      • 工業界 高等學校 金屬加工(Ⅰ)의 實習指導 指針書 開發에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of metal working(1) laboratories of a technical high school curriculum is to prepare the student efficient work performance in the field of foundry engineering. In order to achieve this purpose, a teaching guide book should be written by the teacher in actual charge of the course under consideration, needs of local industry, practice -equipment of schools and students pre-condition. In this study, the process of development of metal working (1) laboratory is investigated and a teaching guide book for melting operation of cast iron was developed. When a teaching guide book is developed, the following items are necessary to be taken into account: 1) Setting up practice-plan, job analysis of the section should be done and the operations plan to be developed step by step. 2) Student arrangement for each job should be planned. 3) The teacher should provides the subject-library with work-standard and require prelimihome work about each job. 4) The teacher should prepare audio-visual aid to as to understand the relationship between theory and practice. 5) A teaching guide book includes ⅰ) preliminary home-work relative to each operation, ⅱ) the point of observation and recording form, ⅲ) the point of discussion after practice, ⅳ) the evaluation standard.

      • Bainite 球狀黑鉛鑄鐵의 磨滅特性에 미치는 殘留Mg의 影響

        Bainite spheroidal graphite cast iron specimens of 0∼0.054wt % residual Mg were casted into a green sand mold, 25 mm thickness Y-block. The microstuctures of the castings were studied for mechanical properties and abrasion characteristics. The results obtained from this study are summerized as follows: 1) Under the present expermental conditions, the relation between the abrasion speed and the abraded amount are; 0.5m/sec for 1^st abrasive wear and 2.38m/sec for 2^nd abrasive wear. 2) Increasing the residual Mg, the first abrasion speed for 2nd abrasive wear moved to the low abrasion speed. 3) The maximum amount of abraded material during 2^nd abrasive wear decreases with the increasing residual Mg content, and moves to the high abrasion speed as the residual Mg is increased over 0.042 wt %. 4) The amount of abraded materials increases with the decreasing residual Mg at abrasion speed 2.38 m/sec and with the increasing residual Mg at abrasion speed 0.62∼1.14 m/sec. 5) Increasing the abrasion speed, abrasion mechanisms are as follows; ⓐ 1^st abrasive wear ⓑ 1^st corrosive wear ⓒ 2^nd abrasive wear ⓓ 2^nd corrosive wear. But, Under the present expermental condition the adhesive wear mechanism didn't appear.

      • 압연한 알루미늄/흑연 복합재료의 진동감쇠능

        In order to obtain key data for the development of Al alloy based composite materials with improved vibration damping capacity(VDC), the effect of dispersed graphite particles on VDC and hot-rolling ratio(HRR) of Al-4.0%Cu-1.5%Mg/x%Gr.(x:0.0∼4.0) composite materials has been investigated. Up to 4.0% of graphite particles was dispersed in the melt of Al-4.0%Cu-1.5%Mg alloy, and then the dispersed composite materials were hot-rolled. The HRR and VDC of the composite materials were measured against various amount of dispersed graphite. As the amount of dispersed graphite increases up to 4.0% the VDC of unrolled specimen increases from 1.1×10-3 to 1.4×10-3, or ∼29%, while that of specimen with HRR of 30% increase from 1.2×10-3 to 2.0×10-3, or ∼67%.

        The symmetry has been denied in modern architecture. But the meaning of symmetry in modern architecture should not able to be interpreted by the static symmetry of the past, because the form in modern architecture, based in the zeitgeist, were the pursuit of free formal construction appearing through the use of new material, the priority of function, the need of new style and the concept of time-space. So the purpose of this study is to find out the symmetrical tendency in modern architecture by six kinds of the symmetry in new arithmetic conception:reflection, cyclic, translation, enlargement, spiral, glide symmetry. As a result of analysis, the architectural form of the grand masters in modern architecture is not simply free form but geometrical form of the more complex dynamic symmetry.

        THI를 이용한 소음이 근로자들의 건강에 미치는 영향조사

        This stud was carried out to evaluate health effects of noise using THI(Todai Health Index) from July 15 to August 30, 2001, 696 industrial workers whose health was managed by korea industrial Health Association were selected as subject of this study. The results were as follows ; 1. Study subjects, 696 workers, were divided into three groups, non-exposure group, 85-99dB group and 100dB≤group. the group who was exposed to high noise level(100dB(A)≤) showed the higher complain level than the other two groups who were exposed to less than 100dB(A). 2. Workers exposed to more than 100dB(A) displayed significantly different complaint level in aggressiveness scale, digestive scale and nervousness scale. 3. Depending on complaint level by all characteristics and noise level, workers exposed to more than 100dB(A) showed higher level in high aged workers, female, those who worked for a long time, heavy drinker, and heavy smoker and sitting workers. Form the results, we suggest that industrial hygienists have to formulate a comprehensive health management system for high level noise exposure workers included good life style, mental health, and noise deafness protection measures in order to technically control the health of noise exposure workers.

      • 절수에 의한 Mongolian Gerbil 장기중량변화에 관한 분석연구

        In this study, authors measured the each organ weight of the long term water deprived Mongolian gerbil, after then we calculated the mean, standard deviation, variance coefficient of the real measured organ weight and induced the organ weight change quantity, rate of quantity, deviation between measured and theological organ weight, deviation rate, sum of deviation rate, organ weight change rate, rate of organ weight by the mathematical formula. The results obtained as follow 1. The weight of the brains, lung, and testis were abruptly decreased after water deprived until the 5th day, after then slowly decreased until the 20th day. 2. The weight of the heart was decreased gradually from the first day until the 20th day. 3. The weight of the liver was abruptly decreased until the 10th day, after then the more slowly decreased until the 20th day. 4. The weight of the thymus, spleen, kidney, and pancreas were abruptly decreased until the 15th day, after then increased slowly until 20th day but the weight of the kidney was abruptly increased from the 10th day. 5. The organ weight change rate and the rate of the each day organ weight were very diversified.

      • CV黑鉛鑄鐵의 磨滅特性에 미치는 Mn 및 Ni 微量添加의 影響

        The Influences of small additions of Mn, Ni and holding time after spheroidization treatment on the wear characteristics of CV graphite cast iron are studied. The main results are summarized as follows. 1) The graphite form of cast iron shows spheroidal type, CV type and flake type with increasing holding time after spheroidization treatment of melt. The graphite form does not change with increasing amounts of Mn and Ni. 2) The hardness and tensile strength of cast iron increase with increasing amounts of Mn and Ni contents. 3) The change in wear mechanism for CV graphite cast iron shows abrasive wear, corrosive wear and adhesive wear with increasing wear speed. 4) Wear resistance of spheroidal graphite cast iron shows the highest value of-all, and CV graphite cast iron shows greater value than flake graphite cast iron. The wear loss of Mn, Ni added CV graphite cast iron decreases with increasing amounts of additives.

      • 薄肉鑄物의 硬度및組織에 미치는 鑄物砂의 影響

        The effects of molding sand permeability on the graphite structure and the hardness in the thin casting ranging from one to ten milimeters in thickness molded with several kinds of carbon equivalent of cast iron were studied and the following results are obtained; (1) In accordance with the increasing of molding sand permeability in the thin casting. (a) the graphite sizes were refined in every specimen experimented (b) the hardnesses of the thin castings ranging from two to ten milimeters in thickness were increased. (2) It is recommendable to use the hypereutectic melt for the thin cast about one milimeter in thickness because of both eutectic and hypoeutectic melt cause the chilled cast and the increase of hardness regardless of the changes in molding sand permeability.

        We report on the design, fabrication and performances of a low-noise Nb SQUID sensor for neuromagnetic measurements. The main features of the developed sensor are i) large flux-to-voltage transfer, making the SQUID readout electronics simple, and ii) use of the integrated planar pickup coil to eliminate the environmental magnetic field noises. The magnetic field noise of the developed SQUID sensor is below 5 fT/√Hz at 100 Hz, which is low enough to be used in neuromagnetic measurements.

        The effect of carbon and silicon on the hardness of nitrided iron at the temperature range of 650℃- 850℃ was investigated, In the case of carbon added iron, the peak hardnesses and surface hardness were increased but the thickness of nitrided layer was decresed than the nitrided pure iron, In the case of silicon added iron, the internal hardness and surface hardness were decreased than the carbon added iron.
