광센서를 위한 ZnO:Al 투명도전막의 제조 및 특성연구

RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링법으로 AZO(ZnO:Al)막을 증착시켰다. 타겟내의 Al_2O_3의 첨가량, 기판온도, 분위기압, RF출력 등의 증착조건의 변화에 따라 제조된 AZO막의 조성, Al 도핑양, 구조적 특성 등을 XRD, SEM, EDS 및 RBS로 조사하였다. 이와 함께 전기적 및 광학적 특성을 Hall 효과 및 광투과도 특성을 통하여 조사하였다. 증착된 AZO막은 육방정의 wurtzite 구조였으며 모든 증착조건에서 기판에 수직으로 성장하는 (002)면 방향을 가지는 c-축배향성을 나타내었다. 증착된 AZO막내의 AB 도핑량은 타겟내의 무게비에 비례하였으며 Zn : O의 조성비토 1 : 1로 거의 일정하였다. 투명도전막으로서의 최적조건은 3wt%의 Al_2O_3이 첨가된 타겟으로 기판온도가 150℃, 분위기압이 2mTorr, RF출력이 150W로 증착한 경우였으며 이 때 비저항은 4.7×10 exp (4)Ω㎝, 캐리어 농도는 7.5×10 exp (20)㎝^-3이었다. 또 두께가 1500Å인 막의 경우 550㎚에서 광투고도가 90%이상이었으며 광학적 밴드갭은 3.53eV였다. Aluminium doped zinc oxide(AZO)films were prepared by RF magnetron sputtering method. The chemical compositions, doping concentrations, and the structural char-acteristics of the AzO films were studied in accordance with various deposition parameters, such as Al_2O_3 amount, substrate temperature and working pressure, by XRD, EDS, SEM and RBS. And The electrical and optical properties of AZO films were characterized by Hall effect and optical transmittance measurements. AZO films had were hexagonal wurtzite structure and dominent c-axis orientation. The Al doping concentration in the films were monotonically increased. The atomic ration of Zn : O were 1 : 1. The substrate, working pressure and rf power for optimum condition to fabricate the transparet conductive films using a target containing 3wt% Al_2O_3 were 150 ℃, 2mTorr and 150W, respectively. The resistivity and the carrier density of the AZO film prepared under this condition were 4.7 × 10 exp (-4) Ω㎝ and 7.5 × 10 exp (20) ㎝^-3, respectively. The optical transmittance of 1500 Å thick films at 550㎚ is ∼90% and optical energy band gap was 3.53eV.
실과교육에서 환경 친화력 향상을 위한 교수 자료 개발에 관한 연구

The purposes of this study were to investigate possibilities and objectives of environmental education, and to analyze the environmental content elements available in the 7th curriculum, and to suggest strategies for the development of teaching materials for the improvement of pro-environmental power in practical arts education. This study was carried out through review of literature and discussions with panels of judges composed of experts in the environment related fields. The results of this study were as follows; 1)It was identified that an environmental education through practical arts subject was very efficient because principles of environmental education coincided with characteristics of practical arts education which emphasizes on real life, direct experience, and inter-disciplinary approach. 2)It was identified that an environmental education in elementary school was reflected on different courses in a distributed way, contents related to the environmental education such as resources, environmental conservation, an environmental hygiene has been included in the practical arts subject from the 1th curriculum to the 7th curriculum of the elementary school. 3)It was identified that contents such as orientation of jobs related an environment, separate garbage collection, food hygiene, recycle of waste articles, environmental pollution, and an environmental conservation could be reflected in the 7th curriculum. 4)Proposed strategies for developing teaching materials related to the improvement of pro-environmental power in practicalarts education ware a consideration of environment education frame in entire school system, an emphasis of practical and experience, the maximum uses of concrete stimulus, the uses of various places and facilities, the active uses of web site through internet.

The purposes of this study were to justify the need of exclusive responsibility teachers in elementary practical arts subject, and to investigate the actual conditions and problems of practical arts' teacher education. This study was carried out through review of literature and questionnaire survey. The results of this study were as follows; 1)The need of exclusive responsibility teachers in elementary practical arts subject was could be justified in the aspect of social specified trend, special character of practical arts, and use of machine and equipment facilities. 2)Natural disposition needed for exclusive responsibility teachers in elementary practical arts subject was identified as possession of firm belief toward practical arts' philosophy and ideology, enough understanding and competence of practical arts, and complete knowledge and skill of instructional method. 3)The main problems of practical arts' teacher education was identified as the absences of educational goals in program, an unbalance among discipline parts, and the low degree of satisfaction toward teacher education program. 4)Therefore, it is necessary to establish the educational goals of program clearly, to coordinate the discipline parts proportionately, an to recommend and experimentation & practice in teaching and performance assessment.
새로운 Acetylcholinesterase inhibitors의 합성

노인성 치매의 일종인 alzheimer's disease의 효과적인 억제제를 합성하기 위해 우리는 분자 모델링에 의한 가장 적합한 물질인 m-[(N,N,N-trimethylammonio)phenyl]boronic acid를 합성하였다. 출발물질인 3-aminophenylboronic acid monohydrate의 경우 boronic acid의 작용기인 hydroxyl group을 protecting시킴으로써 반응의 안정성을 기하였다. Quarternary ammonium salt는 과량의 methyliodide와 염기 촉매인 potassium hydrogen carbonate를 사용하여 용매인 methanol에서 반응시켜 상당히 높은 수율을 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 과량의 methyliodide와 염기촉매인 potassium hydrogen carbonate를 사용하여 용매인 methanol에서 반응시킨 결과 boronic acid의 protection없이도 안정하게 반응이 진행되어짐을 확인할 수 있었다. In order to syntheisize a effective inhibotor for alzheimer's disease, we synthesized m-[(N,N,N-trimethylammonio)phenyl]boronic acid 4 which is designed by molecular modeling form. We protected the hydroxyl group of 3-aminophenylboronic acid monohydrate 1 with ethlyne glycol to remove the reactivity if hydroxyl group. To synthesize m-[(N,N,N-trimethylammonio)phenyl]boronic acid 4, we reacted 3-aminophenylboronic acid monohydrate 1 with ezcess methyl iodide and potassium hydrogen carbonate as a base-catalyst in methanol. but On executed reaction without protection on hydroxyl group, we found out the result that the hydroxyl group of boronic acid group at 3-aminophenylboronic acid monohydrate 1 didn't react with excess methyliodide. Synthesized m-[(N,N,N-trimethylammonio)phenyl]boronic acid 4 is in progress about biological tests as a plausible acetylcholinesterase inhibitor.
On-Line UPS 기능 내장형 ESS 설계 및 적용

본 논문에서는 ESS(Energy Storage System)의 Battery측 DC 전압을 공유하여 기본적인 ESS구성에 On-Line UPS기능을 함께 가지는 Multi-Function ESS를 설계하고, 적용한 기술을 설명 한다. 용량은 PCS 250kW, Battery 190kWh, UPS 125kW용량으로 구성하였으며, UPS는 125kWh 2Set를 이중화하는 구성으로 설계 하였다. On-Line UPS 기능 내장형 ESS 전체 제어는 PMS를 통해 이루어지며, 기본적으로 계통연계(GC), 독립운전(GI), GC와 GI가 센싱을 통해 자동으로 절체되는 Auto Mode 제어 모드를 가지며, TOU Application 운영이 가능하도록 제어기를 구현하였다. 또한 PMS는 Battery SoC를 모니터링하여, 사용자가 ESS와 UPS운영을 필요에 따라 용량을 정의하고 운영할 수 있도록 하였다. 관련기술을 기본/상세 설계 후 제작하여, 기능 및 성능에 대한 시험 검증 후 실제 부하와 연계하여 실증한 사례를 기술 한다.
