        근로형태에 따른 장애인근로자의 근로조건 및 직무만족도 차이

        본 연구는 장애인의 근로형태에 따라 근로조건과 직무만족도의 차이를 알아보고, 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 한국장애인고용공단 고용개발원이 2008년 수집한 장애인고용패널데이터를 사용하였다(1,211명). 연구 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 근로형태에 따라 학력과 연령에서 차이가 나타났는데, 정규직일수록 학력은 높고, 연령은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 근로조건 또한 정규직일수록 임금, 근로시간, 복리후생(數), 근속개월이 높은 것으로 나타나고 있다. 둘째, 근로형태에 따라 전반적인 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인은 다르게 나타났다. 2 모형에서 정규직의 경우 장애의 중증여부, 중증*학력, 임금, 복리후생(數)가 유의미한 영향력이 있었다. 비정규직의 경우 성별, 중증여부, 학력, 임금, 복리후생(數)가 유의미한 것으로 나타나 근로 조건의 차이가 직무만족에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. The aim of this study was to identify the differences of working conditions and job satisfaction by working type of disabled workers as well as the factors predicting their job satisfaction. For this, a Panel data(N=1,211) of Employment for the Disabled in 2008 was used. The results were as follows; first, Regular Workers were high in education degree, wage, working hours, employee benefit, length of service, subjective satisfaction degree, but low in age. Second, as for the factors that influenced job-satisfaction, disability type, wage, employee benefits were statistically influential in Regular Workers and sex, disability type, education degree, wage, employee benefits in Irregular Workers. Limitations of the study were discussed, as well as recommendations for additional research.

        Recently, the speed control of electric motorcar usually adapts the chopper control method by the development of power electronics and semiconductor manufacturing techniques. When the chooper control is adapted to the speed control of electric motorcar. D.C.series motor is mostly used because of the large starting torques and good control characteristics. But with respect to the economy, D.C. separately excited motor with shunt characteristics is profitable because of high adhesivesness and consumption. So, we compare the characteristics of the bilateral variable-ratio chopper controlled D.C. separately exited motor with that of the D.C. series motor theoretically and experimentally, and present the method which is able to simplify the main chopper circuit by selecting among the forward powering, forward regenerative braking, backward powering, and backward regenerative braking only by using the main chopper control signal. Also, control method is studied which has similar driving characteristics to that of the gasoline motorcar.

        새로운 유사 원자층 증착 방법에 의한 산화막의 형성 및 터널링 자기 접합에의 응용

        The tunneling barrier is crucial to the overall performance in magnetic tunnel junction. We have suggested a new formation method for the tunnel barrier, which has utilized pseudo atomic layer deposition with sputtering (PALDS). As is well known, all metallic thin films oxidize more or less under atmospheric conditions. With using this property of metallic thin films, we have prepared tunnel barrier by sputtering metallic thin film and exposing it to the oxygen ambience. From transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation, the formed tunnel barrier has been confirmed to have clear and good interface between magnetic layers and tunnel barrier. From atomic force microscopy (AFM) observation, it has been also confirmed to have low surface roughness. The TMR MRAM cell manufactured using PALDS method has been shown to exhibit typical tunnel resistance of 86 KΩ·μm^2 and TMR ratio of about 40%. The 40% of MR is quite large. It is considered that this value is geometrically enhanced magnetoresistance due to the low junction resistance of MTJ.

        GT rotary file을 이용한 만곡 근관형성시 작업 효율 및 file 변형 발생에 관한 연구

        Root canal preparation process is of utmost importance in successful treatment of root canal. Also, one of the most important purpose of the root canal preparation is to enlarge the root canal three dimensionally without changing the curvature of the root canal. However, as the curvature of the root canal increases, there are many difficulties involved in formation of optimum root canal. Therefore, in order to solve the above mentioned problems, new developments in methods of root canal preparation and equipments for such purposes were made. Recently, vigorous studies about newly introduced engine-driven nitckel-ti-tanium rotary file are conducted. As shown in research results to dates, it is well established that the use of nickel-titanium file is better suited for curved root canal than stainless steel file in maintaining the curvature of root canal and reducing the deformation of root canal. However, it is also acknowledged that there are a few discrepancies in research results according to protocol, due to failure to remove variables in experiments. In addition, although it is recommended by the manufacturer that the GT rotary file should maintain a low rotational speed of 150∼350rpm and 'light pressure' as light as not to break the lead of a pencil, academic studies about the vertical force which is not yet standardized are not sufficiently explored. Therefore, this research devised and utilized a special research equipment to standardize the appropriate range of vertical force for GT rotary file through experiments by breaking of the lead of a pencil as expressed by the manufacturer and to accurately measure factors involved through repeating and recreating the environment of root canal preparation. Forming nine experimental groups by varying the vertical forces (150g, 220g, 300g) and rpm (150rpm, 250rpm, 350rpm), the effects of changing vertical forces and rpm on working efficiency were measured in terms of time expended in root canal preparation by crown-down method using a transparent resin block with 35 degree curvature and GT rotary file (z-test). The following research using this special research equipment that involved nine experimental groups and varying the vertical force for root canal preparation from 300g which is within the normal vertical force range to 700g and 1000g which fall outside the normal rpm range. The results were as follows : 1.Analysis of the experiment results revealed that the tome spent in root canal preparation decreased as the vertical forces and rpm increased (p<0.05). Also, the effects of rpm were greater than those of the vertical forces within the normal vertical force range (β-weight test) . 2.Observation of the deformation of GT rotary file revealed that deformation increases in a direct correlation with the vertical force increase and in a reverse correlation with the rpm decrease, In the case of the vertical forces close to the normal range, the probability of GT rotary file deformation were quite different depending on the rpm changes. In the case of◎eater tier◎cal forces, the occurrences of deformation of the file were more frequent regardless of the rpm changes. 3.Deformation and breakage of file were also commonly observed in the expended time measurement experiments and GT rotary file deformation experiments in which low speed rpm (150rpm) was used and at the curved portion of the resin block.       • LCA 에 있어 영향정량화 인자의 산정과 적용

        환경오염 정도에 따라 각국의 환경보호정책이 달라지기 때문에, LCA의 표준화에도 각국의 환경오염 정도를 고려해야한다. 본 논문은 이러한 생각을 바탕으로 국내 환경오염정도와 환경기준을 이용하여 영향 정량화 인자를 개발하였다. 환경부하의 카테고리별 가중치와 카테고리내 영향항목의 가중치를 이용하여 영향정량화 인자를 계산한 결과, 수질오염 등 지역적 환경오염의 정량화인자가 비교적 높은 값을 나타내었다. 구해진 정량화 인자를 이용하여 종이기저귀와 천기저귀 목록분석자료의 영향평가에 적용한 결과, 종이기저귀가 더 환경을 오염시키는 것으로 평가되었다. The purpose of LCA is to quantify resources, energy consumption and environmental loads for environmental improvement and to pursuit finally the sustainable development and balance of ecosystem. Because strategies for environmental protection are different from each country depending on the environmental situation, these must be considered in LCA standardization of each country. Theories of impact quantification criteria were examined and the degree of environmental impact was calculated on the basis of level of each impact category. Impact quantification criteria calculated on the basis of Korea environmental level were different from each criterium calculated by each method and environmental level of each country. High criteria could be obtained in the case of highly polluted region. Therefore, if impact quantification criteria is standardized uniformly regardless of environmental level of each country, it could be underestimated for improving properly the regional environment. Children diaper was analyzed as a case study for LCA and environmental loads were unified to make environment load index using impact quantification criteria on the basis of environmental level of Korea.

        프레탈^(R)정(실로스타졸 50mg)에 대한 실로졸^(R)정의 생물학적 동등성

        Bioequivalence of two cilostazol tablets, the Pletaal^(R)(Korea Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the Cilozol^(R)(Hanmi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), was evaluated according to the guideline of KFDA, Sixteen normal male volunteers(age 20~29 years old) were divided into two groups and a randomized 22 cross-over study was employed. After two tablets containing 50㎎ of cilostazol were orally administered. blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentration of cilostazol in plasma was determined with an HPLC method using UV detector. The pharmacokinetic parameters(C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t)) were calculated and ANOVA was utilized for the statistical analysis of parameters. The results showed that the differences in C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t) between two tablets were 4.99%, 1.74% and 7.68%, respectively. The powers(1-β) for C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t) were83.92%, 80.12% and 85.03%, respectively. Detectable differences(Δ) and confidence intervals were all less than 20%, and confidence interval of all the parameters were also less than 20% at the significance level(α) of 0.05. All of these parameters met the criteria of KFDA for bioequivalence, indicating that Cilozol^(R) tablet is bioequivalent to Pletaal^(R) tablet.
