이 논문은 상대적으로 어순이 자유로운 언어인 한국어의 특성을 반영하면서, 모든 가능한 문장 구조를 분석할 수 있는 한국어 분석 방법을 제시한다. 특히 구절 구조에 의한 통사 표현 기능을 하위 범주화와 단일화에 의해 보완하는 기법을 이용하면서, bottom-up과 left-right에 의해 처리가 가능한 단일과정 (one-path) 분석 기법을 이용하는 것이 본 논문의 특징이다. 그리고 하위 범주화와 서술어의 어미가 가진 양상 정보에 의존하여 한국어의 내포문 처리가 이루어져야함을 보여준다.
단어 간 지배 관계 및 연관 관계를 이용한 한국어 교열 시스템

스펠러와 같은 오류 처리 기법은 한 어절 사이의 처리에 국한되거나, 또는 수사 처리와 같이 일부 제한된 품사 영역에서만 어절을 넘어선 처리가 행해지고 있다. 한편 교열과 같은 어절 단위를 넘어선 오류 처리는 완벽한 통사 분석과 의미 해석을 반드시 필요로 한다고 생각되어져 왔다. 그리고 현재 한국어 처리에서는 완벽한 통사적, 의미적 처리가 불가능하기 때문에 교열 시스템 또는 어절 단위를 넘어선 오류 처리에 대한 연구가 거의 전무한 실정이다. 본 논문은 어절을 넘어선 오류의 유형을 분류하고, 문장 단위로 관련된 단어 사용 오류를 검사하는 기법과 관련 단어 처리를 위한 규칙 데이타 베이스의 구조를 제안한다. 단어 사이에 존재하는 통사적, 의미적 지배 관계와 연관 관계를 어휘 선택 제약으로 이용함으로써 완벽한 통사 분석과 의미 분석이 없이도 교열이 가능하게 하였다. Spelling checker can correct simple orthographic and typing errose that can not be accepted by a morphological analyzer and suggests some candidate words. But some errors can not be detected without semantic analysis. However semantic analysis is not feasible for the commercial use until now. Fortunately, the statistics shows that people frequently make same errors due to phonetic or semantic similarities or to wrong knowledge of words. Our Automatic Revision System, can detect large part of semantic errors using pattern matching method without semantic analysis, since people make the same or similar errors repeatedly. This paper shows that collocation and anti-collocation information among words and the data structures of the knowledge base for storing this information can provide use with correction of semantic errors. Our system can cover 40 percents of semantic errors related to co-occurrence, honorific, pleonasm, and registers. The errors which can not be corrected by the system need the syntactic and semantic analysis of a sentence. For the better correction rate of our system, the knowledge base which stores collocation informations must be expanded.
뇌자도 측정을 위한 저잡음 Nb SQUID 센서의 설계 및 제작

We report on the design, fabrication and performances of a low-noise Nb SQUID sensor for neuromagnetic measurements. The main features of the developed sensor are i) large flux-to-voltage transfer, making the SQUID readout electronics simple, and ii) use of the integrated planar pickup coil to eliminate the environmental magnetic field noises. The magnetic field noise of the developed SQUID sensor is below 5 fT/√Hz at 100 Hz, which is low enough to be used in neuromagnetic measurements.

In this study, we investigated the anti-oxidative effects, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory activities of the extracts from broccoli to evaluate its use as a functional ingredient in cosmetics. The extracts are WE (water extract at RT), MWE (mineral water extract at RT), EE (70% ethanol extract at RT), and USEE (heat process for 12 hours at 60℃ after ultrasonification for six hours with 70% ethanol). The measurements of the total polyphenol content from broccoli extracts were highest in EE at 425.24±13.9 mg/g dry. The result of electron donating ability of EE was the highest at 10,000 ㎍/㎖ as 97.81% and increased in a concentration-dependent manner. The ferric reducing antioxidant powder (FRAP) of EE was the highest at 10,000 ㎍/㎖ as 1235.6 μM. In an antimicrobial activity test, the EE showed significant antimicrobial activity against S. epidermidis, S. aureus, E. coli, P. acnes, and P. ovale. Furthermore, broccoli extract exhibited no cytotoxicity in RAW 264.7 cells. Also anti- inflammatory activity by NO assay showed LPS-induced NO was significantly inhibited following treatment with EE of 1,000 ㎍/㎖. Therefore, the broccoli ethanol extract can be used as a resource of natural cosmetic material for functional cosmetics.
Si Bulk Micromachining을 위한 Wafer Rolling Etching 및 그 특성

A wafer rolling etching system for the silicon bulk micromachining has been designed and fabricated. The silicon diaphragms were anisotropically etched in a 24.5 weight percent KOH solution. Compared to the conventional KOH etching systems, pyramidal hillocks, and wave-shaped structures on the etched surfaces were greatly reduced by using this system. After etching for time of 438 minutes, the average etched depth and the etch-rate were measured to be 537μm and 1.22μm/min, respectively. The average etching uniformity of etching depth was 0.87% in 5-inch wafer. Our results showed that the wafer rolling method enhanced etch uniformity and etch rate.

<P>Although solid adsorption processes offer attractive benefits, such as reduced energy demands and penalties compared with liquid absorption processes, there are still pressing needs for solid adsorbents with high adsorption capacities, thermal efficiencies, and energy-intensive regeneration in gas-treatment processes. The CO2 adsorption capacities of layered double oxides (LDOs), which are attractive solid adsorbents, have an asymmetric volcano-type correlation with their relative crystallinities. Furthermore, new collective adsorption properties (adsorption capacity, adsorptive energy and charge-transfer amount based on the adsorbent weight) are proposed based on density functional theory (DFT) calculations and measured surface areas. The correlation of these collective properties with their crystallinities is in good agreement with the experimentally measured CO2 adsorptive capacity trend, providing a predictive guide for the development of solid adsorbents for gas-adsorption processes.</P>

<P>Since adsorption performances are dominantly determined by adsorbate adsorbent interactions, accurate theoretical prediction of the thermodynamic characteristics of gas adsorption is critical for designing new sorbent materials as well as understanding the sic), adsorption mechanisms. Here, through our molecular modeling approach using a newly developed quantum-mechanics-based force field, it is demonstrated that the CO2 adsorption selectivity of SBA-15 can be enhanced by incorporating crystalline potassium chloride particles. It is noted that the induced intensive electrostatic fields around potassium chloride clusters create gas-trapping sites with high selectivity for CO2 adsorption. The newly developed force field can provide a reliable theoretical tool for accurately evaluating the gas adsorption on given adsorbents, which can be utilized to identify good gas adsorbents.</P>

이 논문은 상황을 고려하여 다수의 지적 시스템의 믿음을 표현하기 위한 문법적 방법에 의한 일차 술어 논리 언어를 제시하고 있다. 제시된 언어의 특성을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 컴퓨터에 의한 처리를 가능하게 하기 위하여 언어 자체의 문장에 대한 특성(property)을 대상(object)으로 표현할 수 없도록 제한을 가하고 있다. 그리고 믿음의 특성과 앎과 믿음과의 관계를 분석하고, 상황의 도입에 따른 추가의 믿음의 특성을 반영하는 공리와 논리적으로 앎으로부터 믿음을 추론하는 규칙을 규정하고 있다. This paper gives a syntactic first order predicate language for representation of multiple agents' belief with respect to situations. It also argues the features of the proposed language and imposes limits on the extent to which this language can be used to talk about its own sentences for computational tractability. The characteristics of belief and the relation between belief and knowledge are analyzed. The additional axioms for belief with respect to situations and the logical rules which infer belief from knowledge are defined.
