        To take a comparative analysis on the score factor of the high school and the college game, a count and a score factor, It was made use of the ststistical data package(SPSSPC). And analyzed the correlation of the score factor and each score, and examine it on the 50 games of high school('91 Bong Hwang Flag) and the 50 games of college ('91 Spring Season College Baseball). Such as score content (thd number of times, out count, Ball count, Base, Score factor) by the frequency analysis. The result of distinctive analysis on the score factor and count are as follows. 1. The result of the frequency analysis 1) Score of the number of the times(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9 times) High school gains the total score 201(mean 4.20) and college gains the total score 271(mean 5.42), therefore, college gains much greater score by 70 than high school. High school gains many score in the 1,4 and 5 times, but college gains many score in the 2,6,7 and 8 times. This shows that a pithcher of high school is weak in physical power in the 4 and 5 times, but college pitcher is weak in physical power in the 7 and 8 times. 2) The score of Base on (0 base, 1 base, 3 base, 1.2 base, 1.3 base, 2.3 base, Full- base ), While the High school student gains many score when a runner is in the second point, the college student gains many score when a runner in the second, first and home. 3) The score of out count (No out, One out, Two out) While the high school student gains many score after one out, the college student after two out. 4) The score Ball count (0-0, 0-1, 0-3, 1-0, 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 2-0, 2-1, 2-2, 2-3) Both of them gains many score in the 0-0, While shows that the power of pitcher is greater than the batting power. 5) The score of the score factor (1 base hit, Two base hit, Three base hit, Home-run, bunt, Taxas hit, Sacrifice fly, Sacrifice burt, Dead Ball, Error, Steal, Balk) Both of them gains many score in the HR, One base hit, Fly score (mean 0.188) of high school is less than college (mean 0.306), Which shows that baseball player of high school is less skillful than those of college. 2. The correlation analysis of the score famtor and ball count. 1) The correaltion analysis of strice and the score factor in high school and college. There are a few scores for the three base hit in that case. It seems that this is the same result score of the frequency analysis. 2) The correlation analysis of the score factor and each strike in high school score anr not connected with one base hit and Three base hit in the NO out situation, not connected with Three base hit and HR in the One out sitration and not connected with Two base hit and Three base hit in the Two out situation. 3) The correlaion analysis of the score factor and each strike in college. Score are not connected with One base hit and Three base hit in the No out situation, not connected with Three base hit in the One out situation and not connected with One base hit and Three base hit in the Two out situation. 3. Distinctive analysis of Ball count and base hit in detail. 1) Distinctive analysis between No strike and No Ball. One base hit is not connected with any score in the High school games. 2) Distinctive analysis between No strike and One Ball. Two base hit and HR is not connected with any score in the High school games. 3) Distinctive analysis between No strike and Two Ball. One base hit and HR is not connected with any score in the High school games. Two base hit is not connected with any score in the High school games. 4) Distinctive analysis between One strike and Three Ball. This two games are not meaningful, for which is the waiting strstegy. 5) Distinctive analysis between One strike and No Ball. While a base hit is not connected with any score in the High school game, One base hit. Two base hit and HR are connected with the score in the college games. 6) Distinctive analysis between One strike One Ball. While One base hit, Two base hit and HR are connected with the score in the High school game, None are connected with the score in the college games. 7) Distinctive analysis between One strike and Two Ball. While One base hit, Two base hit and HR are connected with the score in the High school games, Only Two base hit and One base in the college games. 8) Distinctive analysis between One strike three Ball. While Only HR is connected with the score in the High school games, One base hit, Two base hit and HR in the college games. 9) Distinctive analysis between Two strike and No Ball. While One base hit and Two base hit and are connected with the score in the High school games, None in college games. 10) Distinctive analysis between Two strike One Ball. While Two base hit and HR are connected with the score in the High school game, None in college games. 11) Distinctive analysis between Two strike and Two Ball. Only HR is connected with the score in the High school games, but One base hit and Two base hit in the college games. 12) Distinctive analysis between Two strike and Three Ball. While One base hit and HR are connected with the score in the High school games, Only One base hit in the college games. According to the Distinctive analysis as the correlation analysis in detail, I see that a certain Ball count in a certain score facter is most meaniangful. According to the frequency analysis, the college wnvireoment is superior to the high school wnviroment such as the batting power, the power of pitcher, the physical power, the skill, the games operation, the emergency control, therefore the college students have many scores and little mistake. High school player is more positive in an attack than college player after two strikes because of the faithful performance of the manager's stratehy and the weak batting power. Also, the frontal attack makes many mistake. That is to say, High school that is superior the batting power to the of pitcher that has the lack of the pitcher's emergency control and the fielding range is connected with many scores. Studying the pitcher of High school, the short period of pitcher's change can reduce many mistakes in every games. Not so much pitcher's sending the scoring position to attack as attacking only himself, I think batter gains many score more than weak pitcher in the most of games. In No strike and No Ball situation, HR gains many score, In that case, while a batter gains many score in attacking pitcher's ball as the first batting a pitcher should be taught the first careful ball that can be conected with the score. In One strike and Three Ball situation, many High school students use the waiting strategy that batter is very opsitive to a weak to a weak pitcher, but this stratehy should be used to gains many score as better's more positive attitude.

        An integrated dendrite-free zinc metal electrode for corrosion inhibition in aqueous system

        Zinc ion batteries have gotten increasing attention as a potential candidate for lithium-ion batteries, due totheir high specific capacity (820 mAh·g1), energy density, and safety. Inevitably, dendrite and corrosion create sometrouble for this system. Herein, an integrated Zn electrode coated by Zn-Al metal oxides prepared by a simple spincoatingmethod was utilized to increase the rechargeability for aqueous zinc ion batteries. By coating the Zn anodewith an artificial electrolyte interface, the wettability of Zn anodes was improved and impedance was reduced. Thecoating suppressed not only the appearance of dendrite but also the formation of corrosion products. The symmetricalcells with coating have a low overpotential (43mV) and an excellent life span. Meanwhile, the applied full batteriesexhibit an improved capacity retention rate (86.67% after 120 cycles), great rate performance and low apparent activationenergy (24.6 KJ·mol1). The simple production methods and superior corrosion suppression effects provide newideas for the anode protection of aqueous system batteries.

        지역사회와 연계한 유아인성교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초연구: 유아인성교육과 지역사회 연계프로그램에 대한 부모의 인식을 중심으로

        This study aims to examine the parents’ perception of character education for young children and a program connected to local community, as basic data to develop a young children’s character education program connected to local community. This study carried out a preliminary survey on 10 parents with young children in Jeollanamdo, and then conducted a survey research. The subjects were 490 parents with young children attending preschools and kindergartens in Gwangju metropolitan city and Jeollanamdo. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, descriptive statistic analysis, one-way analysis of variance, and scheffé test. The results of this study were as follows. Parents perceived that parents had a great effect on character of their children, and that responsibility, respect, and communication were the most important elements among the virtues of character education. Also, parents perceived that a program connected to local community should be demanded in order for young children to adjust to local community, and that an evaluation of the program should place an emphasis on examining whether or not the program was attractive to young children. Therefore, it is significant that this study provides basic data to develop a young children’s character education program connected to local community, by examining the parents’ perception of character education for young children and a program connected to local community.

        Effects of tryptophan and phenylalanine on tryptophol production in Saccharomyces cerevisiae revealed by transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses

        Tryptophol (TOL) is a metabolic derivative of tryptophan (Trp) and shows pleiotropic effects in humans, plants and microbes. In this study, the effect of Trp and phenylalanine (Phe) on TOL production in Saccharomyces cerevisiae was determined, and a systematic interpretation of TOL accumulation was offered by transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses. Trp significantly promoted TOL production, but the output plateaued (231.02−266.31 mg/L) at Trp concentrations ≥ 0.6 g/L. In contrast, Phe reduced the stimulatory effect of Trp, which was strongly dependent on the Phe concentration. An integrated genomic, transcriptomic, and metabolomic analysis revealed that the effect of Trp and Phe on TOL production was mainly related to the transamination and decarboxylation of the Ehrlich pathway. Additionally, other genes, including thiamine regulon genes (this), the allantoin catabolic genes dal1, dal2, dal4, and the transcriptional activator gene aro80, may play important roles. These findings were partly supported by the fact that the thi4 gene was involved in TOL production, as shown by heterologous expression analysis. To the best of our knowledge, this novel biological function of thi4 in S. cerevisiae is reported here for the first time. Overall, our findings provide insights into the mechanism of TOL production, which will contribute to TOL production using metabolic engineering strategies.

        Structure and Properties of Konjac Glucomannan/Galactoglucomannan Nanofiber Membrane

        Konjac glucomannan (KGM)/galactoglucomannan (GGM) nanofiber membranes were obtained through electrospinning technology. Rheological properties of KGM/GGM solutions were observed by using a rotary rheometer. The apparent morphological, characteristic group and thermal stability of nanofiber membranes were studied through scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectoscopy (FTIR) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) respectively. The physical and mechanical properties were also evaluated. Results revealed that the addition of GGM did not significantly affect the rheological properties of electrospinning solution. Increase in the amount of GGM in the nanofiber membrane resulted in gradual smoothening, uniformity and decrease in the number of nodes. KGM interacts with GGM through hydrogen-bond. Addition of GGM markedly enhanced the thermal stability, physical and mechanical properties of the nanofiber membrane. The study showed that the KGM/GGM nanofiber membrane have good potential for use in developing membrane based materials.
