The conventional nonlinear control methods for induction motors have the problem of difficult observation of rotor current, and load disturbances make the dynamic performance of the system speed control unsatisfactory. A novel disturbance rejection control scheme with variable damping model based on port controlled Hamiltonian with dissipation is proposed. The induction drive is regarded as energy conversion device including mechanical and electrical ports. The Euler Lagrange equation of the closed-loop system is obtained by the output feedback to establish the energy shaping control method. The variable damping injection is introduced to improve the dynamic performance of the conventional control methods. The L2disturbance rejection controller is designed to enhance the load disturbance resistance performance of induction motors. The experimental results show that the proposed method can optimize the dynamic and steady-state performance of the induction drive control system and effectively meet the control requirements of the speed and torque under load disturbances.

This paper studies the decentralized position/force control problem for constrained reconfigurable manipulator without torque sensing. A novel joint torque estimation scheme that exploits the existing structural elasticity of the manipulator joint with harmonic drive model is applied for each joint module. Based on the estimated joint torque and dynamic output feedback technique, a decentralized position/force control strategy is presented. In order to solve the problem of controller parameter perturbation, the non-fragile robust technique is introduced into the dynamic output feedback controller. Subsequently, the stability of the closed-loop system is proved using the Lyapunov theory and linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique. Finally, two 2-DOF constrained reconfigurable manipulators with different configurations are applied to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme in numerical simulation.

The difficulty of addressing the decentralized control problem for a torque sensorless constrained reconfigurablemanipulator is associated with decentralized control of the constraint force. This paper studies theforce/position decentralized robust control problem for constrained reconfigurable manipulator system with parameterperturbation and unmodeled dynamics. A joint torque estimation scheme based on the motor-side and link-sideposition measurements along with harmonic drive model is deployed for each joint module. Subsequently, radialbasis function (RBF) neural network is applied to compensate the unmodeled dynamics and unknown terms ofsubsystem, simultaneously. Furthermore, a decentralized force/position robust controller is designed by combiningthe estimated joint torque with the dynamic output feedback control method. The stability of closed-loop system isproved using the Lyapunov theory and linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique. Finally, simulations are performedto verify the advantage of the proposed method.

In recent years, the detection and investigation of the middle and the upper atmosphere have been quite active subjects. To acquire information on the middle and the upper atmosphere, we developed the first Fe fluorescence/Boltzmann temperature lidar in Asia. In this paper, the system configuration and data-processing methods of the lidar are described, and some results of lidar observations are presented.
Semantic Similarity Computation Based on Multi-Features Fusion
Bo Ma,Yating Yang,Fan Zhao,Rui Dong,Xi Zhou 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Hybrid Information Techno Vol.8 No.5
Semantic similarity is a core technique of many NLP research fields. However, state-of-the-art metrics for semantic similarity computation often operate at different levels, e.g., words or sentences. In this paper, semantic similarity computation metrics are firstly introduced and the quality is measured in order to determine their advantages and limitations; then a new semantic similarity metric based on multi-features fusion is proposed. Distributed representations of words are used for alignment-based disambiguation operation, and Wikipedia tags are used to enhance the performance of our approach. The proposed metric is unsupervised, and can be applied at different levels e.g., single words or entire documents. The metric is evaluated on both English and Chinese datasets, it is shown that the precision and recall scores are higher than metrics which simply using knowledge base or distributed representation of words.
The Inhibitory Effect of Ginseng Pectin on L-929 Cell Migration
Yuying Fan,Hairong Cheng,Dan Liu,Xu Zhang,Bo Wang,Lin Sun,Guihua Tai,Yifa Zhou 대한약학회 2010 Archives of Pharmacal Research Vol.33 No.5
We tested the effects of ginseng pectin prepared by enzymatic hydrolysis of ginseng polysaccharides on cell migration. Ginseng pectin impaired the migration of L-929 cells and reduced their migration speed by up to 50% of control in the presence or absence of serum, suggesting it worked on both serum-dependent and serum-independent migration pathways. Ginseng pectin impaired cell migration via decreased cell spreading. These findings represent a significant contribution towards understanding the bioactivities of ginseng polysaccharides and applying them to health food and medicine.
Vitexicarpin Induces Apoptosis in Human Prostate Carcinoma PC-3 Cells through G2/M Phase Arrest
Meng, Fan-Min,Yang, Jing-Bo,Yang, Chun-Hui,Jiang, Yu,Zhou, Yong-Feng,Yu, Bo,Yang, Hong Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2012 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.13 No.12
Vitexicarpin (3', 5-dihydroxy-3, 4', 6, 7-tetramethoxyflavone), a polymethoxyflavone isolated from Viticis Fructus (Vitex rotundifolia Linne fil.), has long been used as an anti-inflammatory herb in traditional Chinese medicine. It has also been reported that vitexicarpin can inhibit the growth of various cancer cells. However, there is no report elucidating its effect on human prostate carcinoma cells. The aim of the present study was to examine the apoptotic induction activity of vitexicarpin on PC-3 cells and molecular mechanisms involved. MTT studies showed that vitexicarpin dose-dependently inhibited growth of PC-3 cells with an $IC_{50}{\sim}28.8{\mu}M$. Hoechst 33258 staining further revealed that vitexicarpin induced apoptotic cell death. The effect of vitexicarpin on PC-3 cells apoptosis was tested using prodium iodide (PI)/Annexin V-FITC double staining and flow cytometry. The results indicated that vitexicarpin induction of apoptotic cell death in PC-3 cells was accompanied by cell cycle arrest in the G2/M phase. Furthermore, our study demonstrated that vitexicarpin induction of PC-3 cell apoptosis was associated with upregulation of the proapoptotic protein Bax, and downregulation of antiapoptotic protein Bcl-2, release of Cytochrome c from mitochondria and decrease in mitochondrial membrane potential. Our findings suggested that vitexicarpin may become a potential leading drug in the therapy of prostate carcinoma.

Photoperiod (Ppd) genes play an important role in the adaptation of wheat to the ecological environment. However, the transcriptional regulation mechanism of photoperiodic genes has remained elusive. This study isolated a full-length promoter of Ppd-D1b (2518 bp) from the common wheat genome. Several essential core cis-acting elements and numerous light-responsive cis-acting regulatory elements were identifed in Ppd-D1b promoter by the in-silico analysis. Ten 5’-deleted length fragments of the Ppd-D1b promoter fused with GUS were constructed and named D0 ~D9, then transferred them into Arabidopsis thaliana. GUS gene driven by full-length (D0) in transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana showed the same rhythm with Ppd-D1b in wheat under short-day conditions (SDs, 8-h light/16-h dark). The expression of GUS gene in D0 reached its peak at 3 h after dawn, then decreased to the lowest and remained stable. Analysis of the series of 5’-deleted fragments showed that at 3 h after dawn, GUS gene expression activity decreased signifcantly in D7a due to removal of CHEBS (CCA1 HIKING EXPEDITION binding site). Moreover, yeast one-hybrid (Y1H) and dual-luciferase (dual-LUC) assays revealed that TaTCP20 could bind to the Ppd-D1b promoter to increase its transcriptional activity. This study revealed a transcription factor, TaTCP20, which activated Ppd-D1b by binding to CHEBS, provided a foundation for the theoretical research on wheat’s photoperiodic response mechanism.
