In this paper, we propose a new method to desing IIR Nyquist filters. By thismethod, we can design IIR nyquist filters which prossess linear phase characteristics andare lower in order than FIR Nyquist filters. WE derive expressions for zero-phased IIR Nyquist filters and propose new desing methods for them. An iteration process is used to design the proposed IIR Nyquist filter, and in each iteration step a modified version of the Remez exchange algorithm is used. Finally, the propose desing method is demonstrated through design examples.
비동기 CDMA 채널을 위한 의사 역행렬 형태의 역상관 검출기

In this paper, we propose a new decorrelating detector called pseudo-inverse-filtering type decorrelating detector for asynchronous CDMA channels. We first show that the matched filtering and decorrelating operations of the existing decorrelating detectors can be replaced with the pseudo-inverse filtering operations in synchronous channels, and using this fact we show that the decorrelating detector has the largest SNR among the linear detectors that can eliminate MAI. Then we introduce asynchronous pseudo-inverse filtering type decorrelating detector by extending this result for asynchronous channels, and discuss implementation methods of the proposed decorrelating detectors. Since the proposed scheme employs a decentralized structure for updating coefficients, it has the flexibility to add/remove users. Finally we analyze the performance of the proposed decorrelating detector in terms of the bit error rate, and examine its performance improvements over the conventional detectors through computer simulations. 본 논문에서는 비동기 CDMA 채널을 위한 의사 역행렬 형태의 역상관 검출기를 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 동기 CDMA 채널에서 역상관 검출기의 동작이 확산 수열로 구성된 행렬의 의사 역행렬 처리와 동일함을 보이고, 이 사실을 이용하여 역상관 검출기가 다중접속 간섭신호를 완전히 제거하는 선형 검출기들 중 최대의 신호대 잡음비를 가짐을 보인다. 그 후, 의사 역행렬 형태를 비동기 채널로 확장하여 새로운 역상관 검출기를 제안하고, QR-분해를 이용한 구현 방법에 대해 논의한다. 제안 방법은 각 사용자별로 분산적인 형태를 가지기 때문에 사용자 수 변화에 대한 검출기 계수의 갱신을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 마지막으로 제안된 역상관 검출기의 성능을 비트오류율의 관점에서 분석한 후, 컴퓨터 모의 실험을 통해 기존의 정합 필터링 방법에 대한 성능 향상 정도를 확인한다.

환경오염 정도에 따라 각국의 환경보호정책이 달라지기 때문에, LCA의 표준화에도 각국의 환경오염 정도를 고려해야한다. 본 논문은 이러한 생각을 바탕으로 국내 환경오염정도와 환경기준을 이용하여 영향 정량화 인자를 개발하였다. 환경부하의 카테고리별 가중치와 카테고리내 영향항목의 가중치를 이용하여 영향정량화 인자를 계산한 결과, 수질오염 등 지역적 환경오염의 정량화인자가 비교적 높은 값을 나타내었다. 구해진 정량화 인자를 이용하여 종이기저귀와 천기저귀 목록분석자료의 영향평가에 적용한 결과, 종이기저귀가 더 환경을 오염시키는 것으로 평가되었다. The purpose of LCA is to quantify resources, energy consumption and environmental loads for environmental improvement and to pursuit finally the sustainable development and balance of ecosystem. Because strategies for environmental protection are different from each country depending on the environmental situation, these must be considered in LCA standardization of each country. Theories of impact quantification criteria were examined and the degree of environmental impact was calculated on the basis of level of each impact category. Impact quantification criteria calculated on the basis of Korea environmental level were different from each criterium calculated by each method and environmental level of each country. High criteria could be obtained in the case of highly polluted region. Therefore, if impact quantification criteria is standardized uniformly regardless of environmental level of each country, it could be underestimated for improving properly the regional environment. Children diaper was analyzed as a case study for LCA and environmental loads were unified to make environment load index using impact quantification criteria on the basis of environmental level of Korea.

In this paper we propose various rotation block realization method of MIMO LBR system. For this, we first discuss how to realize a given LBR system in the form of LBR two-pair cascades. Then we examine several systematic extraction procedures which enable to realize each LBR two-pair in the form of rotation block. Then we consider which realization methods we select for each two-pair block in view of the dynamci range of the coefficients of the rotation blocks. Finally, we demonstrate the LBR realization method using a detailed numerical example that converts a 4th order IIR filter function into a 4*4 transform domain transfer matrix, and then realizes it in a rotation-block cascade.
디지탈 영역에서의 다항식 행렬의 분해와 MIMO LBR 구현에의 응용

In this paper we present a polynomial matrix decomposition algorithm that determines a polynomial matix M(z) which satisfies the relation V(z)=M(z) for a given polynomial matrix V(z) which is paraconjugate hermitian matrix with normal rank r and is positive semidenfinite on the unit circle of z-plane. All the decomposition procedures in this proposed method are performed in the digitral domain. We also discuss how to apply the polynomial matirx decomposition in realizing MIMO LBR two-pairs.
