紅蔘 및 白蔘粉末製品에 對한 放射線(^(63)Co-r 線) 照射 및 照射線量과 長期貯藏이 理化學的 特性과 外觀品質 變異에 미치는 영향을 25℃에서 4個月間 저장하면서 조사하였다. 兩試料 모두에서 照射線量과 長期貯藏에 따른 變異가 거의 없었다. 理化學的 特性에서 水分, pH, 아미노態窒素, buthanol extract, 還元糖등과 사포닌분획별 패턴에도 大窒없었으나 白蔘粉末의 경우 특히 50% ethanol extract의 收率이 약간 增加되는 傾向을 보였다. 外觀品質의 경우 50% ethanol extract의 色濃度에서는 大差없었으나 粉末自體의 色度에서는 試料間에 약간 差異가 있었다. 紅蔘粉末의 경우 L値와 a値는 減少되었고 b値는 增加되어 茶褐色化 되는 傾向이었고 白蔘粉末에서는 L値가 減少되고 a値와 b値는 線量에 따라 增加되나 貯藏其間에서는 減少와 增加를 보여 濃黃色化되는 傾向이 었으나 識別可能程度의 色度變異범위는 아니었다. 全體的으로 品質의 安定性을 維持하고 있음을 보여주었다. The effect of the physiochemical properties of red and white ginseng powder after ^(60)Co-r ray irra diationduring the storage fer 4 months at 25℃ was investigated. The storage periods and the treatment of irradation at various doses on ginseng powders had no significant effects on the proximate composition and color density of ginseng extract with 50% ethanol. No changes in the contents of saponin and its HPLC patterns were found during the storage. However, a little increase was found in the yield of 50% ethanol extract and Hunter's color value of powder. But generally it was found to be stable in the physicochemical properties of red and white ginseng powder by irradiation of the intensity during the storage.
금자양중(가네코 카즈시게) 기증 박형 호의 복원 : -경질토기를 중심으로-

이번 가네코 카즈시게 선생이 기증한 여러 유물 중 金子124 수호는 약 60여개 정도의 파편을 접합하고, 자체 하중을 견딜 수 있는 접착제를 적절하게 사용하여 결손부분을 복원하였다. 또한 보존처리를 하는 동안에도 항상 가역성을 염두에 두면서 처리하였고, 색맞춤도 미관상 어색함이 없는 범위 내에서 처리하였다. 그 결과, 기형이 둥근 점토질의 박형(珀形) 항아리로 새롭게 탄생하였다. This article examines the conservation process of a donated Gourd-style jar (Object No. Geumja No. 124), which was broken into several fragments (more than 60) in the past. After assessing the condition of the object, each of the fragments were re-attached, and missing areas were gap-filled and re-touched. The authors discuss considerations, which were taken into account during the decision making process. These include the integrity of the object and the section of treatment materials, such as the reversibility of adhesives and filling materials. After its conservation, the authors believe that the object is in a better condition and ready for display in the future.
외나로도 주변해역 퇴적물의 지화학적 특성과 저서 생물상

In order to evaluate the relationship between geochemical characteristics and benthic facies of the sediments from the Oenaro Island where red tide proliferation is first observed every year including this year, surface and short multiple core sediment samples were analyzed in terms of geochemical and benthic facies variation. The contents of organic carbon, carbonate, and sulfide gas were relatively low. The variation in C/N ratios, which indicate nature of organic carbon, suggested that the organic carbon recorded in the study area is composed of mixtures of marine and terrigenous organic matters. The concentration of minor elements found at the surface and multiple core sediment samples were also low as well as the enrichment factors(Ef) for the seven heavy metals indicated that the sediment of this area is not polluted significantly. The macrobenthic faunal community comprised 61 species, and their mean density was 708 ind./m2. Polychaete worms were major taxa of this benthic community. A crustacean amphipod, Melita sp. was the most abundant species accounted for 20.7% of total abundance, and the small polychaetes such as Heteromastus filiformis, Paralacydonia poradoxa, Magelona japonica, and Sigambra tentaculata were the next dominant species. The macrobenthos around the Oenaro Island were more diverse and abundant than that in Gamak Bay. The benthic communities in the study area sustained somewhat different species composition based on the cluster analysis and the MDS ordination. The benthic community health condition at three stations seemed to be unbalanced, and slightly polluted based on the biological index such as BPI and BC. There was no clear relationship between the geochemistry characteristic and the benthic faunal facies attributed by the micro-algal blooms in this coastal area.
재발성 복부 통증을 호소한 환자에서 복벽에 발생한 자궁내막증 1예

Endometriosis is the abnormal growth of endometrial tissue outside the uterine cavity. Endometriosis in the abdominal scar following cesarean section is very rare condition among the extrapelvic endometriosis. The frequency of abdominal wall endometriosis secondary to cesarean section is from 0.03% to 0.8% in some reports. It is difficult to diagnosed in spite of the typical symptoms. The typical symptom is aching swelling in the area of the surgical scar, which is influenced by the phases of menstruation. The definitive diagnosis is established by pathologic analysis. Surgical excision remains the treatment of choice. The majority of patients presented from 1 to 2 years after the precipitating operation. We experienced an unusual case of abdominal wall endometriosis presented over 10 years after cesarean section, who was admitted to our hospital complaining of recurrent left lower abdominal pain. So, we report this case with a brief review of the concerned literatures.
생물학적 폐수처리시 휴지기간이 처리특성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Under recent situation of more stringent effluent regulations, small scale biological process for industrial wastewater treatment has on operational problems, such as highly variable loadings into the system. Especially, the seafood processing industry has difficulties to treat is because of its highly variable organic loading and high saline concentration (>30g/d㎥). High salt concentrations disrupt metabolic functions and cause plasmolysis and/or loss of activity of microbial flora, hence the biological treatment of the saline wastewaters could produce low COD removal efficiency. On the basis of background mentioned above, an appropriate operation of the existing treatment plant is required for stable effluent discharge at even highly influent loading. In this study, effects of long term ( days) idle periods on floc characteristics were investigated in treatment of saline wastewater by SBR. Temporal stop of feeding affects biological activity in the reactors and then floc structures such as size and fractal dimension. After a certain period of reoperation for orgnic activity, the size and fractal dimension of floc start to increase.
Run-Length Coding과 Huffman Coding을 이용한 영상 압축기의 하드웨어 설계

In this paper, we modify Run-Length Coding(RLC) and Huffman Coding(HC) algorithm for use of image compression and design as a hardwired architecture. The algorithm of RLC and HC compresses different area of Multi-Resolution Analysis(MRA) that is represented by Discrete Wavelet Transform(DWT)[1-2]. RLC compressor and decompressor is simple so that is designed like a data-path flow. HC compressor's scheme is composed of 2 stage, the first one is generation of Huffman Tree. That needs many computations and times so that uses internal memory MACRO. The second one is making binary data using Huffman Tree. The decompressor of HC is also designed simply like that of RLC decompressor's data-path flow using Huffman Tree.
