        알코올 중독자 가족을 위한 집단 프로그램 효과성 연구 : 개입 연구방법 (Intervention Research) 중 제5단계 평가를 중심으로 Focusing on the 5th evaluation phases of the intervention research

        본 연구의 목적은 알코올 중독자 가족을 위한 프로그램의 효과성을 알아보는 것이다. 비동일통제집단 사전사후검증 방법을 통하여 알코올 중독자 가족의 우울, 블안, 자존감, 조성행위, 집단의식, 알코올 중독자를 정신병원에 입원시키는 것에 대한 의식 등을 조사하였다. 실험집단과 비교집단에서 각 종속변수별로 유의미한 차이가 없음이 발견되었다. 본 연구는 개입연구방법의 한 부분으로 시행되었다. 개입연구방법은 6가지 단계로 이루어진다. 즉 (1) 문제분석과 프로젝트 계획 (2) 정보수집과 종합 (3) 설계 (4) 초기개발과 파일럿 테스트 (5) 평가 및 고급개발 (6) 보급 등이다. 본 연구는 5번째 단계인 평가 및 고급개발 중에 평에 해당된다. 평가에서 요구하는 실험설계를 사용하고 자료를 분석하였다. 이후에 현장에서 게임을 반복하고, 정교화하는 과정이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of a group program for a non-alcoholic member of alcoholic family. Nonequivalent control group pre-post test was used to examine depression, anxiety, self-esteem, enabling behavior, group consciousness, a sense of guilt being in mental hospital on non-alcoholic members. There are significant differences between the experimental and comparison groups on each dependent variable. This study is conducted as a part of intervention research. Intervention research is composed of sixth phases: (1) problem analysis and project planning (2) information gathering and synthesis (3) design (4) early development and pilot testing (5) evaluation and advanced development (6) dissemination. This study belongs to the fifth phase: evaluation and advanced development. This study centered on the two aspects of the evaluation and advanced development phase: selecting an experimental design, collecting and analyzing data. Need for further repeated intervention and elaboration in the field conditions is essential.

      • Taxonomic study of the genus Archips Hübner (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae) in Korea

        The genus Archips is a large group of the family Tortricidae, which includes 136 species in the world. In Korea, 17 species of the genus Archips have been reported up to date. The genus has difficulty in morphological classification with the species because of the sexual dimorphism between male and female. However, the study of the genus Archips with the morphological differences of both sexes has not been studied in Korea. Also, some species are known to pests of agricultural and ornamental plants. In this study, adult and genitalic structure are examined and illustrated. Also, the distributional ranges and collecting localities are provided. And the additional molecular data is necessary because of the ambiguous external characters. So, the result of the DNA barcoding were added.

      • DNA barcode of the uncertain species of the family Tortricidae (Lepidoptera), Archips audax Razowski and A. asiaticus Walsingham

        This study was carried out to clarify the taxonomic status position between two species, Archips audax and A. asiaticus of the family Tortricidae, which have been confused due in their very similar character in appearance. For the reason, A. asiaticus has been treated as junior of A. audax in Korea until now (Park and Byun, 1989). Also, it has been known as synonym of A. audax too in Japan (Suzuki and Komai, 1984). However, in China A. asiaticus has been listed as a valid species (Park et al,. 2014). The aim of this study is to clarify the taxonomic differences between the two species with DNA barcoding. We conducted the tree with the result of DNA barcoding by using MAGA 6. A. audax and A. asiaticus build in different clade and distance was 0.02. In this study, we extracted COI gene for DNA barcode and analyzed the sequences using MEGA 6. Also, genitalic dissection and observation of morphology were conducted. As the result, we have to treated A. asiaticus is valid species.

      • Korean species of the genus Choristoneura Lederer (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae)

        This study was conducted to clarify the faunistic information of the genus Choristoneura in Korea. The genus Choristoneura belongs to the tribe Archipini of the family Tortricidae, including 46 species in the world. Among them, Choristoneura albaniana (Walker) is the only one species with a Holarctic distribution (Dang, 1992; Fagua et al., 2014). In Korea, 7 species of the genus Choristoneura have been reported up to date. But taxonomic location of some species in the genus are still confused: e.g. transfer of Choristoneura evanidana to Archips; Choristoneura simonyi to Xenotemna and so on. Also, it is necessary to identify correctly the genus Choristoneura, especially known as the forest pest. In this study, we rearrange and re-place the species, including nomenclatural changes according the current study.

        당귀에서 발생한 토마토반점위조바이러스의 감염 첫 보고

        2019년 6월 충남 논산의 당귀 재배 농가에서 원형반점, 괴사 반점, 황화, 모자이크 등의 증상을 보이는 당귀잎을 채집하였 고, 이들 시료에 대한 바이러스 감염 여부를 확인하기 위하여 전자현미경 검경과 감염우려가 있는 바이러스 3종(cucumber mosaic virus, broad bean wilt virus 2, tomato spotted wilt virus [TSWV])에 대해 reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction 진단을 수행한 결과 TSWV에 대해 양성반응을 보였다. 당귀 TSWV의 생물학적 특성을 구명하기 위해 순수분리하여 5 과 28종의 지표식물과 일당귀에 즙액접종하여 기주범위와 병 원성을 확인하였다. TSWV의 3 segment (L, M, S)의 전체 염기서 열을 결정하고 기존에 보고된 TSWV 분리주와 계통분석을 한 결과, 당귀 TSWV 분리주(NS-AG-28)는 논산지역의 머위 분리주 (TSWV-NS-BB20)와 가장 유사한 것으로 나타났다. TSWV는 넓 은기주범위를가지고있고특히고추,토마토등가지과작물 에 큰 피해를 주고 있기 때문에, 당귀가 TSWV의 중간기주로서 작용하지 않도록 주의하고, 당귀의 바이러스병 피해를 예방하 기 위하여 지속적인 모니터링이 요구된다. In June 2019, Angelica acutiloba plants showing virus-like symptoms such as chlorotic local lesion and mosaic on the leaves were found in a greenhouse in Nonsan, South Korea. To identify the causal virus, we collected 6 symptomatic A. acutiloba leaf samples and performed reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) analysis using specific detection primers for three reported viruses including tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV). RT-PCR results showed that five symptomatic samples were positive for TSWV. Mechanical sap inoculation of one of the collected TSWV isolate (TSWV-NS-AG28) induced yellowing, chlorosis and mosaic symptoms in A. acutiloba and necrotic local lesions and mosaic in Solanaceae species. Phylogenetic analysis based on the complete genome sequences showed that TSWV-NS-AG28 had a maximum nucleotide identity with TSWV- NS-BB20 isolated from butterbur in Nonsan, South Korea. To our knowledge, this is the first report of TSWV infection in A. acutiloba.

        아욱에서 분리한 Malva Vein Clearing Virus 분리주의 특성

        In September 2017, vein clearing and yellowing symptoms resembling those caused by viruses were observed on leaves of Malva verticillata in Chungnam, Korea. Nucleic acids were extracted from leaves of five symptomatic plants and tested by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction using four virus specific primer pairs including malva vein clearing virus (MVCV). Amplicons of the expected size (600 bp) were obtained from total RNA of all samples using the MVCV-specific primers. To confirm the presence of MVCV in symptomatic plants, the DNA fragments from three samples were purified, and directly sequenced. BLAST analysis revealed that it shared the highest nucleotide identity (99%) with a MVCV isolate from tomato (Mexico). The virus isolates obtained from the third re-inoculated Chenopodium was designated as Cm1–5. Tissue from Cm1, Cm3, and Cm5 isolates was mechanically sap inoculated into 23 indicator plants. Cm3 isolate induced chlorotic local and mosaic symptoms in Althaea rosea. Phylogenetic analysis based on coat protein gene of 19 MVCV isolates from 6 different countries and plant species, did not correlated with either the geographical origin of the isolates, or pathogenicity. To our knowledge, this study first reports the natural occurrence of MVCV on M. verticillata in Korea and characterization of three Korean isolates of MVCV. 2017년 9월 충남 예산지역의 아욱 잎에서 엽맥퇴록 및 황화등 바이러스 증상 관찰되었다. 증상이 있는 아욱 5주에서 핵산을 추출하여 아욱엽맥투명바이러스(Malva vein clearing virus, MVCV)를 포함한 4종 바이러스 특이 프라이머를 이용하여 reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction 수행하였다. MVCV 특이 프라이머로 증폭된 total RNA 5점에서 600 bp 의 분자크기를 갖는 밴드가 확인되었다. MVCV 확인하기 위하여 여기서 얻어진 PCR 산물 3개를 정제 후 direct sequencing 으로 염기서열을 결정하였다. BLAST 검색 결과, 멕시코의 토마토에서 분리된 MVCV 분리주와 99%로 가장 높은 상동성을 보였다. 명아주속 식물을 이용하여 단일국부병반을 3회 분리 후Cm1–5으로 명명하였다. Cm1, Cm3, Cm5 분리주를 23종의 지표식물에 즙액 접종하였다. Cm3 분리주는 접시꽃에 퇴록반점및 모자이크 증상을 나타내었다. 국내 아욱 3 분리주를 포함한6개 다른 국가 및 식물 종에서 분리된 19 MVCV 분리주들에 대한 외피 단백질 유전자의 계통학적 유연관계분석 결과, 지리적 기원 또는 병원성과는 관련되지 않았다. 본 연구는 국내 아욱에서MVCV의 자연 발생 및 3 분리주의 특성에 대한 첫 보고이다.

        학령전 아동의 정서이해와 부모의 정서표현성 및 아동정서 수용태도와의 관계

        This study investigated the relation between preschoolers' emotion understanding and parents' emotion expressiveness and attitude toward children's emotion expressiveness. Subjects were ninety 3- to 5-year old children and their parents. Parents' emotion socialization was measured by PACES developed by Saami(1989) and FEQ developed by Harberstadt(1986). And preschoolers' identification of basic emotional expressions and expression of their own feelings and others' feelings in various situations were measured. Results revealed that 5-year-old children understood emotion better than 3-year-old children, and mother's positive emotion expression influenced children's emotion understanding. The results are consistent with recent research showing that parents emotion socialization may be important for preschoolers' emotion understanding.

        Complete Genome Sequence Analysis of Two Divergent Groups of Sweet potato chlorotic fleck virus Isolates Collected from Korea

        The Sweet potato chlorotic fleck virus (SPCFV), of the genus Carlavirus (family Betaflexiviridae), was first detected as one of several viruses infecting sweet potatoes (Ipomea batatas L.) in Korea. Out of 154 sweet potato samples collected in 2012 that were showing virus-like symptoms, 47 (31%) were infected with SPCFV, along with other viruses. The complete genome sequences of four SPCFV isolates were determined and analyzed using previously reported genome sequences. The complete genomes were found to contain 9,104-9,108 nucleotides, excluding the poly-A tail, containing six putative open reading frames (ORFs). Further, the SPCFV Korean isolates were divided into two groups (Group I and Group II) by phylogenetic analysis based on the complete nucleotide sequences; Group I and Group II had low nucleotide sequence identities of about 73%. For the first time, we determined the complete genome sequence for the Group II SPCFV isolates. The amino acid sequence identity in coat proteins (CP) between the two groups was over 90%, whereas the amino acid sequence identity in other proteins was less than 80%. In addition, SPCFV Korean isolates had a low amino acid sequence identity (61% CPs and 47% in the nucleotide- binding protein [NaBp] region) to that of Melon yellowing-associated virus (MYaV), a typical Carlavirus.

        Integrated dataset of the Korean Genome and Epidemiology Study cohort with estimated air pollution data

        Public concern about the adverse health effects of air pollution has grown rapidly in Korea, and there has been increasing demand for research on ways to minimize the health effects of air pollution. Integrating large epidemiological data and air pollution exposure levels can provide a data infrastructure for studying ambient air pollution and its health effects. The Korean Genome and Epidemiology Study (KoGES), a large population-based study, has been used in many epidemiological studies of chronic diseases. Therefore, KoGES cohort data were linked to air pollution data as a national resource for air pollution studies. Air pollution data were produced using community multiscale air quality modeling with additional adjustment of monitoring data, satellite-derived aerosol optical depth, normalized difference vegetation index, and meteorological data to increase the accuracy and spatial resolution. The modeled air pollution data were linked to the KoGES cohort based on participants’ geocoded residential addresses in grids of 1 km (particulate matter) or 9 km (gaseous air pollutants and meteorological variables). As the integrated data become available to all researchers, this resource is expected to serve as a useful infrastructure for research on the health effects of air pollution.
