      • 압착방법별 포도 착즙액의 품질특성

        캠벨과 거봉을 이용하여 여러 가지 압착방법에 따른 착즙액의 이화학적 및 관능적 특성을 조사하였다. 수율의 경우 캠벨, 거봉이 동일하게 냉압처리보다는 온압처리가, 온압처리에서도 낮은 온도보다는 높은 온도에서 수율이 높게 나타났으며, 또 온압 · 펙틴분해 병행처리가 각각 83.5% , 87.3%로 가장 높은 수율을 나타내었다. 또한 당도와 아미노테 질소도 열처리온도의 상승 및 압착방법의 병행에 의해 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 적정산도는 캠밸과 거봉이 압착방법에 따라 각각 0.86 ~ 1.00%, 0.60 ~ 0.69%로 거봉에 비해 캠벨의 산도가 높았으며, 열처리온도가 산도 증감에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 압착방법에 따른 착즙액에 대한 관능검사 결과 열처리 온도의 상승 및 착즙액에 대한 관능검사 결과 열처리온도의 상승 및 압착방법의 병행에 의해 떫은 맛과 산맛의 강도가 강하여지고 이들 처리구의 기호도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. The physicochemical and sensory properties of Campbell Early and Gerbong juices prepared by various pressing methods were studied. The yields of these juices by mixed method were 83.5% and 87.5%, the highest value of various pressing methods. And soluble solids and amino nitrogens of them decreased as heating temperature increased and was lowest when mixed method was performed. Titratable acidities of Campbell Early juice was 0.86 ~ 1.00%, higher than that of Gerbong juice, 0.60 ~ 0.69%. Also the strength of astringent taste and sour taste of Campbell Early and Gerbong juice increased as heating temperature increased, and increased strength of these tastes gave good sensory evaluation to grape juices.

      • 지능화 진단 시스템개발을 위한 광바이오 텔레미트리 칩 제작

        In this paper, we fabricated optical telemetry IC chip using CMOS process. The telemetering IC with the size of 4 ×4㎟ has the following functions: receiving of command signals, initialization of internal state of all functional blocks, decoding of subject-selection signal, time multiplexing of 4-channel modulated physiological signals, transmission of telemetry signal to extemal system, and auto power down control. The designed synchronous oscillator with low supply voltage dependence operates at a supply voltage from 4.6V-6.0V. And the nonlinearity error of PIM modulator was less than 1.2%FS. In order to demonstrate the principle operations of the implemented CMOSIC chip, the experiments of biotelemetry was performed by telemeter unit and external unit. Main features of this system are to select one of the 4 subjects, to enable measurement of biological signals using the same optical signal, and transmit them back to the extemal unit.

      • 個人用 컴퓨터를 利用한 半導體 素子의 靜特性 測定 裝置의 開發

        These days personal computer has been used in the various fields including scientific study, business management, students' learning and etc.. This paper describes the development of the system that the static characteristics of semiconductor devices can be easily measured by using the personal computer. This system is composed of interface chip, D/A-A/D converters, and measurement terminal. The algorithms representing the characteristic curves on the computer screen are implemented by C-language. In the experiment of electronic circuits, the characteristics of various semiconductor devices can be easily taken by the measurement system developed in this study. Furthermore, it can give enough helping hand in understanding the electronic circuits, and also raise interest and motive about the students' lesson.

      • 일괄공정 압저항혈 압력센서의 특성

        This paper describes structural characteristics of three kinds of piezoresistive pressure sensors, which include wheatstone-bridge type, center-boss type and single-element type, fabricated on one-chip by batch process. In order to optimize device dimensions with respect to the desired characteristics, analytical formula and finited-element modeling(FEM) are used in design process. In experiments the pressure sensitivity of wheatstone-bridge type is about 2.2㎷/V·㎪. The fabricated center-boss pressure sensor has improved in the characteristics as linearity at low pressure, and sensitivity is about 2.415㎷/V·㎪. In single-element type with a four-terminal gauge using shear stress, the maximum sensitivity about 0.4㎷/V·㎪ appeared at the center of the diaphragm with the 3:1 of the length : width ratio. this type is very appropriate method to minimize the temperature dependance of the offset voltage and sensitivity, because the fabricated sensors reduce the offset of themal stress and mismatch of piezoresistros as compared with the wheatstone-bridge type.

        중등학교 환경1급 정교사 자격연수 운영 현황 및 발전 방안 : 2006학년도 자격연수를 중심으로

        Environmental in-service trainning for 1st grade teacher qualification in the secondary school has been carried out four times in total from 2004 to 2007 school year. The in-service program for the qualification training differed in the educational program such as general education, subject-matter education and subject content depending on the situations of each training center and did not sufficiently reflect the needs for the trainees of the training program to enhance the ability to be qualified as an environmental teacher. After the present researcher had participated in and observed the qualification training, the present researcher found out that while the trainees who have more than 3-year teaching experience in school regarded re-education to enhance teacher's speciality for class as the purpose of the training, they thought meeting with other teachers as the important factor for the satisfaction of the training program rather than re-education to enhance teacher's specialty for class. The trainees needed recent information regarding teaching-learning methods, and also regarded the philosophy of environmental education as the most important factor for environmental teachers, which indicates that future in-service program should be carried out in a way to emphasize those instruction area and philosophy of environmental education, therefore, the first-grade qualification program for the environmental teachers will need the administrative and financial supports in order to improve it on the basis of the demands of participants and the systematic curriculum in a university that established the environmental education department. 환경1급 정교사 자격연수가 양성교육과 차이를 갖고 의미 있게 운영될 수 있도록 자격연수 현황과 문제점을 알고 발전 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 2007학년도까지 진행된 자격연수의 교육과정을 분석하고 2006학년도 연수생을 대상으로 설문하였으며,면담과 인터넷 게시판 글을 정리하여 연구하였다. 중등학교 환경1급 정교사 자격연수는 2004학년도부터 2007학년도까지 총 4회 진행되었다. 진행된 연수의 교육과정은 연수원의 상황에 따라 교양,교과교육,교과내용 등의 교육과정이 다르게 구성되었고,환경 교사가 갖추어 야 할 능력 향상을 위 한 연수 수요자의 요구를 반영 하지 못하였다. 연구자가 2006학년도 자격연수에 참여 면담한 결과 학교 현장에서 3년 이상의 경험을 갖춘 연수생들은 교사의 교과 전문성 향상을 위한 재교육을 목적이라고 생각하였으나,실제 연수의 만족 요인으로는 교과 전문성 향상을 위한 재교육 보다는 다른 교사와의 만남을 중요한 만족도의 요인으로 생각하였다. 자격연수에서 연수생 들은 교과교육학에 대한 최신의 정보와 교수ㆍ학습 영역의 연수를 원하였고,환경교사가 갖추어야 할 능력 1순위로 환경교육철학 영역을 나타내 향후 자격연수에서 환경교육철학과 교수학습 영역을 중시하는 교육과정 운영이 반영되어야 할 것으로 분석되었다. 환경1급 정교사 자격연수가 보다 의미있는 연수가 되기 위해 연수 수요자의 요구를 바탕으로 환경교육과가 설치되어 있는 대학에서 체계적인 교육과정을 바탕으로 한 연수가 진행될 수 있도록 행정적ㆍ재정적 지원이 필요하다.

      • 8개 압저항 브릿지구조를 이용한 저 타축 감도 실리콘 가속도센서

        A low off-axis sensitivity piezoresistive accelerometer has been presented. The off-axis sensitivity was reduced by arrangement of eight piezoresistors on two the beams. The structure and stress distribution of the accelerometer was optimized using FEM(finite element modeling) simulation. The dependence of sensitivity and resonance frequency were also simulated as a function of the beam length for a constant overall size(2000μm). Accurate thickness control of the beams was realized by the etch-stop techonology using SDB(silicon direct bonding) wafer SiO_(2) layer and RIE(reative ion etching) method. This method is relatively simple and very useful for fabrication of accelerometer.

      • 初·中·高等學校 生物 用語의 連繫性 比較分析

        Rapid development of modern biology increasingly new terminology with diversification. We must realize the fact that misuse, mistranslation, inconsistency and irrelativity of terminology brings about serious problem on education base. An analysis of the biology textbook for primary, secondary school indicates findings, as follows: 1. There are 178 kinds of biological terms (2.36%) (total 7,537 kinds) used same meaning but difference expression. 2. There are 103 kinds of biological terms (1.37%) used more than two kinds same textbooks simultaneously. 3. There are 26 kinds of biological terms (0.34%) used difference foreign expression but same meaning. 4. There are 327 kinds of biological terms (4.3%) used relationship between primary, middle, high school. 5. There are 47 kinds of biological terms (0.62%) used ununified rule even if editing official parts. For the purpose of clarify the problem and suggest solution of this study there has been performed to look into the standization of biological terms used in the biology textbooks of primary and secondary school.

      • 사회환경교육의 교육과정 표준화 모형 및 통합프로그램 개발연구

        This paper presents the development of standardized modules and an integrated program which will be used for social environmental education. The study objectives are to develop modules which are based on various environmental topics, to relate the regional environmental topics to the educational modules and program, and to include the demand of students in the modules and program. Literature and questionary surveys, as well as, module development method were utilized as research tools. The titles of developed modules are "The Green Plant Earth," "Unexpected Resources: Save Resources and Recycle", "Water as the Mother of All Lives", "The Blue Sky with Clean Air", and "Soil as the Home of All Living and Non-living Things". It is hoped that the developed modules and program are utilized as course materials and curriculum for social environmental education in various educational institutes. The study results will be materialized as multimedia in near futher.

      • 하수관거의 침투수/유입수(Ⅰ/Ⅰ) 특성에 관한 연구 : 경남 H군을 중심으로

        Infiltration/Inflow(I/I) is the major deterrent to the successful performance of the municipal sewer and the treatment system. An excessive I/I in the combined sewer system can hydraulically overload the sewer lines and the wastewater treatment plants. The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the I/I characteristics in order to evaluate the sewer system in the rural study area. Eight sub-catchments of the combined sewer system were monitored during two months for flowrate, pH, DO, SS, BOD, COD_Mn, COD_cr, T-N, T-P. As the results, the variations in wastewater flows were basically following a diurnal flow pattern. Minimum flows occured during the early morning hours when water consumption was lowest and when the base flow consisted of infiltration and small quantities of wastewater. The first peak flow occured in the late morning just after the peak morning water use. A second peak flow generally occured in the early evening. The I/I were related to the type of area existing in the sub-basin. During a dry weather period, the I/I were observed to be 22~70% of the average flow. Based on the results of investigation, the repair priority of the sewer system was showed according to the average I/I per the average wastewater flowrates and the I/I per drainage area.
