본 연구는 학습민첩성 측정도구의 활용도를 제고하기 위하여 다양한 집단의 구성원들을 대상으로 기존 개발된 학습민첩성 측정도구의 하위 요인에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 이를 바탕으로 적합한 요인 구조를 탐색하고 타당도를 검증하였다. 학습민첩성 측정도구의 탐색적·확인적 요인분석을 통하여 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하였으며, 학문적·실무적 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 기존 학습민첩성과 관련하여 수행된 연구를 통해 적합한 1,470개의 데이터를 수집하였으며 수집한 데이터를 SPSS 25 프로그램을 통해 탐색적 표본과 타당화 표본으로 무작위 분할하였다. 요인분석 전 정규성, 신뢰도 등의 사전 데이터 분석을 수행하였고, 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 측정도구에 적합한 요인구조와 요인의 개수를 확인하였다. 다음으로 확인적 요인분석을 통해 수정된 측정도구 모형의 적합도를 확인한 후, 원래의 측정도구 요인모형과 비교하여 수정된 4요인 18문항으로 이루어진 모형을 최종적으로 선정하였다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 학문적·실무적 시사점을 제언하였다. In order to enhance the utilization of learning agility scale, this study explored the appropriate factor structure and verified the validity of the existing learning agility scale through analysis of the sub-factors of the existing learning agility scale for members of various groups. The feasibility and reliability of the scale was verified through an exploratory and confirmed factor analysis of the learning agility scale, which was intended to derive academic and practical implications. To achieve the purpose of the study, 1,470 suitable data were collected from studies conducted in relation to existing learning agility, and the collected data were randomly divided into exploratory and rationalized samples through the SPSS 25 program. Data analysis such as normality and reliability was performed before factor analysis, the number of factors and their suitability for the scale was investigated through an exploratory factorial analysis. Next, after confirming the suitability of the modified research model through a confirmatory factor analysis, a model consisting of 18 questions with 4 factors, was finally selected compared to the original scale factor model. Based on these findings, academic and practical implications were suggested.

<▼1><P>Supplemental Digital Content is available in the text</P></▼1><▼2><P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Data regarding kidney transplantation (KT) and dialysis outcomes are rare in Asian populations. In the present study, we evaluated the clinical outcomes associated with KT using claims data from the Korean national public health insurance program. Among the 35,418 adult patients with incident dialysis treated between 2005 and 2008 in Korea, 1539 underwent KT. An optimal balanced risk set matching was attempted to compare the transplant group with the control group in terms of the overall survival and major adverse cardiac event–free survival. Before matching, the dialysis group was older and had more comorbidities. After matching, there were no differences in age, sex, dialysis modalities, or comorbidities. Patient survival was significantly better in the transplant group than in the matched control group (<I>P</I> < 0.001). In addition, the transplant group showed better major adverse cardiac event–free survival than the dialysis group (<I>P</I> < 0.001; hazard ratio, 0.49; 95% confidence interval, 0.32–0.75). Korean patients with incident dialysis who underwent long-term dialysis had significantly more cardiovascular events and higher all-cause mortality rates than those who underwent KT. Thus, KT should be more actively recommended in Korean populations.</P></▼2>
Optimized single-layer MoS<sub>2</sub> field-effect transistors by non-covalent functionalisation

<P>Field-effect transistors (FETs) with non-covalently functionalised molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) channels grown by chemical vapour deposition (CVD) on SiO2 are reported. The dangling-bond-free surface of MoS2 was functionalised with a perylene bisimide derivative to allow for the deposition of Al2O3 dielectric. This allowed the fabrication of top-gated, fully encapsulated MoS2 FETs. Furthermore, by the definition of vertical contacts on MoS2, devices, in which the channel area was never exposed to polymers, were fabricated. The MoS2 FETs showed some of the highest mobilities for transistors fabricated on SiO2 with Al2O3 as the top-gate dielectric reported so far. Thus, gate-stack engineering using innovative chemistry is a promising approach for the fabrication of reliable electronic devices based on 2D materials.</P>

Multiple primary lung cancers are characterized as either synchronous (detected or resected simultaneously) or metachronous (defined by a time interval between the detection of a subsequent primary lesion). The diagnosis of multiple primary lung cancers requires the temporal, histologic, and anatomic classification of tumors or simultaneous detection of two tumors. The incidence of multiple primary lung cancers has been increasing recently due to the widespread use of imaging modalities and life extension. Here, we report a 65-year-old male patient with multiple primary lung cancers comprising three different cell types (adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and small cell carcinoma). <P>Conclusions: Compared with the CCI, the mCCI-IPD showed better performance in mortality prediction for incident PD patients. Therefore, this tool may be used as a preferred index for statistical analysis and clinical decision-making.</P>

대역폭이 보장되지 않는 인터넷 상에서 대용량의 멀티미디어 데이터를 실시간으로 서비스하는 것은 여러 가지 문제점을 안고 있다. 이에 미디어 데이터의 전송량을 줄이기 위한 연구로서 layered coding을 통한 스케일러블 전송에 대한 연구가 시도되었다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG 비디오 스트림의 스케일러블 전송을 가능케 하기 위하여 Temporal-Fidelity Scaling 기법을 제안하며, MPEG-4 Visual Component에서의 적용 방법에 대해 제안하고자 한다.

Objective: Creatine, energy buffer in high energy demanding systems including muscle and brain, may play a beneficial role against neuroinflammation in Alzheimer’s disease (AD), and thus be a potential biomarker. This study aimed to compare the levels of plasma creatine between persons with and without AD and investigate associations of plasma creatine levels with cognitive function and blood-based inflammatory markers. Methods: We classified elderly participants by cognitive statuses: normal cognition (NC, n=17), mild cognitive impairment (MCI, n=21), and AD (n=21). To assess cognitive function and inflammatory condition, we performed neuropsychological tests and measured plasma C-reactive protein (CRP) levels, respectively. Results: Plasma creatine levels were comparable among participants with AD, MCI, and NC. In overall participants, plasma creatine levels were not associated with neuropsychological test scores, but negatively associated with plasma CRP levels. In AD group, plasma creatine levels were negatively associated with neuropsychological test scores and, although not significant, CRP levels (p=0.086). In participants without AD (NC plus MCI), these associations disappeared. Conclusion: Plasma creatine levels may not be useful as a biomarker indicating cognitive statuses. However, our results suggest that, in AD, plasma levels of creatine might reflect the extent of neuroinflammation as well as cognitive deterioration.
