        온라인 학습 환경에서 교수자와의 라포(rapport) 형성, 자기효능감, 수업 만족도 사이의 영향 관계 고찰

        코로나 19의 영향으로 인한 온라인 학습이 2020학년도 1학기부터 일반적인 학습 형태로 행해지는 현 상황에서, 계속되는 학습자들의 온라인 학습 수행으로 야기되는 다양한 문제점들을 고려하지 않을 수 없다. 비대면 수업뿐 아니라 면대면 수업에서도 교수자와 학습자 사이의 상호작용은 학습 목표를 위한 필수조건으로 비록 비대면 수업일지라도 온라인 수업에서의 다양한 채널을 통한 교수자와의 소통은 효과적인 학습을 위하여 간과할 수 없는 요소라고 할 수 있을 것이다. 선행연구들을 통하여 교수자와의 라포(친밀감) 형성은 학습 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음이 밝혀져, 교수자들에게 보다 효율적인 온라인 학습에서의 교육 지침을 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 2020학년도 2학기부터 2021학년도 1학기까지 수도권에 위치하고 있는 4개의 음악대학에서 학부생 및 대학원 학생들(N=96)을 대상으로 교수자와의 라포 형성, 자기효능감, 그리고 수업 만족도에 관한 인식조사와 더불어 변인 간의 관계성 고찰을 위하여 상관관계분석과 매개효과검증 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 상관관계분석을 통하여는 자기효능감과 라포 형성, 수업 만족도와 라포 형성, 수업 만족도와 자기효능감 모두 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타났으며 매개효과검증 분석 결과로, 자기효능감이 교수자와의 라포 형성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. Due to the influence of covid-19, we cannot help but consider the various problems caused by continuing learners’ online learning in the current situation where online learning has been conducted in the general form of learning from the first semester of 2020. In non-face-to-face classes as well as face-to-face classes, interaction between professors and learners is a prerequisite for learning goals, even if they are non-face-to-face classes. Prior studies have shown that building rapport with professors among various interactions in learning could have a positive impact on learning performance. Based on this, for undergraduate and graduate students (N=96) majoring in piano performance at four music universities located in the Seoul metropolitan area from the second semester of 2020 to the first semester of 2021, the survey has been conducted to identify preception as well as the relationship among building rapport with professors, self-efficacy and course satisfaction. For this study, pearson’s correlation analysis and mediated effect verification have been conducted. As a result, correlation analysis showed that self-efficacy and building rapport, course satisfaction and building rapport, course satisfaction and self-efficacy showed significant static correlations. Mediated effect verification shows that self-efficacy affects building rapport with professors.

        The Clinical Impact of 21-Gene Recurrence Score on Treatment Decisions for Patients with Hormone Receptor-Positive Early Breast Cancer in Korea

        <P><B>Purpose</B></P><P>The 21-gene (Oncotype DX) recurrence score (RS) assay is useful in predicting the benefits of adjuvant chemotherapy for early breast cancer patients and is widely used in Western countries. However, to date, it has not gained much popularity in East Asia. We analyzed the results from five institutions’ experience from using the 21-gene assay and examined the impact of assay results on decision making of chemotherapy in Korean breast cancer patients and the associations between RS and clinicopathologic characteristics.</P><P><B>Materials and Methods</B></P><P>The 21-gene assay was performed on 212 patients with estrogen receptor-positive early breast cancer in five institutions. Each center made systemic treatment decisions both before and after the knowledge of assay results.</P><P><B>Results</B></P><P>Among the 212 patients, 132 (62.3%) had a low RS of < 18, 60 (28.3%) had an intermediate RS of 18-30, and 20 (9.4%) had a high RS of ≥ 31. Histologic grade, presence of micrometastases, Ki-67, and presence of lymphatic invasion were statistically associated with the RS results. Treatment decisions were changed in 115 of 212 patients (54.2%) in 109 of 212 (51.4%) from chemotherapy plus hormone therapy to hormone therapy, and in six of 212 (2.8%) from hormone therapy to chemotherapy plus hormone therapy.</P><P><B>Conclusion</B></P><P>The 21-gene breast cancer assay proved to have a significant impact on treatment decision- making. The test reduces chemotherapy use in more than 50% of Korean estrogen receptor-positive, early breast cancer patients.</P>

        Background: To investigate the relationship between markers of overall glucose exposure, postprandial glucose excursions and glycemic variability in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods: Sixty three patients with T2DM (mean age of 56 years) were enrolled, and all wore a continuous glucose monitoring system (CGMS) for 72 hours. We investigated the interrelationships between markers of overall glucose exposure, markers of postprandial glucose excursions and glycemic variability parameters from a CGMS. Results: Spearman`s correlation analysis revealed a signifi cant correlation between all markers of overall glucose exposure and various parameters related to glucose excursion. Percent coeffi cient of variation (CV) showed the strongest correlation with the GA (r = 0.470, p < 0.01). In participants with HbA1c levels < 7.5% (n = 33), almost all of glycemic markers and glycemic variability parameters were signifi cantly correlated with each other. All postprandial glucose excursion parameters also showed signifi cant correlation with other glycemic markers. In participants with HbA1c levels < 7.5% (n = 33), all markers of overall glucose exposure showed signifi cant interrelationships with mean glucose, postprandial glucose excursion and glycemic variability parameters (except CV). However, in participants with HbA1c levels = 7.5% (n = 30), postprandial glucose excursion and glycemic variability parameters were not related with any chronic glycemic marker. Conclusions: The postprandial glucose excursions may explain the glycemic variability and the total glucose exposures in well-controlled diabetic participants.

      • Analysis of Île de feu I & II from Quatre tudes de Rythme

        올리비에 메시앙은(1908-1992) 작곡가, 오르가니스트, 조류학자이며 카톨릭 신앙을 바탕으로 한 많은 곡들을 작곡하였다. 메시앙은 그가 사용하는 작곡기법을 정리하여 1944년에 ‘나의 음악언어 기법(The technique of my musical language)’을 출간해 독특한 이론들을 제시하였고, 이를 바탕으로 작곡된 4개의 리듬 연습곡 중 ‘불의 섬 1, 2’ 에서는 조옮김이 제한된 선법(Modes of limited transposition), 첨가가치 리듬(Added value), 리듬의 확대 (augmentation)와 축소(diminution), 비역행리듬(non-retrogradable rhythm), 대칭적 순열(symmetrical permutation)을 바탕으로 한 20세기 음악기법인 총렬주의 (total serialism)가 사용되었다. 이를 바탕으로 불의 섬 1, 2를 분석하여 곡을 보다 깊이 이해하고 효과적인 연주를 위한 방향을 제시하고자 한다. Olivier Messiaen(1908-1992) was not only a composer, but an organist and ornithologist who preferred to employ his unique compositional materials based on his Catholic faith. He organized his own compositional methods and in 1944 he wrote a book called, The Technique of my Musical Language. He disclosed quite interesting theories in his book and Île de feu I & II from Quatre Études de rythme (1949-1950) represent such great musical materials based on that book such as modes of limited transposition, added value, augmentation, diminution, non-retrogradable rhythms, etc. In addition, he employed Total serialism which had a great effect on twentieth-century musical technique as well as the contemporary composers. Through such detailed analysis on Île de feu I & II, the performers could have a clear concept to perform his music with a deeper understanding.

        Comparative Study on the Effectiveness of a Health Promotion Program Using School Forest and a Traditional School-based Health Promotion Program in Elementary Students

        Purpose: This study compared the effects of two six-week school-based intervention programs - a health promotion program using a school forest and a traditional school health promotion program (TSHPP) - on physical and mental health among elementary school students. Methods: A total of 73 students participated in the study: 21 students in the 6-week school forest program conducted in a rural area and 52 students in the 6-week TSHPP conducted in an urban area. Children's health promotion behavior, depression and hyperactivity were measured using a self-report questionnaire. To assess children's physical health, body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage, and heart rate variability (HRV) were used. Results: Overall, both intervention programs improved participants' physical and mental health. Both programs significantly decreased the body fat percentage; this effect was more prominent in the TSHPP group. Only the TSHPP significantly decreased the participants' BMI after the intervention. The school forest group showed significantly improved relaxation and diminished hyperactivity; the TSHPP group showed significantly improved health promoting behavior and social relationship after the intervention. Comparing the two groups'post-pre difference scores, the two groups significantly differed only in social relationship. Both group showed significantly improved depression after the intervention. Conclusion: These findings support the effectiveness of these 6-week school-based health promotion programs in improving physical and mental health among school-aged children.

        마스터 클래스의 효용성에 관한 연구

        마스터 클래스는 음악 교육과정에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 전공실기 수업의 한 형태이다. 전공실기 수업은 통상적으로 교수와 학생의 1:1 비공개 수업으로 이루어진다. 마스터 클래스 역시 교수와 학생의 1:1 수업으로 이루어지나 차이점은 다수의 학생들이 참관하는 공개수업이라는 점이다. 대학의 경우 내부 또는 외부에서 초빙된 교수가 대학생 및 대학원생들을 대상으로 마스터 클래스로 학생을 가르치는 것이 보편화 되어있다. 하지만 보편적으로 시행되는 마스터 클래스를 통하여 유익한 학습만이 아닌 유익하지 못한 학습의 기회가 될 수도 있다고 기존의 많은 연구에서 지적되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 대학생 및 대학원생들을 대상으로 마스터 클래스의 효용성에 관한 학생들의 인식을 알아보고 중요도-수행도 격자 모형 분석(IPA; Importance-Performance Analysis)을 통하여 마스터 클래스의 강점 및 약점을 파악하여 마스터 클래스가 앞으로 나아가야할 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해서 수도권 지역의 몇 개 대학에서 피아노를 전공으로 하는 대학생 및 대학원 학생들을(n=117) 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 중요도와 실제 경험과의 큰 차이를 보인 문항들은 개선되어야할 필요성이 부각되었고 중요도-수행도 격자 모형 분석을 통하여 강점과 약점을 보이는 문항들은 마스터 클래스의 효과적인 운영을 위해서 지속 또는 지양되어야함이 대두되었다. Master class is regarded as a form of class that is normally seen in music education curriculum. Generally, music lesson is done privately, as a one-to-one tuition class. Even though master class is done as a one-to-one tuition class like the music lesson, master class is an open class that is taught in front of audience. Professors who are invited to teach at a University setting, would teach undergraduate or graduate students majoring in music performance. Despite the fact that master class is taught regularly, previous researches show that master class can be harmful to the learning experience of students. Based on those previous researches, this study conducts a survey about awareness investigation and IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) about master class and suggests a promising perspective based on survey results and analysis. The survey was conducted in June 2017 and participants(n=117) included university students majoring in music performance in the vicinity of the country’s capital. Results of several questionnaire items in the survey show big differences between importance and satisfaction that should be considered to improve in a positive way. Additionally, through IPA, results of several questionnaires show as strengths that should be maintained continuously for a successful master class.

        버스서비스 평가모형의 개발

        고유가 시대와 도심의 교통혼잡문제 등의 대두로 대중교통 이용활성화에 대한 정책과 관심이 높아지고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 대중교통의 대표적인 수단인 버스는 지하철 등에 비해 서비스 만족도가 낮게 나타나고 정성적인 부분과 정량적인 부분의 서비스 평가가 제대로 이루어지고 있지 못하다. 본 연구에서는 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 위의 두 서비스 평가항목을 함께 고려할 수 있는 버스 서비스 평가모형을 개발하였다. 이 알고리즘은 버스유형별, 각 평가항목별 중요도에 따른 만족도 측정이 가능하고 전체적인 서비스 만족도를 하나의 값으로 제시하여 버스노선별 평가 및 다른버스유형의 서비스 만족도의 평가가 가능하리라 본다. High oil prices and traffic congestion have led to increasing relevant policies and interests in the use of public transportation. The bus service, one of the typical means of public transportation, has shown lower customer satisfaction compared to the subway and, moreover, the service's qualitative and quantitative evaluations are not sufficient. Therefore, this study has developed an evaluation model for bus service in order to consider the two service evaluation items, using structural equation methods. The algorithm can measure the customer satisfaction levels according to bus types as well as the importance of evaluation items and present total service satisfaction, making possible evaluation by bus routes as well as various bus types.
