중국 데이터 요소 정책에 따른 개인정보 보호법의 입법 동향

        国,瀚文(Guo Han Wen),李東原(Lee, Dong Won) 충북대학교 법학연구소 2020 法學硏究 Vol.31 No.1

There is a certain conflict and contradiction between the flow of data and the protection of personal information, which mainly reflects the trade-off between the efficiency of data sharing and the protection of personal information. The protection of personal rights, such as personal privacy and personal information, depends on the institutional design aspect. If you encourage the sharing of data, it may affect the protection of personal information, and, on the contrary, protect personal information and data rights excessively and strictly restricting the flow of the data will hinder economic development. Globally, how to properly coordinate and handle the relationship between the two is a common challenge facing legal systems in many countries. In general, the EU places more emphasis on privacy, and US law is paying more attention to the use of personal information to strengthen its dominance in the data industry. However, the general trend of the two legal systems in the process of driving the digital economy is that they are more concerned with the protection of privacy rights. In most cases, the privacy-exchange behavior for efficiency helps promote the development of digital transactions because individuals can approve their use of data, allowing data-driven companies to collect, store and use personal information. However, the continued leakage of personal information from data-driven companies reflects the seriousness of the problem. Therefore, in order to promote the flow of information data, personal information must be protected. The digital factor policy presents new development concepts and requirements to promote digital transactions and enhance privacy. The development of data transactions must find a balance between the two. Only when this balance is achieved, the companies can properly conduct business activities using normally collected data, and also protects users personal information from being leaked and protects their rights when their legitimate rights are violated. This balance must be realized concretely by self-training of the state and corporations and individual participation. The “quantum balance” legislative model based on the legislative direction for “multiple co-development” has a clear institutional advantage, which allows for the integration of existing laws and the comprehensive protection of personal privacy according to China s national situation.

Comparative Genomics Profiling of Clinical Isolates of Helicobacter pylori in Chinese Populations Using DNA Microarray

        Han, Yue-Hua,Liu, Wen-Zhong,Shi, Yao-Zhou,Lu, Li-Qiong,Xiao, Shudong,Zhang, Qing-Hua,Zhao, Guo-Ping The Microbiological Society of Korea 2007 The journal of microbiology Vol.45 No.1

In order to search for specific genotypes related to this unique phenotype, we used whole genomic DNA microarray to characterize the genomic diversity of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) strains isolated from clinical patients in China. The open reading frame (ORF) fragments on our microarray were generated by PCR using gene-specific primers. Genomic DNA of H. pylori 26695 and J99 were used as templates. Thirty-four H. pylori isolates were obtained from patients in Shanghai. Results were judged based on In(x) transformed and normalized Cy3/Cy5 ratios. Our microarray included 1882 DNA fragments corresponding to 1636 ORFs of both sequenced H. pylori strains. Cluster analysis, revealed two diverse regions in the H. pylori genome that were not present in other isolates. Among the 1636 genes, 1091 (66.7%) were common to all H. pylori strains, representing the functional core of the genome. Most of the genes found in the H. pylori functional core were responsible for metabolism, cellular processes, transcription and biosynthesis of amino acids, functions that are essential to H. pylori's growth and colonization in its host. In contrast, 522 (31.9%) genes were strain-specific genes that were missing from at least one strain of H. pylori. Strain-specific genes primarily included restriction modification system components, transposase genes, hypothetical proteins and outer membrane proteins. These strain-specific genes may aid the bacteria under specific circumstances during their long-term infection in genetically diverse hosts. Our results suggest 34 H. pylori clinical strains have extensive genomic diversity. Core genes and strain-specific genes both play essential roles in H. pylori propagation and pathogenesis. Our microarray experiment may help select relatively significant genes for further research on the pathogenicity of H. pylori and development of a vaccine for H. pylori.

Crossed Andreev reflection in a quantum dot coupled to a topological superconducting single-stranded DNA

        Han-Zhao Tang,Guan-Jun Ding,Xue-Wen Guo 한국물리학회 2020 Current Applied Physics Vol.20 No.11

We investigate the crossed Andreev reflection (CAR) through a quantum dot (QD) coupled to topological superconducting single-stranded DNA (ssDNA). It is found that the topological nontrivial states appear in the QD due to leakage of the Majorana zero mode. Majorana zero mode can be identified by measuring the CAR. This device can be used as a Majorana zero mode detector that relies on the system parameters, such as the spin orbit coupling, the twist angle, molecular length. A high efficiency Cooper pair splitter can be realized by regulating the magnitude and direction of the gate voltage. In additions, the signature of CAR is robust against the Coulomb blockade and the disorder induced by distinct amino acids. This work provides an alternative method for detection of Majorana zero mode in ssDNA.

Effect of SiO2 content on the microstructure and consolidation mechanism of recrystallized silicon carbide

        Wenming Guo,Hanning Xiao,Haibo Lei,Pengzhao Gao,Wen Xie,Qing Li 한양대학교 세라믹연구소 2011 Journal of Ceramic Processing Research Vol.12 No.6

In this paper, the influence of SiO2 on the microstructure and consolidation mechanism of recrystallized silicon carbide (RSiC)was studied by comparing the relationship of the weight losses and microstructural evolution with the SiO2 contents at different firing temperatures. The results showed that the presence of SiO2 resulted in a basic weight loss proportional to the SiO2 content and an additional weight loss independent of the SiO2 content. The consolidation mechanism of SiC was not altered by the introduction of SiO2, involving surface diffusion at low temperatures and an evaporation-condensation process at the high temperature, while the residual ambient atmosphere primarily including SiO(g), Si2C(g) and Si(g) inhibited the recrystallization of SiC by altering the mass transport from SiC2(g), Si2C(g) and Si(g) for pure SiC to that combined with the gaseous transport of SiO(g), Si2C(g), Si(g) and SiC(g), and the surface diffusion of C(s) at the high temperature.

      • HE4 as a Serum Biomarker for ROMA Prediction and Prognosis of Epithelial Ovarian Cancer

        Chen, Wen-Ting,Gao, Xiang,Han, Xiao-Dian,Zheng, Hui,Guo, Lin,Lu, Ren-Quan Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2014 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.15 No.1

Background and Purpose: Human epididymis protein 4 (HE4) has been suggested to be a novel biomarker of epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC). The present study aimed to evaluate and compare HE4 with the commonly used marker, carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), in prediction and therapy-monitoring of EOC. Patients and Methods: Serum HE4 concentrations from 123 ovarian cancer patients and 174 controls were measured by Roche electrochemiluminescent immunoassay (ECLIA). Risk of ovarian malignancy algorithm (ROMA) values were calculated and assessed. In addition, the prospects of HE4 detection for therapy-monitoring were evaluated in EOC patients. Results: The ROMA score could classify patients into high- and low-risk groups with malignancy. Indeed, lower serum HE4 was significantly associated with successful surgical therapy. Specifically, 38 patients with EOC exhibited a greater decline of HE4 compared with CA125. In contrast, elevation of HE4 better predicted recurrence (of 46, 11 patients developed recurrence, and with it increased HE4 serum concentrations) and a poor prognosis than CA125. Conclusions: This study suggests that serum HE4 levels are closely associated with outcome of surgical therapy and disease prognosis in Chinese EOC patients.

Promoting role of sulfur groups in selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH3 over H2SO4 modified activated carbons

        Qianqian Guo,Wen Jing,Shangzeng Cheng,Zhanggen Huang,Dekui Sun,Yaqin Hou,Xiaojin Han 한국화학공학회 2015 Korean Journal of Chemical Engineering Vol.32 No.11

To determine the role of sulfur groups formed on activated carbon (AC) in the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NO with NH3, coal-based AC was modified by H2SO4 under various conditions and then treated in N2 atmosphere at 400 oC. The resulting carbons were characterized by N2 adsorption, elemental analysis, temperature programmed desorption and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and tested for the SCR of NO with NH3 in the temperature range of 30-250 oC. Results reveal that H2SO4 modification has little effect on the textural properties, but promotes the formation of sulfur and oxygen groups. The sulfur groups incorporated by H2SO4 modification are mainly sulfonic groups and then sulfates. In particular, these sulfur groups play a predominant role in improving NH3 adsorption and then enhancing the SCR activity of modified carbons above 150 oC. However, the contribution of oxygen groups to NO reduction is very limited under the conditions employed in this work.

Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms of the GnRHR Gene Associated with Reproductive Traits of Japanese Flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus)

        He, Feng,Wen, Hai-Shen,Li, Ji-Fang,Yu, Da-Hui,Ma, Rui-Qin,Shi, Dan,Mu, Wei-Jie,Zhang, Yuan-Qing,Hu, Jian,Liu, Miao,Han, Wei-Guo,Zhang, Jia-Nan,Wang, Qing-Qing,Yuan, Yu-Ren,Liu, Qun Asian Australasian Association of Animal Productio 2011 Animal Bioscience Vol.24 No.4

Gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptor (GnRHR) gene is expressed at the anterior pituitary gland and plays a key role in gonad development. This study aimed to investigate molecular genetic characteristics of the GnRHR gene and elucidate the effects of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of GnRHR gene on sex steroid level in Japanese flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus). We used polymerase chain reaction single-strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-SSCP) and sequencing of the GnRHR gene in 75 individuals. We identified three SNPs in the GnRHR gene: P1 locus (C759A and C830T) in the coding region of exon2 which were both linked together and P2 locus (G984T) in the coding region of exon3, which added a new transcript factor (ADR1) and a new methylation site (CG). Only C830T of P1 leads to amino acid changes Thr266Ile. Statistical analysis showed that P1 was significantly associated with $17{\beta}$-estradiol ($E_2$) level (p<0.01) and gonadosomatic index (GSI) (p<0.05). Individuals with genotype BB of P1 had significantly higher serum $E_2$ levels (p<0.01) and GSI (p<0.05) than those of genotype AA or AB. Another SNP, P2, synonymous mutation, was significantly associated with GSI (p<0.05). Individuals with genotype AB of P2 had significantly higher GSI (p<0.05) than that of genotype AA. In addition, there was a significant association between one diplotype based on three SNPs and reproductive traits. The genetic effects for both serum $E_2$ level and GSI of diplotype D4 were super diplotypes (p<0.05). These results suggest that the SNPs in Japanese Flounder GnRHR are associated with $E_2$ level and GSI.

Circular RNA cFAM210A, degradable by HBx, inhibits HCC tumorigenesis by suppressing YBX1 transactivation

        Yu Jian,Li Wen,Hou Guo-jun,Sun Da-peng,Yang Yuan,Yuan Sheng-xian,Dai Zhi-hui,Yin Hao-zan,Sun Shu-han,Huang Gang,Zhou Wei-ping,Yang Fu 생화학분자생물학회 2023 Experimental and molecular medicine Vol.55 No.-

Hepatitis B protein x (HBx) has been reported to promote tumorigenesis in hepatitis B virus (HBV)-related hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), but the mechanism awaits further investigation. In this study, we found that cFAM210A (a circular RNA derived from the third exon of transcript NM_001098801 of the FAM210A gene; CircBase ID: hsa_circ_0003979) can be silenced by HBx. cFAM210A expression was downregulated and negatively correlated with tumorigenesis in patients with HBV-related HCC. Furthermore, cFAM210A reduced the proliferation, stemness, and tumorigenicity of HCC cells. Mechanistically, HBx increased the N6-methyladenosine (m6A) level of cFAM210A by promoting the expression of RBM15 (an m6A methyltransferase), thus inducing the degradation of cFAM210A via the YTHDF2-HRSP12-RNase P/MRP pathway. cFAM210A bound to YBX1 and inhibited its phosphorylation, suppressing its transactivation function toward MET. These findings suggest the important role of circular RNAs in HBx-induced hepatocarcinogenesis and identify cFAM210A a potential target in the prevention and treatment of HBV-related HCC.
