      • Cation에 흡착시킨 CO_2의 분광학적 고찰

        The infrared spectra of CO_2 adsorbed on the cations, such as Na^+, Ni^2+, Ca^2+, Al^3+ and Fe^3+, supported by montmorillonite were investigated at room temperature. Nylon mesh film technigue was applied to hold the substrate in the path of the I.R. beam within a gas cell. In the obtained CO_2 spectra, the band appeared around 2349㎝^-1 corresponding to the asymmetric vibration v_3 shifted to lower frequency about 20㎝^-1 due to the adsorption. And new bands were observed near 1375 and 1265㎝^-1 which supposed to be resulted from the fact that originaly Ramam active v_1 and 2v_2^0 vibrations became infrared active due to the adsorption. From the shift of v_3 bands and the new bands of v_1, adsorption tendency in order of, Al^3+>Ca^2+>Ni^2+>Fe^3+>Na^+, was noticed.

        백합가루 첨가량에 따른 백합병(百合餠)의 관능적·텍스쳐 측정

        The purpose of this study was to determine gain the most desirable mixture ratio for the ingredients of Backhapbyung. Sensory examination and mechanical test were conducted on the texture, water contents and color degree of Backhapbyung with various ratios of liliibulbs powder and sugar added to nonglutinous rice flour. The results of sensory evaluation showed that Backhapbyung composed of put 8% (24g) liliibulbs powder, 40g sugar, 40ml water and 276g nonglutinous rice flour had the highest overall score in terns of acceptability, after-swallowing and taste of flavor, and overall quality preference. Overall among the recipes tested, that with 6% (24g) liliibulbs powder, 40g sugar, 40m1 water and 282g nonglutinous rice flour showed the highest marks in springiness, cohesiveness, gumminess and chewiness. The moisture content was 33.54% nonglutinous rice flour, and 11.8% liliibulbs powder. The overall quality of sensory examination for bitterness was positively correlated with the hardness of sensory examination and the mechanical examination for adhesiveness. The overall quality of sensory examination for chewiness was positively correlated with the moistness of sensory examination and the mechanical examination for cohesiveness. From the above results, the best mixture ratio of Backhapbyung, with a moisture content of 37.18%, is 8% (24g) of liliibulbs powder, -10g sugar, 40ml water, and 3g salt and 276g nonglutinous rice flour.

        찹쌀가루를 첨가한 솔설기의 재료배합비에 따른 관능적,텍스쳐 특성

        The objectives of this study was to investigate the sensory and quality characteristics of Solsulgi made from rice flour and glutinous rice flour containing 1, 2, or 3% of pine leaves powder. The results of sensory evaluation showed that Solsulgi containing 1% pine leaves powder had high overall acceptability, chewiness and sweetness preference. In the results of textural analysis, the hardness was decreased by adding pine leaves powder. Hunter color L-value of Solsulgi decreased by increasing the level of pine leaves powder. The more pine leaves powder was added, the a-value and b-value of Solsulgi were decreased. The moisture content was higher in Solsulgi with sugar than honey and oligo-saccharide.

        The objectives of this study was to investigate sensory and quality characteristics of Chicksulgi which containing 40, 50, 60ml of arrowroot juice. The results of sensory evaluation showed that the Chicksulgi containing 50ml arrowroot juice had the high overall acceptability color and flavor preference. As a results of textural analysis of Chicksulgi' by adding arrowroot juice contents. The springness, chewiness were increased, cohesiveness, gumminess, adhesiveness and hardness were with the decreased by adding arrowroot juice contents. Hunter color L-value of Chicksulgi decreased. The more arrowroot juice was added, the rednrss and yellowness of Chicksulgi were increased. The moisture content was 41.7%.

      • 女高生의 營養知識과 食習慣 및 健康狀態에 관한 硏究

        The diet has held weight in the basic life of the mankind. Its contents, closely connected with the state of health, play an important role in the physical and mental happiness in life. Especially, the youth at the age of 13 to 19, who show the rapid growth physically, mentally, and psychologically, must acquire nutrition knowledge and form the right diet habits. This research shows how these knowlege and diet habit have an effect on student's health. The following results, gained by means of SPSS/pc+, were analyzed in terms of frequency, percentage, dispersion analysis, X2- test, and pearson's correlation. The results are as follows : 1.The group was made up of the humanity group of 37.2% and the natural group of 34.3% and the vocational group of 28.5%, 48.1% of the subjects for research was at the age of 16. The distribution of their scholastic marks were 26.9% in the upper level 30.2% in the middle level. and 191.% the lower level. 2.In the parents' school carrer of the object students, persons who graduated high school were numerous. The mothers' educational level was than that of the fathers. In the parents' job, fathers engaged in office were 24.0% most of the students' mothers were home makers (53.6%), and mothers engaged in official work were 13.7%. 3.The students took up 61% who answered that knew about nutrition to some degree. Most students responded that they got knowledge and information about nutrition(83.2%). The source which students acquired nutrition knowledge from were schools (48.7%) and mass communication(30%). 4.The frequency of meals in a day, was usually three times. The meal that students were likely to have was breakfast, lunch, and dinner in its order. In most cases, The students skip meals three or four times a week. The meal that students enjoyed was lunch, which was taken regularly where as they had breakfast and dinner irregularly. The reason was that they had no time to eat. After dinner, the students sometimes ate refreshments(64.3%) and it took them tenor twenty minutes to have it. They tended to talk with each other while eating. The students thought that the trouble they're having was manintaining the regular diet habit. 5.The students were in good health, and 74.3% of them had never suffered from any illness, In terms of the physical fidelity its distribution was composed of 「da」 of 48.0% and 「ra」 of. It means that the students are in a normal condition of growth. and 22.4% of the took a variety of medicines for improving their health sight and for treating anemia. 6.There was a meaningful difference between nutrition knowledge of the students and their physical health(P<0.05). The students who knew much about nutrition were physically healthy, and mental health was closely connected with physical health(P<0.01). The students who had a good knowledge of nutrition and a good physical health got good school records.

      • 서울 居住主婦의 通過儀禮에 대한 意識과 儀禮飮食의 利用實態에 대한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual situation of the transitional rites and to reestablish the meaning of that by grasping the relation among urban housewives' view, knowledge and behavior about transitional rites, by grasping the relation of those and background variables, by grasping the actual use -pattern of ritual food. The results are as follows 1.The view of the transitional rites shows significant difference according to educational level(p <0.001) and religion(p<0.001), and shows partial difference according to age, income, and residing shape. The older, the more traditional. With the less income, the more traditional. So do for the less educated, for Buddhist, and for those who live in a private residense. 2.The mean of knowledge about the transitional rites is 13.03. The knowledge shows significant difference according to religion, and shows partial difference according to educational level and income. the mean of knowledge is higher for the less educated, and for Buddhist. Those who earn more than 1500 thousand won have more knowledge than the other groups. 3.The behavior about traditional rites shows significant difference according to religion (p<0.001), residing shape(p<0.05), and shows partial difference according to age, educational level, family constitution, and whether employed or not. 4.There is close correlation(p<0.001) among the views, knowledge, and behavior. The behavior is traditional and the mean of knowledge is high as the view of the transitional rites is traditional.

      • 하악 전돌증 환자에서 악교정 수술전후의 하악 과두각의 변화에 관한 연구

        The main purpose of the surgical correction of dentofacial deformity is to improve esthetic appearance and masticatory functions. In this study, changes in intercondylar width (ICW) and condylar angulation that occurred following bilateral sagittal split osteotomy and mandibular setback were documented and examined using submentovertex radiography. Also, ICW and condylar angulation of patients group were compared with normal control group. Twenty normal adults and sixteen patients were involved in this study. The results were obtained as follows ; 1. Mean condylar angulation of normal control group (n=20) with normal TMJ function and normal occlusion were 15.96° on Left TMJ and 18.30° on Right TMJ. 2. Mean preoperative condylar angulation of patient group were 17.28° on Lt. TMJ and 18.97° on Rt. TMJ. There was no significant difference between the preoperative condylar angulation (n=16) and normal control group (n=20). 3. Mean postoperative condylar angulation of patient group were 17.88° on Lt. TMJ and 18.97° on Rt. TMJ. There was no significant difference between the pre-and postoperative condylar angulation(P>0.05). 4. Mean ICW of normal control group(n=20) was 107.35㎜ and mean ICW of patient group was 104.28㎜. There was no significant difference between preperative ICW and normal control group. 5. Mean postoperative ICW of patient group was 108.13㎜. There was no significant difference between the pre-and postoperative ICW.(P>0.05) 6. There were no significant differences between pre-and postoperative ICW and condylar angulation of male patients (n=6) and female patients (n=10) groups.

      • 비소세포폐암에서 동시화학방사선요법을 받는 중 생긴 기관폐루1례

        최근 근치적 절제가 불가능한 국소진행성 비소세포 폐암에서 화학요법을 방사선요법과 동시에 투여하는 치료방법에 대한 연구가 활발이 이루어지고 있으며 이러한 치료과정 중 생긴 여러 부작용에 대한 연구도 이루어지고 있지만 아직까지 기관폐루가 생겼다고 보고는 없다. 따라서 치료과정 중 기관폐루가 의심되는 소견이 있을 경우 이에 대한 조기 진단과 치료를 통하여 부작용에 따른 사망률을 최소화하여야 하겠다. The incidence of lung cancer is increasing steadily and various methods have been attempted to enhance the cure rate of locally advanced non small cell lung cancer, which is hardly removable surgically, but the results are not satisfactory yet. Recently, research is being made actively on the simultaneous application of chemotherapy and radiotherapy for locally advanced non small cell lung cancer that cannot be radically resected and the we experienced a case of patient diagnosed with bronchopulmonary fistula during the treatment process, and therefore report it here.

        5-fluorouracil 이 근간이 된 화학요법에 실패한 진행성 위암에서 Docetaxel 과 Cisplatin 복합화학요법

        N/A Background: There is no effective treatment in patients with advanced gastric cancer failed to first-line chemotherapy. Taxane is one of new drugs identified as having substantial activity in gastric cancer. We performed a phase II trial to evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of docetaxel plus cisplatin regimen as a salvage chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer failed to 5-fluorouracil (5-FU)-based chemotherapy. Methods: Metastatic or recurrent gastric cancer patients failed to 5-FU-based regimen with an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance score≤2 were eligible in this trial. Docetaxel (60mg/㎡) was infused over 1 hour , before cisplatin (60 mg/㎡) infused over 2 hours on day 1, once every 3 weeks until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity was detected. Response to treatment was assessed every two or three cycles. Results: From October 1999 to December 2000, forty-one patients were enrolled in this study. Twenty-eight of forty-one patients were assessable for response. Partial response was observed in seven patients and stable disease in four patients. The response rate was 25.0% (95% confidence interval: 20.4-29.6%) and median duration of response was 22 weeks (range: 11-53 weeks). The median survival of all enrolled patients was 24 weeks (range: 7-65 weeks). For a total of 112 cycles of chemotherapy, grade 3 and 4 toxicity was 8.9% for neutropenia, 4.5% for nausea/vomiting and 1.8% for mucositis. Conclusion: Salvage chemotherapy with docetaxel plus cisplatin regimen in gastric cancer was active with acceptable toxicities. (Korean J Med 62:83-89, 2002)
