This paper is study on the meaning of rediscovery of Dasan Jeong Yak-yong in 1930"s japanese imperialism era of modern korea. In 1935, Jeong In-bo, An Jae-hong and Choi Ik-han, with the 100th anniversary of the death of Dasan Jeong Yak-yong as a moment, begin the movements of Josonhak(Joseon Studies) that is entirely different as before. The Josonhak means that is one of the indigenous, traditional, characteristic studies for Korea, by and of the korean against japanese imperialism. The Josonhak, starts area studies in the beginning, for example in Choi Nam-seon, but it becomes to be different much in the period of movements of Josonhak. Jeong In-bo, An Jae-hong and Choi Ik-han publish a slogan Dasan Jeong Yak-yong who is the most prominent figure succeed to the intellectual line of Silhak from Bangye Yu Hyong won and Sungho Lee Ik, in the Joseon intellectual history. Then they can appropriate a new view point for nation and world in Joseon under japanese imperialism era. The other hand, Dasan Jeong Yak-yong" Silhak inherit the traditional intellectual heritage Sil(實), Silsim(實心) in korean Yangmyonhak. We can see the process of intellectual move from Yangmyonhak to Silhak. By this they seeks the best way of their own"s against the cultural, intellectual violence of imperialism under that situation. The Josonhak movements with the 100th anniversary of the death of Dasan Jeong Yak-yong, so to speak, grope in the dark between nation and world under japanese imperialism era.

Sang-Woo Kim, Jae-Young Choi, and co-workers report on p. 2187 the electrical and structural stability of the nanogenerators, with excellent charge scavenging performance under external mechanical loads such as bending and rolling. Kwak Jae-Woo(郭再祐) was the first person to raise Righteous Army during Im-Jin-Wae-Ran(壬辰倭亂), and in this paper I intend to analyze and research into the significance and background of his raising righteous army in Ui-Ryeong(宜寧). Firstly, I have given insight to the historical background and significance of the raising in Ui-Ryeong. as discussed in previous researches, the reasons why the continuous defeats of Cho-Seon in the early stages of Im-Jin-Wae-Ran were due to disorder in military administration and slackened discipline in national defence; however this paper puts emphasis on the necessity of looking into the exterior influential factor of the Japan, the world’s strongest military powerhouse at that time. In addition, I have discussed how his competence as a commander of the Righteous Army was possible to be formed, since Kwak was also a general who has outstanding realistic judgment and a sense of neutrality; and also the solidarity of the Ui-Ryeong troops. Secondly, I argued that Kwak’s raising of the Righteous Army in Ui-Ryeong contains more significance than just being the first, since he was able to raise the Army albeit the deficient conditions, especially centered around his relationship with Seon-Jo(宣祖). Moreover, I have examined the fact that Kwak’s raising gave peace to the unstable public at that time, and served as a catalyst for other raising of righteous armies to occur. Thirdly, I have confirmed that the strategic effects of the raising army in Ui-Ryeong is not just limited to local defence of Kyeong-Sang-Woo-Do(慶尙右道) beyond that it provides a turning point to the Choseon government to protect Ho-Nam(湖南) and the naval forces bases, restrain the exile of Seon-Jo and lead the participation of Myung(明) troops into war. In the thesis I have examined the defense strategies that Kwak adopted to fight against the Japanese troops three major skills, bird-rifle(鳥銃), swordwielding, charging at enemies and defense strategies adopted when positioned in a river. Among recent researches on the history of Im-Jin-Wae-Ran Righteous Army are at standstill. I proudly present this paper, as I wish this paper serves as a catalyst of more academic endeavors on the Im-Jin-Wae-Ran Righteous Army.

An Llegant Spirit(『風流精神』) was made after he died, and it was called His main text with A story cf The Flower Man(『花郞外史』). This hook has a different writing 4 papers. The papers are The Flower Man(「花郞」), A though of Choe, jae-woo(「崔濟愚論」), A though of Yin and Yang(「陰陽論」), Chweseong Kim si-seup 「贅世翁 金時習」). And as well as the purpose of these papres, there are different form. However, the core of this article is 'The Harmony(調和)'. This 'The Harmony(調和)' is read again in today's life history It is difficult to find his thought through 『An Llegant Spirit(風流精神)』. But the new approach to text is needed

최형섭과 ‘한국형 발전 모델’의 기원

This article critically reviews the “model” of Korean development designed by Choi Hyung Sup, Minister of Science and Technology of the Park Chung Hee government. The model has been an active template in Korea’s official development assistance (ODA) of science and technology. This acknowledgement comes from the belief that the model was effective in the development of Korea, and it attained widespread support from senior scientists and administrators of science in Korea. In this paper the authors highlight the fact that the model was from the beginning designed to be applicable in other countries. The argument is that the model was formulated within the context of Cold War development studies supported by international organizations. Through the process, Choi’s model acquired its characteristics of emphasizing legal and institutional set-ups, the role of national leaders and the national laboratories in introducing, digesting, and improving high technology.

한국 공영방송 지배구조의 정치적 독립성 연구 - 문재인 정부의 공영방송 개혁과제를 중심으로 -

이 연구는 한국의 방송제도의 중요한 숙원 과제의 하나인 공영방송의 정치적 독립성 제도 마련과 관련, 문재인 정부의 해결과제, 문정부의 공영방송 지배구조 개혁이 성공하지 못한 원인, 그리고 한국 공영방송의 법적 독립성(de jure independence) 확보 방안을 모색했다. 공영방송 독립성에 관한 이론 및 선행연구, 그리고 KBS, NHK, BBC의 지배구조 역사를 검토한 결과, 첫째 문재인 정부의 개혁 과제는 우선 경쟁적 정치상황에서 여야 합의로 마련된 공영방송 독립성 제도 개혁안의 실현으로 요약했다. 둘째 공영방송 인사와 규제에 대한 간섭 금지를 통한 정치적 후견주의 문제 해소이다. 셋째 이념과 정파성을 배제한 전문적인 공영방송 정책 수행을 통한 공영방송 전문직주의 문화 배양이다. 결국 문재인 정부는 공영방송 지배구조 개혁을 위한 절호의 정치적 계기를 살리지 못하고 임기중반까지 개혁성과를 내지 못했다. 이유는 후견주의 문제를 일으키는 집권세력 스스로의 문제를 개혁해 내지 못하고 대안적인 외부 개혁모형을 찾는데 시간을 소모했기 때문이다. 지금 상황에서 지속적인 공영방송 독립성 개혁을 위해서는 집권세력의 부당한 개입을 제어할 수 있는 정치 사회 시민세력과 공영방송 종사자들의 결집을 통한 자발적 공영방송 독립운동의 전개가 필요 할 것이다. 또한 불확실한 대안적 제도의 탐색 보다는 역사적으로 제도적 안정성이 입증된 BBC와 NHK의 주요 독립성 장치인 합의제 및 특별다수제에 의한 사장 임명, 공개 투명한 지배구조 구성 절차의 도입을 제안한다. This study examines the reasons for the unsuccessful reform of the Moon government"s public broadcasting governance structure, along with the Moon Jae-in administration"s task to establish a political independence system for public broadcasting, which is one of the important longing tasks of the Korean broadcasting system. It sought a way to secure de jure indepence of public broadcasting. As a result of reviewing the theory and prior research on independence of public broadcasting, and the history of governance structure of KBS, NHK, and BBC, the most priority reform task of the Moon Jae-in administration is the firstly realization of the reform proposal for the independence system of public broadcasting, prepared by the agreement of the opposition parties in a competitive political situation. Second, the problem of political clientelism is resolved by self-prohibiting interference with public broadcasting appointments and sanctions. Third, it is cultivating a culture of professionalism in public broadcasting through the implementation of professional public broadcasting policies excluding ideology and political factionalism. In the end, the Moon Jae-in administration failed to make use of the perfect political momentum for reforming the governance structure of public broadcasting and did not produce reform results until the mid-term. The reason is that the ruling powers themselves, causing the problem of clientelism, could not reform their own problems and spent time looking for an external alternative reform model. In the current situation, for the continued reform of the independence of public broadcasting, it will be necessary for the political and social civil forces and the public broadcasting workers to mobilize to control the unfair intervention of the ruling forces. It also proposes the introduction of a procedure for the establishment of an open and transparent governance structure, as well as the appointment of the president through a consensus system and a special majority voting system, which are the historically proven stable and main independence apparatus of the BBC and NHK.

혼합치열기 반대교합자에서 상악골 전방견인장치를 이용한 치료증례

The prevalence of class Ⅲ malocclusion is approximately 5∼9%, and about one fourth of this malocclusion is due to underdeveloped maxilla. Maxillary protraction appliance is an orthopedic device which promote the growth of a deficient maxilla by applying extraoral force to actively growing patients. The object of using maxillary protraction appliance is to guide a normal growth of maxilla and mandible and improve the occlusal relationship and also improve the facial profile. The author treated three patients whom were diagnosed as a class Ⅲ malocclusion due to deficient maxilla using maxillary protraction appliance and the followings are the conclusions : 1. In these cases, anterior crossbite was corrected by anterior movement of maxilla and downward backward rotation of mandible and simultaneously, anterior facial height was increased. 2. The amount of dental change compare to skeletal change was greater as the patients got older. 3. When 500gm of force to each side was applied, the treatment period has been decreased. 4. As a result of applying the force between maxillary first primary molar and canine, there was a small degree of changes in palatal plane. So, it can be concluded that the maxillary protraction appliance is effective in treating growing patients with a deficient maxilla.

역위매복된 상악 중절치의 외과적 노출과 교정력을 이용한 증례보고

Inverted maxillary incisor is a state in which the maxillary incisor rotates to the upward position. The present report provides two examples of correction of inverted maxillary incisors with surgical intervention & orthodontic appliance. Through surgical exposure & direct bonding of lingual button, the central incisor were brought into proper eruption path with elastic traction. The case 1 & 2 were both treated successfully. The results showed the good position of treated teeth and satisfactory esthetics and adequate width of keratinized gingiva were achieved. Careful differential diagnosis procedure is needed in order to avoid dissatisfactory rusults and the treatment approaches taken in this case report provided an esthetic and functional results.

치주적 손상을 유발하는 latex-elastic ring의 부적절한 사용에 대한 증례보고

This paper presents improper use of latex-elastic ring in movement of teeth and its consequence. Simple orthodontic movement of teeth including closure of diastema may be achieved by the use of simple method with fixed or removable appliance associated with latex-elactic ring. But, if it is used alone, it acts as a local irritant and then produces localized periodontitis. In case of localized periodontitis resulting from latex-elastic ring, diagnosis is difficult because the patient is usually unaward of the presence of the rings on the roots of the involved teeth and because the ring is not probed and is radiolucent and therefore not discernible radiographically and clinically. Occasionally, surgery is requred for the detection. This case emphasizes the necessity that the use of latex-elastic ring in closing diastema should be accompanied with removable or fixed appliance as well as close professional supervision. Its use without adequate provision for stabilization or retention on the crowns of teeth results in destruction of periodontal support and the teeth may be lost.
