본 연구는 대학도서관 희망도서서비스와 관련된 민원내용을 바탕으로 이용자가 기대하는 희망도서의 제공속도와 실제 제공소요기간을 비교분석하여 표본도서관 희망도서서비스의 문제점을 파악하고 개선방안을 제시하였다.

회장에 장폐색을 유발한 Anisakiasis 1예

Anisakiasis refers to the infestation of humans by species of marine nematode larvae belonging to the subfamily Anisakiae. An acute abdominal symptom may occur after ingestion of raw marine fish containing nematode larvae of the genus Anisakis. Migration of the parasite into the wall of gtomach, small intestine or, less commomly, the colon elicits a striking eosinophilic granulomatous tissue response. A 39 year old man was visited St. Vincent Hospital because of abdominal distension and tenderness. The plain abdominal X-ray showed ileus pattern suggesting intestinal obstruction. Hence we presented a case of intestinal Anisakiasis combined with intstinal obstruction.

가변샘플링기법을 이용한 합성관리도의 개발

This paper develops a new VSI X￣-CRL synthetic control chart that considers convenience of use in the field, and perception of change of process applying VSI techniques to synthetic control chart, simultaneously. We found the optimal sampling interval and various control limit factor of the suggested chart using markov chain. Comparison and analysis is carried out between synthetic VSI X￣-CRL chart and other chart in the statistical aspect; X￣ control chart, VSI X￣ chart, another synthetic chart. In case that the process follows normal distribution, the proposed VSI X￣ -CRL synthetic control chart in detecting process mean shift showed the best performance in aspect of statistical performance, regardless of control limit L of CRL/S control chart.

唐代 化粧文化에 관한 고찰

The main purpose of this thesis is to study the make-up culture of China during the period of the Tang age. The make-up through its function of change and ornament is helpful in increasing self-satisfaction, promoting good personal relationship. In its early stage, the make-up also had incantatory and symbolic functions for improving health through psycological stability and for showing social status, age, sex, courage, power, and so on. In China, it usually was used with Boon together for red-colored make-up on a whole face. The color of red was used most frequently. Later then, more various colors were used in the make-up. As various mothods of partical make-up, there were Ak-hwang, Hwa-jeon, Sa-hong, and Myun-yup in China. A make-up culture usually reflects international atmosphere, the form of government economic situation, religious and social ideology, aesthetic sense, meaning of colors, and so on. As mentioned above, the make-up culture of the Tang age is very various and it is the most brilliant of the age in China.

VSI EWMA 관리도의 경제적 통계적 설계

This paper present an economic statistical design which have statistically constraints for the optimal design of an EWMA control charts with variable sampling interval. Cost function use that proposed by Lorenzen and Vance, and the optimal design parameters include the sample size, control limit width, sampling interval, EWMA weight value. Comparisons between VSI EWMA control charts optimal economic design and optimal economic statistical designs show the following fact. Although have demerits which are more costly than economic design, have merits which to detect shifts more efficiently and to improve statistical performance.

韓國産 납자루亞科의 遺傳的 變異 및 系統分類學的 硏究

Genic variation and genetic similarities among eleven species of the subfamily Acheilognathinae (Cyprinidae) were analysed, by means of starch gel electrophoresis, in order to estimate their phylogenetic relationships and to estimate the degree of genic variation in each species. A sum of 222 individuals from 10 geographic areas representing 24 population was used in this experiment. Among 222 specimens, 5 specimens of each species were used for species comparison and rest were used for the estimation of degree of genic variation in each population. The results are as follows : 1. Rogers' genetic similarity coefficients (S) between Rhodeus suigensis and R. atermius was S=0.961. Therefore it is assumed that these two species are conspecific and probably R. atremius was misidentified, i.e. R. atremius is R. suigensis, as suggested by Kim(1982). 2. Acheilognathus signifer and A. limbata were treated as synonym by kim(1982) based on morphological similaritics but the present data show that they might be two good species since S value between these two is S=0.687 and this value is low enough to treat as two independent species (Avise and Smith, 1977). 3. Dendrogram of eleven species of the Acheilognathinae fish shows three species groups based on the genetic level. Therfore we suggest the following tentative classification. Genus Acanthorhodeus qracilis Genus Acheilognathus intermedia limbata signifer Genus Rhodeus suigensis uyekii ocellatus rhombea yamatsutae asmussi However, further intensive survey would be required to verify this classification since we had no adequate sample size to convince this result. 4. Dgree of genic variation of the subfamily Acheilognathinae, expressed by % polymorphism and heterozygosity, was very low compare to other fish groups (Selander, 1976). Probable causes of this are not known but partially it may be due to the small sample size invetigated.

콘크리트의 壓縮强度에 미치는 굵은 골재 크기의 영향에 관한 基礎的 硏究

The purpose of this study is to research an effect of aggregate size on the compressive strength of concrete. Tests were, therefore, made in sixteen classes of concrete : maximum aggregate sizes of 5, 10, 20, 30^mm with water cement rations of 40% and 60% and with AEA°cement rations of 0.00% and 0.03% for each maximum aggregate size. The results of this experiment are showing the fellowing tendency. 1. Generally, with the range of this experiment program, the smaller maximum aggregate size becomes, the higher the compressive strength of concrete gets. 2. The decreasing tate of the compressive strength of concrete gets higher in lean mix concrete than in rich mix concrete at each age. 3. The compressive strength of concrete is developed faster with not only the increase of maximum aggregate size but also the decrease of water cement ratio. And it shows that the rate of the compressive strength development is higher in AE concrete in spite of water cement ratio.

A study is to divide consumer's spending pattern into life style and fashion behaviour, analyzing the interrelation of fashion behaviour according to life style, which brings about the following summarized results. First, as a result of the analysis of consumer's life style, most reveal to be an independent pioneering group and there is no significant difference between clients and staffs. Second, by analysis result from consumer's fashion behaviour pattern, it appears that factors as for sale promotion and quality enhancement have a meaningful variable. In case clients are concerned, buying ability, fashion sense and purchasing method have something meaningful. In addition, as to all customers and staffs, it turns out that a type of spending for pleasure and a type of independent pioneering have something to do closely with fashion sense.

A Synthetic Chenodeoxycholic Acid Derivative, HS-1200-induced Apoptosis of RBL-2H3 Cells

Bile acids and synthetic bile acid derivatives induced apoptosis in various kinds of cancer cells and anticancer effects. Although synthetic chenodeoxycholic acid (CDCA) derivatives have been demonstrated to induce apoptosis of various cancer cells, there is no report on their effect on RBL-2H3 basophilic leukemia cell line to date. Therefore, this study was undertaken to examine in vitro effects of cytotoxicity and growth inhibition, and the molecular mechanism underlying induction of apoptosis in RBL-2H3 cells treated with a synthetic CDCA derivative, HS-1200. The viability and the growth inhibition of RBL-2H3 cells were assessed by MTT assay and clonogenic assay respectively. The Hoechst staining and DNA electrophoresis were conducted to observe RBL-2H3 cells undergoing apoptosis. RBL-2H3 cells were treated with HS-1200, and Western blotting, immunocytochemistry, confocal microscopy, DNA hypoploidy assay, MMP activity and proteasome activity were performed. HS-1200 treatment of RBL-2H3 cells resulted in a time- and does-dependent decrease of cell viability and a does-dependent inhibition of cell growth, and induced apoptotic cell death. Furthermore, HS-1200 treatment result in the alteration of G1 cell cycle-related proteins. And tested RBL-2H3 cells showed several lines of apoptotic manifestation.We presented data indicating that HS-1200 induces apoptois via the proteasome, mitochondria and caspase pathway, and induces the alteration of the G1 cell cycle-related proteins in RBL-2H3 cells. Therefore our data provide the possibility that HS-1200 could be as a novel therapeutic strategy in the allergy treatment.
