SSC(strong and Simple Compressive Anchor) 앵커는 진행성파괴의 영향을 줄일 수 있고, 시공이 간단하며, 경제성이 있고, 내구성이 우수한 특징을 갖고 있다. 본 연구에서는 SSC앵커의 현장인발실험과 실내요소시험의 결과를 분석해 정리했다. SSC 앵커의 특성을 요약하면 다음과 같다. (1) 앵커의 인발에 의한 앵커체의 소성변위가 매우 작다. (2) 앵커의 자유장을 줄임으로서 전체 앵커장을 줄일 수 있다. (3) 진행성파괴의 영향이 줄어든다. (4) 앵커의 시공후 시간이 경과함에 따라 인발저항에 대한 안전률이 증가한다. The SSC anchor (Strong and Simple Compressive Anchor) is characterized by decreasement of progressive failure, simple site work, economy and durability. In this study, the result of field pullout test and laboratory element test of SSC anchor are analysed. The characteristics of SSC anchor are summarized as follows: (1) The plastic displacement of anchor body is very small by pullout of anchor. (2) Total anchor length decreases by the shortening of free length. (3) The progressive failure is decreased. (4) The safety factor for pullout resistance increases according to time after construction of anchor.

Tubers of Korean yams were analyzed in proximate, amino acid and fatty acid compositions. The yams were composed of moisture (70.6-86.1%), protein (5.8-9.2%), crude fat (0.2-0.9%) and reducing sugar (0.7-2.9%). The pH and titratable acidity of yam juice were 6.0-6.3 and 0.9-1.1 ㎎%, respectively. Total amino acid contents of the yams were 21.2-26.9% comprising essential amino acids of 49.2-57.3%, and the major amino acids were glutamic acid (2.9-4.3%), arginine (3.0-4.2%) and aspartic acid (2.2-2.8%). Thirteen fatty acids were detected, and the major fatty acids were linoleic (42.2-49.4%), palmitic (25.5-27.8%) and oleic acid (4.7-13.7%).
가변구조제어를 이용한 교류 서보 전동기 구동에 관한 연구

시스템이 슬라이딩모드의 존재조건을 만족하는 경우, 전동기의 상태가 전동기의 파라미터에 의존하지 않고 결정되는 절환 초평면에 수렴하기 때문에 파라미터에 불감한 응답을 나타낸다. 본 연구는 소형 유도전동기에 의한 외란 및 파라미터의 변동에 대하여 로바스트(robust)와 동시에 정확한 응답을 나타내는 교류서보 전동기 구동시스템을 실현하는 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위해서 가변구조 제어 이론에 기초한 슬라이딩모드 제어를 적용하여 유도 전동기 자계 슬립주파수형 벡터제어를 실현한다.^[2]<br/> 이상적인 전동기에 대한 시뮬레이션의 결과에 의해서 관성, 점성마찰계수, 부하 토오크 등의 파라미터의 변동 및 외란에 대하여 로바스터성이 있다는 것을 알수 있고 슬라이딩모드 제어의 도입이 교류 전동기 서보제어에 유효한 것을 확인하였다.

Powdery mildew caused by the obligate biotrophic fungus Podosphaera xanthii poses a serious threat to melon (Cucumis melo L.) production worldwide. Frequent occurrences of the disease in different regions of South Korea hints at the potential existence of several races which need to be identified. The races of five isolates collected from different powdery mildew affected regions were identified based on the pathogenicity tests of these isolates on eight known differential melon cultigens namely, SCNU1154, PMR 45, WMR 29, PMR 5, MR-1, PI124112, Edisto 47 and PI414723. None of the isolates have shown same disease responses to those of the known races tested in this study and in previous reports on these identical differential melon cultigens. This indicates that the tested uncharacterized isolates are new races. Among the isolates, the isolates from Hadong, Buyeo, Yeongam and Gokseong have shown same pathogenicity indicating the possibility of these isolates being one new race, for which we propose the name 'race KN1'. The isolate of Janghueng have also shown unique disease response in the tested differential melon cultigens and hence, we identified it as another new race with a proposed name 'race KN2'. Report of these new races will be helpful in taking effective control measures in prevalent regions and for future breeding programs aimed at developing varieties that are resistant to these race(s).

N/A Overall clinical results and acid secretion were assessed after highly selective vagotomy in 19 patients suffering from duodenal ulcer and its complication at Yeungnam University hospital from December 1984 to Octuber 1988. Among 19 operative cases, intractability was presented in 10 cases(2 cases were with obstruction, 1 case with bleeding), perforation in 8 cases and bleeding in one cases as indication for surgery. The majority of patient was 4th decade(52%). The male and female sex ratio was 8.5: l. In all perforation case primary closure and omental patch was added to highly selective vagotomy, and in an obstruction case digital dilation of pylorus was added. Mean operation time was 2 hour and 10 min and average hospital stay was 8.8 days. Basal acid secretion and maximal acid secretion was studied 7 cases before operation and 12 cases after surgery. Preoperative basal acid secretion was 5.89 ± 1.67 mEq/hr, it was decreased to 1.42 ± 0.41mEq/hr(24%) of preoperation after opration(p<0.05). Maximal acid seceretion of preoperation stimulated by histalog was 18.82 ± 2.72 mEq/hr preoperatively and it was reduced 6.19 ± 1.31 mEq /hr(32%) of preoperation after operation(p<0.05). Preoperation and postoperation serum gastrin was measred preoperatively and postoperatively in 9 cases. Postoperative serum gastrin level was increased from 57.7 ± 14 pg/dl to 81.4 ± 18 pg/dl(p< 0.1). The early postoperative complication was noted in 1 cases(5%) and recovered uneventfully within postoperative 7 days. Recurrence were notred in 2 cases(10%) and well responded to medical treatment. According to Goligher's modified Visick classification used for assessing the overall outcome, Grade I and II were 18 cases(94%) and Grade III was 1 case(6%).
