        온실가스 배출권 거래제도 도입을 둘러싼 행위자간 정책네트워크 -사회연결망 분석을 중심으로-

        본 연구는 배출권 거래제도의 도입에 관한 정책결정 과정에 참여하는 정책행위자들의 입장과 정책 형성에 참여하는 방식, 정책 행위자들 간의 상호작용을 중심으로 정책네트워크의 형태를 검토하여 자원의 교환방식과 조직간 연대와 갈등 양상을 살피는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 국내 기후변화 정책에 참여하고 있는 106개 조직을 주요 행위자로 선정하여 설문조사와 사회연결망 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 배출권 거래제 도입에 대해서 찬성하는 입장이 우세한 가운데 반대의견이 강하다고 알려진 기업부문 내에서도 찬성이 더 많으면서 다른 행위자들에 비해 상대적으로 부정적인 입장을 취하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 배출권 거래제 도입에 주도적인 집단은 정부, 특히 환경부와 녹색성장위원회였으며 지식경제부와 함께 기업 중 경제단체가 주도적인 정책행위자로서 반대하는 입장을 취하는 것으로 나타났다. 인적 자원 및 재정적 자원을 비롯하여 각 행위자들의 자원에 대한 접근이 매우 불평등하며, 정책네트워크에 모든 이해관계자가 포함된 것으로 보아 배출권 거래제도 도입을 둘러싼 정책네트워크는 이슈네트워크에 가까웠다. 이슈네트워크에 가까울수록 갈등이 첨예하여 정책과정이 지연되거나 합의가 이루어지기 힘들어 정책의 변화 가능성이 크기 때문에, 배출권거래제 도입 자체 혹은 도입 방식에 변화의 여지가 많음을 시사한다. As formation and operation of emission trading markets have become a global trend, the Korean government is also planning to introduce an emission trading system, standardizing the way of cap and trade. However, it has stirred social controversies over whether and how to introduce the system. The aim of this paper is to examine types of policy networks, focusing on positions of policy actors in policy decision-making and ways of their participation and interaction in policy formation processes. And then it explores the manner of resource exchange and the mode of conflict and coalition among actors. To get answers for these research questions, a questionnaire survey and a social network analysis were carried out, aimed at 106 major organization actors. As a result, it has been identified that while the majority of actors are in favor of introducing the emission trading system, enterprises remain relatively negative. The group playing a leading role in introducing the emission trading system was the government, especially the Ministry of Environment and the Presidential Committee on Green Growth. Led by Business Peak associations, the enterprise sector appears to oppose against the emission trading system. Given that actors have unequal access to human and financial resources and that every interest group is involved in policy processes, the policy network surrounding the introduction of emission trading system is close to an issue network. It implies that there will be higher possibility of change in adoption of the system itself or design of the system since conflicts among actors embedded in an issue network.

        Characterization of Hot Deformation Behavior and Processing Map of As‑Cast H13 Hot Work Die Steel

        The hot-working behavior of as-cast H13 hot work die steel was investigated in the method of isothermal compression testinvolving the wide deformation temperatures of 900–1150 °C and strain rates of 0.01–10 s−1, with the true strain to 0.8, onthe MMS-200 thermo-mechanical simulator. Two characteristic parameters involving the critical strain for DRX initiation(c ) and the strain for peak stress (p ) were identified. The ratio of critical strain to peak strain ranged from 0.26 to 0.6, whichdecreased with the increase in temperature and decrease in strain rate. Processing maps were established using dynamicmaterial model at strains of 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8. The power dissipation maps were not significantly affected by the strain, whilethe instability maps were sensitivity with the strain when it was over 0.4. The area of instability domain at strain of 0.8 wasthe largest. The instable characteristics contained the mixed grain structure, adiabatic shear band, intense deformation inserious deformation area and brittle elemental segregation area. The chief effect on the power dissipation was the strain rate,the optimum hot working parameters at strain of 0.8 (910–985 °C, 1010–1150 °C and 0.01–0.05 s−1) were determined. Inthis filed, the original coarse as-cast grains were gradually refined by dynamic recrystallization mechanism and the DRXgrain numbers had a significant increase with the increase of power dissipation efficiency.

        Childhood Sexual Abuse and Cortical Thinning in Adults With Major Depressive Disorder

        Objective A growing body of evidence reports on the effect of different types of childhood abuse on the structural and functional architecture of the brain. In the present study, we aimed to investigate the differences in cortical thickness according to specific types of childhood abuse between patients with major depressive disorder (MDD) and healthy controls (HCs).Methods A total of 61 patients with MDD and 98 HCs were included in this study. All participants underwent T1-weighted magnetic resonance imaging, and the occurrence of childhood abuse was assessed using the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire. We investigated the association between whole-brain cortical thickness and exposure to any type of childhood abuse and specific type of childhood abuse in the total sample using the FreeSurfer software.Results No significant difference was reported in the cortical thickness between the MDD and HC groups nor between the “any abuse” and “no abuse” groups. Compared to no exposure to childhood sexual abuse (CSA), exposure to CSA was significantly associated with cortical thinning in the left rostral middle frontal gyrus (p=0.00020), left (p=0.00240), right fusiform gyri (p=0.00599), and right supramarginal gyrus (p=0.00679).Conclusion Exposure to CSA may lead to cortical thinning of the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, which is deeply involved in emotion regulation, to a greater extent than other types of childhood abuse.

        Correlation between fat accumulation and fecal microbiota in crossbred pigs

        Backfat thickness (BF) is an important indicator of fat deposition capacity and lean meat rate in pigs and is very important in porcine genetics and breeding. Intestinal microbiota plays a key role in nutrient digestion and utilization with a profound impact on fat deposition of livestock animals. To investigate the relationship between the pig gut microbiome and BF, 20 low-BF (L-BF) and 20 high-BF (H-BF) pigs were selected as two groups from Yunong Black pigs in the present study. Fecal samples from pigs were analyzed for microbial diversity, composition, and predicted functionality using 16S rRNA gene sequencing. The results showed that there were significant differences in microbial β diversity between the two groups. LEfSe analysis revealed a number of bacterial features being differentially enriched in either L-BF or H-BF pigs. Spearman correlation analysis identified the abundance of Oscillospira, Peptococcus, and Bulleidia were significantly positive correlations with BF (P < 0.05), while Sutterella and Bifidobacterium were significantly negatively correlated with BF (P < 0.05). Importantly, the bacteria significantly positively correlated with BF mainly belong to Clostridium, which can ferment host-indigestible plant polysaccharides into shortchain fatty acid (SCFA) and promote fat synthesis and deposition. Predictive functional analysis indicated that the pathway abundance of cell motility and glycan biosynthesis were significantly widespread in the microbiota of the H-BF group. The results of this study will be useful for the development of microbial biomarkers for predicting and improving porcine BF, as well as for the investigation of targets for dietary strategies.

        SYNTHESIS OF ULTRAFINE $Si_3N_4$ PARTICLES BY RF PLASMA CHEMICAL VAPOR DEPOSITION

        Processing of synthesis $Si_3N_4$ UFP in the RFCVD reactor, using $SiCl_4$ and $NH_3$ as precursors, were experimentally researched. The influence of some operation parameters on the properties of products was investigaed. The nanostructured material made of such $Si_3N_4$ particles was fabricated under highpressure. The results of experiments indicated that it differed from the materials made of coarse $Si_3N_4$ powder on some electric properties.

      • A RESEARCH ON NATURAL SCENERY SIMULATION BASED ON THE FREE SURFACE AND THE L SYSTEM

        The natural scenes include trees, flowers, the sky, clouds and terrains. Combining construction principle of free curved surfaces with the L system technique, the paper focus on studying the simulation algorithm of natural scenes located in the special geographical environment which is made up of terrains, trees and woods. The main contents include: (1) according to the properties of B-spline surfaces, constructing reasonable geometry data to form varied terrains(the apex of a mountain, vale and different regions' smooth transition); (2)applying the L system to the simulation of self-similar plants and implementing the example design; (3) adopting random factors to generate the scene of man-made woods and naturally grown woods in the special geographical environment. The research is achieved under the circumstance of ObjectARX. Algorithm implementation makes fully use of computing ability of VC and 3D graph generating ability of AutoCAD. The simulation results can be viewed from different visual angles under the circumstance of AutoCAD. The example research shows that the combination of free curved surfaces and the L system can construct diversified natural scenes.

        In this paper, we present a deployable bio-inspired robot called the Pillbot-light, which utilizes a safe autonomous navigation system. The Pillbot-light is mounted the station robot, and can be operated in a disaster relief operation or military operation. However, the Pilbot-light has a challenge to navigate autonomously because the Pilbot-light cannot be equipped with various sensors. As a result, we propose a new robot system for autonomous navigation that the station robot controls Pillbot-light equipped with vision camera and CPU of high performance. This system detects obstacles based on the edge extraction using vision camera. Also, it cannot only achieve path planning using the hazard cost function, but also localization using the Particle Filter. And this system is verified by simulation and experiment.

        <P>Until a century ago, Korean medicine was based mainly on Oriental philosophies and ideas. From a religious perspective, Chinese Confucianism was prevalent in Korea at that time. Since Confucianists believe that it is against one's filial duty to harm his or her body, given to them by their parents, most Koreans did not donate their bodies or organs for education in the past. However, by the end of the 20th century, a unique fusion of Western and Oriental medicines were produced on the Korean Peninsula, revolutionizing traditional perspectives on the human body, mortality, and the relationship of medical science to society. Koreans began to think about others' lives as well as their own by realizing the importance of donating one's organs and bodies for scientific purposes. Since then, the number of people donating their bodies to Korean medical and dental schools for the purpose of improving academic learning has increased dramatically. In response, Korean medical schools have begun to hold various types of funeral ceremonies to honor body donors. We have compared such ceremonies performed in Korea with those performed in the United States of America and Taiwan. These ceremonies are viewed as a suitable way to pay proper respect to the dead and to promote knowledge about body donation programs in Korea. Overall, the transition of religions and social ethics in Korea has greatly facilitated body bequeathal programs, benefiting both medical education and the Korean public health administration.
