Various kinds of orthodontic appliances have been developed for ideal tooth movement during orthodontic treatment. The orthodontic appliances made of metals are bands, arch wires, brackets and miniscrews as orthodontic anchorage. Generally, these appliances are made of stainless steel, pure titanium, Ni-Ti and TMA with the proper biocompatibility. However, localized corrosion of these materials can frequently occur in the particular environment. Super stainless steels, recently developed, have good corrosion resistance to reduce metal ion release induced by many kinds of corrosion. Recently, it has been reported that nickel ion release from orthodontic appliances affect the prevalence of nickel sensitization; however, there has been some controversy about nickel hypersensitivity to orthodontic appliances containing nickel. The purpose of this study was to evaluate and compare the microhardness, nickel ion release, corrosion resistance and cytotoxicity of 4 types of super stainless steels and 316L stainless steel as the control group according to nickel contents, and to determine the acceptability as the new material for various kinds of orthodontic appliances. All super stainless steels showed higher microhardness than 316L stainless steel, SR-3Mo showed especially the highest microhardness. In anodic polarization test, corrosion resistance was high in order of SR-50A, SFSS, SR-6DX, 316L stainless steel, SR-3Mo. There was no increase in nickel ion release from SR-50A, SR-6DX, 316L stainless steel with immersion time in artificial saliva; whereas there was some increase from SFSS and SR-3Mo with immersion time. All super stainless steels showed very low cytotoxicity regardless of nickel contents although SR-3Mo showed relatively higher cytotoxicity than the others. It is concluded that SR-50A among super stainless steels has the highest corrosion resistance and biocompatibility. It is undesirable to consider the alloys with high nickel content to release lots of nickel ion.
Effect of CSR on Employees' Affective Well-Being

This paper explored causal relationships between perceived CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and employees' attitude towards CSR, and link between their attitude towards CSR and affective well-being in order to understand how ethical, discretional and relational dimension of CSR individually affects employees. Additionally, this study looked at both corporate ethical value and levels of employees' participation into CSR programs as moderating variables. We administerd a survey with employees, and analyzed the survey data by Structural Equation Analysis (SEM).The analysis results indicate that employees' perceived CSR positively affected their attitude towards CSR, and in turn the attitude statistically affected employees' affective well-being. This study shows that the ethical dimension of CSR directly affected employees' affective well-being. Based on the analysis results, research implications and future research are presented.

본 논문은 조직문화와 국가문화 간의 상호작용이 기술혁신과 기술이전을 위한 국제산학협력에 미치는 영향 을 분석하였다. 본 논문은 질적 연구를 통해 영국대학과 일본기업들 간의 국제산학협력에 관한 두 가지 사례를 제시 했다. 첫 번째 사례는 서로 다른 국가문화에 기반 한 가치가 특정한 조직행위를 형성했을 경우 윤리적 경계에 대한 문제가 발생하고 이는 오해를 초래하여 협력 당사자 간의 관계를 악화시킨다는 것을 보여 주었다. 두 번째 사례는 장 기적인 관계와 인적교환프로그램을 통한 협력당사자 간의 심도 깊은 상호작용이 국제산학협력에 긍정적인 역할을 한 다는 점을 보여주었다. 또한 본 논문은 실무적 함의와 이 연구의 한계점, 향후 연구에 대해 논의하였다. The purpose of the study was to understand how the interplay between organizational and national cultures affects the management of IUICs (International University-Industry Collaboration) devoted to technology innovation and transfer. This study presents two examples of IUIC drawn from a qualitative research method, both involving a British university and a Japanese company. The first case illustrates how different organizational practices (organizational culture), which are nested in the national culture (values), raise questions about the role of ethical boundaries in causing misunderstandings and the deterioration of UIC relationships. The second case demonstrates how long-term relationships and extensive interpersonal interactions can play a positive role in IUIC. Practical implications, the limitation of this study and further studies have been discussed.

본 연구는 문화예술 공연에 있어 관람객의 동기가 공연 만족에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보았다. 지금까지 공연 예술에 대한 연구는 대부분 공연의 마케팅 요소에 초점을 맞추어 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 본 연구는 공연 관람객을 중 심으로 공연 기획 과정에서 관람객의 만족을 높이기 위하여 고려되어야 할 점이 무엇인지 알아보고자 하였다. 그리고 관람객의 만족이 구성원의 심리적 안정에 기여하는가를 탐색하기 위하여 스트레스에 미치는 영향력을 알아보았다. 연 구 결과는 다음과 같다. 감성적 동기와 이성적 동기는 정서적 만족을 높이는 것으로 나타났으며, 시설 만족에는 감성 적 동기의 영향력만이 확인되었다. 그리고 정서적 만족은 관람객의 스트레스를 낮추는 것으로 분석되어 공연 관람을 통한 만족은 관람객의 심리적 안정에 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. This study explored effects of spectators' motivation on their satisfaction from culture-art performance. Most studies of performing arts have focused on effects of marketing elements. However, this study first looked at important elements affecting audiences' satisfaction to identify considerations for effective design processes for performing arts. Second this paper examined how audiences' satisfaction affect their stress in order to understand the relationship between audiences' satisfaction and their psychological stability. This study found that emotional satisfaction and rational satisfaction could improve emotional satisfaction, while only emotional motivation could affect aesthetic satisfaction. According to our analysis, emotional satisfaction led to psychological stability and reduced audiences' stress.

The objectives of this study were to identify effects of internal marketing of jewellery brand on job satisfaction, organizational trust, customer orientation, and job performance of sales staffs. Especially, Job satisfaction, organizational trust and customer orientation were verified by the sales career identified with respect to the effects of the moderating variable in relation to job performance. We administerd a survey with were collected from 244 employees working in the jewellery brand "J.ESTINA". The results of this study are as follows. First, internal marketing(communication, education, compensation, authority) had a positive effect on the job satisfaction. Second, internal marketing(compensation, authority, management) had a positive effect on the organizational trust. Third, internal marketing(communication, education, authority) had a positive effect on the customer orientation. And finally, the results indicate that the sales career showed its moderating effects on only the relationship between job satisfaction and customer orientation and job performance. Theoretical and practical implications, and limitations of this study were discussed.

The physical mechanism generated by irradiation in the insulator layer irradiated MIS(Metal-Insulator-Semiconductor) device is investigated by experiment and compared with theoretical results. Irradiation characteristics depending on the irradiation dose rate, insulator thickness, and implanted impurity are examined respectively & throughly. Also, using numerical analysis, continuity equations(conduction-band electrons continuity equation valence band holes continuity equation trapped electrons continuity equation trapped holes continuity equation) are solved and the numerical results have a good agreement with experimental results.

In this paper, we propose and demonstrate a Fabry-Perot interferometer (FPI) optical fiber tip sensor fabricated by a blade-sawing technique using a fiber optic patch cord for high-resolution temperature measurement. The sensor head consists of a short air FP cavity near the tip of a single-mode fiber patch cord tip. The temperature which we can measure is determined through a phase variation of the interference fringes in the reflective spectrum of the sensor. The fiber optic FPI sensor in this work can monitor the environmental temperature very accurately from 40 to 120oC. As a result, the temperature sensitivity is obtained as 38.2 pm/oC.
