목적 : 사람의 초기 임신 과정에서 phosphodiesterase type IV inhibitor인 rolipram이 탈락막내 IL-12를 억제하고 이에 따라 Th-1 계열의 cytokine이 감소하고 Th-2 cytokine이 증가하는지를 규명하는 것이 목적이다. 연구 방법 : 임신 12주 이전에 계류 유산으로 진단받은 10명과 정상임신에서 임신 중절 수술을 시행받은 10명에서 자궁 소파술을 통하여 탈락막 조직을 획득한 후 조직을 rolipram으로 Objective : To assess the capability of phosphodiesterase type IV inhibitor (rolipram) to suppress IL-12 in human decidua and the subsequent changes of Th-2 cytokine (IL-10) and Th-1 cytokine (TNF-α). Body temperature is controlled by thermoregulatory center of the hypothalamus. We report a case of 24 years old man with central fever. He was subjected to a partial excision of pituitary tumor compressing optic chiasm four years ago. He has received hormonal therapy for panhypothyroidism after removal of pituitary tumor. And He received gamma knife operation for partially contrast-enhancing masses in suprasellar and both hypothalamic areas that is probably postoperatively remnant or recurrent tumor of pituitary adenoma. One year after gamma knife operation, he presented with a febrile syndrome of unknown origin including rhabdomyolysis. All usual investigations proved negative. We diagnosed him as central fever with rhabdomyolysis. He received medical ICU care with cooling bed, ice pack. And his symptom improved. Postoperative hyperthermia may result following resection of the pituitary tumor. When central fever is suspected taking note of past history, a quick recognition of course of fever can help reduce the using of unnecessary antibiotics and hospital stay.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of common causes of cancer-related death in Korea where the majority of HCC patients were Hepaitc B virus(HBV)carriers and have cirrhosis. Transarterial chemoembolization(TACE)is commonly applied to the treatment of multinodular HCC in Korea and careful selection of candidate is important for the risk of various side effects. Besides common side effects as fever, nausea, abdominal pain and elevation of liver enzyme, TACE may predispose to hepatic failure, ischemic cholecystitis, pulmonary embolism, cerebral embolism and pneumonitis. In previous studies, some cases of pulmonary and cerebral embolism cases were reported but lipiodol pneumonitis after TACE was rarely reported. A 65-year-old woman with a multinodular HCC associated with HBV infection, was treated with TACE. Seven days after the procedure, nonspecific respiratory symptoms such as dyspnea and dry cough developed. Chest X-ray and chest computed tomography showed diffuse ground glass opacities in whole lung fields, suggestive of lipiodol pneumonitis. After several days of supportive care with steroid administration, radiologic abnormalities and subjective symptoms were much improved, considered that the disease was compatible with lipiodol pneumonitis.

최근 대학에서 IT-자동차 융복합 분야의 교육에서 많은 실험이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학 실험실에서 자동차 전공 학생들의 교육을 목적으로 센서네트워크 플렛폼을 구성을 위해 텔레메틱스 시스템을 설계 구현하고자 한다/ 개발한 시스템에 사용된 CPU 는h ATmega 를 사용하고 여기서 처리된 데이터를 네트워크에 전송하게 한다. 이 시스템은 자동차 전공자의 교육뿐만 아니라 이와 관련된 유사 분야에도 응용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Recently much attention on IT-based convergence technology is focused on educational area. In this paper we develop the IT-automobile convergence system in a sensor network for educational experiments at university. The developed system, which is based on standard for telematics, is used for controling an overheated engine of vehicle. This system includes CPU with ATmega, the data is transferred to the sensor network. The developed system is usefully applied to the educations and its related system at IT-automobile engineering.

최근 대학에서 자동차 전공의 학과가 많이 개설되어 기계공학적으로 많은 실험이 이루어지고 있지만 텔레메틱스는 전자 통신분야에서 부분적으로 실험되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대학 실험실에서 자동차 전공 학생들의 교육을 목적으로 텔레메틱스 시스템을 이해하고 응용하기 위한 표준규약을 기반으로 차량 내 센서 네트워크 플렛폼을 구성하고 자동차 기울기를 측정하는 네트워크를 구축 설계하고 구현한다. 기울기 측정 시스템에 사용된 CPU는 ATmega이고 여기서 처리된 데이터를 네트워크에 전송하게 한다. 이 시스템은 자동차 전공자의 교육뿐만 아니라 이와 관련된 유사 분야에도 유용하게 응용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The figures of merit in the on-resonance and off-resonance conditions ($FOM_{on}$ and $FOM_{off}$) for the piezoelectric energy harvester (PEH) were measured and compared in $[(K_{0.485}Na_{0.515})_{1-X}Li_X](Nb_{0.99}Ta_{0.01})O_3$ (x = 0.04 ~ 0.09) (KNLNT) ceramics with various Li contents. The crystal structure of CuO-doped KNLNT ceramics changes from orthorhombic to tetragonal around the Li fraction of 0.065. The stable temperature range for the tetragonal phase widens to both higher and lower temperatures as Li is substituted. The piezoelectric charge constant ($d_{33}$), electromechanical coupling factor ($k_p$) and mechanical quality factor ($Q_m$) have maximum values at the Li fraction between 0.055 and 0.065 where the phase boundary lies between the orthorhombic and tetragonal phases. Both $FOM_{on}$ and $FOM_{off}$ have peak values around the phase boundary but the peak compositions are not exactly coincided. The optimal Li fraction in the KNLNT ceramic for a PEH application was found to be between 0.055 and 0.065.

Effects of attrition milling on densification behavior, phase evolution, microstructure development, and piezoelectric properties were investigated in 0.75 BiFeO3–0.25 BaTiO3 ceramics sintered at temperatures from 940 to 1040 ℃. The ball-milled sample showed abrupt non-uniform grain growth at sintering temperature around 980 ℃ which led to the increase of a rhombohedral distortion due to enhancement in chemical homogeneity. However, the density decreased significantly at sintering temperatures above 960 ℃. Attrition milling mitigated significantly the decrease in the density and inhibited abrupt inhomogeneous grain growth. Co-existence of a rhombohedral and a pseudo-cubic phase was verified in the 0.75 BiFeO3–0.25 BaTiO3 ceramics sintered at 1000 ℃ by Rietveld refinement using X-ray diffraction. The attrition-milled sample had a larger amount of the pseudo-cubic phase than the ball-milled sample because of ZrO2 incorporation during attrition milling. Attrition milling enhanced the dielectric constant and the electromechanical factor (kp), which resulted from the increased density and the donor doping effect due to ZrO2 incorporation.

Among the various industrial robots, palletizing robots have received particular attention because of their higher productivity in accordance with technological progress. When designing a palletizing robot, the main components, such as the servo motors and reducers, should be properly selected to ensure its performance. In this study, a practical method for selecting the motors and reducers of a robot was proposed by performing the dynamic analysis of rigid-flexible multibody systems using ANSYS and ADAMS. In the first step, the links and frames were selected based on the structural analysis results obtained from ANSYS. Subsequently, a modal neutral file (MNF) with information on the flexible body was generated from the links and frames using modal analysis through ANSYS and APDL commands. Through a dynamic analysis of the flexible bodies, the specifications of the major components were finally determined by considering the required torque and power. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, the analysis results were compared with those of a rigid-body model. The comparison showed that rigid–flexible multibody dynamic analysis is much more useful than rigid body analysis, particularly for movements heavily influenced by gravity.
