낭종은 환자의 연령, 낭종의 종류 및 위치에 따라 치료방법을 선택하는 것이 바람직하며, 호나자의 연령이 어린 경우에는 조대술을 통하여 낭종에 이환된 치아를 가능한 보존시키는 것이 바람직한 것으로 생각된다. 낭종에 포함되었던 치아는 조대술로 낭종을 제거후에 생리적인 맹출이 이루어지는 것을 관찰할 수 있었으며 기능도 정상적으로 수행하는 것으로 판단된다. 그러나 조대술을 이용하여 시술한 후에는 맹출된 치아에 병리조직이 잔존되어 재발의 가능성이 있으므로 주기적인 관칠이 요구될 것으로 생각된다. Dentigerous cyst is a cyst arising by a seperation of follicles from around the anatomical crown of an unerupted tooth within the jaws. The dentigerous cyst is seen during routine radiographic examination. It is detected radiographically as a sharply delineated, round or oval, unilocular, homogenerous, and radiolucent area within which there is the cro주 of an unerupted tooth the histological appearance of the dentigerous cyst is usually attached to the tooth at the cementoenamel junction and the sac lined by a thin, regular, stratified squamous epithelium. The dentigerous cyst can be treated by two surgical procedures : enucleation or marsupialization, the size and location of the lesion usually dictates the surgical procedures. The marsupialization consists of the removal of only a portion of the wall of the cyst to make the remaining cystic lining continous with the oral mucosa. The cyst, deprived of its supporting hydrostatic pressure, gradually shrinks until it is obliterated. The marsupialization is the best way to conserve the tooth affected by a dentigerous cyst and to permit its eruption, expecially in a young person. Main advantages of the marsupialization are its relative simplicity and its conservation with respect to adjacent important structures. In marsupialization technique, a plugger can be constructed, if necessary , to maintain the opening and prevent food debris from entering the cystic cavity. however, the disadvantage is the potentiality of leaving pathologic tissues. Therefore frequent recall appointments are advisable.

Glycan of glycoprotein drugs, which are over 70 % of recombinant DNA products, is a very important evaluation factor in product development or quality evaluation, because it was known as have important roles in both medicinal effects and stability. Especially, in case of biosimilar drugs, which are being recently actively developed, for proving similarity with their innovator, comparative analysis of glycan structure has come to the core as a fundamental evaluation factor. Therefore we desired to establish the useful scientific foundation for quality evaluation and approval evaluation of glycoprotein drugs, thereby establishing standardized glycan analysis methods for glycoprotein drugs using high-tech mass spectrometer in this study. To achieve this, we proposed glycan analysis methods and confirmed these methods, by testing human IgG as glycoprotein and on sale glycoprotein drugs(Infliximab and Trastuzumab). As a result, we established simplified sample preparation method in comparison time-consuming other researches and check method whether or not glycosylation using deglycosylation enzyme treatment and MALDI-TOF-MS. We also established glycosylation pattern and glycan sequence qualtitative analysis method using MALDI-TOF-MS, which has advantage of rapid analysis, and glycan relatively quantitative analysis method using LC-QTOF-MS, which has advantage of quantitative analysis. Established MALDI-TOF-MS method can use to check sample preparation properly and to analyze glycosylation pattern and glycan sequence qualitatively. For relatively quantitative analysis of glycan content and precisely qualitative analysis of glycosylation pattern and glycan sequence, LC-QTOF-MS is more effective than MALDI-TOF-MS. In addition, we proposed glycosylation site analysis method and confirmed the method using LC-QTOF-MS and glycan database. Through this study, we established total five SOPs(Standard Operating Procedures); ① Glycosylation ascertainment test by MALDI-MS, ② Glycan qualtitative analysis by MALDI-MS, ③ Glycan qualitative and quantitative analysis by LC-MS, ④ Glycosylation site analysis by LC-MS, ⑤ Sample preparation ascertainment test by MALDI-MS. These SOPs can be useful in characterizaion of biosimilars.

전라북도 유형문화재 제28호 고창 선운사 영산전 목조삼존불상의 보존상태 진단을 위해 과학적 조사를 실시하였다. 영산전 내부는 고창군 지역에 비해 고온·저습하며, 하절기에 습도의 변화 폭이 크게 나타났다. 보존상태 조사 결과, 목조삼존불상은 금박 마모, 균열 등의 물리적 손상이 나타났으며, 일반적인 조선시대 목조불상의 손상유형과 유사하다. 반면 개금층 표면에 물이 흐른 흔적과 백색의 결정이 넓게 분포되어 있는 특이점이 확인되며, 이에 대한 추가적인 분석이 필요할 것으로 본다. 적외선 열화상 촬영결과, 불상 제작에 사용된 목재의 목리와 결구에 사용된 못의 흔적으로 추정되는 형태를 발견하였다. 초음파 탐상의 경우, 세 구의 목조불상 모두 유사한 초음파 속도 값을 나타냈으며, 정면에 비해 배면의 초음파 속도 값이 낮게 나타나는 경향을 보였다. 이는 배면에 복장구와 내부의 결함이 초음파 속도 값에 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구 결과가 향후 선운사 영산전 목조삼존불상의 보존을 위한 효과적인 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. Scientific survey was conducted to diagnose the conservation condition of Wooden Buddha Triad in Yeongsanjeon Hall of Seonunsa Temple, Gochang-gun. Results of the survey on the internal environment of Yeongsanjeon Hall where the Wooden Buddha Triad was enshrined, the inside of Yeongsanjeon Hall was higher in temperature, lower in humidity than in Gochang-gun, and the range of changes in humidity in the summer was large. Wooden Buddha Triad showed physical damage such as gold layer abrasion and crack, which is similar to other wooden Buddha statues previously investigated. On the other hand, traces of water flowing on the surface of the gold layer and the peculiarity of the wide distribution of white crystals are identified, and further analysis is needed. Through infrared thermal imaging, the wood used in the production of the Buddha statue and the nail used in the connection were found. In the case of ultrasonic inspection, All three wooden Buddha statues showed similar ultrasonic speed values, and the ultrasonic speed values on the rear surface were lower than those on the front. It is judged that defects in the back excavated hole and inside affect the ultrasound speed. Results of the study can provide effective information for the conservation of the Wooden Buddha Triad in Yeongsanjeon Hall of Seonunsa Temple in the future.

본 연구에서는 부안 개암사 대웅전 포벽화를 대상으로 보존환경 조사, 육안 조사와 광학적 조사, 적외선 열화상 촬영을 통해 손상도 평가를 실시하고, 초음파 탐상을 통한 물성 진단을 진행하여 벽화의 보존상태를 평가하였다. 대웅전 내부의 온·습도 변동 폭은 유사한 경향이 나타났으며, 방위에 따라 상대습도의 차이가 확인되었다. 외부의 온·습도 변동 폭은 남측면이 북측면에 비해 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 특히 우기에 따른 강수량의 증가로 인해 상대습도에 영향을 미친 것이 확인되었다. 보존상태 진단 결과, 벽체 균열, 마감층 박리·박락, 채색층 박리·박락, 오염이 주된 손상 양상으로 확인되었다. 육안 조사 결과, 벽화는 벽체 손상이 심화된 것으로 나타났으며, 전반적으로 표면에 먼지 집적 또는 얼룩 등의 오염이 발생되어 있고 채색층 박리 및 박락으로 인한 손상도 확인되었다. 적외선 열화상 촬영과 광학적 조사를 통해 벽체 들뜸 및 오염 손상의 범위를 파악할 수 있었다. 이를 종합하여 손상도 평가를 실시한 결과, 건물 내 벽화가 조성된 방위와 위치에 따라 손상 양상의 특징이 확인되었다. 서측면과 북측면에서는 주로 벽체 손상이 심화된 양상을 보였으며, 채색층 손상은 남측면에서 심화된 것으로 나타났다. 초음파 탐상을 통해 벽화별 상대적인 물성을 비교할 수 있었으며, 벽체층 손상의 손상도와 유사한 경향이 확인되었다. 사찰 포벽화에 대한 보존상태 평가는 다양한 과학적 조사 방법들을 연계하여 이루어져야 하며, 해당 결과들을 종합적으로 해석 및 판단하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 사찰 포벽화에 대한 보존상태 진단에 있어 효과적인 자료로써 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. In this study, the conservation status of the bracket mural paintings was evaluated by conducting a conservation environment survey, conservation status diagnosis by visual, optical investigation, and infrared thermal imaging, and diagnosing the physical properties through ultrasonic detection. The range of temperature and humidity fluctuations inside Daeungjeon Hall tended to be similar, and the difference in relative humidity was confirmed according to the orientation. The external temperature and humidity fluctuations range were larger on the south side than on the north side. In particular, it was confirmed that the relative humidity was affected by the increase in precipitation due to the rainy season. As a result of the conservation status diagnosis, it is confirmed that the main damage patterns are wall cracks, delamination and exfoliation of the finishing layer, delamination and exfoliation of the painting layer, and contamination. Contamination such as dust accumulation or stains on the surface occurred, and damage due to delamination or exfoliation of the painting layer was also confirmed. Through infrared thermal imaging and optical investigation, the range of wall delamination and contamination damage could be identified. As a result of evaluating the degree of damage by synthesizing this, the characteristics of the damage were confirmed according to the orientation and location of the bracket mural paintings in the building. On the west side and the north side, the damage to the wall layer was intensified, and the damage to the painting layer was intensified on the south side. Through ultrasonic detection, the relative properties of each bracket mural painting could be compared, and a tendency similar to the degree of damage to the wall layer was confirmed. The evaluation of the conservation status of the bracket mural paintings on the Buddhist temple should be conducted in connection with various scientific investigation methods, and it is necessary to comprehensively interpret and judge the results. It is believed that the results of this study can be used as effective data for diagnosing the conservation status of bracket mural paintings on buddhist temples in the future.
