수직원통식 박막 방식에 의한 하수슬러지의 탄화 분석에 관한 연구

This paper is containing two study. The one is a land treatment of sewage sludge reduction through the indirect heating method and the other verifies conversion possibility of sludge organic matter to auxiliary fuel, steel thermal insulation material, byproduct fertilizer compost and find the suitable recycling method for J city. It was confirmed that about 88 percent of weight reduction for transportation efficiency and method verification. The analysis result of the carbonized product component showed the average low heating value of about 2,850 kcal and the moisture content of 1.4% which means the sludge is suitable as a fuel.
증발 표면적 증대를 위한 수적 분리기 특성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this research is to obtain the characteristics of water-vapor separator for improving the evaporative surface. The experimental system is constituted with water vapor generator, vapor storage tank, laser source for visualization and camera for photography. The efficiency of water-vapor separator can be varied by the kinds of the inside materials. Thus, in this report, we introduced the three kinds of materials with wire scrap, wire brush and sponge. As the experimental results, the wire brush was showed the best efficiency with 185 g/hr.

We was made 150L an water storage electric boiler and obtained various performances of the storage, radiant and keeping by experimentation. The storage performance is that the heat were off about 50 minutes after heating start. Then the temperature of outlet was arrived the stead state at 91°C and the storage performance was appeared 93,64%, In the radiant performance, the water temperature was decreased from 90°C to 44.8 °c after 960 minutes, Then the calorific value changed<br/> from 675kcal/h to 72kcal/h and the temperature decreased about 50%, The keeping performance showed mean temperature, 67,06°C according to progress 800 minutes and the maximum temperature drop were O.Z.C. By the results of the performance valuation, the water storage electric boiler was verified fitted quality on the test prescription of KERI(Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute).

Shell-and-tube vaporizers are the most co㎜only used and dominated types of vaporizers in LNG realm. Due to efficient performance, Shell-side flow in this type of vaporizers has received considerable attention and has been investigated extensively. However, the detail flow structure in the shell needs to be determined for reliable and effective design. Therefore, the objective of this study was to clarify the flow structure in shell by particle image velocimetry (PIV). Experiments were conducted using two types of model; 15% baffle cut having inlet and outlet positions in the direction of 90ºto the cut and 30% baffle cut having inlet and outlet positions in the direction of 180ºto the cut. Each test section contains 169 ㎜ I.D. and 344.6 ㎜ length. The flow features were characterized in different baffle cuts with regards to the velocity vector field, vortex structure, stream line, turbulent intensity and Turbulent kinetic energy. The results show that the flow characteristics of the 15% baffle cut type vaporizer are comparable to the 30% baffle cut type vaporizer.

This paper represents the solar collector performance with type of an evacuated double glass, and a copper tube was installed in center of collector to get a solar thermal energy. The one module of solar collector and artificial sun were used in this experiment. The distance between artificial sun and solar collector was fixed at 0.5m, and this experimental condition was focused on winter season. The experiments were carried out three times for getting a accurate data and the heat amount of one module evacuated solar collector was estimated about 48 kcal/hr.
