        Valuation of ecosystem services in the organic carbon of the Pinus densiflora forest at Mt. Namsan, Seoul Metropolitan City

        Background: Standing biomass, litter production, rate of litter decomposition, amount of litter on forest floor, and amount of soil organic carbon distribution were investigated from March 2016 to November 2018 in order to evaluate the ecosystem value through organic carbon distribution in the Pinus densiflora forest at Namsan, Seoul Metropolitan City. Results: The amount of organic carbon in the Pinus densiflora forest was 261.09 ton C ha<sup>-1</sup> during the research period, and fixed organic carbon in plant through net photosynthesis was 3.2 ton C ha<sup>-1</sup> year<sup>-1</sup>. The organic carbon in plant was 62.77 ton C ha<sup>-1</sup> (24.04%), in litter on the forest floor was 3.65 ton C ha<sup>-1</sup> (1.40%), and in soil was 194.67 ton C ha<sup>-1</sup> (74.56%). The value of plant, litter on forest floor, and soil organic carbon distribution were each 6,277,000 won ha<sup>-1</sup>, 365, 000 won ha<sup>-1</sup>, and 19,467,000 won ha<sup>-1</sup>. The value per ton of fixed organic carbon in plant through net photosynthesis was 320,000 won ha<sup>-1</sup> year<sup>-1</sup> and the value of ecosystem services stored in carbon in the Namsan forest ecosystem was about 26.1 million won ha<sup>-1</sup> for 3 years. Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that the pine forests of Namsan rapidly decompose leaves due to the high atmospheric temperature and accumulate a large amount of organic carbon in the soil to provide climate control regulatory service function.

        In this study, new moment-resisting precast concrete beam-column joint is proposed for moderate seismic regions. it is attempt to devise connection detail which makes workability improve and confirm effective stress transfer in the region of connection. It has the connection details which help working process simplified and construction cost reduced. as replace 9.3㎜, 7strand for reinforcement. Fore specimens for partial tension test and three specimens for beam-column interior joint test were producted. An experimental study was carried out to investigate the joint behavior subjected to reverse cyclic loading and constant axial compressive load. The test variables was transverse reinforcement in joint. Structural performance of joint is evaluated on the basis of connection strength, stiffness, energy dissipation, and drift capacity. Based on the test results, the precast connection is capable of matching or exceeding the performance of the monolithic connection and thereby provides the sufficient moment-resisting behavior to be applicable for moderate seismic regions.

      • 자화-생물처리에 의한 염색폐수의 처리

        The purpose of this study is to investigate treatment efficiency in dyeing wastewater treatment by the high rate aeration system(HRA) and a combination of the HRA with manetized wastewater treatment system(MWS). At the hydraulic retention time of 16hr, 24hr, 30hr, BOD removal efficiencies of HRA system were 93%, 96% and 98%, combination of the HRA with MWS system were 94%, 96.8% and 98.2%, resoectively. In case of COD, at the hydraulic retention time of 16hr, 24hr, 30hr, COD removal efficiencies of HRA system were 66%, 77.1% and 83.1%, combination of the HRA with MWS system were 70.2%, 80.1% and 86.6%, resoectively. The comparison of the HRA and combination of the HRA with MWS, effluent BOD of the former was 22.7㎎/ℓ and the latter was 19.4㎎/ℓ, therefore biological treatment efficiency identified to increase by the MWS

        In this study, new moment-resisting precast concrete beam-column joint is proposed for moderate seismic regions. It has the connection reinforcing bars, penetrated the joint and lap-spliced with the bottom bars of precast U-beam. An experimental study was carried out to investigate the joint behavior subjected to reverse cyclic loading and constant axial compressive load. Three precast beam-column interior were tested. The variables examined were the type of connection reinforcing bars and presence of transverse reinforcement in joint. Joint performance is evaluated on the basis of connection .strength, stiffness, energy dissipation, and drift capacity. Based on the test results, the precast connection is capable of matching or exceeding the performance of the monolithic connection and thereby provides the sufficient moment-resisting behavior to be applicable for moderate seismic regions.

      • 국내 검정콩 육성품종의 종자특성

        1. 수분흡수율이 가장 높은 시간은 다원콩(침지 후 4시간)을 제외한 모든 품종이 침지후 2시간이었으며, 둔화되기 시작한 시간은 침지후 약 10시간이었고, 평형에 도달한 시간은 침지후 약 16시간이었다. 2. 수분흡수율은 품종간에 차이가 있었는데 가장 높은 수분흡수율을 보인 품종은 검정콩2호이었으며, 가장 낮은 품종은 다원콩이었다. 3. 발아율의 범위는 28이었으며, 평균발아율은 93.9%이었고, 가장 높은 품종은 청자콩과 흑청콩이었다. 4. 발아세의 범위는 52이었으며, 평균발아세는 81.9%이었고, 가장 높은 품종은 흑청콩이었다. 5. 평균발아일수와 T_50의 범위는 모두 2이었으며, 평균은 각각 2.6과 2.3이었고, 품종간에는 선흑콩이 가장 길었다. 6. 발아균일도의 범위는 3.1이었으며, 평균은 1.3이었고, 높은 그룹(흑청콩·청자콩·검정콩2호·다원콩·검정올콩)과 낮은 그룹(검정콩1호·일품검정콩·선흑콩)으로 분류되었다. 7. 알칼리붕괴도는 공시품종의 평균이 4.65이었으며 등급은 4∼5등급을 나타내었다. 붕괴도가 가장 높고 우수한 품종은 검정콩1호였으며 가장 낮은 품종은 선흑콩이었다. The water absorption rate after soaking of seeds was the highest at 2 hours in all varieties except Dawonkong(4 hours after soaking), and became slowed down at 10 hours, and reached moisture equilibrium in stopping almost at 16 hours. The water absorption rate was different among varieties, the highest variety was Geomjeongkong #2 whereas the lowest variety was Dawonkong. The range of germination percentage was 28, and average value 93.9%, and the highest varieties were Cheongjakong and Heukcheongkong. The range of germination speed was 52. average value 81.9%, and the highest variety was Heukcheongkong. The range of average days to germination and T_50 were all two days and these average was 2.6 and 2.3, respectively. Seonheukkong among varieties was very long in average days to germination and T_50. The range of germination uniformity was 3.1 and average was 1.3 and divide into two groups such as high group(Heukcheongkong, Cheongjakong, Gemjeongkong #2, Dawonkong, Geomjeongolkong) and low group(Geomjeongkong #1, llpumgeomjeongkong, Seonheukkong). Varietal mean of alkali digestibility value was 4.65 belong to 4∼5 class, the highest variety was Geomjeongkong #1 whereas Seonheukkong was very low among varieties.

      • 진피내 모반, 경계 모반 및 악성 흑생종에서 p53과 Ki-67의 발현 양상

        The authors analyzed immunohistochemical expression of mutant p53 and Ki-67 in eleven cases of intradermal nevus, 7 cases of junctional nevus and 6 cases of malignant melanoma, so following results were obtained. Results: 1. The positive reaction of p53 protein was 0%(0/11) in intradermal nevus, 43%(3/7) in junctional nevus and 83%(5/6) in malignant melanoma. 2. The positive reaction of Ki-67 was 9%(1/11) in intradermal nevus and 14%(1/7) in junctiona nevus, but the labelling index were below 10% in both nevi. In malignant melanoma, the positive reaction of Ki-67 was appeared in 50% (3/6). but the labelling index were below 20% in all positive cases Above results suggested that the p53 expression was stronger in poor differentiated tumors, so the p53 protein expression appeared to be related to the histological differentiation degree. But the Ki-67 expression appeared to be more related to the prognosis according to tumor growth rate than histological differentiation degree Because the Ki-67 labelling index was low in malignant melanoma as expected, it was difficult to justify the idea that the growth and prognosis of malignant melanoma were justified only by the Ki-67 positive reaction and labelling index. But the Ki-67 positive cells were not almostly observed in intradermal nevus and junctional nevus, So the differnetial diagnosis between benign and malignant melanocytic tumors were appeared to be possible by Ki-67 positive reaction and labelling index.

      • 위선암에서 E-cadherin, a-catenin 및 p53의 표출

        Gastric adenocarcinoma is the most common malignant tumor in Korea. There is many reports many oncogens related to progression and metastasis of tumor. Among these oncogene, E-cadhering and a-catenin are important to maintain normal structure by cellular adhesion, The changed expression of of these genes affect to invasion and metastasis of the tumor and relate to prognosis of patients. p53 regulate cellular porliferation and over expression of p53 relates to malignant trasformation and poor prognosis of patients. To evaluate The expressing of E-cadherin, a-catenin, and p53 according to histopathologic features and the relation between these antigens and prognosis in gastric adenocarcinoma, we have performed immune staining for 91 cases. The results were as follows; 1) E-cadherin and a-catenin showed loss or reduction of expression in 50.5% and 87.9% of gastric adenocarcinoma, respectively, and the expression rates of p53 was 49.5%. 2) The frequency of the loss or reduction of E-cadherin expression in diffuse type of gastric adenocarcinoma was more high than intestinal type. 3) The frequency of the loss or reduction of a-catenin expression in cases invaded to serosa and sourrounding tissue in gastric adenocarcinoma was more high than cases to muscle layer. 4) The frequency of the loss or reduction of both E-cadherin and a-catenin was more high in diffuse type than intestinal type of gastric adenocarcinoma, and in cases invaded to serosa and surrounding tissue and in cases showing metastasis to lymph node than suscle layer and non-metastasis in advaced carcinoma 5) The expression of p53 in advanced carcinoma was more high in cases invaded to serosa and surrounding tissue and in cases showing metastasis to lymph node than muscle layer and non-metastasis. 6) The loss or reduction of both E-cadherin and a-catenin in cases showing p53 expression showed more high frequency than in p53 non expression. Abov results indicated that the loss or reduction of E-cadherin expression in gastric adenocarcinoma may be related to diffuse type, and a-catenin in advanced carcinoma to invasion depth. The expression of p53 may be related to metastatic cancer to lymph nodes and depth of depth in advanced carcinoma.

      • 이동 애드 혹 네트워크에서의 환경적응형 QoS AODV 라우팅 프로토콜에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we propose a bidirectional mobile Ad Hoc routing protocol based on AODV(ad-hoc on-demand distance vector routing) with QoS(quality of service) support. At presence, wireless mobile communication focuses on how to efficiently support mobility of users more than QoS guarantee. However, in order to satisfy requirement of various applications which have been or will be served, QoS guarantee between end points is a very important issue. The existing AODV routing protocol is implemented to use only BE (Best Effort) service. However, actual wireless mobile environment requires to reduce a waste of communication resources and meet with the real-time change of data paths by setting up routes with QoS support, considering available communication resources at each node in advance. Therefore, in this thesis, we propose an adaptive QoS support method using hello message in order to rapidly meet with the change of available communication resources and to smoothly perform route maintenance. For performance evaluation, we analyzed the average data reception rate. At that time, we used evaluation parameters such as node's mobility-stop time, hello message period, and packet priority, considering the node's mobility and the number of best effort/QoS data flows. As results, we found that with our proposed method the average data reception rate was increased 16.293%, 15.914%, 17.238% for 300 mobility-stop second case and 4.809%, 4.264%, 2.956% for 300 mobility-stop second case.
