한국과 중국의 양금기보법 비교연구: 개량양금 기술표현체계 개발을 전제로

윤은화 ( Yin Hua Yin ),양미지 ( Mi Ji Yang ) 세계음악학회 2015 음악과 문화 Vol.32 No.-

The Yang geum mentioned Guracheolsahyeongeum (歐邏鐵絃琴) by Yeonam Park, Ji-won in Western Yang guem. Originally,Yang geum was a sort of Dulcimer. It has been translated and spread to the world under the names such as Tympanon, Harkvert, Cembalo and Yangqin. Actually new traditional music composition skills in Korea are represented and required in several ways through the Modernized Yang Geum, but the real state of a study on sign system of the modernized Yang Geum`` new performing technique is poor. Accordingly, this study was made to develop a newly improved Yang Geum``s performing technique sign system by searching the existing Chinese Yangqin, Korean Traditional Yang Geum and Modernized Yang Geum``s performing technique sign systems. Yang Geum has been actively played, studied and improved as a folk musical instrument of the world, while the Korean Yang Geum research has continued to have little on traditional music. The Korean Traditional Yang Geum is dominated mainly by one-handed technique, whose tune is frequently changed by environment. And popular acceptance is poor due to the limit of the instrument noisy tuning. As a result, China``s Modernized Yang Geum Performing Technique Sign has been systematically studied for a long time and organized and mentioned on the first top part of any manual. This notated a special technique playing in commonly used sign when playing the Modernized Yang Geum Performing that led to the correct Modernized Yang Geum performing expression. First, the Chinese Modernized Yang Geum is composed by staff notation and number notation, and the correct technique training is good by the notation system of performing technique. Second, the Korean Traditional Yang Geum is composed by staff notation(except jungganbo), and the notation sign system ofjungganbo was used by the notation sign system of performing technique when having reverse score of staff notation. Third, Korea``s 18strings Modernized Yang Geum improved the musical instrument by magnifying the register of the Korean Traditional Yang Geum and the notation system was notated by the staff notation of the West. The notation sign systems of performing technique includes left hand slapping · Zither Stick · vibrato · rolling the stick · One-time pushing · twice pushing · pushing from the bottom sound · glissando · grace note · continuation technique · chord technique · barrier slapping technique · left-hand technique · right-hand technique · arpeggio · banchegui technique · staccato · tremolo · two voice tremolo · vibrato · mute technique. However, several performing techniques by composers are reported cause chaos, and even the same performing notation is differently indicated to have poor precision shown. Fourth, Korea``s 43strings Modernized Yang Geum is a musical instrument improved by the North Korea``s Yang Geum with all techniques of the existing instrument 18strings Modernized Yang Geum accepted that led not only to Korean music but to several musics. This allowed the suspension of the existing 18strings Improved Yang Geum to be expanded, the traditionality and merits of the existing Modernized Yang Geum to be preserved by improving the musical instruments such as pedaling, the new Modernized Yang Geum performing technique to be expanded according the demand of a new era, and several technique expressions to be progressively presented. As a result, the Korean Modernized Yang Geum``s new performing technique sign systempresented the pedal, Goejo rate, performing technique of two stick, semitone technique expression system by expanding the existing Modernized Yang Geum performing technique except the rolling the stick, arpeggio, tremolo, vibrato. Like this, 43strings Modernized Yang Geum is the musical instrument improved to play several musics not only of the existing 18strings Modernized Yang Geum performing techniques but also new traditional music, which seems to be the beginning to raise importance of the future new traditional music Yang Geum``simportance used.

Synergistic Effects of Leflunomide and Benazepril in Streptozotocin-Induced Diabetic Nephropathy

        Jin, Hua,Piao, Shang Guo,Jin, Ji Zhe,Jin, Ying Shun,Cui, Zhen Hua,Jin, Hai Feng,Zheng, Hai Lan,Li, Jin Ji,Jiang, Yu Ji,Yang, Chul Woo,Li, Can S.Karger 2014 The Nephron Journals Vol.126 No.3

<P>Abstract</P><P><B><I>Background:</I></B> Leflunomide (LEF) and benazepril have renoprotective effects on diabetic nephropathy (DN) through their anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic activities. This study investigated whether combined treatment using LEF and benazepril affords superior protection compared with the respective monotherapies. <B><I>Methods:</I></B> Diabetes was induced with streptozotocin (STZ, 65 mg/kg) by intraperitoneal injection in male Wistar rats. Two weeks after STZ injection, diabetic rats were treated daily for 12 weeks with LEF (10 mg/kg), benazepril (10 mg/kg), or a combination of both. Basic parameters (body weight, fasting blood glucose level, and 24 h urinary protein excretion), histopathology, inflammatory [inflammatory cell infiltration (ED-1), monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1), and Toll-like receptor-2 (TLR-2)] and glomerulosclerotic factors [transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) and connective tissue growth factor (CTGF)], and oxidative stress (8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine, 8-OHdG) were studied. <B><I>Results:</I></B> Benazepril or LEF treatment significantly prevented body weight loss and 24 h urinary protein excretion induced by diabetes; combined treatment with LEF and benazepril further improved these parameters compared with giving each drug alone (all p < 0.01). Increased expression of inflammatory (MCP-1 and TLR-2) and glomerulosclerotic (TGF-β1 and CTGF) factors in diabetic rat kidney was reduced by treatment with either LEF or benazepril and was further reduced by the combined administration of the two drugs (p < 0.01). These effects were accompanied by suppression of urinary 8-OHdG excretion. There was no significant between-group difference in blood glucose level. <B><I>Conclusions:</I></B> LEF treatment lessens DN, and combined treatment with LEF and benazepril provides synergistic effects in preventing DN.</P><P>© 2014 S. Design of 2-DOF decoupled large stroke precision positioning platform

        Hua-wei Ji,Bo Lv,Tian-yi Li,Fan Yang,An-qi Qi,Xin Wu,Jing Ni 대한기계학회 2022 JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Vol.36 No.12

Aiming at the problem that the output displacement of the piezoelectric actuator is small and the coupling motion of the positioning platform affects the positioning accuracy, we designed a 2-DOF decoupling large-stroke precision positioning platform. First, a dynamic model based on the lumped mass method was established and verified by simulation. The multi-objective genetic optimization algorithm was used to optimize the structural size parameters of the positioning platform, and the optimal solution set of the structural size parameters of the positioning platform was obtained. Finally, according to the theoretical and simulation results, a prototype was fabricated and the working stroke, decoupling performance and natural frequency were tested experimentally. The results show the coupling rates between axes of the positioning platform in the x-direction and y-direction are 1.31 % and 1.62 %, respectively, the natural frequency is 337.2 Hz, and the positioning stroke is 89.2 μm×85.9 μm. The positioning platform designed in this paper is decoupled and has a large output stroke.

Role of Stromal Cell-Derived Factor-1 in Endothelial Progenitor Cell-Mediated Vascular Repair and Regeneration

        Li Ji-Hua,Li Yang,Huang Dan,Yao Min 한국조직공학과 재생의학회 2021 조직공학과 재생의학 Vol.18 No.5

Endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) are immature endothelial cells that participate in vascular repair and postnatal neovascularization and provide a novel and promising therapy for the treatment of vascular disease. Studies in different animal models have shown that EPC mobilization through pharmacological agents and autologous EPC transplantation contribute to restoring blood supply and tissue regeneration after ischemic injury. However, these effects of the progenitor cells in clinical studies exhibit mixed results. The therapeutic efficacy of EPCs is closely associated with the number of the progenitor cells recruited into ischemic regions and their functional abilities and survival in injury tissues. In this review, we discussed the regulating role of stromal cell-derived factor-1 (also known CXCL12, SDF-1) in EPC mobilization, recruitment, homing, vascular repair and neovascularization, and analyzed the underlying machemisms of these functions. Application of SDF-1 to improve the regenerative function of EPCs following vascular injury was also discussed. SDF-1 plays a crucial role in mobilizing EPC from bone marrow into peripheral circulation, recruiting the progenitor cells to target tissue and protecting against cell death under pathological conditions; thus improve EPC regenerative capacity. SDF-1 are crucial for regulating EPC regenerative function, and provide a potential target for improve therapeutic efficacy of the progenitor cells in treatment of vascular disease.

Lyapunov-based States Transfer for Open System with Superconducting Qubits

        Ying-Hua Ji,Ju-Ju Hu,Qiang Ke 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2018 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.16 No.1

We design control fields to realize states transfer for open quantum system by Lyapunov stability theory, and investigate the states transfer of superconducting qubits in Markovian channels with phase relaxation and energy dissipative relaxation. The numerical simulations indicate that arbitrary state (eigenstate, superposition state or mixed state) transfer and maintenance for Markovian system can be realized under Lyapunov control function by an external steady control field of proper amplitude. Moreover, proper increase of proportional coefficients can accelerate the qubits flip and reduce the vibration frequency of control function.

        Li, Hua-Yao,Yoon, Ji-Won,Lee, Chul-Soon,Lim, Kyeorei,Yoon, Ji-Wook,Lee, Jong-Heun Elsevier 2018 Sensors and actuators. B, Chemical Vol.255 No.3

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>A Highly ordered CdS nanoflake array was fabricated by CVD, and its gas sensing characteristics were investigated. The sensor exhibited high response (resistance ratio) of 89% to 5 part per million (ppm) nitrogen dioxide (NO2) under green LED illumination (wavelength 500–540nm, irradiance 21W/m2) with excellent selectivity and little interference by humidity. Moreover, the sensor showed promising potential for operating under fluorescent lamp and natural solar light, which can be used for medical diagnosis and indoor/outdoor environment monitoring. This performance is attributed to the low band gap energy (2.4eV) of CdS and the unique morphology of nanoflake array which can enhance both the light absorption and conductivity.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> CdS NO2 gas sensor operated under both fluorescent lamp and natural solar light. </LI> <LI> 2D nanoflake array CdS films for enhanced light absorption and charge transport. </LI> <LI> CdS gas sensor with high response to NO2, little influence by humidity. </LI> <LI> Elucidation of visible-light-enhanced NO2 sensing mechanism. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>
