      • Based on self-service retail technology:The Relationship between Service Quality and Revisit intention、Word of mouth

        This paper is focused on how firms increase customers acceptance of self-service retail,and impact of customer experience, customer satisfaction and loyalty on effective self-efficacy.This paper mainly uses questionnaires to conduct empirical research on collecting 308 used self-service convenience stores from China.The study employs a structural equation model to analyse relationship between service quality and revisited intent.The results shown that, service perceived quality significantly influences customer satisfaction. Also experience value and service quality are the main determinants of customer satisfaction. Additionally, customer satisfaction, self-service retail service quality and experience value significantly affect Consumer loyalty.The relationship between consumer experience value and satisfaction, loyalty, and self-service retail stores has a significant impact on self-efficacy.With consumer research on the acceptance of self-service retail,promote the development of self-service retail technology that can effectively help companies create profits while bringing more convenience to consumers.It provides theoretical and practical significance for the rapid development of self-service retail.

        서비스 로봇의 재분류를 위한 상호작용 기반 지식 탐지: 빅데이터 분석 관점

        With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence technology, the field of service robots in human-robot interactive services has experienced significant growth. This paper aims to uncover user perceptions of acceptance towards human-robot interactive service robots based on online reviews. Employing techniques such as word2vec, sentiment classification, and Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) analysis, this study investigates the interaction dynamics. The findings reveal that in the realm of interactive technology, public service robots, domestic service robots, and service robots effectively comprehend and respond to users’ speech, gestures, emotional states, and navigation requirements. Nevertheless, concerns arise when these robots collaborate with humans, which can evoke fear and anxiety. Notably, public service robots are positively associated with experiential value, while system quality emerges as a negative aspect. Anthropomorphism represents a positive trait of domestic service robots, while perceived intelligence emerges as a negative aspect. In the case of service robots, perceived enjoyment is a positive attribute, contrasting with negative associations related to service quality. This study contributes to enhancing users’ comprehension of human-robot interaction service robots, underscoring the significance of user acceptance of such robots.

        Thermo-electro-mechanical vibration and buckling analysis of a functionally graded piezoelectric porous cylindrical microshell

        In this paper, the vibration and buckling behavior of a functionally graded piezoelectric porous cylindrical microshell under thermo-electro-mechanical loads are explored on the basis of modified couple stress theory and higher-order shear deformation theory. First, the model of a functionally graded piezoelectric porous cylindrical microshell composed of piezoelectric materials with gradient change in the thickness direction was described. Second, the governing equations of the microshell were derived by Hamilton's principle and Maxwell equation. Third, the modal frequency and buckling equations of the microshell with simply supported ends were obtained on the basis of harmonic trigonometric functions. Finally, the effects of parameters on the modal frequency and buckling behavior were carried out by case studies. The results show that the modal frequency of the microshell can be adjusted by changing the porosity volume fraction, power index, applied voltage, axial load and geometric dimensions. It is also found that the vibration of the microshell is suppressed by positive voltage and axial compression but is strengthened by negative voltage and axial tension, and the material length scale parameter increases stiffness. In addition, the effects of applied voltage and axial load on the buckling behavior are larger than those of temperature. Results can be used to guide the design and application of piezoelectric devices.

        Mechanical Properties and Anchorage Angle Optimization of Rock Mass with a Weak Intercalated Layer

        A weak intercalated layer has gradually become the key problem in roadway surrounding rock control in deep rock stress environment, and the selection of anchorage angle has a great influence on the stability of the intercalated rock. This study aimed to prepare weak intercalated layer-composited specimens with different dip angles and anchorage angles for the uniaxial compression test. The results showed that the strength curve of the composite specimens exhibited a single-peak variation trend of first decreasing and then increasing from 0° to 90° inclination variation, and the strength and strain reached the lowest value at 60° inclination angle. The failure modes of composite specimens with different dip angles could be divided into single splitting failure, coupled shear failure, and single shear failure. The initial strength of the unanchored specimen was basically the same as that of the anchored specimen, and with the increase in anchorage angle, the uniaxial strength first increased and then decreased. The appropriate anchorage angle range was 0° to 30°. Mainly slip deformation of the specimen occurred when the anchorage angle was smaller than 30°, and the deformation of the specimen mainly depended on the material of the bolt when the anchorage angle was larger than 30°. The strength variation model of the composite anchorage specimen was proposed, taking into account the stress of the bolt, the influence of the dip angle of the intercalated layer, and the anchorage angle of the structural plane.

        This work aims to study a variety of distributed power access based on the theory of operation microgrid control. It provided a theoretical reference and reference for the development of micro-engineering application grid technology. In this paper, the risk characteristics of grid operations management side under the background of the smart grid, from project investment, load forecasting, renewable energy power purchase access, economic dispatch, information security, and constructed investment project set risk transfer model, load forecasting risk transfer model, considering the economic dispatch model smart grid element of risk transfer. It takes into account price and load uncertainties purchase risk transfer element optimization model, smart grid information security risk assessment element transfer model to study the dynamics of the smart grid from a risk point of view under the grid-side operational risk management.

        Understanding soybean (Glycine max) domestication and improvement at a genetic level is important to inform future efforts to further improve a crop that provides the world's main source of oilseed. We detect 230 selective sweeps and 162 selected copy number variants by analysis of 302 resequenced wild, landrace and improved soybean accessions at >11× depth. A genome-wide association study using these new sequences reveals associations between 10 selected regions and 9 domestication or improvement traits, and identifies 13 previously uncharacterized loci for agronomic traits including oil content, plant height and pubescence form. Combined with previous quantitative trait loci (QTL) information, we find that, of the 230 selected regions, 96 correlate with reported oil QTLs and 21 contain fatty acid biosynthesis genes. Moreover, we observe that some traits and loci are associated with geographical regions, which shows that soybean populations are structured geographically. This study provides resources for genomics-enabled improvements in soybean breeding.
