        簡談四川保路運動爆發及失控緣由

        The outbreak of Sichuan Railway-Right Protecting Movement and its going out of control was closely related to the mutual estrangement between the imperial court and local bureaucracy in dealing with the local incident. Such estrangement could be seen not only in the central governmenth`s ignorance of the local interests during their decision-making, but also in their hawkish attitude and over-dependence on the central bureaucrats in their dealing with the local and collective event. The imperial power didn`t agree with the local officials on spot of the incident who took a compromising policy to pacify the movement. The central commissioners appointed by the imperial court, although they were far away from the event and lacking the necessary information about the reality and the change of the movement, had directly influenced the central government`s estimation and decision of the whole event. What`s more, there were other missteps and oversights of the central government in appointing the commissioners, arranging the military defense, and choosing the contingents measures etc. All of these made their contributions in turning a local and collective event into a revolution that had led to the final overthrow of Qing Dynasty.

        Analysis of high speed bearing based on virtual rods model

        The traditional high-speed ball bearing analysis is based on the quasi-static model proposed by Jones-Harris (J-H). This study gives another bearing analysis model based on the relative position of the ball center and the centers of curvature of the raceway grooves, described by the virtual rods. Specifically, the load and deformation of the virtual rods are determined according to the principle of force transmissibility, the translation theorem of a force, and elastic-contact deformation between steel ball bearings and raceway grooves. And the iterative variables such as the axial, radial and angular deformations are gradually introduced into the calculation model to solve the force and kinematic parameters under pure axial load, bidirectional and tri-directional combined loads. The correctness of the virtual rods model is verified by the contact angle for axial and bidirectional load. The influence of gyroscopic moment and raceway grooves control parameter on the actual contact angle under tridirectional loading conditions are calculated and analyzed respectively. The proposed model uses fewer equations and lower-dimension parameters than those used by the traditional highspeed ball bearing analysis method, improves the solution rate of the equations.

        This paper analyzed the composing and compensation principle of Static Var Compensator control system, and designed the model reference adaptive controller based on Liapunov stability theory. In the end, the dynamic and static voltage and current waveform under unbalance load condition was shown, and the feasibility of this controller was verified by experiment.

        Life extension analysis of high speed ball bearing based on multi-parameter coupling

        The internal contact nonlinear characteristics caused by the quasi-static properties of high-speed ball bearing is taken as a breakthrough point. Based on the L-P fatigue life theory, the bearing parameters and the preload load are used as the constraint variables to establish an overall bearing life extension model. Then, combined with the influence of geometric parameters on the osculation, the influence mechanism between spin-to-roll ratio and the life of the bearing are studied under the individual variation of the geometric parameters. Finally, the variation law of the bearing life, frictional heat generation and spin-to-roll ratio under the coupling changes of various parameters, and the priority of each parameter on the bearing life sensitivity, are investigated. The results show that the bearing life could be prolonged when the initial contact angle and the number of rolling elements increase but the inner and outer raceway curvature radius coefficients of the bearing and the preload force reduce. And the priority order of each parameter to bearing life sensitivity is as follows: the inner and outer raceway curvature radius coefficients shows the strongest influence on the bearing life, followed by the number of balls, and then the initial contact angle. This research provides a reliable theoretical basis for the design of high-speed ball bearings and life extension technology.

        중국 현대 클라리넷 작품 중 민족음악 요소 연구 『목마의 노래』와 『파미이지음』을 중심으로

        중국의 오랜 역사 과정에서 풍부하고 소중한 소수민족의 전통음악은 형성되었다. 각 민족은 발전 과정에서 독특한 자연환경과 특수한 생활과 생산 방식에 따라 자기만의 세계관과 음악 문화를 만들어 냈다. 클라리넷은 서양 악기로서, 중국에 전래되는 과정에서 중국 소수민족 문화의 영향을 어느 정도 받아왔다. 따라서 음악가들은 중국 소수민족 음악 중의 여러 요소를 표현하는 데에 서양 악기를 사용하는 방법을 모색했다. 본 논문은 중국 소수민족 음악의 요소를 사용하여 창작된 현대 클라리넷 작품 작곡가 왕염의 『목마의 노래』와 작곡가 호벽정의『파미이지음』을 중심으로 작품의 형성 유래, 작품에 나타난 예술적인 표현 특징 등 두 측면에서 클라리넷에서 표현되는 민족적인 요소를 분석하고자 한다. 구체적으로는 민족음악의 모드 음계, 박자, 리듬과 선율의 표현기법, 그리고 소수민족 전통 악기를 모방한 소리의 특징 등 다섯 가지 내용으로 구성된다. 또한 지역, 생산, 생활, 민족 정서 등과 접목하여 작품에 사용된 타지크족과 몽골족 음악에 나타난 민족문화의 특징을 분석한다. 본 연구는 중국 현대 클라리넷 작품의 음악 스타일을 습득하고자 하는 창작자와 연주자에게 이론적인 근거를 제공하고 서양 악기로 중국 전통 음악을 연주할 더 좋은 방법을 모색하고자 한다. During the Chinas long history, many ethnic groups have developed their own traditions of local music which is an important part of their precious cultures. Meanwhile, each ethnic group developed its own worldview and music culture according to its unique living environment, special lifestyle and mode of production. The clarinet is a Western instrument, and has been influenced to some extent by Chinese minority culture while being introduced to China. Therefore, musicians tried to find ways of using Western musical instruments to express various elements of Chinese minority music. Focusing on two clarinet works The Song of Grazing Horses by Wang Yan and The Sound of Pamir Clarinet Concerto by Hu Bijing, this paper aims to analyze the musical characteristics of minority groups expressed by the clarinet in two aspects: the formation of the music style, the artistic characteristics conveyed through the works. Specifically, it consists of five parts: ethnic mode and tonality, rhythm, time signature, melody making, and imitation of animals. It also analyzes the cultural characteristics of Tajik and Mongolian music reflected in the two works in combination with living environment, mode of production, life style, and ethnic emotions. This study aims to provide a theoretical basis for composers and performers who want to understand and acquire the musical style of modern Chinese clarinet works. It also helps to find a better way to play traditional Chinese music with Western instruments.

      • Nutrition Knowledge, Attitude and Practice on Prevention of Childhood Obesity in Parents of Preschool Children in Chengdu, China

        Parents play an important role in the development of their children's nutritional knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP). This study was conducted to investigate and assess the nutrition KAP status related to prevention of childhood obesity for parents of preschool children. 1828 subjects were selected cluster-randomly from 6 kindergartens in the urban of Chengdu, China and were surveyed by questionnaire. The results showed that the rate above $80\%$ of total score were $64.3\%(K),\;89.6\%(A),\;19.5\%(P)$ respectively. The nutrition KAP score of subjects was influenced by their education, gender and age. K, A and P scores were positively correlated with each other. The most expected approach obtained nutritional information for subjects was from newspaper, magazines, lectures and TV. It is concluded that the parents of preschool children in Chengdu indicated the limited nutrition knowledge, imperfect nutrition practice and better nutrition attitude. It is suggested that more nutritional education programs on childhood obesity prevention should be given mainly by newspapers, magazines and lectures in this population.

        Microvascular autologous submandibular gland transplantation in severe cases of keratoconjunctivitis sicca

        Dry eye syndrome is a relatively common disease of the tears and ocular surfaces that results in discomfort, visual disturbance, and tear film instability with possible damage to the ocular surfaces. Microvascular submandibular gland (SMG) transfer offers a surgical alternative for a permanent autologous substitution of tears using the basal secretion of a transplanted SMG. Long-term follow-up reveals that this technique is a lasting and effective solution for patients with severe dry eye syndrome. The uncomfortable symptoms were relieved, and the frequency of use of pharmaceutical tear substitutes was reduced. Objective examination showed significant improvement in tear film and some features of ocular surface such as breakup time of tear film and corneal staining. Patients may suffer from obstruction of Wharton's duct or epiphora after surgery. Activation of secretion-related receptors could improve the early hypofunction of the denervated SMG and prevent the duct obstruction. Reduction surgery, partial SMG transplantation, uses of atropine gel or Botulinum toxin A could be the choices of treatment for epiphora.

        Effect of Sub-Structure and Precipitation Behavior on Mechanical Properties of Al–xCu–Li Alloys

        The tensile properties and microstructure of extruded and cold rolled 2A55 Al–Li alloys with different Cu content werestudied. After solution treatment, the strength of extruded sheets is slightly higher than that of cold rolled sheets due to strongdeformation texture and high density of substructure. However, the strength change order is different with the increase of Cucontent with T6-24 h. The extruded sample with higher Cu content have higher strength due to many dense T1precipitates. The δ′/θ′/δ′ composite precipitates and θ′ precipitates suppress the formation of T1precipitates, which cause cold rolled samplewith higher Cu content shows lower strength. Additionally, many fine T1precipitates nucleate at the sub-grain boundariesformed in the extrusion process, which have a significant effect on the mechanical property.

        Crack Resistance and Strength Properties of Red Clay Modified with Lignocellulose and Guar gum

        Desiccation cracking is a common problem of red clay under wet and dry conditions. The presence of cracks could reduce soil strength properties, which is the major reason for shallow failure of red clay slopes. This study aims to propose some additives to improve the crack resistance as well as the strength of red clay. To this end, three natural fibers and three natural gels were primarily selected to modify red clay. Desiccation crack tests were conducted to identify the best fiber and gel in terms of crack resistance. Then, direct shear tests and uniaxial tensile tests were performed on the soil specimens modified by the best fiber and gel to determine the optimal dosages regarding strength improvements. The results demonstrated that natural gels reduced the crack resistance of red clay, while natural fibers could enhance the crack resistance. Lignocellulose was the best additive in improving the crack resistance of red clay, and the modified effect was positively correlated with the fiber dosage. Adding 1.5% lignocellulose into red clay could reduce the crack rate from 2.19% to 0.30%, with a reduction of 0.86 times. The tensile strength, shear strength and its parameters of lignocellulose-modified red clay showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with increasing lignocellulose dosage. At the optimal lignocellulose dosage of 0.75%, the shear strength and tensile strength were increased by 44.63% and 18.21%, respectively. The strength of red clay modified by both lignocellulose and guar gum was positively correlated with the dosage of guar gum, and the desirable dosage of guar gum was 1.0%. In engineering practice, the wet red clay mixed with 0.75% lignocellulose and grass seeds can be employed as planting soil and is sprayed uniformly onto the slope surface after excavation using a spraying planting machine. To further improve the strength of the planting soil, 1.0% guar gum solution can be sprayed on the soil surface. The findings could provide useful guidance for the protection of red clay slopes.
