노무현 정부와 이명박 정부의 대북 접근방식 비교

Roh Moo-hyun and Lee Myung-bak government`s North Korea approach is Path-dependence and Path-shaping, retrospectively. Roh government was close to deontology based on the right and process, then again Lee government seems to be teleology stressed on the good and result. For the driving ways toward North Korea, Lee government pose to the politico-economic connection, whereas Roh government was the politico-economic separation. In the view of reciprocity, Lee government is going to the direction toward condition, Roh government was flexible. and Lee government shows the position of putting the priority on Internationl Cooperation, Roh government took a serious view of South-North Korean interested party. Lee government`s North Korean approach has to be changed to the Path-revision. Lee government ought to enlarge the Philosophy of North Korean policy to the Pragmatism based on the mixture of deontology and teleology. Also by persisting the politico-economic separation, it needs to keep the momentum of Inter-Korean relationship.

高效率 MOS(Al-SiO_2-pSi) 太陽電池의 設計와 製作

The mm insulating layer of MOS solar cell allows control over not only the magnitude of the dark current flowing through the diode but also the dominant type (majority or minority carrier) of this current. Desirably low values of dark current for majority carrier have been postulated incorporating charge trapping centers suitably located within insulator or high fixed positive charge density (Q_ss) at the Si-SiO_2 interface. Based on these models, the MOS solar cell with surfaceinversion layer by incoporation high Q_ss at the Si-SiO_2 inferface is designed in this paper. As a result of fabrication of this cell using pSi Substrate (orientation;〈111>, ρ; 10Ω-㎝), the average efficiency of the MOS solar cell is obtained with 10% on the active area basis.

運動選手와 一般學生과의 視力의 差

The purpose of this study is to know the difference of visual acuity (VA) of athletes and nonathletes, men and women students. Subjects were 459 athletes and 1698 nonathletes of elementary, middle and high schools. The data for research were used to health documents which | measured at 5 may 1993. The results were as follow: 1) The VA of athleies was better than that of nonathletes. The difference between two groups did have significance on 0.001 level, but women of elemetary school did not. The older are the subjects the better grew the VA of athletes, but die worse grew the VA of nonathlotes. Women were rapid worsed at high school in particular. 2) The VA of men were better than that of women. The difference between two groups did have significance on 0.001 level in elementary and high school. Number of ammetropic eye in men was 26% in elementary, 33% in middle, 43% in high school and 36% in elementary, 37% in middle, 62% in high school in women. Number of ammetropic eye was slowly increased in men, but it was rapidly increased in women. I think that the results come from the factors that athletes and men did much exercise and did more distance work of eye in the large space than near work of eye in the small space.

太陰調胃湯이 白鼠의 肥滿症 및 誘導肥滿細胞에 미치는 效果

太陰調胃湯은 四象體質中 太陰人에 적용되는 處方으로 그 구성은 주로 祛濕, 祛痰하는 藥物로 이루어져있다. 韓醫學에서 肥滿의 병리기전은 주로 濕痰이 체내에 전체된 것으로 보고 있는데 太陽調胃湯의 處方구성은 이와같은 體內濕痰을 제거하는데 알맞음을 볼 수가 있다. 이에 太陽調胃湯이 gold thioglucose와 高脂肪食餌로 誘發한 肥滿 마우스에 미치는 效果와 前指肪細胞의 增殖과 分化에 미치는 影響을 실험하고 관찰한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 볼 수 있다. 1. 太陽調胃湯은 前脂肪細胞(3T3-L1 세포)의 增殖과 分化를 抑制한다. 2. 細胞內 脂質蓄積을 誘導하는 酵素와 中性脂質의 細胞內 蓄積을 抑制하는 效果가 認定된다. 以上의 結果로 보아 太陰調胃湯은 四象體質中 가장 肥濕하기 쉬운 太陽人의 肥滿治療에 有用할 것으로 思料된다. Effects of Taeyeumjoweetang on the obesity of mouse induced by gold thioglucose. It is researched to elucidate the effects of Taeyeumjoweetang on the obesity of mouse induced by gold thioglucose and the diifferentiation and growth of preadipocyte, 3T3-L1 cell. The result were as follows. 1. Taeyeumjoweetang extract improved the blood level of transaminase changed by the obesity of mouse induced by gold thioglucose. 2. Taeyeumjoweetang extract inhibited the increase of liver fat and body fat induced by the obesity of mouse induced by gold thioglucose. 3. Taeyeumjoweetang extract inhibited the increase of body weight induced by the obesity of mouse induced by gold thioglucose. 4. Taeyeumjoweetang extract inhibited the growth of undifferentiate preadipocyte 3T3-L1. 5. Taeyeumjoweetang extract showed the effects of inhibition on the differentiation of preadipocyte 3T3-L1. The above results suggested that the Taeyumjoweetang extract may be used on the obesity induced by the overgrowth and differentiation of adipocyte, and the accumulation of fat in liver and body.

양방향TV 광고를 통한 구매행동(T-commerce)에 관한 연구 - 구매 후 영향과 향후 구매의사에 영향을 미치는 요인을 중심으로

본 연구는 양방향 광고를 통한 구매행동의 구매 후 영향과 향후 구매의사에 영향을 미치는 영향을 미디어 대체가 설과 확산이론을 토대로 조사하고자 하였다. 실제 T-commerce를 경험한 소비자 200명을 대상으로 전화조사를 실시한 결과, T-commerce 경험 후에는 TV홈쇼핑과 인터넷 쇼핑 구매건수가 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. Tcommerce 이용 만족도와 데이터 방송 이용 시간이 향후 T-commerce를 통한 구매의사에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. T-commerce에 대한 평가(긍정적, 부정적 평가), TV 시청시간, 인구통계적 특성은 향후 Tcommerce를 통한 구매의사에 미치는 영향이 발견되지 않았다. The purpose of this study is to research the effects of decision making on buying and buying behavior after buying on the basis of media substitution hypothesis and diffusion theory. The method of research was telephone survey and 200 consumers who have experienced Tcommerce was surveyed. In a result of this research, the number of buying in TV home shopping and internet shopping after experiencing T-commerce was declined. The Tcommerce satisfaction and the time using data broadcasting was in positive relation with decision making of buying with T-commerce. The evaluation of T-commerce, the time viewing TV, and the demographic factors were not related with decision making of buying with future’s T-commerce.

감식초 및 감고추장을 이용한 감초고추장의 최적 배합비 설정

The optimum recipe of persimmon chokochujang using persimmon vinegar and kochujang was established by four-dimensional response surface methodology. The organoleptic color of persimmon chokochujang showed maximum score in 18.16g of persimmon vinegar, 5.58g of garlic and 1.62g of sucrose. The organoleptic aroma of persimmon chokochujang showed maximum score in 18.19g of persimmon vinegar, 4.57g of garlic and 2.06g of sucrose. The organoleptic taste of persimmon chokochujang showed maximum score in 19.28 g of persimmon vinegar, 4.97g of garlic and 2.34g of sucrose. The organoleptic color of persimmon chokochujang showed maximum score in 18.81 g of persimmon vinegar, 4.81g of garlic and 2.65g of sucrose. Optimum mixing ranges for organoleptic properties of persimmon chokochujang were 18.25~19.25g of persimmon vinegar, 4.60~5.00g of garlic and 2.06~2.65g of sucrose.

Gwuhab ch'ongsur is a kind of Encyclopedia of Korean woman life in the Yi dynasty which published by Mme. Lee. I have studied a food habits of the Yi dynasty that wroted in Gwughab chongsur as following. The staple foods are Bab (boiled cooked rice) 14, Juk (gruel) 8, Uee (liquid food)2, Miuem (thin rice gruel) 1, Mandu (dumpling) 3, and Guksu (noodles) 3 kinds in this chapter. The side dishes are Guk (Soup) 7, J'im (Stew) 16, Sun 1, Sinsollo (fairy dish) 1, Jon (pan fried fish) 2, po (dried beef) 3, Gui (meat or fish grilled with seasoning) 6, Jockgall (Salted Sea food) 7, Janban (Salted fish) 6, Jockpyun (Jellied beef soup) 1, Hyae (Sliced raw fish) 6, Jock (Skewer) 9, Namul (potherb) 4, Kimchi 13 kinds. The desserts are D'ock (Korean ricecake) 32, Beverage 18, Jabgwa [Yakkwa (fried honey cake), Dasik (molded cake), Kanjong (nut cookie) etc.] 39 kinds. The alcohol and fruits wine are 57 kinds and methods of awakening from wine are 6 ways. The seasonings are Soybean Sauce 13, Vinegar 3, oil 10, Taffy 1, starch Syrup 1 and salt 1 kind. Raw materials of Bab, Juk, Uee, Miuem, Mandu, Guksu, D'ock, Jabgwa, Alcohol, Vinegar, Taffy and starch syrup are all carbohydrates. It shows tha ta tendency of Korean people too much take a carbohydrates. Now and then, there are no special difference of winter over pass for vegetables and fruits. In Yi dynasty, there are 75 kinds of table ware and cooking kitchen utensils, but many of them come to uselessness or changed to convenient electric equipment at nowadays. 37 kinds of measuring unit are very non-scientific because that is not by weingt but bulk cr volume. There are many food making terms which are 104 kinds of prepared cooking term, 14 kinds of cutting term and 22 kinds of boiling term. And 29 kinds of expression of taste can see this chapter. 28 books are quoted in this Gwuhab ch'ongsur.

모기유충에 대한 살충성 Bacillus thuringiensis H9B 균주의 특성

One strain of mosquitocidal Bacillus thuringiensis, H9B, was isolated from soil. The biochemical characteristics and flagella antigenicity of the strain H9B is similar to that of B. thuringiensis subsp. darmstadiensis. The delta-endotoxin of the strain H9B coincided with that of B. thuringiensis subsp. darmstadiensis strain 73E10-2 on agarose double immunodiffusion test. The delta-endotoxin of B. thuringiensis subsp. israelensis contains hemolysin fragment (28 kd) on SDS-PAGE when the delta-endotoxin was solubilized in alkali, while that of the strain H9B does not contain 28 kd protein. In the biological activity, the delta-endotoxin of strain H9B was 2 or 3 times stronger than that of the strain 73E10-2; The LC_50 against mosquito larvae (Aedes agypti) of delta-endotoxin from the strain H9B is 70 ng/ml, and that from B. thuringiensis subsp. israelensis and the strain 73E10-2 26 ng/ml, 186 ng/ml respectively.; The hemolytic activity of delta-endotoxin from the strain H9B has twice stronger than that from the strain 73E10-2.
