This paper presents an strategy algorithm of a soccer robot. We simply classified strategy of soccer robot as attack and defense. We use DC-motor in our Soccer Robot. We use the vision system made by MIRO team of Kaist and Soty team for image processing. Host computer is made by Pentium III. The RF module is used for the communication between each robot and the host computer. Fuzzy logic is applied to the path planning of our robot. We improve strategy algorithm of soccer robot. Here we explain improvement of strategy algorithm and fault of the our soccer robot system.
베타-글루쿠로니다제에 의한 황련ㆍ황금 공침물의 가수분해 및 생체이용률 증가

During the preparation of decoction from the mixture of Coptidis Rhizoma and Scutellariae Radix, insoluble copreciptate was formed. The coprecipitated product(COP) was composed of berberine and baicalin which was the active ingredient of Coptidis Rhizoma and Scutellariae Radix, respectively. COP was slightly soluble in water and could not be well absorbed after oral administration. This poor bioavailibility might be associated with its poor aqueous solubility. With the purpose of increasing the solubility and bioavailibility of COP, hydrolysis of COP by β-glucuronidase was carried out. Hydrolyzed products (HOP) of COP were identified and assayed for active ingredients. The partition coefficient study, in situ absorption test, and pharmacokinetic study after oral administration were also performed. COP was found to be consisted of berberine and baicalin with molecular ratio or 1 to 1. This compound was hydrolyzed to berberine and baicalin by β-glucuronidase. The rate of hydrolysis was higher at higher temperature up to 50℃ and higher concentration of β-glucuronidase up to 2500 unit under our experimental conditions. Baicalein, which is more liphophilic than baicalin, showed greater absorption in small intestine than baicalin did. The plasma concentrations of berberine and baicalein after oral administration of HOP were significantly higher than those of COP. The possible mechanism of increased bioavailibility of berberine and baicalein could be the hydrolysis of COP by β-glucuronidase. On the basis of the above results, it might be said that HOP should be a suitable preparation for increasing the bioavailibility of Coptidis Rhizoma and Scutellariae Radix.
Felodipine 함유 Eudragit microsphere의 생체이용율

Microencapsulations of felodipine which is one of the calcium channal blocker, using the mixture of Eudragit RL®, L® and E® and celullose on the base of Eudragit RS® were investigated. The average diameters of microspheres were from 40 to 55㎛. The incorporation ratios of felodipine into the microspheres were higher than 90 %. After 7h, about 60 % of felodipine was released. Dissolution rate of felodipine from microsperes was increased by the addition of Cremopher®. After oral administration of microspheres, the Cmax were reduced and incresed the bioavailities as up to 50 %.

Failure of the exhaust pipe can cause air pollution by reducing ability of exhaust gas purification and can cause noise pollution and ride degradation by reducing ability of noise isolation. Therefore, it should ensure high reliability of the product to meet the growing environmental regulations and the needs of consumers. However, under actual conditions of use, it spends a lot of time and cost in order to develop products of high reliability. Therefore, accelerated life test to estimate the relationship between stress and life is performed to predict the actual life from the observed data through tests of the product by promoting the failure of products in severe conditions than real use conditions. The purpose of this study is estimating lifetime of exhaust pipes through accelerated life test and to evaluate average life, failure rate and etc. in short term.

During last years, large investments have been directed to development and research of nano-techNoogical products like semiconductor, display panel, optic-fiber communication components, life techNoogy, and ultra-precision components. All quantitative measurements at nanometre scale should guarantees accurate results and high quality. Laser interferometer is one of most famous nanometre scale devices to be able to measure metre-scale distance with nanometre scale resolution, but it is easily affected by various error causes like geometrical, instrumental and environ-mental factor. On the other side, capacitive sensor is robust to above error factors, but it is able to measure relatively shorter distance, under 100㎛, than laser interferometer. New error correction method for laser interferometry using capacitive sensor will be introduced in this paper.
