자폐 범주성 장애아의 사회적 기술 향상을 위한 효과적인 중재 방법 고찰 : 단일대상연구를 중심으로

이 연구는 2001년 이후 2006년 8월까지 자폐 범주성 장애 아동의 사회적 기술 향상을 목표로 한 중재연구 가운데 단일대상연구방법을 적용한 10편의 연구를 분석하여 효과적인 중재 방법을 찾는 데 그 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 자폐 범주성 장애아의 연령, 장애정도와 중재 방법, 중재 방법의 범주, 범주의 과학적 실제 여부를 분석의 틀로 이용하였다. 분석 대상 연구의 구체적인 연구 설계와 관찰자간 신뢰도, 사회적 타당도를 중심으로 단일대상 연구의 질적 분석을 시도하였다. 연구 결과 가장 많이 사용된 중재 방법은 놀이였으며, 대부분 성과가 기대되거나 과학적 기반을 갖춘 중재 방법을 적용하고 있었다. 단일대상연구 방법에 있어서 중다 기초선 설계를 많이 사용하였으며, 대부분 관찰자간 신뢰도를 제시하였다. 결과에 따른 논의와 후속 연구를 위한 제언이 제시되었다. The purpose of the present study was to find out effective intervention strategies for improving social skills of children with autistic spectrum disorders by analyzing a total of 10 single-subject research studies published between 2001 and 2006. The studies were analyzed based on the participants' characteristics, intervention strategies, dependent variables, and the results. In addition, qualitative aspects of the studies, such as research design, inter-observer agreement, and social validity were also analyzed. Results indicated that The most frequently used intervention was play activity and most of the interventions were included in the category of Promising Practices. Implications from the results were discussed

간혈관종: 초음파 검사상 종양 에코와 삼중시기 나선식 전산화단층촬영상 조영증강양상과의 관계

Purpose: To evaluate the relation of internal echo and enhancement patterns on three phase spiral CT in hepatic hemangioma. Methods: This retrospective study included 41 cases in 34 patients who were diagnosed as hepatic hemangioma who had ultrasonography and three phase spiral CT scan. We classified hepatic hemangioma as two different groups according to the findings of internal echo on ultrasonography. Three phase spiral CT images were obtained at 30 seconds(arterial phase), 60 seconds( portal phase), and 3-5minutes(delayed phase) after the initiation of injection of contrast materials(120ml, 2.7ml/sec). Enhancement patterns of hemangiomas during three phases were classified as total high attenuation, peripheral high attenuation, low attenuation, or iso attenuation. Results : The most common enhancement pattern of hemangioma on three phase spiral CT was peripheral high attenuation in whole three phases in both high and low echoic groups. There was no statistical significance(P>0.1). Total high attenuation in whole three phases on three phase spiral CT is 3 cases(3/13, 23%) in low echoic group and 1 case(1/28, 4%) in high echoic group. It is statistically significant(P<0.1). Conclusion: The enhancement patterns on three phase spiral CT is different between low and high echoic group. Total high attenuation in whole three phases on three phase spiral CT is more in low echoic group than in high echoic group.

四君子湯, 四物湯, 十全大補湯 및 補中益氣湯이 cisplatin 投與로 誘發된 體重減少와 血液變化에 미치는 影響

To investigate the side effects of cisplatin, We attempted to examine the effects of Sakunjatang(四君子湯), Samultang(四物湯), Sibjeondaebotang(十全大補湯) and Boojunhyikgitang(補中益氣湯), combined with cisplatin. For the purpose of clarifying their action, We observed the body weight, WBC, RBC, platelet and survival ratio in mice and rats. The results were as follows : 1. Administration of Sakunjatang significantly increased the body weight, WBC and RBC in the side effects of cisplatin. 2. Administration of Samultang did not increase the body weight, WBC, RBC and platelet in the side effects of cisplatin. 3. Administration of Sibjeondaebotang significantly increased th body weight, WBC, RBC and platelet in the side effects of cilplatin and prolonged their survival ratio. 4. Administration of Boojungyikgitang did not increase the body weight, WBC, and RBC, but significantly increased the platelet in the side effects of cisplatin. According to the above results it is recognized that the prescription of Boki(補氣) and Bokihyul(補氣血) have therapeutic effects in the side effects of cisplatin.

뇌졸증 후유증 환자에 대한 Idebenone의 효과와 안전성에 관한 연구

To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Idebenone in 19 patients with the sequelae of the Cerebrovascular accidents(CVA). we conducted an open label trial of Idebenone for 8 weeks. The protocol consists of baseline. 4 weeks and 8 weeks evaluation. We evaluated psychic signs. subjective symptoms. activities of daily life and neurologic signs. The results were as follows : 1. Eight weeks after the trial. the majority of subjects(73.7%) were improved slightly or better. 2. At final evaluation, the slight improvement or better of psychic signs, subjective symptoms, activities of daily life and neurologic signs were 75.0%, 60.0%, 79.7% and 70.0%, respectively. 3. The adverse reactions were observed in 2 cases. one was headache and the other Gl trouble. There also were noticed transient elevation of SGOT/SGPT in one case. According to these results, it was concluded that administration of Idebenone after the acute phase of CVA is effective and safe.

생쥐 위장관의 Interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC)에 대한 면역조직화학적 연구

Background and Objectives : Interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC) are the pacemakers in gastrointestinal tract that modulates gastrointestinal motiliey and these cells also transmit neural input from enteric nerves to smooth muscles. Recent work on tissues from patients with motility disorders that suggest that loss or defect in ICC could be related to pathophysiology in human and animal models. Immunolabelling of ICC in intestinal wall is recently developed by using specific marker, anti-c-kit antibody. Immunohistochemistry was done for ICC network in attempt to provide a morphological basis for the mechanism regulating gastrointestinal motility Methods : Cryosection was done, and whole-mount preparations of mouse stomach, gastrointestinal tract were immunolabelled using the anti-c-Kit. Immunolabelled ICC networks were observed under a confocal laser scanning microscopy. Results : According to three dimensional reconstruction study, we found that the c-Kit-positive celluar networks were widely distributed in the gastrointestinal muscle (1) circular muscle layer(IC-IM), (2) myenteric plexus(IC-MY), (3) deep muscular plexus(IC-DMP) in ileum, (4) submucosal plexus(IC-SMP) and longitudinal muscle layer(IC-LM) in colon. Conclusion : The characteristic profiles of ICC celluar networks provide a morphological basis upon the mechanism regulating gastrointestinal motility. Additional studies for the enteric nerves-ICC interaction are need to evaluate the detailed roles of Icc in gastrointestinal tract.

신경베체트병에 의한 신경인성방광 : 증례보고

The co-existence of mouth and genital ulceration with iritis was first defined as a syndrome by Behcet. It is now known to be a chronic and relapsing systemic disease, which involves many other systems. Neurogenic bladder dysfunction due to Behcet's disease, however, is extremely rare, and only a limited number of cases have been reported in the international literature. Voiding disfunction in Behcet's disease can be due to neurological or direct bladder involvement and can be related to bladder and sphmctehc components in both phases of micturition. We report on a 35-year old patient with a neuropathic bladder secondary to Behcet's disease.

증발 표면적 증대를 위한 수적 분리기 특성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this research is to obtain the characteristics of water-vapor separator for improving the evaporative surface. The experimental system is constituted with water vapor generator, vapor storage tank, laser source for visualization and camera for photography. The efficiency of water-vapor separator can be varied by the kinds of the inside materials. Thus, in this report, we introduced the three kinds of materials with wire scrap, wire brush and sponge. As the experimental results, the wire brush was showed the best efficiency with 185 g/hr.

In the contract of international sale of good, a contract of sale may be frustrated where, after the contract has been entered into and without default of either party, the contract has become impossible of performance or incapable of being performed. The purpose of this study is to examine the frustration in the contract of sale. Beford this study will be exaimined, a number of assumptions must be satisfied as follows ; (1) The goods must be specified goods. (2) there must be an agreement to sell goods. (3) the risk must not yet have passed to the buyer. (4) there is no default of either party. Thus, this study put a focus on the condition and effect of frustration through British Law and Precedent Case. First, Conditions upon which contract is frustrated are as follsws ; (1) Destruction of Subject-matter (2) Outbreak of War (3) Export and Import Prohibition of the Government (4) Export & Import Licence and Quota (5) Fundamental Change in Circumstance Second, Effects of frustration are as follows ; (1) Extinction of Contract automatically (2) Repayment of Advances paid Finally, in order to prohibit the dispute regarding frustration, both parties must insert the doctrine of frustration and force majeure clause in contract.
