연 나사 활강은 고관절 기능 회복 약화를 유발시킬 수 있으며 불안정 골절 분쇄 양상 골절은 이런 지연 나사의 활강이 과도하게 유발될 수 있으므로 불안정 분쇄 양상 골절에서 압박고 나사의 단독 사용은 재고해 보아야 할 것이다. Purpose: To evaluate the relationship between fracture stability and functional results, and analyze the correlation between stability factors and the outcome in intertrochanteric fracture of the elderly. Materials and Methods: Of the 231 patients, 84 patients with age above 60 were able to follow up for minimum 6 months. We measured the sliding length of the lag screw, varus degree, position of lag screw, reduction status and medialization of distal fragment radiologically. The functional outcome of the treatment was evaluated with the Clawson's result classification and we evaluated the correlation between the radiological results of measurement and the functional recovery depending on the Evans fracture classification. Results: There were good results in 40 cases out of 51 stable fractures, and in 10 cases out of 33 unstable fractures (p<0.001). In case of sliding of lag screw more than 10㎜, good results were obtained in 4 cases, and poor in 21. And in case of sliding less than 10㎜, good results were obtained in 46, and poor in 13. (p<0.001).But there was no relationship between other radiologic factors and clinical results. In unstable type, there were 12 cases with lag screw sliding more than 10㎜ and 10 cases with less than 10㎜. In comminuted type, there were 11 cases with lag screw sliding more than 10㎜ and 2 cases with less than 10㎜(p<0.001). Conclusion: The sliding of lag screw more than 10㎜ may result in poor outcome. As in comminuted unstable pattern, sliding of lag screw might be excessive, the use of compression hip screw alone is not good treatment option.

      • 스포츠 상해와 투기종목 선수의 경기력 : 상해유형별 분석

        The purpose of this study is to investigate on sports injures and performance in combat sports events. For the purpose, in the study 239 subject(boxing 50, taekwundo 54, wrestling 41, fencing 54, judo 40) completed the questionnaire for sports injures and performance in combat sports events. It was divided sports player's performance into high performance elite level and low performance elite level. To assess of the distribution in high performance elite level and low performance elite level player's injures pattern, it was used cross table and percentile scores by SPSS version 11.0 for Windows. The result was follow that: There was different pattern in sports injures by combat sports event. And there was different pattern in sports performance in high performance elite leve and low performance elite level players.

        본 논문은 자율 이동 로봇의 장애물 회피와 관련된 기술동향을 분석하였다. 산업현장, 공공 및 개인 서비스 분야에서 다양하게 사용 중인 이동 로봇에서 안전과 가장 밀접된 장애물 충돌 회피를 위해 사용하는 다양한 기법들을 소개하고, 특히 인공전위계 알고리즘(Artificial Potential Field), 가상역장(Virtual Force Field) 알고리즘, 탄성력(Elastic Force) 알고리즘 등을 분석하고 각각의 장·단점을 도출하였다. This paper presents, the trend of technology regarding obstacle avoidance for autonomous mobile robots. The mobile robots are widely used in various fields such as industry and public personal service area. This paper introduces several techniques of the collision avoidance sith obstacles, which is closely related to the safety, especially three algorithms of artificial potential filed, virtual force field and elastic force are analyzed by figuring out pros and cons of each one.
