        협착성 심낭염 환자에서 하모닉 스칼펠을 이용한 심낭절제술 1예 보고

        협착성 심낭염을 앓던 68세 남자 환자가 심낭절제술을 받았다. 심낭은 하모닉 스칼펠로 절제되었다. 하모닉 스칼펠은 에너지의 적은 전달과 조직으로의 전기 에너지 전달이 거의 없다는 점이 전지소작과는 다르다. 전기소작은 전류의 전달을 통하여 작동하기 때문에, 종종 정상적인 심장 리듬을 방해한다. 이는 전류의 전달이 없기 때문에, 수술 중 그리고 수술 후에 의미 있는 심박동의 이상이 감소됨을 확인할 수 있다. 이러한 새로운 도구는 근육 자극이 없고, 적은 열을 발산하며, 연기가 없어서 수술장 시야가 방해받지 않으며, 쉽게 지혈이 가능한 장점이 있다. 본 교실은 하모닉 스칼펠을 이용하여 심낭절제술을 시행한 환자를 경험하였기에, 간략한 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

        조선 후기 의학 지식 구성 및 실행 방식의 변화: 18세기 『역시만필(歷試漫筆)』을 중심으로

        Eighteenth-century Korea saw an emergence of the medical case history genre, and the most noticeable example of it was Yeoksi manpil 歷試漫筆 (1734), written by Yi Sugi 李壽祺 (1664–c.1750). This paper analyzes Yeoksi manpil to bring to light a new medical landscape of late Joseon Korea, while situating it under the context of the history of science and ideas in Korea. Yi Sugi was a new kind of historical actor, hailing from the group of jung’in 中人 technical officials, a group which was newly emergent in the late seventeenth and early eighteenth centuries. As a jung’in medical official, he tried to secure his professional identity, in a way that might enhance his cultural sensitivity toward tools or technology. My argument goes that in the stage of medical practice, Yi Sugi had enacted such tools as pulse (脈), materials (物), circumstance (情) on top of symptoms (症). This kind of activity might be called a medical innovation in practice to the extent that other doctors of the period concerned themselves mostly with symptoms. In conclusion, the medical practice as represented by Yi Sugi and his medical work Yeoksi manpil gives an illustrative example showing that eighteenth-century Korea was a dynamic cultural space in which people, knowledge, tools/technology, materials, and practice were actively being interconnected and culturally redistributed.

        It is said that modern times is Color age. Color TV, which has established visual culture in our life, was distributed to every Korean homes and information by color was delivered even in the village nesting in the mountains since 19880. It is quite right to say that importance of color in marketing area is rapidly increased. That is early of this century that color was introduced in marketing, and stimulated by colorization of mass communication, every field it greatly influenced by Color Revolution called the 2^nd Industrial Revolution. Color marketing is selling the goods with color and design. In this research, an attempt is made to find out consumers mind and image of times through the image scale, which was developed, based of uncertain image world's color logic. Analyzing transit period from 'goods maturity' to 'consumption maturity' and arrange the value of consumer's sensibility in color image view, this research will contribute to find out answers of following questions, how to develop the color strategy in consumer revolution period that transfer from quantity to quality? What kind of thinking will dominate the current marketing? These days a key word to define consumers in the sense. This research is to find out the marketing strategy, which can attract the consumer's sense, which is also current consumer's mind, with analyzing theory of color marketing and actual case study and finds the possibility and a scheme of activation of introducing color marking reasonably and scientifically. Therefore, in this research I have classify the concept about color marking based on literature using books, related thesis and existing reference. For the case study, I have collected and analyzed the date from the stores survey and advertisements.

        의원의 서사로 본 조선 후기 의료의 사회문화적 풍경

        Previous studies that explored the medical topography of the late Chosŏn dynasty have primarily focused on such subject matters as royal medical cares, central and local medical systems, familial pedigree of medical officers, knowledge and material exchange with China or Japan, and the medical cultures of Chosŏn Korea from the perspective of the ruling class Yangban elites. What these studies did not involve in their discussions are medical cultures seen from the perspective of medical practitioners, who were commonly recognized as lower than Yangban elites in terms of social status. So, this paper examines the socio-cultural landscape of medical care, life and practice in the late Chosŏn period, through the analysis of medical case histories (and narratives therein) composed by doctors. To this end, this paper primarily investigates medical case histories written in the late Chosŏn period: Rambling Essay on Tested Experiences 歷試漫筆 (1734), Efficacy-Proven Recipes by Yim Chŏng 小白經驗方 (1740), Miscellaneous Writing by Chang Taekyŏng 愚岑雜著 (1856), Efficacy-Proven Recipes by Ŭn Suryong 呑吐經驗方 (1858), and New Compilation as an Easy-to-Carry Treasure 輕寶新編 (c.19th century). Analyzing these historical sources, this paper does not just describe the fragmented aspects of clinical encounters, but also examines the cultural structures, as well as cognitive and sociological dimensions, within which medical practices took place, primarily drawing attention to the major issues revealed in the cognitive yet social processes. What is worth stating here is that the conventional dichotomous world view, such as the “tradition versus modern” narrative, should not be taken for granted. Doctors’ record of medical cases yields significant effects of documenting medical experiences, educating younger scholars, building personal reputations, making a living, and winning over competitors. On this count, doctors (as protagonists of the narratives of medical case histories, and experts in judging the disease patterns to be deficient 虛 or excessive 實) frequently emphasized medical expertise, rather than medical virtue, against the backdrop of the competitive medical markets, whilst pointing out the whimsy or discourtesy of their patients. In the doctor-patient relationship, the doctor's authority was basically situation-dependent and they were in an, as it were, precarious alliance with the patient side (patients and their family members). The patient side was not just in a passive position, but was rather an active actor to the extent that they selected doctors and discussed therapeutic strategies with them, and completed the patient’s story under the guidance of doctors about the patient’s experiences, to participate in the treatment procedure. Medical practice was also a social process in the sense that cultural clashes or negotiations were taking place between doctors, patients and other doctors in the social network of doctors and patients. Medical case histories, in which narratives were conspicuous, often presented diseases as life-threatening bodily episodes that occur under some contingent conditions. This is where ecological conditions, foods and drinks, human interactions and bodily injuries come in as disease-causing factors, and all of these also constitute both the body and the disease. Of these, emotion-induced disease (understood as a hybrid of the social, body and disease) stood out in the narrative of medical case histories. Considering medical tools, not least medicinals, employed in the late Chosŏn period, we can see that, unlike the case of modern people (who are accustomed to the urban life which is away from nature, and to the nicely packaged drugs which are produced in pharmaceutical factories), medical life of those days was much closer to the natural objects, such as nearby plants, animals and minerals, which were in fact part of their lives.         In the advertising activity, the creative is not a simple activity of art or picture, but should be a consumer-oriented communication message. Therefore, the role of the mutual communication, which is enough to meet the demands and interests of the target, should be consolidated with the appreciation of consumer's life stlye, general awareness and attitude that is rapidly changing, and mentality. The purpose of this study is to find out the approach to the successful marketing activity for the N-generation, who has recently emerged as a leader of new-millennium are in the field of advertising, through the marketing segmentation of core target among the consumption environments that are getting complicated daily. In addition, this research is intended to analyze case studies, in which theories of consumer's behavior, marketing segmentation, life-style for the N-generation are applied, Pursue the way of connection between theory and practice, and finally develop the relationship between marketing theory and advertising expression. For the successful marketing activity for the N-generation, it is the most efficient way in time and expenditure saving to develop a unique strategy for themselves and perform intensive advertising activity through advertising expression based the strategy.

      • 효과적 커뮤니케이션을 위한 광고 프리젠테이션에 관한 연구

        In this study, Important outlines of the advertisement presentation, presentation type, agency selection according to presentation result, strategy for effective presentation, and check points for a successful presentation are summarised. Also the above items are compared with a case of competitive company's presentation in order to find out a best presentation method using effective communication between advertiser(sponsor) and advertising agent. The purpose of this study is to show that a successful presentation is the only way to get more contract and enlarge the amount of money for advertisement in the more competitive situation. Trying to and out a method for successful presentation is most important for all advertising agents, especially for creators because it gives satisfaction and self-confidence to them. Also it will give a good chance for them to challenge to a new world with stregth and new ideas. A lot of materials from the many advertising companies are summarised and set in order in this paper. "TV-CM Competitive Presentation Story Board(4 Companies, 4 items) for Improving Image of the Company" by the Korea Hosing Corporation in 1995 is used for the case study.

        Marketing strategies do not specify any special principles which apply only to women consumers. Basic principles of marketing strategies that are set up for consumers in general can also be applied to a specific consumer group. namely women consumers. However, in reality,to extend the market of consumers' goods, women's psychology of purchase and spending habits must be studied in a great to buy. Womne's opinions and preferences are strongly reflected in the process of purchasing such expensive goods as electronic goods and automobiles, let alone common daily goods including fashion goods, food, cosmetics,etc. This study analyzes some concepts suggested in the theories of consumer's behavior, market segmentation, and life style through bibliographic research. If also analyzes women's market segmentation of life style in a similar way. This study is to indicate empirically that consumer's behavior is an influential factor in marketing field by laying out some important concepts of the throries, It is verified by the analysis of women's market segmentation of life style. The results of this study can be utilized to acquire know-how for marketing that an effect on women consumers and accumulate data available in such arease as marketing companies and consulting agencies of marketing.

      • 사회문제 중심의 지역화 교재구성의 실제 : 울산지역을 중심으로 in the case of Ulsan

        The goal of this study is to introduce regional social problems that might embody the essence of region in the social curriculum at elementary school social studies, to constitute learning material in an integrated way, and to embody a proper teaching model. In order to reach this goal, first, this study provides a standard that refers to general theoretical research about region and social problems and principles and method in text composition. Second, this study abstracts social problems relating to the Ulsan region and classifies their features for the development of integrated teaching material for inter-studies. Third, this study embodies the teaching-learning model of the social studies curriculum at the heart of the content of the text and tries to apply it to the school classroom environment. Especially, in order to make teaching material that addresses key social problems of the region, this study divides social problems in the Ulsan region into problems of social organization, social disorganization, and deviation, and divides them again into the following problem types: economic, regional gap, city, environmental, home, and crime. Furthermore, it suggests a procedure for text composition and clearly shows, as related constituents, the key idea, the goals, the teaching-learning process, and the assignment. It takes into account Learner's development of social consciousness and experiential Level as much as possible.
