In coal-fred power plants, approximately 5% of sewage sludge solid fuel mixed with coal is used as power generation fuel for environmental protection and global warming prevention. The co-fring method needs a sewage sludge solid fuel crusher that can crush sewage sludge solid fuel to generate a fne powder. This study aims to determine the size of the rotor perpendicular plate hole that can minimize accumulation of the crushed fuel in the roller type sewage sludge solid fuel crusher to be used in the co-fring method. The range of the design parameters for optimization of the rotor perpendicular plate hole is selected and make an orthogonal array table according to design of experiments. The CFD is performed to analyze efect of design parameters according to an orthogonal array table. In addition, the dimension of the rotor perpendicular plate hole that can minimize accumulation of the fuel inside the crusher is drawn using the Multi-objective optimization method.

In this paper, lead-free [$Li_{0.04}(Na_{y}K_{1-y})_{0.96}](Nb_{0.86}Ta_{0.1}Sb_{0.04})O_{3}$ (y=0.4 - 0.58) ceramics were manufactured using conventional miked oxide method for acoustic emission(AE) sensor application and their dielectric and piezoelectric properties were investigated with the variations of Na/K ratio. The samples in the composition Na/K=54/46 exhibited excellent electrical properties of $d_{33}=300$ PC/N and kp=0.49. Taking into consideration above piezoelectric properties, it can be concluded that the [$Li_{0.04}(Na_{y}K_{1-y})_{0.96}](Nb_{0.86}Ta_{0.1}Sb_{0.04})O_{3}$ system ceramics are the promising lead-free materials capable of substituting PZT system ceramics.

본 논문은 실제 시스템에서 발생하는 모델의 불확실성과 출력의 측정 잡음에 강인한 상태 관측기 설계에 대해 다루고 있다. 본 농문에서 제안하는 이중적분 관측기는 두 개의 적분기를 사용하여 불확실성을 추정하고 출력의 측정 잡음에 대한 영향을 줄이도록 설계되어 강인성이 향상된다. 설계 예제에서는 모의실험을 통해 기존에 연구된 비례-적분 관측기 및 적분 관측기에 비해 상태추정 성능이 개선됨을 보인다.

A 32-year old man was admitted to the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Busan National University Hospital with complaints of unsightly appearance, inability of chewing and swallowing. The patient had attempted suicide by taking insecticide and persistent muscle contraction for over 2 years has brought collapse of lower arch, open bite deformity and disturbances of mastication and deglutition. After reducing the contraction of muscles by administration of muscle relaxants and tranquilizers, we carried out intraoral sagittal split osteotomy on both rami and suprahyoid myotomy. In this paper, we also reviewed the effects of insecticide poisoning to the nervous system and the dentofacial deformity caused by abnormal muscle forces.

Background: Shoulder pain is a common musculoskeletal disorder. Treatment can be surgical or non-surgical. Korean Medicine, including acupuncture and pharmacopuncture, is a part of conservative treatment. Pharmacopuncture, combining acupuncture with herbal medicine, has been used for musculoskeletal disorders since the 1960s, but clinical evidence on its effectiveness is lacking. Objectives: This study aims to assess the effectiveness and safety of pharmacopuncture for rotator cuff disease. Methods: A two-group, parallel, single-center, pragmatic, randomized, controlled, assessor-blinded trial will be conducted. A total of 40 patients will be recruited, starting in July 2022. All patients will be received acupuncture treatment, and pharmacopuncture will be applied to intervention group additionally. After eight treatments are delivered over four weeks, follow-up assessments will be performed. Results: Assessments will evaluate the effectiveness and safety of these treatments at baseline and at weeks 2 (2 W), 4 (4 W), and 8 (8 W). The primary outcome will be a visual analog scale (VAS) evaluation of shoulder pain levels. Assessments will include shoulder pain and disability index (SPADI), shoulder range of motion (ROM), EuroQol 5-Dimension 5-Level (EQ-5D-5L), patient global impression of change (PGIC), ‘no worse than mild pain’, and drug consumption rates. Conclusion: This study may offer a rationale for a future full-scale trial on the effectiveness and safety of pharmacopuncture treatment for rotator cuff disease and provide data on non-surgical treatment for the disease.

The purpose of this study was to modify the bridge course especially for active 2+2 articulation educational program. The bridge course was assessed through the survey on opinions of technical high school teaches and bridge course graduates. Through this study (1) not only technical skills(technical contents) but also coping skills(to help students to learn how to cope with new challenges and prepare them for life long learning), (2) the basic set of skills it takes to transfer from one jobs or area of work to another, were suggested and prototypes of bridge course were developed.
