        불소농도가 인공우식 범랑질의 재석회화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the remineralized effect of fluoride on artificial carious enamel after topical fluoride application and to certificate the most appropriate fluoride concentration. Artificial demineralized bovine enamel blocks were randomly assigned to four groups, and placed in fluoride, 100, 5,000 and 12,000ppm acidulated phosphate fluoride solution. Sound enamel blocks without artificial carious lesion were used as control group. In this study, the morphological characteristics of treated enamel surface and effect of fluoride concentration on remineralization of artificial carious enamel has been investigated by using scanning electron microscopy, chemical analysis and electron probe microanalysis compared with the effect of various fluoride concentration. The Following results were obtained. 1. The enamel surface treated with 100ppm APF was observed more demineralized surface with lots of holes and loosely bounded a few globules. 5,000ppm APF treatment produced a deposits of numerous spherical globules 0.5∼1㎛ in diameter and distinctive rectangular and cuboidal shaped deposits were formed by 12,000ppm APF treament. 2. Amount of KOH-soluble fluoride on enamel surfaces was increated according to treated fluoride concentration level. In the Ⅳ and Ⅴ group were showed significantly higher than that in the Ⅲ group(p<0.05). 3. After treatment with 5,000 and 12,000ppm APF, a remarkable elevation of the fluoride profile was observed within 30㎛ of the outermost layer and was accompanied simultaneously by a high elevation of the calcium profile. However, specimens treated with 100ppm APF showed only a small elevation of fluoride within whole depth than that in the sound and demineralized enamel specimens. 4. In the Ⅳ and Ⅴ group, Ca/P weight percent ratio were showed higher than that in the Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ group in 5 and 15㎛ depth, and fluoride content were showed statistically different than that in the Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ group in all depth(p<0.05).

      • 금은화 추출물의 세포독성에 관한 연구

        In order to investigate the cytotoxicity of Lonicerae Flos extract, their extracts were dissolved in distilled water and methanol. All material diluted from 10^-3to 10^-7(㎎/㎖) with distilled water putted in each well of 24 multidish cultured rat fibroblast for 48hours. The cell number was calculated at 2 days and cell shape takes photographed by inverted microscope at same day. The results were as follows: 1. The rate of cell multiplication was the lowest in water extract from 10^-3 to 10^-7(㎎/㎖) concentration and the highest in ether and hexane extract at 10^-7(㎎/㎖) concentration. 2. Index of cytotoxicity was the highest with 3 score in water extract at 10^-3(㎎/㎖) concentration and the lowest with 1 score in ether, ethyl acetate or hexane extract at same concentration. 3. The degeneration of cell shape and number was the severest in water extract of 10&-4(㎎/㎖) concentration, but ether and hexane extracts in same concentration were weaker than water extract. These results indicate that the cytotoxicity of extracts by ether and hexane from same Lonicerae Flos was weaker then water extract.

      • 신생검증례에 의한 사구체신질환의 분석

        To elucidate the incidences and the clinical characteristics of glomerular diseases in our hospital, we reviewed the clinical records and histological findings of the 117 cases, which were diagnosed as one of the glomerular disease in renal biospy for about 6 years since 1991. In these 117 cases, 74 cases (63.2 %) fell into primary glomerulonephritis(GN), 18 cases (15.4%) into secondary GN, 2 cases (1.7 %) into end stage kidney, 4 cases (3.4%) into tubulointerstitial disease and the biopsy samples were inadequate for diagnosis in 19 cases. In primary glomerular diseases, most common pathologic diagnosis was IgA nephropathy (36.5 %}, followed by minimal change nephrotic syndrome (29.7%). The incidence of IgA nephropathy would be increased if we had biopsied every asymptomatic urinary abnormality (AUA) patients. Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) . hepatitis B accounted for most of secondary GN in our cases. One case of progressive scleroderma was included in this secondary GN. Minimal change nephrotic syndrome (22 cases) was the most common cause of nephrotic syndrome, followed by membranous GN (9 cases) and IgA nephropathy (8 cases). 2 cases of primary amyloidosis were presented with nephrotic syndrome. Nephrotic syndrome as presenting symptom in our IgA nephropathy patients was higher than in other studies, which may be due to indication bias for renal biopsy. We suggest that renal biopsy should be done in adult nephrotic syndrome and in SLE, because various kind of glomerular diseases can develop nephrotic syndrome in adult, renal biopsy can affect the treatment and prognosis in each patients and renal biopsy also determines the extent of renal involvement in SLE on which the treatment depends. In AUA urinary patients, renal biopsy could be reserved for the patients who show declining of GFR or rising of proteinuria. Because IgA nephropathy account for most of AUA. and there is no specific treatment for IgA nephropathy, and renal biopsy in those cases is helpful in ruling out the patients who need no treatment.

      • 建國始祖神話와 巫祖神話硏究

        1) 高句麗 建國始祖인 朱蒙神話에 앞서 解慕漱와 柳花神話를 살폈다. 해모수신화는 王權을 장악한 집단이 하늘에서 내려왔다는 天降神話의 北夫餘의 例이다. 그가 天王郞으로서 天上에 往來하였다는 전설은 조선조까지 전해 내려왔다. 2) 해모수는 河伯의 딸인 유화를 유인하여 얻으나 유화를 홀로 남긴 채 승천하고 말아 하백이 대로하여 딸을 추방한다. 근년에 해모수와 주몽신화가 스키타이(Scythia)신화의 영향을 받았으며 한반도를 거쳐 전해진 고대 스키타이계 민족의 강한 영향이 日本의 王權神話의 원류로 상정된다고 하여 日本의 요시다(吉田敦彦)와 오오바야시(大林太良) 두 교수가 뒤메질(Dumezil)학파의 시각으로 한일 두 나라의 신화를 비교한 바를 검토하였다. 3) 추방된 유화는 金蛙王에게 발견되어 別宮에 유폐되어 햇빛을 받아 잉태하고 왼쪽 옆구리로 알로 朱蒙을 낳았다. 주몽신화는 전형적인 英雄의 一生을 두루 갖추었고 세계의 영웅신화와 닮았음으로 그 類型을 들어 비교하였다. 4) 주몽신화의 패턴을 아래와 같이 나누어 고찰하였다. ① 高貴한 血統 ② 非正常的 出生과 神聖受胎 ③ 試鍊의 克服 ④ 卓越한 能力 ⑤ 立國과 昇天. 5) 朱蒙이 부여에 남겨놓은 아들 類利가 남하하여 주몽으로부터 친자로 인정받고 太子로 책봉되기까지 네 가지 관문을 통과하지 않으면 안 되었다. 첫째는 수수께끼를 풀고, 둘째는 숨겨진 斷劍을 찾아야 했고, 셋째는 血統을 증명해야 했고, 넷째로 呪的 飛翔으로 天孫系의 아들임을 실증해야 했다. 6) 巫祖神話인 初公本풀이 序歌에서 佛敎가 전래된 뒤 天神이 高僧으로 바뀌고 巫佛習合의 變移를 보임을 살폈다. 7) 林正國 부부가 자식없음을 탄식하다 황금산 절간에 水陸齋를 드려 딸 노가단풍자지멩왕아기씨를 얻는다. 8) 임정국 내외가 玉皇의 명을 받아 벼슬살러 올라감에 아기씨를 방에 가두고 떠난다. 황금산 절간의 주자선생이 시주받으러 와서 아기씨의 정수리를 세 번 쓸어 임신시킨다. 9) 부모가 와서 딸이 임신한 것을 알고 하녀와 더불어 추방한다. 쫓겨난 아기씨가 주자선생을 찾아가는 어려운 행로에 魚鱉成橋의 기적과 너사무너도령 삼형제의 도움이 있었고, 주자선생이 과한 시험에도 각종 새들의 도움으로 통과한다. 10) 주자선생이 마련한 해복당에서 아기씨가 巫祖 三兄弟를 겨드랑이와 가슴으로 낳는다. 삼형제는 자라면서 天下의 文章家가 되어 과거보러 가는데 三千선비들의 방해로 고생하나 감나무집 주인의 도움으로 무사히 과거길에 오른다. 삼형제가 과장에 도착하니 이미 문이 닫혔기에 마고할미집에 묵게 되어 마고할미와 그 아들의 도움으로 상시관에게 글이 전달되어 과거에 급제하나 三千선비의 고발로 중의 자식들임이 드러나 과거가 취소된다. 그러나 다시 武科에 응시한 삼형제는 뛰어난 활솜씨로 합격하여 遊街를 떠난다. 이번에도 三千선비는 不合格하여 삼형제의 어머니인 아기씨를 감금한다. 11) 어머니가 죽었다는 거짓 소식에 삼형제는 낙담하여 모든 관속들을 돌려보내고 과거급제를 포기하고 외할아버지를 찾아간다. 외할아버지는 감금된 어머니를 구하려면 신방(무당)이 되어야 한다고 巫具인 엽전을 내어주며 황금산 주자선생을 찾아가라고 일러준다. 황금산 주자선생을 찾으니 과거급제보다 더 좋은 일이 많이 있다고 하며 基本巫具인 三明斗(神칼, 搖鈴, 算盤)를 만들게 하고 삼형제에게 각각 神職을 주어 큰아들은 초감제, 둘째 아들은 초신맞이, 작은아들은 시왕맞이를 맡게 한다. 삼형제는 어머니를 구하고 신칼로 三千선비의 목을 베어 복수하고, 산 사람의 목숨과 죽은 자의 冥福을 管掌하는 세 사람의 시왕(三十王)이 된다. 12) 최초의 女巫祖인 柳氏夫人은 7세 때부터 巫病을 앓아 77세되던 해에야 큰 굿을 하여 천하명성을 올려 成巫 한다. 제주도에도 이같이 巫病을 앓아 入巫하는 자가 있을 뿐 아니라 世襲巫의 경우도 神의 선택, 소명의 징표로서의 巫病이 있으므로 중부지방(서울과 이북 포함)의 무당은 강신무이고, 남부지방의 단골과 제주도신방은 세습무로 처리하는 것은 재고되어야 할 문제로 제기된다. In the context of the mythical transformation from foundation myths to shamanist myths, this study suggests that the origin myth of Chogong Gods in Jeju Island is a transformed but remaining form of the foundation myth of Koguryo Chumong. The transition of the mythological motif is as follows. First, I investigated syncretism following Buddhist society. Specifically, I interpreted it as a transformation of what was originally a heavenly deity into a high priest following the transmission of Buddhism, then into mythological motifs correspond with the foundation myths and Shamanist myths. Second, as if Yuhwa(Willow Flower), the mother of Chumong, had been incarcerated and became pregnant with sun light, Aegissi, the mother of three brothers who founded Shamanism in Jeju Island, was also incarcerated and became pregnant by a monk's caressing on her pate. Third, like Yuhwa, Aegissi was also banished by Parents because of her pregnancy. Fourth, as if Chumong got his collaborators during his journey to the south, Aegissi gained help from three brothers of Neosamuneo during her trip. Fifth, as if Chumong encountered Kaesa River and passed the crisis by praying to heaven and experiencing the miracle of fish-turtle bridge, Aegissi also crossed a sea with the help of turtle by visiting and begging to a monk in Golden Mountain. Sixth, as if Chumong was helped by a pigeon, Aegissi succeeded in passing a test with the help of a variety of birds. Seventh, as if Chumong was born in Yuhwa's left armpit, Chogong three brothers were also born in Aegissi's armpit and chest. Eights, as Chumong came to fame by skilled archery, three brothers acquired their reputation by ingenious literary capabilities. Ninth, as if Chumong was escaped from the oppression of Prince with the help of his mother in Buyeo, Chogong three brothers overcame the oppression from three thousand scholars and passed the Kwageo, the National Examination System, with the help of a persimmon house's owner. Tenth, as if Chumong founded a dynasty and ascended to heaven through his superior capabilities at the age of forty, three brothers passed the Kwageo, saved their mother imprisoned by three thousand scholars, and became Siwang, meaning the god who presides over life in this world and repose of a person's soul in the other world. All of these points illustrate a typical life pattern of heroes. It is astonishing that the mythological motifs in foundation myths have been transformed into Jeju's existing shamanist myths over a thousand years. I conclusively argue that focusing on shamanist culture is a critical task for inheriting and developing traditional Korean culture.

        林道의 迂廻係數 算出 : 江陵營林署의 國有林道를 대상으로 National forest roads of Kangnung national forest office

        본 연구는 林道開設을 위한 기초자료로서 江陵營林署의 5개 管理所(강릉, 양양, 삼척, 정선, 평창관리소)의 國有林道를 대상으로 傾斜別 林道迂廻係數를 산출하였다. 그 결과, 林道迂廻係數는 경사도 5%이하에서 0.33, 6∼10%에서 0.39, 11∼15%에서 0.50, 16∼20%에서 0.58, 및 21%이상에서는 0.63으로 나타났다. This study was carried out to estimate forest road elongation coefficients for providing the basic information of forest road construction. As the results, road elongation coefficients were calculated 0.33 less than 5% of road gradient, 0.39 between the gradient of 6% and 10%, 0.50 between the gradient of 11% and 15%, 0.58 between the gradient of 16% and 20%, and 0.60 greater than the gradient of 20%.

        와동내에 조사된 열의 전도양상에 관한 연구

        The purpose if this study was to evaluate temperature change occurred in enamel, dentin and pulp due to the heat from cavity prepration with laser. We made three models had different cavity depth : cavity depth of model Awas 3.52mm, model B was 2.32mm, model C was 1.16mm. We irradiated cavity base with thermal capacity of 30J,100J,300J/㎤s during few seconds and studied the change of temperature in tooth during 10 seconds, and estimated change of thermal capacity by different irradiated site and exposure time. AT 300j/㎤s irradiation for 2 seconds, the temperature of irradiated surface was elevated fast according to irradiated thermal energy during I second, In proportion to continuous exposure time, temperature elevated slowly The surface temperature was 1370℃. After discontinue of thermal irradiation, the heat of irradiated surface was diffused in dentin and pulp and the greatest temperature was made, The greatest temperature was disappeared within 10 seconds The greatest temperature of the inner part of model brought about very severe change by different depth. Temperature in pulp was raised by the greater irradiated energy density and exposure time.

      • 금은화 Ethyl Acetate분획이 인체 구강유상피암종세포에 미치는 항암효과

        This study was carried out to develop antitumor agents based on effects of the ethyl acetate soluble fraction of methanolic extract of Lonicerae flos on human oral epitheloid carcinoma cells. Human oral epitheloid carcinoma cells were cultured in RPMI-1640 media containing 10% fetal bovine serum, antibiotic, and fungizone. After incubation for 24 hr, the cells were treated with each fraction for 48 hr under the same condition. MTT (3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium bromide), NR (Neutral red) and SRB (Sulforhodamine B protein) assay were performed. The light microscopic findings were observed by inverted microscope. These results were obtained as follows; 1. In MTT assay, fraction B was shown significant antitumor activity (p<0.01), fraction E was shown significant antitumor activities (p<0.05), but the other fractions were not shown. 2. In NR assay, fraction B was shown significant antiumor activity (p<0.001). 3. In SRB assay, fraction B was shown significant antitumor activities (p<0.01), fractions A and D were shown significant antitumor activities (p<0.05), but the other fractions were not shown. 4. In light microscopy, fraction B of the ethyl acetate soluble fraction showed the highest antitumor activity on Lonicerae flos. These findings suggested that fraction B possessed the most antitumorous agent.
